place order on 29th June 2021, Order #3502218 paid 1459Rs
I received my order on 2nd of July 20121, Got a manufacturer defective product found vertical lines on the display, on the same day I called the customer support unfortunately or luckily I got connected to an executive.
I explained about the defective product, he asked me to raise a replacement request by sharing the product pics. I shared everything what he said on the same day 2nd of July.
It's 6th July 2021 been 4 days no response from their end. Whenever I call the customer care number, always says all the executives are busy at the moment please wait. After waiting on hold for 20-30 mins, it will log out.
There is an option called request call back. I tried that too, after placing a request call, will get a call next day or after 6 -7 hours. But all the executives only one word voice is not audible (Sorry they trained like the company). I make more than 100 calls in day non of them said this issue. It means its default answer from Maxbhi, this is called the true and intelligent scamming. Don't worry maxbhi one fine day your boss and all the employees will be behind the bars.
And my warranty will expire on 11th July. I hope they will wait till it expires.
I have a good opinion on Indian consumer support. Please help me. I need the replacement or my hard earned money.

We provide you 10 Days Testing Replacement Warranty of the product (Warranty is for testing the product for manufacturing defects only. Warranty expires as soon as the product is used or installed.) Further this "LCD with Touch Screen for Apple iPhone 7 128GB - Black (display glass combo folder)" comes with a warranty seals/stickers/stamps which is placed on it. Seals/stickers/stamps are the most important part to claim warranty of the products. Before claiming the warranty we recommend you to please make sure that all the seals/stickers/stamps are intact and at their right place same as we send it to you. Updated by rajesh yandra They kept a small piece of warranty sticker half on the front screen cover and half on the back of the LCD combo. Front cover was already half peeled by the time I received the product. So I removed the cover to access my thumb lock. They gave 10 days of testing warranty for me. I received the product on July 2nd afternoon when I installed the LCD I found it was a defective one, so immediately I raised a complaint and contacted customer support. On 2nf of July evening raised a complaint
They made me to wait for 7 days and now saying that they cant replace the product.

How once can know whether its defective or good, without using or installing?
I need an answer for this Maxbhi.
