My maxbi order number 3495967. And another order number 3517649
I ordered on 28.06.2021. and 03.07.2021. But still the product not dispatched. Your maxbi customer service also not working due to covid pandamic, atleast you can serve via email but there is no way to msg u. You also not giving any message about that orders. Pls respond for this message.i am very dissapointed.

    Place an Order ID #3223372 was delayed and got cancelled itself.
    And i got an option to transfer my e wallet balance to bank account.
    Proceeded to get refund on 24 June . Till now i didn't received my refund. Customer support didn't answered the calls.
    I need the refund ASAP

      LCD with Touch Screen for Apple iPhone 7 128GB - Black (display glass combo folder)

      place order on 29th June 2021, Order #3502218 paid 1459Rs

      I received my order on 2nd of July 20121, Got a manufacturer defective product found vertical lines on the display, on the same day I called the customer support unfortunately or luckily I got connected to an executive.

      I explained about the defective product, he asked me to raise a replacement request by sharing the product pics. I shared everything what he said on the same day 2nd of July.

      It's 6th July 2021 been 4 days no response from their end. Whenever I call the customer care number, always says all the executives are busy at the moment please wait. After waiting on hold for 20-30 mins, it will log out.

      There is an option called request call back. I tried that too, after placing a request call, will get a call next day or after 6 -7 hours. But all the executives only one word voice is not audible (Sorry they trained like the company). I make more than 100 calls in day non of them said this issue. It means its default answer from Maxbhi, this is called the true and intelligent scamming. Don't worry maxbhi one fine day your boss and all the employees will be behind the bars.

      And my warranty will expire on 11th July. I hope they will wait till it expires.

      I have a good opinion on Indian consumer support. Please help me. I need the replacement or my hard earned money.

      We provide you 10 Days Testing Replacement Warranty of the product (Warranty is for testing the product for manufacturing defects only. Warranty expires as soon as the product is used or installed.) Further this "LCD with Touch Screen for Apple iPhone 7 128GB - Black (display glass combo folder)" comes with a warranty seals/stickers/stamps which is placed on it. Seals/stickers/stamps are the most important part to claim warranty of the products. Before claiming the warranty we recommend you to please make sure that all the seals/stickers/stamps are intact and at their right place same as we send it to you.       They kept a small piece of warranty sticker half on the front screen cover and half on the back of the LCD combo. Front cover was already half peeled by the time I received the product. So I removed the cover to access my thumb lock. They gave 10 days of testing warranty for me. I received the product on July 2nd afternoon when I installed the LCD I found it was a defective one, so immediately I raised a complaint and contacted customer support. On 2nf of July evening raised a complaint

      They made me to wait for 7 days and now saying that they cant replace the product.

      We provide you 10 Days Testing Replacement Warranty of the product (Warranty is for testing the product for manufacturing defects only. Warranty expires as soon as the product is used or installed.)

      How once can know whether its defective or good, without using or installing?

      I need an answer for this Maxbhi.

      Hello maxbhi how can it be in same condition for 10 days when someone starts using it. There is covered on the home button, teach me how to access finger sensor, when there is a cover on it. And there a small temporary sticker on front cover (wow, thats the warranty sticker) warranty label should be inside or somewhere on the screen but not the temporary less adhesive added cover. Youre doing a fraud business and kept useless terms and conditions.

        I placed order for Front Glass for Samsung Galaxy A7 2017 - Black and Volume Side Button Outer for Samsung Galaxy A7 2017 Rose Gold - Plastic Key. But it is saying that there is delay due to pandemic even after lockdown is over. Even the support in website isn't responding.
        I am making arrangements to purchase the items elsewhere. Please cancel my order and refund my money.

                Date : 4th July, 2021 Time : 02:51pm. I purchased an Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 Screen touch that cost 2199 rupees and paid through UPI Google Pay. Here is my UPI : [protected]@oksbi and i through this UPI : [protected]@paytm. I don't know when my product will arrive nor any confirmation regarding my product. And you guys still send me that i unpaid for my product. Please confirm as soon as possible. I have been trying to reach the customer care services but futile.

                      Now its showing "Your order is delayed. We will update you about your order soon."
                      The order is still not cancelled or refunded the money. This is really frustrating that I have no way to contact Maxibhi.com directly.
                      All they have do is put a cancel order button on their website or provide working method to contact them.
                      Please help me.

From the day of begining status was order delayed due to pandamic. if they dont have stock why these people showing stock available and it will be delivered in three days. these people intentionally fooling the customers with fake orders.                                   I have ordered Order Touch Screen Digitizer for Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2017 - Black with order #3504521, Paid on 30th Jun 2021 at 11:55am
                                  and still it's not dispatched. Every time I call them I have to wait for around 10 minutes to reach them.This is worst service I have ever seen. when I called on 1st July they told, it's going to get dispatched by 48 hours so i thought I'll wait. Again I checked on 2july and they told, it's going to dispatch by 24 hours.
                                  Worst experience.

                                        I was actually looking for spare parts of my mobile phone Mi A1 and I mistakenly ordered the LCD Touch and Display folder. The order was successfully placed and now I want to cancel my order and get my money refunded but there is no option to cancel my order. My order number is 3510331.
