I have cancelled my order. And they have send my money to my MAXBHI E WALLET.
And I had requested for WALLET to my bank transfer on th June 2, 2021. But my money not came till now. Please transfer money to my bank account.My order I'd is #3490920.

    Sir this is a fraud company please take some action towards it
    i made a purchase on 10th june today is 10th july
    almost 1month over still not shipped yet didnt gave refund also complete cheating

      Paid 575 Rs. By IndusInd bank debit card.
      It was mentioned that after payment they will dispatch the same product next day. But after receiving payment they displayed message that your order delayed !! Simply 7 days passed after giving order.

      No order cancellation option available.
      No Refund option available.

      No customer care support.
      IVR at customer care support call says call later.

      What to do?

      PM shree Modi sir says go digital become digital and these FRAUD COMPANY simply benefits the vision and mission of our PM sir and LOOTING people of India.

      Hope you do need ful so other people can be saved.

        They are show that my oder has "completely shipped" and showing that before 20th july i can replace my oder . But i haven't received my oder yet even the tracking id is fake, i m calling their customer service no. but no one is responding.

          i order combo buy 5 date today 9 date but no order my deliver.
          I show only your order is delayed.but i order not show screen(5date)9 date deliver product i contact support call says 3 days wair deliver product i 3 days wait but no delver product.

          i record call and purchace proof. i record i Wait last 2 days no order deliver i fir refund my payment police station now.

                    This is regarding Order No 3421788 with maxbhi.com Paid on 11th Jun 2021.

                    Product against the order, is yet to be dispatched from maxbhi. Considering my urgent requirement i have been following up with their Customer care team for more than 15 days,
                    The customer care didn't responding. If we check the product on the site it still shows available and expected delivery 3, 4 days from when we check.
                    I procured the product from some other site and want Order 3421788 with maxbhi.com to be cancelled and money to be refunded.
                    Please help.

                      Replacement order id-35953. it is more than 25 days, i didnt get my replacement product. very very bad service by maxbhi. if i didnt get my product then i will go to the consumer court. i iwll complaint against maxbhi.

                        My order was placed on 29/06/2021 .The Status of my order was "Delivered by 02/07/2021 .
                        almost 10 days now, no update!
                        This Company is no longer legit, soon as you place your order, they will change the status to " Quality Check " & then forget about you literally.
                        Their website is programmed to automatically reject your inquiries & complaints!!
                        Your only option is to "request a call back", and they will call you with a very poor attitude just to inform you can't cancel and There's NO REFUND!!
                        it's a HUSTLING operation .

                          10 days passed but still my order not dispatched. I already complained about this but still why are you making late. The customer care is very bad experience.

                            Ordered a product from Maxbhi, as soon as I paid it's showing me can't deliver due to Covid, (but I can still purchase the product multiple times) then two weeks later today it is saying product fully delivered. And no way to contact them.

                                  I have ordered 2 spare parts for my oneplus 3T worth rs 1018/- from maxbhi/ Elcotek telecom .i ordered it on 28th june.delivery date was showing 1st july, thats why i ordered.but its been more than a week, there is not update from them.they are showing the wrong delivery date and cheating customers. I did not recive my order i dont need the order anymore.i have ordered the same spare parts somewhere else and i recieved it in 3 days.daily i am checking the maxbhi website there is no update from them. there is no reply from maxbhi.com plzz help me i want my refund back to my bank account my order no is #3496184

                                        There is no way I can contact the maxbhi team, Can't contact them via website as it throws error and customer care line is always busy (intentionally)

                                        I have placed my order on 27th and was supposed to be delivered by 30th June 2021.

                                        All courier services are working still they havent dispatched my order items, I need a refund for my below order as the spares are very critical and I had to get it from somewhere else
