for 2 weeks i have been waiting on my order which is a display for my personal broken Mobile, delivery was confirmed by them to be delivered in 2 days on 29\06\2021 .
The customer care is totally unexperienced, the only answer they have is : "your order is in quality check, it will be shipped within 48 hours " !!
i have called 4 times, and this is the answer i get every time !
14 days now, NO delivery, No proper response, NO confirmed date, NO refund !!
this is nearly a scam operation at this point ! holding my money refusing to refund or deliver on a specific date !!
How long is this going to continue without notice ?
we are suffering here ! and we have the right to be served with respect !

Updated by i Nubian just finished talking to Maxbhi customer care, called them twice, the first call they simply hanged up !
second call as i expected : " your order is in quality check, you will receive it within 48 hours" !!
same useless answer ! I'm extremely disappointed .

Updated by i Nubian 23 days update, order is still not shipped neither they follow up with customers, why this company is allowed to operate ??
