Maxbhi i ordered my product on 16th of june and order number is 3441905. Today is 25th june and yet it is not shipped. I am having lots of queries and i am asking it point wise from maxbhi.
1. customer support is worst i was trying to contact from 17 of june and finally after 1hour of wait i was able to talk on 22 of june.
2.fake promise made by maxbhi while getting order, when i was ordering the product there i was offer that if i order it within 1hour 23 minutes it will be delivered by 18th june.
3.i ordered my product only due to offered delivery date.
4.no order cancellation date even at preliminary stage.
5.where are consumers right? Once a person ordered and paid the amount maxbhi shows arbitrary face and deliver the product as per their convenience. And at this stage if someone wants to cancel their order they always repeat we don't have cancel policy.
Its my request to maxbhi either improve your service otherwise i will start a campaign against you by joining the persons who suffered due to you.
Maxbhi is dealing with mobile spare parts and i think they don't know how much a phone mean to someone and still you show your careless face after getting product order and payment

Hi I have recently purchased from this website for glass replacement so the glass placement the product has some defect I have been trying to call maxbhi support but it always says please wait or something so I just want to exchange the Product return it or give the money back

I have ordered for front display and back panel for oneplus7t of around 8k on 15th june during order they informed on site it will deliver on 18th of june.But its cheating they give false information and make us buy. The order status is still showing delayed.there is no information on the order.I called to maxbhi customer support daily and wait for 30 mins there is no agent to attend and there is no one available on online support.This is totally not acceptable and a kind of cheating.

I have ordered PCB and back pannel for my mobile phone first I was told that delay in delivery and now product is being tested.. what nonsense.. tell me the procedure to refund..!!

They delivered wrong product i ordered samsung s9 plus LCD but i received a different product not as shown on the images when i try to contact they are not responding.

I ordered a folder from the maxbhi website of htc m9 plus prime camera edition and it is delivered on 7th June but when I open the I saw that the touch flex cable is broken. I immediately registered the replacement request on the same day but till 23rd June, no one from the company replace the folder.
So I humbly request you to look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible.

Dated 15/6/21, i have made a mistake order of vivo v5 plud lcd, order no 3440352 this model is wrong. The correct model is vivo y55/y55s.would you please replace the mistake order into vivo y55/y55s.

My order placed on 16 Jun not yet received and it'sshowing that it's completely shipped

Where i have ordered a ONE PLUS 3 BATTERY on 17/6/2021.
I have already paid for the order.
But they are not shipping my product.
Status is delayed.
And also unable to contact their customer care.

Hi Respected Dear Sir Madam i am in problem the company cheating with me i purchased one mi note 7 pro rare camera from maxbhi & when he send me faulty or non working product i request a refund but the company said that refund not available we will replace the item please send back to us ok fine i return the item 2month over here still i didn't get the cash or replacement item now today he said that

This shaik from chennai I have ordered product in maxabhi 2 months ago, I do understand it was locke down in delhi but has been opened till now no information from maxabhi no one is takeing responsibility of my order .I called alot of times but no one is responding my call.i need my amount back .it's first experience in maxabhi is very bad sorry to say this never expected this anyway ..plz help me to refund my money..

Order for LCD screen was placed on 19th June 2021 and assured delivery by 22nd June 2021. Now status is being shown as delayed with no option for cancellation. No customer care support and one of the worst experiences ever.

Maxbhi.com website is fake delivery, I ordered the display of Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1! not arrived yet and it may be showing fake delivery
