I had placed an order (07/06/2021, 09:31 AM) which when ordering was told that i would receive the Product by Thursday 10/06/2021, after multiple calls to maxbhi with the Support was told that the product would be sent by 12/06/2021 or they will refund the amount, Still not able to contact support and they are very unresponsive to my Queries.

i would like for them to refund the amount to the payment method done by me as they are Delaying the order Beyond the Period Specified.

1 ordered a mobile battery on 10th May 2021 but still @ 11th June it is still pending I paid a payment on Rs.579 but no customer care support jo cancellation nothing My Order number is 3284697 they cheat customer by making them pay pre-paid amount before order...

My order id is 3372962. I have ordered galaxy s9 plus charging pcb eight days before but still shows your order delayed. I have tried many times to contact them but no one responded to my complain .I request them to send my order asap or refund my money. They said that order delayed due to lockdown in Delhi.but courier services are going through. This is absolutely Cheating.

I have ordered LCD of Redmi Note 6 pro from maxbhi.com(order id #3219681) after 6th days i found touch problem of that Display.Yesterday i try to review that item which leads me to make a complaint against them.
I have written the review with One star that worst quality, money wasted. unfortunately i discovered my review has been published as" my experience was always great wtih maxbhi.com " with 5star.
There's no complaint or query or nor you can take any help from them, with the name corona virus they stopped all helpline services. they fooling us.
When i buy the order it was 10days replacement but after delivery they gave me only 5days of replacement.
I'm going to make videos on YouTube about that fact if my problem not solved.

I am aditya, i had order a zte axon mini sim tray from maxbhi.com and my order id is #3323873. But from the time i have order, after few week ny order is cancelled by maxbhi. I had call their mention mobile numbers but did not pickup my call but before i ordered again same from in different color witih order id #3392337 many many days it is shows orders under process #1. My order was prepaid.
company is not responsing regarding this. So i want to confirm my order, i'am unable to cannot to contact maxbhi team directly/indirectly. So sir please help me.

I ordered a huawai y9 2019 display, I paid 2679 rupees .today to maxbhi.com, The whole amount ( 2679 rupee) is being deducted from my account but maxbhi.com is claimed that I have not paid them...any amount, n there services are off bcs of lockdown

I ordered oneplus 6t display from maxbhi.com on 27 april, but item not shipped yet, and after more than 1 month they cancelled my order and refunded in their e-wallet and not to original payment source, also I am unable to transfer my money from maxbhi ewallet to my bank account.I request to team maxbhi, please don't harass people, you are doing fraud activities.Please do needful asap.

I needed a battery for my phone urgently so I ordered form maxbhi, so after 3 days I went to check on the order and I found that they won't bother shipping it until the lockdown is over and that is far too long to wait for a battery that is required urgently, then I thought I'll atleast get assistance from the customer care to get assurance from them but then I realized we the customer care doesn't work at all, now I have no idea who to complain this problem too.Now I would like a refund

This is with respect to the Order ID #3345062 placed on 25th May 2021 with maxbhi.com, the order status went from Approved to in-progress and now it is showing as "delay due to pandemic". Tried calling support number ([protected], [protected], +91 [protected], +[protected] and +91 [protected] ) but non of them are working and also tries the support links Sales (https://www.maxbhi.com/support.html?query_type=sales) and Support (https://www.maxbhi.com/index.php?dispatch=discussion.cust_support&query_type=su...⇄ to raise compliant, but it seems like none of them are working.
If Maxbhi is unable to process the order then why they are allowing the users to place the order and post placing the order there are no options to contact support or cancel the order for a refund. this is an extremely bad experience. I have purchased this product to repair my mobile phone and now I am not sure what is happening. I request you to please help me in getting the product shipped or initiating the refund so that I can purchase from another website.

But Post order the status is went to approved -- In progress and then Delayed due to pandemic.

But getting message in Maxbhi portal is : Due to the corona virus outbreak and lockdown by government of Delhi, orders will be delayed and processed only after lockdown has been removed. and the contact number are not working as the support staffs are not available.

I am not getting option to cancel the order nor i am getting any further status.

Please help me in getting the product delivered or the money refund..
