Hi Team,

I have ordered LCD with Touch Screen for Huawei Honor 8X - Blue (display glass combo folder), Back Panel Cover for Huawei Honor 8X - Blue and Glue Adhesive Gum for Huawei Honor 8X (LCD, Frame & Touch Pasting) - 50ml in Order ID# 3345062 on May 25, 2021.

Post order the status is went to approved -- In progress and then Delayed due to pandemic.

Tried Contacting support via support ticket and below Contact numbers .

But getting message in Maxbhi portal is : Due to the corona virus outbreak and lockdown by government of Delhi, orders will be delayed and processed only after lockdown has been removed. and the contact number are not working as the support staffs are not available.

I am not getting option to cancel the order nor i am getting any further status.

Please help me in getting the product delivered or the money refund..

    I ordered a samsung galaxy A70 display, I paid 3018 rupees .today morning to maxbhi.com, The whole amount ( 3018 rupee) is being deducted from my account but maxbhi.com is claimed that I have not paid them...any amount, n there services are off bcs of lockdown but they r selling ... everything ...
    Messages and mails r being send by maxbhi.com that the amount bus still unpaid...n I don't know where is my money ... please address this complaint as soon as possible. Thank u

        I have brought a display combo of HTC 630 from maxbhi.com ... But unfortunately the display was having some trouble i think its manufacturing defect or whatever it is .. I placed a replacement after 3 days .

        My order id -#3317035
        I have placed the request since 7 days still no reply nor any conformations about the request they are not taking calls nothing .i know in this pandemic its take some time but still i have waited so long first for the order to arrive and now this replacement procedure ... I am a technician ..its a device of a customer i brought to fix it . trusted maxbhi 😓.
        its better maxbhi should stop taking orders and payments because they cant do it right this long anyways i just want a refund or replacement as soon as possible

They sent me faulty display ...i replaced it and when they received it back the technician is telling the display you sent is damaged ...i even talked to the courier partner they said the delivery was ok . as i have already mentioned them the courier's contains glass item ... .. I dont know what to do no my money gone and the display too

            I have ordered a ipad 5 screen digitiser, which started trouble after 2 days, they told that the seal is broken so we cannot replace. Warranty says 30 days. How to use it for 30 without removing seal. Their employees are brainwashed super ## and they will tell the same thing repeatedly like a voice recorder. I lost 800 rs + 100 courier charges. I beg you never buy from this company, if you don’t take my advice you would be next person typing like me. This company should be banned from selling faulty products.

                      On May 2nd, I ordered a display of moto g 2nd gen from maxbhi, first thing, they sent me this order on May 20th for about 18 days, and I put that display on my mobile, then it was not working, so on the same day i.e. 20 On May, I put the request for replacement on maxbhi and mailed many times and tried to contact them but I have not received any reply nor call from their company and my warranty date is also going to expire.my warranty last date is 29th of may Please help me to replace display.

                              In 22nd I have placed one Order for Display for Lenovo K8 Note. After placing the order, they have given one statement as, they can't ship my product until lockdown removes. So I tried to contact support team through their contact form and also through their Customer Support Number for cancellation of my Order. But those two ways they are giving warning as of now we don't have much staff to resolve your issue and contact later. So next day I went Local Mobile Repair Store and got it relpaired. Means Today I have got it repaired and paid for it. Later this evening I got a notification as my Order Shipped.

                              So now I can't bare this extra amount. So please cancel my Order immediately. Why because it's not yet started from the Supplier's Location. I am trying to convey this to their Support team, but they are simply showing notification as contact later as their Staff are not available.

                              So please try to understand my problem and do cancel my order - 3332883 ASAP. Please credit my payment to my wallet.
