I have ordered a ipad 5 screen digitiser, which started trouble after 2 days, they told that the seal is broken so we cannot replace. Warranty says 30 days. How to use it for 30 without removing seal. Their employees are brainwashed super ## and they will tell the same thing repeatedly like a voice recorder. I lost 800 rs + 100 courier charges. I beg you never buy from this company, if you don’t take my advice you would be next person typing like me. This company should be banned from selling faulty products.

        After not receiving a response to my previous queries, and getting notified by the automated customer service number that you won't start your processes till the lockdown is lifted, I want to cancel my order.
        I need the part for my phone immediately as I need to use my phone for important work, but this timeline is just not suitable for me.
        I will go to a local shop or the authorized service center instead.
        Kindly cancel my order and refund my amount at the earliest as you have not even begun processing the order yet.

            On May 2nd, I ordered a display of moto g 2nd gen from maxbhi, first thing, they sent me this order on May 20th for about 18 days, and I put that display on my mobile, then it was not working, so on the same day i.e. 20 On May, I put the request for replacement on maxbhi and mailed many times and tried to contact them but I have not received any reply nor call from their company and my warranty date is also going to expire.my warranty last date is 29th of may Please help me to replace display.

                    In 22nd I have placed one Order for Display for Lenovo K8 Note. After placing the order, they have given one statement as, they can't ship my product until lockdown removes. So I tried to contact support team through their contact form and also through their Customer Support Number for cancellation of my Order. But those two ways they are giving warning as of now we don't have much staff to resolve your issue and contact later. So next day I went Local Mobile Repair Store and got it relpaired. Means Today I have got it repaired and paid for it. Later this evening I got a notification as my Order Shipped.

                    So now I can't bare this extra amount. So please cancel my Order immediately. Why because it's not yet started from the Supplier's Location. I am trying to convey this to their Support team, but they are simply showing notification as contact later as their Staff are not available.

                    So please try to understand my problem and do cancel my order - 3332883 ASAP. Please credit my payment to my wallet.

                      After 13 days order not shipping or no Customer support. Or no cancel options available in site . I'm very hopeless. So please cancel my order . And refund my amount.

If you are not able to send the parcel then cancel it and refund my money back. The customer care team also not available for receiving phone and emails also.                                 second product

                                product : 32 Pieces Screw Driver Set for Xiaomi Pocophone F1 - Magnetic Repair Tool Kit and

                                I no longer need these products. I want my money back. But i can't cancel these orders.

                                      It's been more than 10 days since i had placed my order.

                                      As per my knowledge courier services are still running in this pandemic, then why you are not sending it .

                                      I know it's lockdown due to pandemic...i[censored] are not delivering products and giving reason of pandemic...then why the hell are you accepting orders and taking payments...

                                      And whatever payments you have taken...i[censored] are unable to deliver and CUSTOMERs are asking their money back so why aren't u refunding...###
