I have order for a back body full housing and a volume button flux cable for Wiko U feel prime costing Rs 389 and 319 from maxbhi/ Elcotek telecom . I did not receive my order as the product fullfillment is zero .now i do not need the order there is no reply from site maxbhi.com plzz help me i want my refund back to my bank account my order no is #2987720 and #2987369

      I have received the faulty product( Manufacturing faults) and when i have send the product to repair or replace .
      But as per the Company they received damaged product from courier company.
      So they have refused to replace the product. Then i told them to repair manufacturing faults of the product and returned to me.
      But not received positive response from their side

      Why should i pay for their faults, if they have not send me the faulty product then this process never starts.

        I have purachased realme display from maxbhi.com but i received faulty product then i returned to them asper their instruction. I had to pay courier expense from my pocket. Again they sent faulty product again i retuned and again they sent faulty product. This is the 3rd time iam recieving dead product. I think This company is fraud . They are telling they dont have refund policy but only selling dead products. Dont ever purchase from this guys you will get cheated like me

          I have purachased LG G2 display(order id 2777287)from maxbhi.com but i received dead product then i returned to them asper their instruction. I had to pay courier expense from my pocket.             Maxbhi is such a scam site that they don't care about the customers, I hv ordered Samsung a8 plus folder and they hv send damaged folder and now they are declining replacement request.. I just want my refund or else a new folder in replacement...pls help

              Sir/ madam,
              I ordered a product on 29th October with order id as 2832284 and got delivered on 5 nov . I have ordered a mobile display with adhesive glue . However as I was installing the display, it wasnt completely compatible with my phone and so I opted for return but as of now I have not received any call or messages from the customer service
              Please, also someone take the initiative to shut down these online service beacause of this poor customer service.
              They sell you the product and promise us return but They are not able to provide any service as they didn't provide or accept any return product.
              What happened to me doesn't have to happen to anyone anymore.

                While purchasing a display of Micromax due to net issues and mobile software problem i mistakenly selected Touch and Display for Q4311 instead of for Q417. I did requested for replacement (not refund) immediately on receipt of package.

                Despite repeated reminders and messages, they are not at all supporting. Neither iam a reseller nor a servicing man.

                Dont know what to do with, and unable to get the needed one.

                  I have purchased one product from maxbhi and by mistake I had ordered wrong display panel by mistake when I opened the package the same didn't match to my mobile there was a little delay in opening the package as I was not not avalible other wise I would have highlited the concern earlier

                  I requested multiple times for the replacement of the same but seems we are too much process oriented and not thinking of customer concern

                  Would like to look into this and help me resolve the issue

                      Order id: 2686852::maxbhi cheated me by selling a faulty / malfunctioning mobile display combo unit after getting money.there is no proof that they are dispatching good working product but when i requested for replacement / repair of product they are making stories in the name of policy.after two months of follow up they deceived me neither not providing any refund nor fixing the fault.it is purely looting hard earned money even in this hard time of corona pandemic condition from the poor.totally fed up for buying from this shameless company.

                      Finally the company has responded to the stated issue genuinely by providing replacement item.I have received the replacement product and i hope the item should be in good working condition (yet to confirm from technician)as per product description mentioned in their website.Thanks a lot to both consumer complaint platform and maxbhi company for prompt action which gives us hope to our Indian consumers...

                      Still there is no proper action taken either for repair /replacement or refund.First product what i received is from dead phone and not a new one.There is no evidence that company is selling tested / working product but simply replying back as they have received damaged product. Company is making money by writing these fraudulent story without replacing or refunding..

                      True Shaji, It is unfortunate that there is no true reviews in their site to make out the quality of the supplies. I too had the same bad experience but I placed the order just before you posted this and missed this valuable feedback.
                      Really disturbing situation and I hope customers would not get cheated like this anymore.
                      MaxBhi should change the way they operate and dont realize that the money they get from Customers is their bread and butter.

                                    Hi, I ordered LCD with touchscreen for Samsung Galaxy J5(2106) order ID 2814697 and it was delivered on 27/10/20. The product was dead having no display and also slightly broken from top edge. Now the seller (Maxbhi) is refusing to replace or refund it whereas company claims one month replacement warranty. Very unethical and cheating behavior.

                                      I have purchased the battery on Battery on 9 September and they have sent me the battery which is not compatible with Motorola 2nd generation mobile. So i request them to pickup the product and sent me the compatible one.Their response is bad they want me to send them product with my courier charges.
                                      Your replacement request with reference number 25560 has been approved. Which means, you can now send the product back to our facility (before the warranty ends - 9 November).
                                      Upon arrival, our team will check the product for the problem(s) reported by you & if all found as per the problem (within our warranty terms and conditions)
