Maxbhi not deal in orignal spare but they also not deal in good spare part and they provide bad quality of compatible product. Actually i m order display combo of redmi k20 pro in amount of 3290. When I m received this product in this product they are not provide hole for onscreen fingerprint sensor and proximity sensor
And touch quality is very bad not smooth and screen brightness is very low color combination of screen not good. Sometime touch automatically start to work sometime not. Heating and battery draining issue found. in 1hr almost my 50%battery drained and device hit upto 47°c. And after talk with customer agent he respond we can not deal in og part and we are not taking warranty for this plz read our warranty policy before order we mentioned everything in warranty.
But my question is that why they not mentioned all this working or not working scenario in product page like Amazon or other. Guys I m attached some snipshot of maxbhi product page and actual product recived and comparison of products with high quality and good quality. And all reviews in maxbhi are fake. Maxbhi totally fake website. Customer agent talking very rudely and after conversation they only tell us we taking ur request to concerns team they will respond in 24-48hrs after ur warranty not expired.till a month or 10 days.depend. now I want refund for this because they are mentioned high quality of product in product page. I m readed out hole product page list but they are not high lighted any where in product description page proxiy and on screen fingerprint sensor is not working. Can anyone help me out from this.

I have placed the order on Maxbhi.com for Rs.1659 on 05/03/2021 (order ID: 3116932). On that day itself order was cancelled and the refund is initiated by Maxbhi.com on 06/03/2021. But even after 26 days the refund amount is not credited to my account. when I contacted Maxbhi customer care, they are not providing proper reply. Most of the customers are affected by Maxbhi.com because of long delay in refunding and some of them were not provided refund. So please do the needful for getting back my money.

I have ordered a display for my phone from this website. They have sent a defective product. Ok no problem. But they should replace or refund the money. I have also placed the replacement request. But it does not even move to next step. But they are not even taking the calls. I have requested a n number of callbacks. No call back is attended. I don't want to say any word. I have ordered a display for my phone from the maxbhi website. They have sent me a defective product and they are saying we will replace only and will not refund. I want my money back. It's a fraud company. I request the consumers not to buy any products in this website.

The battery is not right, the battery that was needed has not arrived.

I have purchased a LCD display for my Redmi 5 mobile from maxbhi website.Order ID 3118824. The product delivered to me is a defective product. Touch is 100 % not working. So I have purchased the same product in another shop. So I No longer need their Defective Product anymore. So I have prepared their DEFECTIVE PRODUCT for a Return. But instead of return my money they are giving stupid policy excuses. So I think this is a fraud company. People should not buy from this website. After this issue I am reading so much complaints about this website. Everybody is telling this same issues. So I suggest please don't buy from their website. They won't send good product. I have ordered a Narzo 10 display glass combo. But it is defective. Means, the display is not working. I made sure that the warranty seal is not broken. I raised support call request. but no response from Maxbhi.

Ordered display but got faulty display, sent the product by Professional courier by flight, got reply that received the product in damaged condition. Told them to send a short video and images of both front and back side but not received yet. Kindly replace or refund the amount.
Packed with thermocol and multiple bubble wrap, not possible for the product to get damaged.

Sir I purchased a new display combo for one plus 3T order number 3049504. But the touch screen is not working, the screen is still & freezing. So register my complaint and replace the One plus 3T combo

I ordered an LG W30 mobile display unit including touch digitizer on MaxBhi.com. They delivered the item in box packaging with proper padding within. Upon opening the box I noticed that the protective cover of the unit had so many numerous fine scratches and one slightly deep scratch from bottom right towards the center of the screen. That scratch alone could be felt when I moved my finger across. Still I went ahead and installed the unit in my phone and connected the cables and turned it on, with hopes that if i find any issue I could return the item as there is one month warranty as long as I don't remove the protective film.
The display was found defective when i turned it on with vertical bands of black and white colors visible. Hence I disconnected the unit and verified that there was no physical bend or nudge apart from the scratches on the protective film.
I immediately raised a replacement request through their portal and they asked for more pictures and I uploaded it within some time (attached here). They approved the return and I shipped it in the same packaging with proper padding via courier. The item had NO physical damage and was in the exact condition they sent it to me and the protective film was still on it.
They received the product and rejected the replacement claiming there is physical damage and attached an image to support their claim. Attaching it here. In the image, they gave a circled indication to a spot behind the screen that appears to me like a nudge made out of a sharp object like a screw driver. I immediately responded with my pix I had taken before sending the item across and explained to them that such a sharp object piercing would never happen in the package I sent back to them. I had read earlier of cases online where MaxBhi purposefully introduce physical damage to deny replacment to faulty items they send. I hope to get a resolution to this from this forum and I earneslty request everyone to never trust their replacement policy. If the item works, good for you, else forget the money spent.

For order id 3046871.I cancelled my order and now it shows You have to wait for atleast 15 days for money to be refunded to the bank account. This is not good.Its urgent.I dont want to wait, I want my money as soon as possible.Its not free.Provide me the transaction details if the refund process is initiated.

I purchased touch screen digitizer for Fusion5 4G Tablet 9.6 inch - Got a product with alltogether different cable configuration
I was confirmed by the technician that since the cable is different it wont work!

My payment for one product was done twice and they told me that it was done only once when i contacted to my bank they said that the payment was done twice i contacted for 2 months they blocked my no and now after 2 months they called me and still they didnt gave my refund now its been 2 more months they just say we hace sent u but not a single ruppee has been transfered by them

I have ordered for xperia z5 battery from the site maxbhi.com but received the battery bigger than what I have in xperia z5 dual(E6683).

When I wrote to him they are asked for all the picture in spite, I have provided comparison picture( between mine phone battery and the battery received from the site maxbhi.com), they asked to open teh phone and sent the rear site connected battery picture. However this has been provided.

As of today 7 Jan 2021 they are asking to return the battery with my cost and they will send the another battery to me. They are not accepting the mistake done by them instead they are saying this is how support works.

I would recommend do not purchase from this site. Never even if they are saying it is free.

Display sent for my xaomipocophone F1 was recieved in damaged condition.
Would like to report this website as fraudulent and please if you want to avoid being cheated please don't buy anything from this website
