I have recently order a product but I want change the colour of the product from gold to white which I have ordered

As i have order a spare for ipad, now it is showing that it is completely shipped, but am not able to track the shipment, its more than 2 weeks.so please give me a solution

I had ordered display replacement for Asus Zenfone Max pro m2 on 22 April, they've not even shipped it even after 15 days, I want refund atleast, they're neither picking calls not responsive anyway, worst company, it's my hard earned money, I wanted urgent repair for my phone, now what shall I do?

No one is updating about my package...neither they are providing customer support

I want to cancel this order because it is not shipped and it is delayed . I have waited for 5 days and tried to contact you on your number [protected] hundred times but nobody picked up the call and have courtesy to call back .Now I am frustrated that I don't want your LCD whatsoever I want only my money back .

It is really frustrating that I trusted this company I still gave chance after reading lot of negative reviews.

I ordered a mobile touch display and frame from this website, which has not come up till now and neither have I made the payment while I am getting it.

Since one month my replacement not done, I send faulty part with speed courier wast of 500 rupees extra, now I request them to cancel my order and refund my amount, I will do repair at local store as delhi lock down is my problem, they are not at all listing to me,

I am send my one order maxbhi.com. one charger. Not received my charger dead slow performance. So cancel my order. I am taked new charger .i am telling support team cancel my order and refund. Maxbhi.com side no cancel my order telling me.

As per online purchased item and received dated 09 Mar 2021 but checked that material was defected as mentioned (not detected by any device in Bluetooth device) so I have placed return request and instruct me to return the item to maxbhi.com by DTDC courier TRACKING NO.: W00743363 with my own expense which was Rs 150 born by me. and as they received material on Tue, 16th Mar'21. But they have sent me the same defective product me without rectifying or replacement. so I inform you that it is the same item you send again and not rectified nor replaced. so they again asking me to send it back again at your own expense because the return courier charge will not bear by the company as per their policy. so I told them that material received defective is not my fault and you have already sent defective and again sending the defective without even checking materials which are not customer fault so I told them that courier charges will not bear by me if so I need my courier charges to refund otherwise refund my completely amount of device purchased. or you can pick the materials from my home. and now I had paid (150+150+43) Rs343 for on returning their defective pieces.so please refund my item amount + sites returned cost which was not consumers fault

I have ordered lcd combo for iphone 7 but they sent me defective lcd twice, every time i have to return it on my expenses & this time haven't received it yet

i returned the product with original packing without tampering any warranty seals and stickers. Now they are not replacing my product.

I have ordered a iphone 6 touch folder from Maxbhi.com and i recieved a defective piece. I informed the company with in a hour of recieving product. I sent back the product with in warranty period. They were saying i have violated company warranty condition. I was not aware of those conditions as it was not with the product only displayed on their website. After several talks they refunded my money but deducted 700 Rs for shipping and handling. I have duped for 700rs as company has provided me a defective piece and even i have sent back the product on my own.

Maxbhi not deal in orignal spare but they also not deal in good spare part and they provide bad quality of compatible product. Actually i m order display combo of redmi k20 pro in amount of 3290. When I m received this product in this product they are not provide hole for onscreen fingerprint sensor and proximity sensor
And touch quality is very bad not smooth and screen brightness is very low color combination of screen not good. Sometime touch automatically start to work sometime not. Heating and battery draining issue found. in 1hr almost my 50%battery drained and device hit upto 47°c. And after talk with customer agent he respond we can not deal in og part and we are not taking warranty for this plz read our warranty policy before order we mentioned everything in warranty.
But my question is that why they not mentioned all this working or not working scenario in product page like Amazon or other. Guys I m attached some snipshot of maxbhi product page and actual product recived and comparison of products with high quality and good quality. And all reviews in maxbhi are fake. Maxbhi totally fake website. Customer agent talking very rudely and after conversation they only tell us we taking ur request to concerns team they will respond in 24-48hrs after ur warranty not expired.till a month or 10 days.depend. now I want refund for this because they are mentioned high quality of product in product page. I m readed out hole product page list but they are not high lighted any where in product description page proxiy and on screen fingerprint sensor is not working. Can anyone help me out from this.

I have placed the order on Maxbhi.com for Rs.1659 on 05/03/2021 (order ID: 3116932). On that day itself order was cancelled and the refund is initiated by Maxbhi.com on 06/03/2021. But even after 26 days the refund amount is not credited to my account. when I contacted Maxbhi customer care, they are not providing proper reply. Most of the customers are affected by Maxbhi.com because of long delay in refunding and some of them were not provided refund. So please do the needful for getting back my money.

I have ordered a display for my phone from this website. They have sent a defective product. Ok no problem. But they should replace or refund the money. I have also placed the replacement request. But it does not even move to next step. But they are not even taking the calls. I have requested a n number of callbacks. No call back is attended. I don't want to say any word. Please do the needful. Thank you.

I have ordered a display for my phone from the maxbhi website. They have sent me a defective product and they are saying we will replace only and will not refund. I want my money back. It's a fraud company. I request the consumers not to buy any products in this website.

The battery is not right, the battery that was needed has not arrived.

I have purchased a LCD display for my Redmi 5 mobile from maxbhi website.Order ID 3118824. The product delivered to me is a defective product. Touch is 100 % not working. So I have purchased the same product in another shop. So I No longer need their Defective Product anymore. So I have prepared their DEFECTIVE PRODUCT for a Return. But instead of return my money they are giving stupid policy excuses. So I think this is a fraud company. People should not buy from this website. After this issue I am reading so much complaints about this website. Everybody is telling this same issues. So I suggest please don't buy from their website. They won't send good product. You can't get your money back from them.
