I'm ordered a screen digitiser for my samsung tab 2 p3100 (Black), but today when i got the product and i opened it the product is tempered totally then i called maxbhi.com customer service and they replied me that they are not going to refund or replace my product because the product was tempered during the transportation of courier team, so i have to call the courier team and lodge a complaint to them, that i have received a broken screen digitiser but how can i lodge complaint to courier team if i don't know them, i am ordered my products from maxbhi.com not from the courier team but still i contacted courier department customer service and they replied me that contact your merchant for any type of issue you are facing with your product, we are not responsible for anything that was happen with a product in transportation or anything else.
Again called maxbhi.com customer service and told them that this was happened when i called courier team and they are again saying that they are not going to help me with anything. So what about my money which i paid for the right product. I want my refund.
