Me ordered 10 or g touch digitizer order no #2729624 this product delivered and that's product not compatible with my mobile I want return this product refund my amount

I ordered a wrong product and requested support for cancellation and the person spoke with me mentioned like " cancellation is not possible in our website" and now i am reading their terms and condition and it says cancellation is possible. I want to cancel my order and refund my money as soon as possible.

Hi Consumer support team,

This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased LCD with Touch Screen for InFocus M2 - White (display glass combo folder) from maxbhi.com on 16 Sep 2020 but I had received a faulty product and I informed them on the same day to replace this or refund back my money but they denied stating that they do not have a policy to refund but they can replace the product and advised me to ship the product to their given address, Also they have given "Replacement Requests numner #23917 " and As per their request I had shipped the product the same day to the given address and after they received the product they giving me a lame excuse stating that the wire is damaged and cannot be replaced.
This company is doing fraud with their customers with wrong claims and denying replacements and refunds. However, I strongly fell they are showing their customers already damaged products which they already hold and deny to replace or refund. I have attached images while I have sent the courier back to the company.

Request you to kindly address this issue as this company is a threat to poor consumers such as me. As you can see there are several such cases logged into your forum, kindly do strict action against this company. I have totally trust on this consumer complaint forum as you will take the proper action against this company.

My order id is 2728188 i ordered the 2 folder by seeing that 1 first copy folder will be delivered and there customer care executive also say that there product will be good and if not the it get returned but when order receive it is local market item and now they are not returning it telling about fake policy

I have ordered an iphone display on 24 august 2020 and maxbhi has send me a damaged product and still they are not responding through mail or phone, no response from there side. Why cheating people in this pandamic situation also. Mxbhi is a fraud company and should be closed within no time.

I hve ordered three item yesterday n it was actually cancelled in the first place after the transaction was done but i re ordered it with the e-wallet money n the product status was psd but again it's put as available. I'm ordered a screen digitiser for my samsung tab 2 p3100 (Black), but today when i got the product and i opened it the product is tempered totally then i called maxbhi.com customer service and they replied me that they are not going to refund or replace my product because the product was tempered during the transportation of courier team, so i have to call the courier team and lodge a complaint to them, that i have received a broken screen digitiser but how can i lodge complaint to courier team if i don't know them, i am ordered my products from maxbhi.com not from the courier team but still i contacted courier department customer service and they replied me that contact your merchant for any type of issue you are facing with your product, we are not responsible for anything that was happen with a product in transportation or anything else.
Again called maxbhi.com customer service and told them that this was happened when i called courier team and they are again saying that they are not going to help me with anything. So what about my money which i paid for the right product. I want my refund.

I have ordered yu ace display from maxbhi website my order was cancelled because the product was not available so I decided to refund my amount to my bank account. But till now I have not received my money to my bank account my order Id is

It is specifically mentioned on their website that in case i don't receive the product i'll have a complete refund. They are trying to intimidate me by saying that buy back/return/exchange /refund of any item is not possible. I'll not be able to accept the product but they are not accepting any cancellation. They even tried to intimidate me by saying they will not refund and will ship this product again after paying extra for delivery. They have my money and their product back, i don't plan to have any business with such unethical website.
They customer service was also rude.

I have ordered xolo a500l touch screen digitizer worth rs 319 on[protected] order id 2671741 however after 2 days order was cancelled automatically by maxbhi and money was transfer to maxbhi e-wallet rs 319 however its should be return back to my bank a/c i have raised a request to transfer the money back to my bank account. Now please solve this i want to refund my money back to bank account.

I buy few products from maxbhi.com they said your order cancelled due to no product in stock
They transfer the money to ewallet
They are not transfering the amount to bank through which payment is done

I have purchased a replacement front camera flex for iphone 7 plus (Rs.599) and they send me a non working unit. When i wanted to replace the item they said you have to send the product back to us and u have to bear courier charges so i sent back the product by paying all the courier charges, after few days the return was processed and again they sent me the same unit in same wrapper which is still non working, now when i contacted them again they are saying sent the product back by paying courier charges. This is not my fault, once i paid the courier charges again they are asking to pay for courier.

I was trying to purchase Nokia 8.1 back housing on 1 September from maxbhi.com of 326 rupees. All going good before the transaction page. When I paid for the product via amazon upi through paytm gateway, my money got transacted from my bank account and when it redirected to the order page after transaction the maxbhi site still showed that the order is open and I need to pay. After refreshing maxbhi site so many times I saw that there's no change in product status. I visited bank branch and their site as well for confirmation but all they are saying that money is debited from my account and I must confront whoever I paid to for further doubt. Even I contacted amazon customer care, they are saying the same thing that I paid through paytm gateway and paytm is responsible for my money. Such a pathetic service Maxbhi gave to me. I really never expected from you. As money is successfully transacted from amazon UPI as well. So the thing is that it got stuck between the gateway which Is Paytm and Maxbhi.com. After sending details of the entire incident to paytm, they mailed me that they released the amount the exact day and at the exact time to the merchant. Now, when I contacted maxbhi.com, they are just not taking responsibility to admit that the mistake is from their side. Either you are doing some serious fraud and playing with customers hard earned money or you know this entire thing and still acting like you don't know. It's been more than 48 hours and still I didn't know when will get my money from a fraud company like maxbhi. beware guys., Never order from maxbhi. They provide cheap and broken products and they won't take replacement. You will have to take the product anyway and won't get your money back for faulty products the provide to you. Fraud maxbhi.

Maxbhi is not ready to take their shipment back. I initiated a call back request mentioning I want to cancel my order still they shipped my order and told me they can't cancel after shipping. Even international websites have a refund/return policies but maxbhi for some reason doesn't. Not Recommend at all.

Worst and pathetic website to Order
Would never recommend anyone to purchase anything from this site because:

I purchased I phone 6 display from Maxbhi.com
after I received my order I wanted to get it fitted but when I checked the display was partially damaged. 50% screen was ok and 50% screen was damaged, fully black.
I raised my Concern with customer service executive.
She guided me the path for replacement.
I visited maxbhi.com site and raised a replacement request.

They told me to send damaged display, courier to their address because maxbhi.com don't have pickup facility.
I did it by paying inr 375.

Now when I called customer service, I had a word with one of their customer service executives and asked her what to do further to get refund of money which I paid as courier charges.

She clearly told me that we won't be able to refund the courier charges as per our company's terms and conditions.

I got refund of the money which I paid for display but what about courier charges.
Display was damaged, why should I bear loss.

My only mistake was I had purchased damaged product from maxbhi.com

This was my first and last purchase from this website and won't recommend anyone to purchase anything from maxbhi.com
If you do, purchase at your own risk because these guys don't care about customer satisfaction.
They care about their terms and conditions.
