I have ordered digitizer glass for google nexus 4 but i don, t receive the order gets cancelled itself. this is the second time this happened. i don, t want any e wallet points i just want my money back in my bank account. as soon as possible. i am very disappointed with the service of maxbhi.com i[censored] cant deliver the product how can u take the amount.

    Maxbhi is an fraud company they never deliver the product even they will not refund the money also. I have ordered a samsung galaxy's touch digitizer. First they have cancelled after ordere they told me that in out of stock. I have contacted the customer care (Its not a customer care...) for my refund, but again they place a new order but that too suggested by them. Again im getting same issue the order cancelled due to out of stock. I dont understand what are they doing in etrading... They even know whether they have the stock or not, but they accept order again and again also they will not refund our money. Maxbhi is the pakka fraud. Once you ordered in maxbhi, you have to re-order again and again until you die but you will not get product also your money...

My personal suggestion is to first go for Amazon or other BIG websites, second, try to get your product / handset fixed by good mobile stores / shopkeepers, ..., and lastly go for purchasing the items from less established companies like Maxbhi.

          I booked and it was paid and amount is deducted and status failed. So i want its refund. And it was needed for that mobile part urgent, so i booked again and it was ok and i got the product. Now i mailed to coustemer care and today they are saying it was packed and send to me. What is the need of 2 pieces of a phones disply. I dont need both, i want the money 508.. Rupees back i only need one.

          I odered a samsung grand quattro touchscreen of white colour ...but now they are giving me black colour ...i want to cancel the order and i need my refund also...

            I had purchased battery for Samsung Star II S5263 from Maxbhi.com and while placing the order i had also mention the note "my mobile is samsung star 2 GT-5263 and purchasing this battery for that. Please check if its suitable for it only."

            I had got the battery after 5 days and its different battery as its battery of Samsung Star-2 G130E which is written on battery also. I raised the complain about that and they ask to send the photos of difference in size of the battery which even does not make any sense but i had sent them the pictures of my old battery which is of Samsung star 2 S5263 and their battery but now i get the below response where they are asking to send back the product and mentioning their terms and conditions. But if you are sending wrong product then how its my responsibility to send back you product and why i should bear that cost. They had taken around one month in communication so i again purchased the new battery from market but don't go to them. For their mistake they will charge to you. I had also attached the photos of both the batteries to show how different they are so even blind person can easily differentiate and after sending them these pics they had sent below mail. Its ridiculous.

            They resolved without any discussion with me. This issue is still pending and for their fault to send the wrong product asking me to first send it back and then they will check and if feels issue is genuine then send the correct one.

                I have placed order No#358347 for Rs.319.72 for a flip cover from www.maxbhi.com on 7th October 2016 and due to non availability of the item it was cancelled by them on 15th October 2016. The message "refund to bank" is appearing and the same has not yet credited to my bank account. Whenever I enquired it was clarified that the refund process will be done soon and it will take 10-12 days to credit the same in my bank account and the information will be updated in my phone from time to time. They are responding with the same reply for the past 3 weeks.

                    Ordered lyf flame 1 housing three times and every time order cancelled with messaga out of stock . But the time i placing order the product is available .
                    i tryied to ordered all the three colors option available and same [censored] happens .
                    i placed the order and after two days out of stock and order cancelled . Its like i have been ordering the same product for 15 days and you guys just put the message out of stock after getting my money .

Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. About your 2nd complain about refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support cheat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. if there is anything else we can help you with.                       All you want is to take the money by showing product is in stock and then refunding the money after a very long time to your ewallet system where the money is stuck instead of bank refund which is direct.
                      I request you to refund the amount to my Bank account ASAP and not hold the money with out my consent.
                      Kindly do so on urgent basis .I'm really frustrated and bothered with your service where you take the orders but you seldom procure the items.
                      PLS TREAT MSG ON PRIORITY BASIS. I absolutely want an unconditional refund to my bank account instead of the ewallet you credited without asking me.
                      Failing to do so, i will be forced to file a case against you for unnecessary harassment and intention to keep the to keep the money with you in consumer court.

                        I have purchased lcd with touch screen for lg l90 dual d410 - white code: et-lcd-cc2785-mb-102990 from m/s elcotek telecom/ maxbhi.com vide order number: 263778 dated 27.4.2016 and received defective component. After teletalk with company they have replaced the component, but to my surprise again defective. It worked for few minutes only. I talked to maxbhi and after their assurance, i returned back the material, but now they are not sending the replacement on the ground that the lcd screen was pasted. Although the material is under warranty for one month the maxbhi.com is not replacing the defective material. Now the complaint has been marked as resolved on 23.10.2016 without any remarks/ solution

                        Dear Mr.Harjit Gill...as i checked your order closely and the conversation with the maxbhi.com representative the product which we shipped unfortunate didn't worked for you but when we received the same product it is found that the LCD + Touch Screen is broken and broken doesn't have any warranty or gurantee but still we shipped you the new product from our-end in which Lcd did not funtuning ok and when we received the product again it is found that both the product were sticked together and the clear of the product was removed which is again warranty void.

                          Issue was never resolved. It's a waste of time contacting customer care. I already contacted customer care multiple times. They are great frauds in harassing customer
                          As per my personnel experience, the Maxbhi.com is fake and fraud company. Their customer support service is only to harass the customers. They take orders, collect money and supply sub-standard/defective material to their customers. Then they refuse to replace the defective components or money collected by giving petty reasons. they are biggest cheaters. please be aware of Maxbhi.com/ elcotek. Order no 263778, neither received refund nor replaced defective component till date.

                              I ordered a LCD touch panel with "www.maxbhi.com". The order placed was for black lcd touch panel for my iphone 4. But I received "white display panel" so i conveyed the same to maxbhi.com customer care via phone and email. But maxbhi.com is cheating me saying that it was confirmed by call that white panel only will be supplied. Because of the bad experience i couriered the product back at my own expense and asked them to repay my money via call as well by email and clearly mentioned them that I wont any replacement because of there unethical methods in selling products. But after about 21 days i got a email saying that black lcd touch panel is being coureried to my home, so i immediately called them and told them to hold the same as i clearly mentioned them to repay my money back. But instead "maxbhi" came back saying that no such option is available and further said that 25% of charges shall be deducted for the transaction. Please help me in getting back the full amount back to my bank account and suitableaction against maxbhi.com for the mental agony caused by the Maxbhi/Elcotek telecom
