I p. jebagnana daniel abraham have order a lg gm 200 mobile panel black. but your customer care staff as call to me tha panel color is black with orange color only is available. then i will that color is not intrested already am i mentione the black color panel only. customer care staff reply the ok i will sent it black color.. but my order (#375422) is now cancelled. cancelled news not call to me. maxbhi refund to e - wallet. i want refund my money in my bank account a/c no [protected] city union bank tirunelveli district ifsc code: ciub0000230. my order no is #375422 & amount is rs 455

Sir, you had placed the order on 09/11/2016 and we had procured the product on 10/11/2016, And as i can check the conversation with maxbhi.com you had got a call for color confirmation and you were not agreed color with the color available, If you don't need it you can request for refund, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support cheat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved.

Maxbhi is not having any return policy for it's customers, as per discussion with the company's representative on "5-Dec-2016". So, you can't return your item if you later on found:

1. there is some another issue with your handset, OR
2. you are no longer interested in this product, OR
3. you have got a better product instead.

So, please be aware before making any purchase. My personal suggestion is to first go for Amazon or other BIG websites, second, try to get your product / handset fixed by good mobile stores / shopkeepers, ..., and lastly go for purchasing the items from less established companies like Maxbhi.

    I have placed order No#358347 for Rs.319.72 for a flip cover from www.maxbhi.com on 7th October 2016 and due to non availability of the item it was cancelled by them on 15th October 2016. The message "refund to bank" is appearing and the same has not yet credited to my bank account. Whenever I enquired it was clarified that the refund process will be done soon and it will take 10-12 days to credit the same in my bank account and the information will be updated in my phone from time to time. They are responding with the same reply for the past 3 weeks.

      Dear sir as per above subject I hd booked in focus glass touch and paid amount but after two days it is cancelled by maxbhi the another one available with slide greater price.so I paid rest amount but once again the order is cancelled by maxbhi.the order no is 365543 and 364052.Now after app. 20 days the amount not refunded to account. As per communication the amount is initiated before 10 days.but till time not received amount

        Ordered lyf flame 1 housing three times and every time order cancelled with messaga out of stock . But the time i placing order the product is available .
        i tryied to ordered all the three colors option available and same [censored] happens .
        i placed the order and after two days out of stock and order cancelled . Its like i have been ordering the same product for 15 days and you guys just put the message out of stock after getting my money .

Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. About your 2nd complain about refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support cheat.           You have cancelled my order no 362219
          However instead of refund to my bank account you have added the credit to ewallet. I dont intend to buy anything further from your site as order cancellation and refund to ewallet has been going on since long.You hardly have anything in stock.
          All you want is to take the money by showing product is in stock and then refunding the money after a very long time to your ewallet system where the money is stuck instead of bank refund which is direct.
          I request you to refund the amount to my Bank account ASAP and not hold the money with out my consent.
          Kindly do so on urgent basis .I'm really frustrated and bothered with your service where you take the orders but you seldom procure the items.
          PLS TREAT MSG ON PRIORITY BASIS. I absolutely want an unconditional refund to my bank account instead of the ewallet you credited without asking me.
          Failing to do so, i will be forced to file a case against you for unnecessary harassment and intention to keep the to keep the money with you in consumer court.

            I have purchased lcd with touch screen for lg l90 dual d410 - white code: et-lcd-cc2785-mb-102990 from m/s elcotek telecom/ maxbhi.com vide order number: 263778 dated 27.4.2016 and received defective component. After teletalk with company they have replaced the component, but to my surprise again defective. It worked for few minutes only. I talked to maxbhi and after their assurance, i returned back the material, but now they are not sending the replacement on the ground that the lcd screen was pasted. Although the material is under warranty for one month the maxbhi.com is not replacing the defective material. Now the complaint has been marked as resolved on 23.10.2016 without any remarks/ solution

            Dear Mr.Harjit Gill...as i checked your order closely and the conversation with the maxbhi.com representative the product which we shipped unfortunate didn't worked for you but when we received the same product it is found that the LCD + Touch Screen is broken and broken doesn't have any warranty or gurantee but still we shipped you the new product from our-end in which Lcd did not funtuning ok and when we received the product again it is found that both the product were sticked together and the clear of the product was removed which is again warranty void.

              I ordered a moto e tool kit. Instead of that they delivered iphone 4 tool kit. I gave a detailed explanation to customer support that what I received was iphone 4 tool kit and not the one which I ordered. The only answer I got was the same for all my request.               What I M saying here is apple iPhone 4 tool kit has been delivered and you are irresponsibly saying some other stuff simply. moto e screw set is t5 and u have sent 0.8mm apple 4 screw driver kit which is not even matching and can't open the phone itself.

              Issue was never resolved. It's a waste of time contacting customer care. I already contacted customer care multiple times. They are great frauds in harassing customer
              As per my personnel experience, the Maxbhi.com is fake and fraud company. Their customer support service is only to harass the customers. They take orders, collect money and supply sub-standard/defective material to their customers. Then they refuse to replace the defective components or money collected by giving petty reasons. they are biggest cheaters. please be aware of Maxbhi.com/ elcotek. Order no 263778, neither received refund nor replaced defective component till date.

I don't want to use the amount in e-wallet anymore in maxbhi website. I need the amount to be get refunded in my bank account.

Most of the customers in India pay using credit card/ debit card/ net-banking of their friends/ relatives. 2. Many customers want to retry ordering the same product with the same amount, I hope this might clear your mis-understanding about the refund process & more over on this you don't need to ask anyone to refund your amount to your bank account or you don't need to e-mail anyone or you don't need to hold on a customer care for the same. You can just simply Login to your account on Maxbhi go to the order detail page & make the refund to your bank by yourself...But as I can see you have already requested for your full amount to be refunded to your bank account and the same has been processed already. Lastly I would again apologies to you from entire Maxbhi experience but I hope you do understand that we work hard to deliver the product to you & also ensure you that your money is YOUR's until and unless we ship the product to you... Refund is just a click away!!! please acknowledge us the same after receipt of your full amount in your bank account...

                  I ordered a LCD touch panel with "www.maxbhi.com". The order placed was for black lcd touch panel for my iphone 4. But I received "white display panel" so i conveyed the same to maxbhi.com customer care via phone and email. But maxbhi.com is cheating me saying that it was confirmed by call that white panel only will be supplied. Because of the bad experience i couriered the product back at my own expense and asked them to repay my money via call as well by email and clearly mentioned them that I wont any replacement because of there unethical methods in selling products. But after about 21 days i got a email saying that black lcd touch panel is being coureried to my home, so i immediately called them and told them to hold the same as i clearly mentioned them to repay my money back. But instead "maxbhi" came back saying that no such option is available and further said that 25% of charges shall be deducted for the transaction. Please help me in getting back the full amount back to my bank account and suitableaction against maxbhi.com for the mental agony caused by the Maxbhi/Elcotek telecom

                    I had purchased some items from this site but the order got cancelled due to inavailability of the item in stock. i ordered a differrent item when the item was "in stock" with higher price than the previous item, the same thing repeated again and the money was back to my e-wallet again. i did e-mail the maxbhi website about my refund request but there is no reply from them.

                      Order No.353637 cancelled but my money Rs.3021/- paid by me on 28th Sept. not yet transferred to my bank account inspite of my repeated comlaints. Party says they have completed the process for refund and ccavene will refund the amount to me. But ccavenue says they have not received any instructions from Maxbhi. It is almost 17 days but my money is still being kept by them.

                              After a unsuccessful purchase my money was credited as ipoints. The amount was 571. I have given a request to transfer the amount. They transfered me only 275 rupees and the balnce amount is still in my e wallet. I have given 4 or 5 request to transfer. They stopped replying then. Sometimes i receives an email of same content that sorry for inconvenience. It is been 2 months since the request. No transfer so far.
