Sir, I have order 2 product on 09/10/2015 at 07.31 PM of an amount of Rs. 659.43/- & I accordingly paid through my debit card & my order no. is #138423. But till today I didn't get my product. I have inquiry about my order & I found that, my order has been cancelled without any reason. Now they are showing the product is out of stock. But while placing order the product was in stock. So, after getting order & payment they can ship the product. But they didn't. Now they are refunding my money via their cash wallet. But I was in need of that product. That's why I ordered. But the company cheat me. Now they want me to buy another product from their website. Sir I need the product and they have cheated me on the way that they had shown their product in stock and received the payment but later on they are showing the product out of stock. It is harassment for all of the common people. So, sir help me to get the product within one week otherwise I shall face a huge loss of an amount of Rs. 10, 000/- I am hopefully praying that you may solve my problem, and for which I shall be grateful to you.

    Hi am Sandeep mishra from Mumbai . I have booked a mob battery from Maxbhi.com, payment done by credit card, offer 4 days I get a mail that my order is cancel and my Money deposited in maxbhi violet .again I have booked a LCD and again same responce (order cancel) If you are not able to give a proper service to costomer why you are in this buissiness .product is not available but you are taking order and when order cancel from your side you are responsible to return the money.

        I had ordered a product "Battery for Micromax A94 Canvas MAd - MICROMAX-A94-CANVAS-MAD"(Order #134643) on 05 oct 2015, i got it on 12 oct, I inserted the battery in my phone, the phone does not turned on and also phone was not charging.
        However my old battery is still working in that phone.

        I was cheated.

        Called c care Maxbhi.com, they sent me a complain form, i have filled that and sent that, One interesting point which c care told me that i have to send it by courier with no refund for courier charges, i am still waiting for the address to send the product.Its a very time consuming work.

        Its a very poor service. This was my first purchase on maxbhi.com and i got cheated, i will never buy anything from this site.
        Very poor customer support.

        Note that If payment fails in ordering a product the c care instantly calls "Do you have any problem Sir", but after purchase you have to call many times,
        you will be very disappointed, so i request you never buy anything from maxbhi.com

        The battery sent did't worked again. Thanks for your fraud service. You refunded the 330rs but i had sent you the damagaed battery two times with total courier charges 90+90=180rs.

        You should refund 330+180=510rs
        I ordered a Xperia L full housing body.The product got shipped after 20 days in the first place.The housing didnt had the front panel missing while it was shown in the pictures and desciption.When I called the customer support, they asked me to fill up a form.They later called me up and told that its mentioned in star that actual product may change...What!!...Does this line means you will miss a complete panel and show me this line, and is it some kind of a lucky draw that after paying full money I dont know what I will get.To top it all the guy who called me kept arguing with me, wasn't willing to listen to any of my concern and said that it's my mistake.When I told them that I will approch consumer forum, he told me I can do whatever I want, he does'nt care and just disconnected the call and closed my comlaint.This is the treatment and product I have received after paying my money to this fraudulent site.I am now taking this matter in court.

          Refund of order cancel

          I had ordred maxbhi.com for display of my mobile with Order id 120221 on 16/09/2015. I payid bill amount quick through netbanking. After 5 days they says that they are not able to dispatch order...and cancell my order on 21/09/2015. Till today 13/10/3015 they not funded me...I contact through mail & call theme they say me contact for payment solusation company...my compalint is that why I contact payment solusation company?...

          Dear team, iam not satisfied with the product (mobile charger) i ordered for moto g2 and i dint get what i ordered for, which i received today 10/10/2015 due to poor quality.and i would like to return it as it is of no use o[censored]sing it and i find that it could damage my mobile. this is the waste website i could say and i will give less than 1 star as my rating to it, kindly i would request you to take necessary steps to this regard and help me in returning the product and remit me. regards sandhyaa shanmugam

            I had ordered a mobile battery via order no. 71890. But company was unable to delivery so i requested to refund the amount. They had send the mail after 15 days that amount is refunded back to account . it is about 2 month pass. Every time they said ask from your bank or ccavenue (payment gateway co.) I have confirmed from bank a lots of time but no traces of refund. Bank was unable find any transaction using transaction ref no. Given by them. Mailed a lot of time to technical dept of ccavenue not even a single reply from them. It should shut down its operations MAXBHI & CCAVENUE is a FRAUD company . WARNING DON'T ORDER ANY PRODUCT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY TOO It should shut down its operations

              I have bought the product on 27/09/2015, from Maxbhi.com for 609.18 + 30Rs. Shipping charges. (Order No. 127527) Received the product on 29/09/2015, As it is the touch screen of the mobile phone I opened the product and add to my mobile phone but it was not working. (THE PRODUCT HAS 1 MONTH WARRANTY) They are saying that I had taken off their "clear" which I had to for replacing my touch screen with their. And there is no way that anyone will use the product with such markings and stickers for 1 month. As I sent complaint they refused to refund or replace the product saying that I opened the "clear" attaching both the after and before images ( I have removed the one clear for checking its working or not and it was necessary to check) They just responded with " We apologize and we are sorry in their chat room" Its not written anywhere that the customer needs to have that clear for 1 month. But in chat they are claiming that the customer needs to have the clear for 1 month which has the markings, stickers. I am a student, 600Rs. is big for me. And its not just about 600 Rs. Its about the scam they are running. And its not just me with this faults their are many persons whom are manipulated by them.                 I ordered Samsung i9195 tempered glass in maxbhi.com for Rs.147, they sent me wrong product..and also they changed the price to Rs.220.http://www.maxbhi.com/tempered-glass-screen-protector-guard-for-samsung-g... .if I return the product courier charge is Rs.150, I can't able to claim(because maxbhi customer care told me)..on their policy, if product is not available, they give me ipoint, possible to purchase the product on their site only... .on the bill, they written as i9195 tempered glass, but on product cover, they written s3 mini. They selling product with one price and delivery wrong product, i need to return it, they will give me reward point, i will loss Rs.150 for courier...i think it is business trick. how they send like this?how I can return the product?.how I can trust this website?, these are cheating.., I need original tempered glass or refund amount within 2 days.

After one week their representative called me and informed that two of the three ordered products are not available. Then I told them to replace my money back, After 10 days recieved the housing for mobile phone, In Poor Qulaity. My 3089 Rs is with them they were not responding to my call, and email Today ie. 24th November I was able to talk with one of their representetives, He told he will initiate the Refund, Am waiting for the refund, Think twice before buying...

                      My name is rakesh .i live in faridabad, i had given an online request for purchase of karbonn A92 mobile battery, i got the delivery of the product through dtdc courier, i had given the order on 31/08/2015, i had made the payment through credit card payment of rupees 404.12 ..i received the battery on 8th september at 12.30 pm..i was not at home, i came home at 8.30 pm .when i checked the product it was not working .the battery was dead...no response ...i had written the mail to them but they says we look into the matter ..i had written the mail to [protected]@maxbhi.com ph. no is [protected] ..i called to this number and asked them why u have send me this dead product ..they told me sorry for the trouble .we will exchange the product, but i told them no i need my money back...no excuses ..pls help me to get back my money

                      i received a call from maxbhi saying that .they will look into the matter .but i told them to refund my amount and take your dead battery .they told me that i have to courrier the battery to their karol bagh address.after getting the batter they will refund the money.but i asked them why i should send u the dead battery on my expenses, i told them its yur duty to collect the battery from my address.they told me no we will not collect, customer has to send the deffictive part.i told them u provide me the karol bagh address i will personally come to u .and return the dead battery .i asked them u send me yur address via sms, that person over phone told me that he is sending me the address but i havent got any of his sms.and his number i am trying i am not getting in touch with him ...
                      HIS NUMBER IS [protected]..I RECEIVED CALL ON 12 SEPTEMBER 2015 AT 17.24 HOURS, AND 17.24 HOURS ..

                        Dear all I ordered a Micromax a90s battery from maxbhi.com which they sent promptly bit on opening the said battery didn't work at all, so I called them to complain for which they sent a complaint form to be filled which I did and they sent me a reply saying that the complaint has been resolved further now they are not even replying when nothing has been done I think this is a cheating company where they sell duplicate product and further don't entertain complaints (order no 107862)

                        Dear Mr. Satish Naik...First of all sorry for the inconvenience caused to you regardin your order with maxbhi.com but as i can check sir you have informed us that your product is not working on 11-9-15 and we replied on 15-9-15 to log a complain regarding your issue with the image of the product but after this we didn't received any response from your end & sir any shipped order to customer cannot be refunded we can only replace the product with the new one or if you have no use of battery then you would have replaced it with any ither product

                              I just ordered the micromax bolt a065 battery from maxbhi of Rs. 324.83 and they have sent me the cheap battery which was not even able to switch of my phone i just sent that battery back to you now they people are saying that i have done the damage completely useless battery I tried 100 time to coordinate them by their customer care no [protected] they never pick the call sent many mails to contact me by call they never call me than i tried to approach them by mail such a poor service i am highly disappointed I want my money back as i sent the battery as it is to them because that was not working for my phone.

No. CCACG1MWS870 dt. 30.07.2015 and debited amount was 215.36. Then I again placed an another transaction with CC Avenue ref. No.[protected]IG0ALGWWX3 dt. 30.07.2015 of Rs. 215.36 and Maxbhi oder no. 80315 has genereted. As per CC Avenue, transaction Ref. No. CCACG1MWS870 dt. 30.07.2015 of Rs. 215.36 credited to Maxbhi.com with order No. 80315. It is observed that on Maxbhi order No. 80315 of dated 30.07.2015 money debited two times (CC Avenue Ref. No.CCACG1MWS870 dt. 30.07.2015 of Rs. 215.36 & CC Ave. Ref, No. CCACG1MWS870 dt. 30.07.2015 of Rs. 215.36), one time due to failed transaction and second time schedule transaction. After generated Maxbhi order no. 80315, CC Avenue Ref. No.[protected]IG0ALGWWX3 has refunded by seller due to unavailability of material on 11/07/2015 with Ref. No.[protected]IX98484347.                                     After getting many hassle from past one month, Maxbhi.com has now agree to refund this money. Previously when I contact with maxbhi sales and support team they replied( Amit Sirohi - maxbhi.com) "your order status is incomplete due to Transaction was declined by the payment processor or was canceled by the customer". But when I lodge a complain through consumer complaints forum then they refunded the money. I also verified with transaction ref. No. from CCAvenue that the amount was credited to maxbhi.com. Thanks Indian Consumer complaints forum to support me this refund issue.

                                      I have ordered a Micromax headset from Maxbhi.com (order id 71112) on 17/07/2015.and the following item has 1 month warranty. The item was working properly for 2 weeks but after all started problems. So I mailed the support team at maxbhi regarding my complain on 11/08/2015, So i was asked to return the item to them. Iam from Kerala and there HO is at Delhi.So as to send back the defective item back it costs me Rs 350. and the item cost is only Rs 185. So its not possible for me to send back the item..I mailed them called them but none of them is able to answer my query and no further reply from them.My warranty expires on 15-Aug-2015. What should i do now.
