Defective product received and tried to contact their support number but unfortunate they were not even responded over phone and after sending mails for few days the confirmed they will not exchange the DEFECTIVE item because its not in warranty though it has not passed 30 days(bought on 02/08/2016) and its not a screen guard as written under their policy terms which I think only written for making public dump and they really running a business to loot of public money.Who ever read this please dont buy anything from this site.lets banned the loot of public money through "E-shop of Maxbhi.com."

    Not correct response, pls tell me the details to buy another product with the help of my maxbhi e-wallet or refund my cash to my bank account.
    It will be useful for me. I have ordered milagrow 32gb touch & display for the product. The amount of product is 1496.
    In my wallet i'm having 1444. I'm also having an offer of 10%discount by using promo code. By using discount, i had to pay only 1395. So how i have to pay the remaining balance in maxbhi.

      Dear Mr. Delvin Thomas... i am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you about your order with Maxbhi.com. i have closely checked your conversations with Maxbhi representatives and found that we were unable to replace your product as the product warranty was void due to seal removed (clear) from the touch screen, and as mentioned in our term & conditions all the products cover's 30day's manufacturing defects replacement warranty but any product which receives without warranty seal can't be replaced and we received your product without warrant seal Sir
      But item not received please refund my money .

        Dear Mr. Hiraraj, first of all i am really very sorry and apologize for all the inconveniences caused to you regarding your order with Maxbhi.com. As per your complains please allow me to answer them First you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are a eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stocks from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 3 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. About your 2nd complain about refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support cheat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. and for refund to wallet We cannot initiate the refund request until and unless we get the request from your end. It is because many people in our country use the payment modes from there friends, relatives, cybercafe's, etc. So we need a confirmation from there end regarding the same as you requested for refund to bank on 31-7-16 we have initiated your request on next day 1-8-16 it will be credited back to your account soon as we did in your earlier order... Also would like to request you to kindly mark the issue as resolved so that other user can also know the actual terms & policies regarding the same

            I ordered a screen for 3600 rupees from maxbhi. 2 days later the order was cancelled and money was put in ewallet. Later though i got my refund back in my account. I didnt even get the reason for it. I assumed the product must not be available. But when i checked on there website just the same day it was being sold for 8500. If this not scam than what it is. Good reputed online brands keep there word. Just a month ago snapdeal lost a case against a consumer for not being able give the iphone at the same price as mentioned online. This should have honoured the price they were selling it for. Very disappointing.

After i got a successful message i got relief of payment but after 2 days i got a message that my item is not successful surprisingly and it had been cancelled for no reason.. Later i got a message that they have sent my money to e wallet of my maxbhi account.. When im about to see an option to transfer my money to my bank account..                 I ordered a product earphone for xiaomi mi 1s - handsfree, in-ear headphone, 3.5mm, white. The first product did not worked properly and the second product in replacement of first was also not worked properly. I tried to contact through e-mail many much times and i also called them many times on their customer support number to refund my product amount + the shipped amount of first returned product but they refuse the all complaints. They always says that kindly fill our complaint form then we will solve your problem but there is no action taken by them.

                    I have purchased micromax p480 tab lcd display and my order number: 306171. when i buy, its show in stock also i make payment for this pdoduct. when i asked for upadate of my order. they says your order is in under process after some maxbhi says its out of stock and refund my payment. but still i have not got my payment back in my account. maxbhi.com cheats with customer. dont but any product from maxbhi.com.

                      I have ordered "lava iris x5 4g white touch screen" 2 times in maxbhi website, but they send 2 times "lava iris x5 white touch screen", this touch screen is not compatible for my mobile... due to some personal problems i am in out of station more than 1month... after 1 month i have raised a complaint to maxbhi, but they answered that we provide only after delevery 1month replacement warranty. i am already sent the 2 products to maxbhi for replacement in india post "

The payments will be reversed and credited back to your account in 7-10 working days of time, depending on your bank. This time is taken by the payment gateway processor and your bank.                           Maxbhi is the biggest fraud and cheat i have ever seen. This is the worst and most third class website or buying anything. Don't even spend 1 rupees on this fraud and cheat website. You will regret 200%.

                          These ppl sent me useless xolo q100 opus touch panel. It did not work at all and now my rs.400 are stuck with them. These ppl are not responding at all.
                          I am planning file a consumer court case against these frauds. I will teach them such a lesson that they will not cheat anyone else.

                            We've ordered aa product in your maxbhi.com... Product is nokia lumia 900 at&t lcd screen... Order number is [#296132].. But my order is cancelled..!!! Then i said to refund my money to the bank.. But they said it will take 12 - 15 days... I've been waiting for 22 days!!! I didn't recieve any money!!! 1 what are you doing with my money??? Is this any kind of aa joke.. Playing with the customer's???. What are you thinking about customers??? I want my money back within 2 days... Ortherwise i will file aa case on your maxbhi.com!

                            Dear Mr. Srikanth Pabba, first of all sorry for the inconvenience caused to you regarding your order with maxbhi.com i closely look at your order 296132 and as per your request on 1-July -16 for refund your amount to bank account has been initiated from our end on very next day that is 2-July-16 which has been completed on 4-July-16 as per CCavenue payment gateway so your issue has been already resolved as far as credit in your account is concerned we will check with Ccavenue payment gateway if you wish you can also contact them at[protected] and cross check with them too that amount has been refunded for your order or not the delay is because of your bank process but i will check with the payment gateway why it has been so delay... i hope this will clear your all misunderstanding & hope to regain your trust again on us. Also would like to request you to kindly mark the issue as resolved so that other user can also know the actual policies regarding the same
                            where are the money ??

                              My order number 305120 is not dispatched yet, i have made the payment on 13 july 2016 and when i am trying to call customer care phone is getting disconnected every time, it is very irritating .Please dispatch it as soon as possible.

                                The order for"touch screen digitizer for optimasmart ops-50qx - black" got cancelled on it's own and the money was transferred to my e-wallet on maxbhi. They normally transfer it back to the bank account but they didn't. I want it transferred to another account too (Not the one from which the payment was made first hand.)
                                I talked to the customer care and they said "a complaint has been submitted and we'll contact you soon" but no result so far.!
                                My registered email-id is [protected]@gmail.com and the refund was for order number #286876.
                                But remember that i want the money refund in another account not to the account from which it was paid initially from.
                                Please contact me on the phone number which is associated with my account at maxbhi website.

                                I want this issue resolved as soon as possible.

                                they have started the refund process which earlier wasn't done .. I received mails from them regarding the same.. I am just waiting for the refund to actually happen..

                                Dear Mr. Ankit..Thankyou for your response and providing us the order number, as per your request we have now initiated the refund of amount from Maxbhi eWallet to your bank via the CCAvenue payment gateway which was used for making the payments. The payments will be reversed and credited back to your account in 7-10 working days of time, depending on your bank. This time is taken by the payment gateway processor and your bank. All process of refund has been completed from our end. & transferring amount to any other account is not possible so the amount will be credited back at the acquiring bank account only

                                  Dear Mr.Manoj...First of all Thankyou very much for your order with maxbhi.com and sorry for the inconvenience caused, sir i checkedd your order closely your placed the order on 17-7-16 (sunday) and monday we have our weekly closed day but as per status of your order we have received your payment and the order is approved we will start working on your order from today and to complete any order we need 3 to 4 working days, if we process your order on priority then also we need some time to procure it sir. Also would like to request you to mark the complain as resolved so that other user can also know the actual policy regarding the same
                                  First of all ship it send me tracking then i think to resolve it
                                  Till now also orderd not ship learn something from snapdeal amazon etc
                                  Say no to maxbhi they are not commiting their words
                                  Every time a new xcuse
