Order #354653 They can't refund my money to my bank account. Their is no place requesting refund or transfer to my account. Ebay, amazon can transfer to my account without any delay. They hold my money, they have send me a mail about transfer to my account but their is no link to do it. I need my money very soon.
please mention clearly wheter product is avilable or not while shopping only .you guys telling out of stock and canceling my order after placing my order so please mention correctly thanks.

I had closely checked your order and we haven't found any request for refund to bank from your end, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support cheat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. still as we receive a confirmation for refund to bank i am initiating your complete refund from our-end it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.

    After a unsuccessful purchase my money was credited as ipoints. The amount was 571. I have given a request to transfer the amount. They transfered me only 275 rupees and the balnce amount is still in my e wallet. I have given 4 or 5 request to transfer. They stopped replying then. Sometimes i receives an email of same content that sorry for inconvenience. It is been 2 months since the request. No transfer so far.

      I have order sim card try for Apple ipad mini and paid Rs.334.00 dated 19.09.2016 and no update upto 30.9.2016. So i have cancelled my order on 30.9.2016 because of no proper response from seller. After cancellation i am not getting my money back. they r telling to wait 3 days but now 10 day over.

              maxbhi is fraud company. Be aware of such roadside company. It is wastage of tme and money
              As per my personnel experience, the Maxbhi.com is fake and fraud company. Their customer support service is only to harass the customers. They take orders, collect money and supply sub-standard/defective material to their customers. Then they refuse to replace the defective components or money collected by giving petty reasons. they are biggest cheaters. please be aware of Maxbhi.com/ elcotek

                Sir, I had ordered LCD with touch assembly for my phone Xolo q800 on 28/08/2016. My order ID #[protected]/08/2016, 08:36 PM) for LCD with touch assembly for Xolo q800 has been cancelled for no stock and and the money transferred to company's e-Wallet account. I had initiated refund to my bank account from their Maxbhi e-Wallet on 31/08/2016 @ 3.30 pm but the amount has not been received in my bank account yet. Its been more than 10 days the refund has been initiated, I I had sent a message over their FaceBook page but the company has not bothered to reply in this matter. Please look into the matter.                 Even i faced the same issue. i ordered for the screen digitizer for my intex mobile. after order placed they told me that, they dont have same color. so i cancelled it, and told them to transfer my money back to my bank. but its almost 1 month now.. still i have not received the amount. please do the needful.

                  Customers are helpless if shipper is dispatching damaged goods post receiving the order.
                  I have ordered Earphone for my Samsung note 3. What I have received is damaged earphone.

                    I have ordered lava iris alfa l battery worth rs 282 (order # 335892); it approved my order but next day your company yourself cancelled it due to shortage and converted my amount to maxbhi wallet later i again ordered lava iris fuel battery(order # 336765) again you confirmed order and set to deliver it but after a day again you youself cancelled it.

                    I bought an iberry AUXUS ax02 charger from company's website. They delivered me a charge which is not compatible with iberry AUXUS ax02 device. Now, they are not ready to refund my money, and not providing any assistance.

                      Hi, As discussed already, issue is related to e-commerce sites maxbhi.com which is selling lava's duplicate parts.
                      We at LAVA do not have any online franchise to sell parts and we only deal with parts via authorised lava service centre.

                            The order for"touch screen digitizer for iball andi 5q cobalt solus white"my order no #332197 got cancelled on it's own and the money was transferred to my e-wallet on maxbhi. They normally transfer it back to the back account but they didn't. I want it transferred to my bank of india account no[protected]
                            I talked to the customer care and they said "a complaint has been submitted and we'll contact you soon" but no result so far.!
                            I want this issue resolved as soon as possible.

                            Hello sir, I order a lcd touch digitizer iball andi 5q cobalt solus white phone. My order is successful place and also approved by a supplier. But the supplier is not delivered order on my address. That is not a 1st time I have to tyre 3-4 times but the supplier is not delivered my order on my address. So I decided I have to refund my money in my bank account. My order no is "#332197". Amount is 2176/- Rs. ( my total e-wallet amount Rs 2181)

                                I have ordered touch screen digitizer for my phone xiaomi mi 4i on dt 08/08/2016.
                                They have mentioned on there website if your touch is not working properly than change only your touch screen digitizer and it works absolute fine.
                                They have also delayed in the delivery of product as in i have received it today. 19/08/2016.
                                I found from market that this product cant worked alone to change the display and it cant be replaced to my old display.
                                So this is not worthy for me and from the company website i have tried to cancel the order but its also blocked by the company.
                                O now i want return this product and want full return credit to my bank account.

                                My touch screen was not working so for that i had ordered the touch screen only as you have mentioned in the product if your touch screen is not working than order touch screen only and now theres no one in the market over here in ahmedabad who will change my touchscreen only. They all are saying that i have to change the combo of lcd & touchscreen.Theres no option for this mobile.if you gonna change your Touch
                                only than it can damage my lcd display.
                                And for combo i can't afford that much for this mobile so i want to return your product and please give me the return of my money to my bank account.

                                all the time I found no reply from the company.
                                your no. is out of reach or it might be no connection error.
                                Now do help to come out of this trouble.

                                For How much of Amount will you give me the lacd with touch screen of mobile. In local narket they are selling it at 1500rs including fitting charges. I want a chipest option for my screen and thats why i had go for your screen degetizer, where you have mentioned if your touch is not working than buy only Touch screen degetizer.
                                So you have fooled your client by mentioning this.I
                                Please do reversal of my money as in i dnt want any of your products.
                                As per my personnel experience, the Maxbhi.com is fake and fraud company. Their customer support service is only to harass the customers. They take orders, collect money and supply sub-standard/defective material to their customers. Then they refuse to replace the defective components or money collected by giving petty reasons. they are biggest cheaters. please be aware of Maxbhi.com/ elcotek
