I ordered a screw tool kit to open moto e. Tried to open the phone but not matching and when I gave the complaint they are simply saying they will check 3 times and only send. Maxhbi worst worst customer support and delivery. Don't buy there. Please check photo it has mentioned tool kit for iPhone 4

The product that you have given doesn't match the requirements. The tool kit that you gave doesn't match with the moto e screws. I don't know who is handling this situation you keep on saying the same thing. I am not able to open moto e with the tool kit that you sent. If you are further going to do the same I am proceeding with the legal action. Thank You


Please check the image. This is the product I have received and it has mentioned screw set for Apple I phone 3g, 4g. For I phone its 0.8mm screw set, whereas for moto e t5, torx screwdriver set is needed.

        I ordered for LG G3 D690 touch screen along with LG G3 Body Casing and Jackly screw driver set. Listed below is my experience -
        Order initially placed on 13th Feb, delivered on 22nd Feb to Bengaluru City.
        Requested touch screen of GOLD variant, even mentioned in on the online purchase form, received black.
        Touch screen was broken.
        Upon calling Customer Care, I was asked to send an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com even after communicating over call. I have never faced this with other shopping sites. Simply wastage of time and energy.
        At one point in time, Customer Care Executive (by the name Vijay Singh - probably a fake name) told me, "do whatever you want to do" I can't help. SHOCKER - Is this how customers are being managed.

        PLEASE DO NOT BUY!

                also would like you to mark the issue as resolved hear at consumercomplaint.in
                They give fake products which never work and if you make a complaint they will give a reply that this is not under warranty.

                As a customer i am not asking warranty support after 1 week or after 1 month. The product got delivered to me and the next day i am fixing the product and came to know the product what i received is not working. i am sure there no damages made by me while fixing it up not even a scratch on the product done by me. for the proof i have sent pictures.

                          The product was to be replaced as it did not function well so I was asked to sent the product back to them via Professional Courier way bill MAA[protected] was delivered at New Delhi on Friday, January 08, 2016 at 16:05:38 and is acknowledged with SIGNATURE.

                          But they claim that they have not received and stupid sentence like I don't understand what you are trying to say, we did not receive the parcel etc has been the story so far, I have a good feeling that they are not going to service the product at-least that’s the picture they are providing

                              I ordered a product listed on their website vide order 196773. After a few days they said that they will refund the amount as the product is not available. The mount was supposed to show up in 72 hours in my bank account and it has been much more that that and there is no trace of the money.

                                I had placed an order for battery for JIVI JSP Q56 mobile phone online with MAXBHI.COM. As there was no COD option, I had paid the price online from my bank. After a few days, they informed that the battery is not in stock. They did not even refund the money. They say the amount in question can be used against any future purchase from them which is totally wrong. They should refund the money upfront.

                                  I ordered a touch screen on maxbhi.com.The order got cancelled and the money was transferred to e wallet.Now there is no way that i can transfer it to my bank account. I contacted costumer service and the also give fake direction.

                                  The order gets out of stock after a few days of order.The money is refunded in e wallet but the order is back in stock after few days with increased price and when we order it the same thing happens.i ordered a product back to back 5 time..but it had a same story...ordered-gets cancelled-refund to e wallet and no way in e wallet section to transfer it to bank.

                                    Sir, I have placed an order for a "Touch Screen for Salora PowerMaxx Z1 - Black" on 19/12/2015 [Order No. #188186]. . The site could not provide my ordered item and cancelled my order. . I anyhow managed my ordered product due to their inability of supply . The payment was made through ICICI net-banking and now the money amounting Rs.1159/- is encased in their site-wallet. . There is no any option to retrieve the amount to my bank account and also there is no any alternative item to purchase in their site that I need. .                                       I purchased a mobile spare part from the company on 30/09/15. They shipped me a faulty product and on informing customer service executive, I was told to send the product back to them. The product was examined and was found faulty, I didn't want a replacement of the product since I found out that the rates are extremely high when compared to local market price. The company told me I have no option to change the product. Then they shipped another faulty product to me. On contacting the customer care executives I was not answered. I requested them there was no fault with me, you have send the faulty product and why should I bear the courier charge again and again. They were not answering me.                                       Dear Mr Anoop MD, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you regarding your order with maxbhi.com, sir i closely checked your order and found that the product which you shipped for replacement has been received by us it has replaced with the new one & shipped at your registered address via DTDC courier and we were unable to refund as it is mentioned in our T&C we have replacement policy and shipped product cannot be refund to bank so as we found your product isnot working we replaced it and shipped again from our-end, kindly feel free to contact for any further assistance...also would like to request you to kindly mark the issue as resolved so that other user can also get to know the actual terms & policies regarding the same

                                        Sir i had a order a battery for micromax canvas spark in december they didn't provide much details about availability and expected delivery date then some few days after it shows procuement delay than i decided to cancel my order and refund the money but they added the money into my e wallet i don't know why there is even a wallet when there is no refund option is available on that page i searched the whole website but didn't find any link to refund my money back to bank accunt sir my registered e-mail account on maxbhi.com is [protected]@gmail.com tell them t refund that complete money from wallet to my bank account

                                        Dear Mr Anand Yadav...i am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you about your order with Maxbhi.com. i have closely checked your conversations with Maxbhi representatives and found your refund request for your order on 14-1-16 as well refund initited on 15-1-16. We cannot initiate the refund request until and unless we get the request from your end. It is because many people in our country use the payment modes from there friends, relatives, cybercafe's, etc. So we need a confirmation from there end regarding the same. Well, as we came to know that you want refund for your order, we have initiated refund for your orders. your order have been fully refunded to bank on 18-1-16 with bank reference number IXC9992232. Please let us know if we can be any further help to you regarding the same.
