Sir I order for housing for lava b8 in dec, 2015.when it was available and waiting for delivery but after some time I received the reply of delay due to supplier delay. and after some time order was cancelled. as I very much in need of that product, I waited for the same but still I am not received the product and money... no. of time I complaint to the company but no satisfactory reply. So what to do please let me know and help me. my order no. is 157780. thanks..

      I ordered for a Lenovo Head set but they delivered some cheap one which so worst and not even a 1 % similar to the product displayed in their website. I just checked this website by buying a small amount product but in case think i[censored] bought a big one and they have done like this. this is why we should not believe these type websites who directly cheat us.

        The product was to be replaced as it did not function well so I was asked to sent the product back to them via Professional Courier way bill MAA[protected] was delivered at New Delhi on Friday, January 08, 2016 at 16:05:38 and is acknowledged with SIGNATURE.

        But they claim that they have not received and stupid sentence like I don't understand what you are trying to say, we did not receive the parcel etc has been the story so far, I have a good feeling that they are not going to service the product at-least that’s the picture they are providing

            I ordered a product listed on their website vide order 196773. After a few days they said that they will refund the amount as the product is not available. The mount was supposed to show up in 72 hours in my bank account and it has been much more that that and there is no trace of the money.

              I had placed an order for battery for JIVI JSP Q56 mobile phone online with MAXBHI.COM. As there was no COD option, I had paid the price online from my bank. After a few days, they informed that the battery is not in stock. They did not even refund the money. They say the amount in question can be used against any future purchase from them which is totally wrong. They should refund the money upfront.

                The order gets out of stock after a few days of order.The money is refunded in e wallet but the order is back in stock after few days with increased price and when we order it the same thing happens.i ordered a product back to back 5 time..but it had a same story...ordered-gets cancelled-refund to e wallet and no way in e wallet section to transfer it to bank.

                  Sir, I have placed an order for a "Touch Screen for Salora PowerMaxx Z1 - Black" on 19/12/2015 [Order No. #188186]. . The site could not provide my ordered item and cancelled my order. . I anyhow managed my ordered product due to their inability of supply . The payment was made through ICICI net-banking and now the money amounting Rs.1159/- is encased in their site-wallet. . There is no any option to retrieve the amount to my bank account and also there is no any alternative item to purchase in their site that I need. .                     I purchased a mobile spare part from the company on 30/09/15. They shipped me a faulty product and on informing customer service executive, I was told to send the product back to them. The product was examined and was found faulty, I didn't want a replacement of the product since I found out that the rates are extremely high when compared to local market price. The company told me I have no option to change the product. Then they shipped another faulty product to me. On contacting the customer care executives I was not answered. I requested them there was no fault with me, you have send the faulty product and why should I bear the courier charge again and again. They were not answering me.                       Sir i had a order a battery for micromax canvas spark in december they didn't provide much details about availability and expected delivery date then some few days after it shows procuement delay than i decided to cancel my order and refund the money but they added the money into my e wallet i don't know why there is even a wallet when there is no refund option is available on that page i searched the whole website but didn't find any link to refund my money back to bank accunt sir my registered e-mail account on maxbhi.com is [protected]@gmail.com tell them t refund that complete money from wallet to my bank account

We cannot initiate the refund request until and unless we get the request from your end. It is because many people in our country use the payment modes from there friends, relatives, cybercafe's, etc. So we need a confirmation from there end regarding the same. My order no is #174647# booked through Maxbhi.com on 29/11/15, but said order not received by me till date. Maxbhi.com by sent my order no. 174647 through tracker and your courier is z58132102 dtd 01/12/15, but courier is not given me and no any call/inform me and after return my order no. 174647 and sent Maxbhi.com. Maxbhi customer care not receiving my call even no any replying my email/Mob ([protected]@gamil.com/ [protected]) and no refunded my amount rs. 420/- in my deducted account. In view of above, it is requested once again that I may kindly be re-send my Order No. #174647# on 29/11/15 to my address to Ajeet Kumar Saroj (HC/M) 91 Bn CRPF at GC Campus Bijnour, Lucknow-226002 at the earliest please.                           They cancel my order twice

                          Ok 2 weeks ago I placed order for my letv touchscreen bt they cancelled it.. Again I placed the order and They canceled it.. Though I got the money on my ewallet which mean I need to buy something again... Bt I want refund in my bank account please reply

                              I am Rajesh I ordered temper glass and Sony touch screen. They sended this two products by dtdc courier. When I received this product they were fully damaged . Immediately I call back to dtdc they said that we will responsible for that call to company were u booked . When I call to maxbhi they are saying we are responsible . Read our terms and condition's. As per courier rules they we will provide any warranty for glass items . So don't order anything for this fraud site

                                I paid 678=32 for 2item mobile utility.maxbhi despatced one item costing rs 134 hile other item costing Rs 544.32 not sent reasoning that the item as not in their stock. i ask them to return the amount to me for their failure to honour supply but till date they have paid no concern of responsibility.finally and lately i had asked them to send micro sd card 8gb costing rs 440=00 to adjust dued payment, they have not send the asked item even. i am no convinced that maxbhi is evidently a mastermind of fraudulent trade to escalate spread of dominant cheating by indulging cult of enticing customers as i am a victim of cheating management. kindly help to get money refunded or item asked be early despatched-ishing you regard for rescue victims from clutch of thugs-m.i.khan, 3 kuttitola lane malda-732101 est bengal .mobile-[protected]

My order no is #174647# on 29/11/15 an cost Rs. 420/-. Maxbhi customer care not receiving my call even not replying my email/Mob ([protected]@gamil.com/ [protected]). Maxbhi not refunding my money in my account. When i was order product is available then after placing my order. Maxbhi cancel my order and not refunding my money. In view of above, it is requested that I may kindly be re-send my Order No. #174647# on 29/11/15 to my address to Ajeet Kumar (HC/M) 91 Bn CRPF at GC Campus Bijnour, Lucknow-226002 at the earliest please.                                   Dear Mr Ajeet Kumar, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you regarding your order with maxbhi.com, as i checked your order & shipment Sir detail and found that we tried to deliver you the product 3 times with DTDC courier but unable to deliver as the shipment address has restriction to enter and the product returned back to us again we shipped that product threw Bluedart shipment id [protected] which is being delivered to you as per Bluedart Courier co. so i hope the mis-understanding has been clear for now...Also would request you to kindly mark the issue as resolved...

                                    Sir, I received the touch screen for celkon A107 white vode order no.167295. On checking of the screen the mobile technician found that the botum part where the back key is situated does not respond to click. It show no signal. I talked with your customer support just a few minutes before. Please manage for it's replacement as early as possible. Thanks. KUNJBIHARI AMETA.

                                    Dear Mr.Kunjbihari...First of all sorry for the inconvenience caused to you regarding your order no# 167295... i closely checked your order and found that your product received by us for replacement after the warranty period lapsed but still we managed to replace that product which cost us second time, and we delivered it again for the new touch screen which we received for replacement was getting available in Black which you denied to accept and as communicated with you it was confirmed from your side that issue is solved...also would request you to kindly mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaint.in so that other user can also know the actual policies regarding the same
