I have ordered "lava iris x5 4g white touch screen" 2 times in maxbhi website, but they send 2 times "lava iris x5 white touch screen", this touch screen is not compatible for my mobile... due to some personal problems i am in out of station more than 1month... after 1 month i have raised a complaint to maxbhi, but they answered that we provide only after delevery 1month replacement warranty. i am already sent the 2 products to maxbhi for replacement in india post "
Courier company: india post
Tracking number: rn[protected]in, rn[protected]in
Courier send date: 19/07/2016, but they answered that the product is not in warranty and thus cannot be replaced.

The payments will be reversed and credited back to your account in 7-10 working days of time, depending on your bank. This time is taken by the payment gateway processor and your bank. All process of refund has been completed from our end... Also would request you to kindly mark the issue as resolved so that other user can also get to know the actual policies regarding the same

      Maxbhi is the biggest fraud and cheat i have ever seen. This is the worst and most third class website or buying anything. Don't even spend 1 rupees on this fraud and cheat website. You will regret 200%.

      These ppl sent me useless xolo q100 opus touch panel. It did not work at all and now my rs.400 are stuck with them. These ppl are not responding at all.
      I am planning file a consumer court case against these frauds. I will teach them such a lesson that they will not cheat anyone else.

        We've ordered aa product in your maxbhi.com... Product is nokia lumia 900 at&t lcd screen... Order number is [#296132].. But my order is cancelled..!!! Then i said to refund my money to the bank.. But they said it will take 12 - 15 days... I've been waiting for 22 days!!! I didn't recieve any money!!! 1 what are you doing with my money??? Is this any kind of aa joke.. Playing with the customer's???. What are you thinking about customers??? I want my money back within 2 days... Ortherwise i will file aa case on your maxbhi.com!

            The order for"touch screen digitizer for optimasmart ops-50qx - black" got cancelled on it's own and the money was transferred to my e-wallet on maxbhi. They normally transfer it back to the bank account but they didn't. I want it transferred to another account too (Not the one from which the payment was made first hand.)
            I talked to the customer care and they said "a complaint has been submitted and we'll contact you soon" but no result so far.!
            My registered email-id is [protected]@gmail.com and the refund was for order number #286876.
            But remember that i want the money refund in another account not to the account from which it was paid initially from.
            Please contact me on the phone number which is associated with my account at maxbhi website.

            I want this issue resolved as soon as possible.

            they have started the refund process which earlier wasn't done .. I received mails from them regarding the same.. I am just waiting for the refund to actually happen..

                  I ordered a Gionee back pannel in maxbhi after 1 week I got an update that they don't have any stock they added my money in to maxbhi e-wallet which I can't transfer to my bank I don't have any options to transfer my money to bank, and the worst site I never seen it seems a fraud site my order number 773820 amount would be 370.40
                  Say you have enough stock. Get the money. Transfer money to e-wallet. Give the opposite of the order. This is the maxbhi
                  I ordered oneplus 6t display from maxbhi.com on 27 april, but item not shipped yet, and after more than 1 month they cancelled my order and refunded in their e-wallet and not to original payment source, also I am unable to transfer my money from maxbhi ewallet to my bank account.I request to team maxbhi, please don't harass people, you are doing fraud activities.Please do needful asap.

                    Ordered "e960 phone charging port", phone did not power up after installation. Removed and asked for replacement. Was told that there is no warranty on product. What kind of online sales would send a non-working product and say there is no warranty. No refund either. Never will buy another from this site ever again. Customer service was prompt in saying no warranty. Just stay away !

                      I have ordered a loudspeaker for xperia lt28h from maxbhi.When i checked the order status, it says the order is cancelled, so i called the customer care.They said the product is out of stock and they had to cancel the order and the money is in an ewallet or something.I asked them to refund the money to my bank account.And its been 2 weeks since the requested for the refund and i still didn't get my money.I've called them many times regarding this issue and they are not talking it seriously.
                      Please dont ever purchase form maxbhi guys.They are the worst

                            I have purchased lcd with touch screen for lg l90 dual d410 - white code: et-lcd-cc2785-mb-102990 from m/s elcotek telecom/ maxbhi.com vide order number: 263778 dated 27.4.2016 and received defective component. After teletalk with company they have replaced the component, but to my surprise again defective. It worked for few minutes only. I talked to Maxbhi and after their assurance, I returned back the material, but now they are not sending the replacement on the ground that the LCD screen was pasted. Although the material is under warranty for one month the Maxbhi.com is not replacing the defective material.

                            Dear Mr.Harjit Gill...as i checked your order closely and the conversation with the maxbhi.com representative the product which we shipped unfortunate didn't worked for you but when we received the same product it is found that the LCD + Touch Screen is broken and broken doesn't have any warranty or gurantee but still we shipped you the new product from our-end in which Lcd did not funtuning ok and when we received the product again it is found that both the product were sticked together and the clear of the product was removed which is again warranty void

                              Myself mayur randhir and i am looking for headset of my micromax a310, on 06.06.2016 i have checked and order earphone for micromax a310 canvas nitro - handsfree, in-ear headphone, 3.5mm, white from maxbhi with order no.283765...
                              Yesterday i have got the parcel within time, after checking product it was found wrong. As i have order earphone for micromax a310 canvas nitro - handsfree, in-ear headphone, 3.5mm, white and actual recd micromax a66 handsfree, in-ear headphone...
                              This is the first order with maxbhi and also last order from my side...
                              Also when i checked for return this product with website, there is no return request tab...
                              I hope this compliant consider for return request and do needful...

Also i would request you to kindly mark the issue as resolved at consumercomplaint.in so that other user can also get to know the actual policies regarding the same
                              I have ordered a touch screen part of swipe ace strike 4g but it's cancelled for many time so pls return my money which is stored in e wallet . The part is not available now. So pls refund my money . You are not able to provide services properly. I have no interest in this item . So refund my money immediately because I want to made this in care .

                                I ordered 3d vr box for sony xperia z ultra hspa c6802 from maxbhi.com
                                But the vr box i received is not compatible with sony xperia z ultra hspa c6802 and as well as don't have remote also so please exchange this vr box and provide me vr wich was compatible with sony xperia z ultra hspa c6802. Plz do the needfull as soon as possible because i have already pay for it.

                                  I have placed an order and they are not returning my money instead they are keeping it ina e-wallet through which again i have to compulsory to buy again some product in their site thats actuallya fraud

                                  i have place an lcd screen for my obi mobile i tried to get the callc entre guys support but htey are maintaing worst telecom guys and they only speak hindi and they even abruptly cut our calls seems maxbhi is a fraud company and they are looting money of the people

As per your complains please allow me to answer them First you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are a eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount in wallet. We cannot initiate the refund request until and unless we get the request from your end. It is because many people in our country use the payment modes from there friends, relatives, cybercafe's, etc. So we need a confirmation from there end regarding the same. we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support cheat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. i have checked again that you used your amount for placing new order so if you want your amount to be transferred to your acquiring bank account pls confirm us over mail by your registered mail id we will process the full refund to your bank account...and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

                                    I bought this 'LCD Screen for Sony Ericsson Cedar J108 ' product from Maxbhi.com on 17th may 2016. My order number is 273374. When I received this product, it was in terrible condition and looked like a cheap quality and used product. I gave it to a mobile repair guy to install it on my phone. Screen was very dull and had a thin vertical line(or a scratch) from top to bottom. I filled their complaints form and sent the product back to them. I received another LCD screen from them yesterday and its worse than the previous one. I couldn't see anything on it.

                                    Do they not check the quality of the products before sending it? I need my money back and this includes the courier charges, mobile repair guy charges and the cost of product as well. This is the second time i have bought something from Maxbhi and on both occasions i had to send the product back to them. I would advise people to not buy anything from maxbhi. Their customer support is terrible as well. According to them as long as the product is in running condition it's fine, quality doesn't matter for them.

                                      I had purchased some items from this site but the order got cancelled due to inavailability of the item in stock. but i again ordered the same item when the item was "in stock" with availability ratio of 70% with higher price than the previous item, the same thing repeated again and the money was back to my e-wallet again. i did e-mail the maxbhi website about my refund request but there is no reply from them.
                                      my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and it is the same id used in maxbhi account.
