I have ordered a loudspeaker for xperia lt28h from maxbhi.When i checked the order status, it says the order is cancelled, so i called the customer care.They said the product is out of stock and they had to cancel the order and the money is in an ewallet or something.I asked them to refund the money to my bank account.And its been 2 weeks since the requested for the refund and i still didn't get my money.I've called them many times regarding this issue and they are not talking it seriously.
Please dont ever purchase form maxbhi guys.They are the worst

        I have purchased lcd with touch screen for lg l90 dual d410 - white code: et-lcd-cc2785-mb-102990 from m/s elcotek telecom/ maxbhi.com vide order number: 263778 dated 27.4.2016 and received defective component. After teletalk with company they have replaced the component, but to my surprise again defective. It worked for few minutes only. I talked to Maxbhi and after their assurance, I returned back the material, but now they are not sending the replacement on the ground that the LCD screen was pasted. Although the material is under warranty for one month the Maxbhi.com is not replacing the defective material.

        Dear Mr.Harjit Gill...as i checked your order closely and the conversation with the maxbhi.com representative the product which we shipped unfortunate didn't worked for you but when we received the same product it is found that the LCD + Touch Screen is broken and broken doesn't have any warranty or gurantee but still we shipped you the new product from our-end in which Lcd did not funtuning ok and when we received the product again it is found that both the product were sticked together and the clear of the product was removed which is again warranty void

          Myself mayur randhir and i am looking for headset of my micromax a310, on 06.06.2016 i have checked and order earphone for micromax a310 canvas nitro - handsfree, in-ear headphone, 3.5mm, white from maxbhi with order no.283765...
          Yesterday i have got the parcel within time, after checking product it was found wrong. As i have order earphone for micromax a310 canvas nitro - handsfree, in-ear headphone, 3.5mm, white and actual recd micromax a66 handsfree, in-ear headphone...
          This is the first order with maxbhi and also last order from my side...
          Also when i checked for return this product with website, there is no return request tab...
          I hope this compliant consider for return request and do needful...

As per your complains please allow me to answer them First you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are a eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount in wallet. We cannot initiate the refund request until and unless we get the request from your end. It is because many people in our country use the payment modes from there friends, relatives, cybercafe's, etc. So we need a confirmation from there end regarding the same. we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support cheat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank.                 Hello,

                I bought this 'LCD Screen for Sony Ericsson Cedar J108 ' product from Maxbhi.com on 17th may 2016. My order number is 273374. When I received this product, it was in terrible condition and looked like a cheap quality and used product. I gave it to a mobile repair guy to install it on my phone. Screen was very dull and had a thin vertical line(or a scratch) from top to bottom. I filled their complaints form and sent the product back to them. I received another LCD screen from them yesterday and its worse than the previous one. I couldn't see anything on it.

                Do they not check the quality of the products before sending it? I need my money back and this includes the courier charges, mobile repair guy charges and the cost of product as well. This is the second time i have bought something from Maxbhi and on both occasions i had to send the product back to them. I would advise people to not buy anything from maxbhi. Their customer support is terrible as well. According to them as long as the product is in running condition it's fine, quality doesn't matter for them.

                  I had purchased some items from this site but the order got cancelled due to inavailability of the item in stock. but i again ordered the same item when the item was "in stock" with availability ratio of 70% with higher price than the previous item, the same thing repeated again and the money was back to my e-wallet again. i did e-mail the maxbhi website about my refund request but there is no reply from them.

                      I had ordered ASUS ZenFone 2 Ze551ml touch screen worth ₹240.10 from maxbhi.com, none of which were they able to deliver so they gave me the refund in their ewallet which is of no use to me.
                      The order date was 11-may-2016 and since then I haven`t got the refund in my bank account plus there is no option in the website to ask them to send the refund in my bank account.

                        This site is totally fraud .As soon you submit any complain regarding any refund related, Within half an hour you will receive a call saying that they are calling from irctc headoffice. They will ask you to visit nearest atm and saying that they will provide SBI cash voucher as a refund do not visit to the atm as they are total fraud.They have cheated me and withdrawn 2000 Rs from my account for further contact me on below number [protected].(Mayank)

The amount paid with cod fee rs.434.00. This battery was shipped by shopclues. I am in badly need of mobile as all my personal information is stored in it including my contact numbers, so please replace the same as early as possible.

                              Dear Mr.Harjit Gill...as i checked your order closely and the conversation with the maxbhi.com representative the product which we shipped unfortunate didn't worked for you but when we received the same product it is found that the LCD + Touch Screen is broken and broken doesn't have any warranty or gurantee but still we shipped you the new product from our-end in which Lcd did not funtuning ok and when we received the product again it is found that both the product were sticked together and the clear of the product was removed which is again warranty void

                              Received response yesterday from Maxbhi.com and they have confirmed to replace the defective LCD. Hoping that my complaint will be resolved soon
                              Still struggling hard to get correct material from Maxbhi.com. The Company has sent me the replacement, but again defective components. LCD Screen : Quality very poor. vertical lines appearing
                              Touchpad: Partially working. Buttons not working & touch response hard & poor. Again the same reply fill complaint form... wait... response by technical team... wait... they will ask to send it back... wait... then... wait... and so on

                              company.i ordered lenovo p2 lcd severel times.After some days they replied order was cancelled.i ask maxbhi.com that why u put unavailable mobile parts if it were not available.i can understand your problem.but this type of cancellation process occured several times for same product.why u show product is available once u cancelled order .

                                    I ordered one in no. Mobile charger for my yureka mobile on maxbhi.com (Order no. 263118) and have already made payment online for the same but when i received this charger at my address on 28 apr 16, it was in non ops condition and was not charging my mobile at all where as it was not in physically damaged condition and well packed when i received it at my delevery address.
                                    I am very sad with this incident because i have been waiting for charger since last many days to charge my mobile.
                                    Please replace this product with new one in working condition as soon as possible otherwise my payment amount is to be refunded as soon as possible.
