delay in processing claim no: 18771968 - bank of baroda

Claim id[protected] for emp id 21484 corporate-bank of baroda. All original diagnostic report issued by 'dna labs' were already sent in the courier received at tpa end on 12th january. They will be able to retrieve the documents in the initial courier itself hence making the query redundant. After i had written email, they were able to track 3 reports in the courier itself, whereas i had sent 6 original reports. Please check the same to avoid...

I am complaining about the amount deducted for health check up

This is in regards to the subject matter details ; it is my request to please process reimbursement for the claim submitted on 23rd nov 2018.

The status is showing still in a process tab, its more than a month for the settlement pending. I have called many times to the toll free numbers and the reply remains the same as "it is in process".

blatantly violates the service slas with customers (horrible tpa service)

Medi Assist is one of the most shameful TPA company that operates around in the country. They blatantly violates all the SLAs they tell to the customer. I have a private insurance (non-corporate) so Medi Assist understands I have the least leverage with them. claim number 18618123 not settled from past 1 month

post operation bills reimbursement settlement not done

My original documents reached them on 2nd jan.
They havent updated the status yet in the portal.

I have been waiting for my claim to be received from last 2 years. As per their records the claim is approved. Whenever i call them they say it will take another 10 working days to process. I have called them aleast 100 times and have also written about 50 emails where i get the same response.

claim amount processed is less than total amount claimed

I recently raised a claim with medi assist for my hospitalization undergone for my maternity delivery for emergency lscs. The total amount claimed was for 92000 which was paid to hospital and planned for a re-imbursement claim later.
