Respected sir
L jyotsna vishnu modale staff bank of baroda ec no. 46011 along with my spouse vishnu laxman modale under went health checkup on 17/04/2019 at our network hospital wockhardt hospital mira road 401107. On submission of bill of rs. 8000 i was told to have invoice from medi assist for the amount. However since i went directly to the hospital since it is our nerwork hospital i could not subm the same. I therefore request you to issue invoice for the amt. Thank you.

    I have raised one cashless claim for my child, i have submitted original document after discussion with executive of medi assist. Then they raised their query please do attested the original copy of lab report then few mail conversion happens and after that i took photo copy and did attested from doctor and submitted. After one week again they come up with another issue and they ask me to submitted the original discharge summary report which has been already submitted again mail conversion happend and i have sent soft copy of discharge summary but now they are asking to submit again.

    Previous-ally same thing happend last year they have not given the amount to hospital because i knew the hospital person the are keep calling me for clearing the bills.

    Please take the need full step to correct the worst process what they are giving.

I have have received around 10 mails for pending queries and all the mails I have visited the hospital and produced everything. Still the same is not settled... Again saying the same queries.       I have sended reimbursement claim on 13th october month of 2018.

      That query raised on 19th october 2018 for that kindly submit all original documents from the star health insurance company.
      I have talked with customer care people for that they are simply to submit required documents from star health insurance company.
      After i have talked with that query i am not having any star health insurance policy and also full reimbursement claim.
      They told me to draft a mail for sameto [protected]@mediassistindia.com.
      I have replied on november 17th for the same and my ticket number is 5074712
      And informed with the ticket number to customer care also
      I have tracked my claim in web portal for next week"your claim is currently in proces"
      I have checked after five days in portal submit original discharge summary and lab reports for your claim process on nov 26th.

      I have sended all pending reports on next day. I have informed with customer care same day itself. And also draft a mail for the same through above mentioned ticket number 5074712
      After one week again that same query raised for kindly submit all original documents from star health insurance company in web portal.
      Again i have talk with customer care they told me reply via mail on december 3rd 2018 i have replied i am not having any star health insurance policy and also this is an full reimbursement claim. Through ticket number 5355892 also informed my replied ticket number to the customer care.
      I have checked in web portal for next week stats that your claim currently in process.
      After a week i checked in december 23rd in web portal confirmation required from the treatment doctor for that patient having any drugs and alcohol at that time of accident.
      I have requested the hospital for the same and i have sended an required query document on 27th december itself.

      On the next day evening i have talk with customer care i have sended an pending doctor confirmation letter on yesterday it will reach you tomorrow by blue dart pod [protected].
      On december 29 i have received a message from medi assist "
      Your claim no 18076067 has been refered to oriental insurance co for review"
      I have talk with customer care regarding that messages received from medi assist company.
      On that time they are telling that first query raised on october 19th till date the query reply not submitted
      I told that previous month itself that query reply submitted by me via ticket number 5074712 in november 17th itself.
      And also december 3rd i have replied for the same query via ticket number 5355892
      I am telling that they are not considered my words
      They simply told as per policy query reply not submitted for the till date your claim has been denied.

      No response from may month kindly consider my claim and do the needful

        Hi team, this is regarding policy no.261000/50/17/10002250 holder name is pradnya gurani had laproscopic surgery on date 18 july 2018 at gupte hospital pune and the bill of rs 41223 was approved by you for settlement but medi assist have only settled the amount of 27481 to the hospital and rest amount is not at all settled after so many follow up with your team by hospital and us. Also u send the settlement mail of full amount 41223 to us...

        I provided original hard copies of my medical records to the mediassist agent. He uploaded the documents and but still the team kept asking for indoor case papers.

        Everytime i call their support they said indoor case papers are missing and due to which the claim is awaiting.

        They kept my application on hold for 40 plus days and is still on hold.

        I had to explain to them that they need to scroll down a pdf file on their portal till page 5 from where the indorr case papers documentation starts. The telecaller did so and found the details and apologized for inconvenience. He asked to wait for 48 hours.

        Guys, medi assist is not trustworthy and they are technically (-10), they are so dumb that they dont scroll option to look into the attachments.in short they judge a book by its cover.

        If i rate this insurance i will give about (-50)

          I am monica dahiya corporate customer of medibuddy.

          Mr manu raj gupta visited my branch on 7th march 2019 to fix my appointment for health check up provided by my company and informed me that i will be eligible for health check up in fy 2019-20 as i have already gone through medical on 26.08.2017. I told him that i am fine to wait for few days as i have to get it reimbursed from my company otherwise i won't get reimbursement.

          I also told him to apply for health check up for my mother so that i can claim it for my tax rebate in fy 2019-20.

          I paid rs 8000/- to mr manu as per the invoice he confirmed that i will get reimbursement from my company as he has fixed my appointment on 01.04.2019 (For my reimbursement purpose) and my mother's appointment on 30.03.2019 just to complete his targets.

          Later on he shifted both the appointments on 09.03.2019. When we were done with our medicals, i called him for details to apply for tax rebate and then only he told me that i can apply for tax rebate in fy 2018-19 only. Later on, on several calls made by me i was informed that i won't even get my reimbursement from office because the date on invoice is 07.03.2019 and he was not aware of the fact that reimbursement will be based on the invoice date.

          Now, it's been 52 days that i am following up with mr manu and getting unreasonable excuses that what he can do for the loss and how he is unable to do it.

          Medibuddy has given a lot of trouble for it's own mistakes and i would not bear the loss of rs. 8000/-. It's been long 52 days that i am facing problems by mr manu and he still doesn't seem to be bothered at all. I am the one calling him everytime and requesting to help.

          Now i want my complete amount back and let me know how can this be taken ahead. After all these issues, i hope to get a speedy response and resolution from you.

              After submitting all the treatment documents they are asking for summary. And hence they are delaying the approval. They are asking for different documents again and again and again. I asked them to ask for required documents in one time but they are not giving clear answer of this and making us wait. Its been two days we are waiting for approval and still pending. Now what should we do now??? We are facing too mich trouble

                I am telling them that i have some commitments due to which i do not want to continue this insurance but they say there is no such rule to cancel the insurance.

                They ate 70000rs and still do not want to cancel this insurance.

                In any insurance there will be option to cancel bu user if they do not want to continue but this # insurance here they know to eat money and not give any service or help. Government should sue this company. And they never resolve the issue as well.

                  I have submitted claim on 5th Apr 19 online and then submitted all original hospital documents to Medi Assist representative in Honeywell. After receipt of documents MediAssist asked for additional previous consultation papers. I had 7 calls with their customer care and every time I explained them that I don't have any medical history regarding this operation and hence don't have any previous documents. Every time after a call, representative told that I will get resolution within next 2-3 hrs but no response at all. Every time I wrote a mail to Medi Assist, I'm getting same mail that previous consultation papers are required. If I don't have any previous medical history from where you expect me to produce these documents? All medical documents submitted have all detailed information regarding illness, operation details, charges, bill summery, progress reports etc. Please let me know any escalation path is available?

                    I lavanya working in bank of baroda, mumbai. One of your representative had come to our office on 08th feb 2019 for annual health check up appointment and the same day i have made the payment for four people but erroneously amount was debited for 5 times and the extra debit amount got refunded too. But out of 4 people only 3 got appointment for health check-up and the other one didn't get the appointment for which payment has already been done. It's been 3 months, still i didn't get my refund. Please look into this matter and solve it as early possible.

                      Delay in cashless process. From 26 april 2019 my claim status was in investigation.27 to 29 april i was continue try to call mediassist help desk every time executive said it will done in next 2 hour 3 hour 2 executive commite me for call back but still not got any call from them on 29th discharge was postponed to next day because of your hope less work. On sat. 27th april 2019 your investigation officer was came for investigation and he was sure he will give feedback on same day. But still not any response from. Your side. Please give feedback as soon as possible

                        Hi team,

                        I had undergone lasik treatment for both of my eyes for myopia. Before the surgery, had spoke to customer care about inclusion of same in policy and had a confirmation.
                        Post surgery, have sent documents for reimbursement of same. Claim got denied mentioning the treatment is not covered under policy.

                          I work for jp morgan and chase india and mediassit is the tpa for insurance. I opted for a cashless facility in motherhood hospital. After our discharge motherhood submitted all the documents and on time and later they asked me for some extra documents which i went and submitted on time. After 30 days they rejected my claim. I went to motherhood and they said that there are some 5 more cases where mediassist have denied and they will take care of it.
                          I checked with mediassist and they said new india assurance have denied it because the documents was not submitted on time. When i reverted back to the customer care team with all the relevant sms and details on the portal then they asked me to submit all my documents as hard copies. This again i told to motherhood and they said that they will take care of it and they have already send those hard copies.
                          My question is i have taken a cashless and why would i have to follow up. So i have asked motherhood to do so. They said that i can be rest assured and they will take care of it. 30 days have passed since then and nothing i have heard back from motherhood or mediassit. Please help

                            I have submitted my reimbursement to me do assist for claim. With all the original documents and original bills /prescription we have raised the reimbursement.

                            Few days later we were told additional document was required. When we connected to hospital they said all the details are already provided and they highlighted the asked query in provided discharge summery.

                            My claim number is 17376694 which has been approved since last july 2018. Till now the settlement has not yet happened. When ever i called the customer support, they will ensure that it will be settled in the next week and it drags to almost 1 year. I have already raised so many complaints, and there is no proper action taken against the same by the company.

                            Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                              I have filed for a claim in the month of November 2018 and till date I have not received my refund amount. Whenever I speak to them, they say they have escalated my ticket but every time they make no progress. And till date 23 April 2019 I have not received my refund.I think they should have some deadlines for the claims to be closed. My claim number is[protected].

                                The most worst service from mediassist India, you basteads why you need insurance from us when you don't provide proper service to us . We have to do operation in couple of hours trying to reach you guys, your customer care executive keep disconnecting the calls and very rude, and some people took the mobile number but never called us back

                                  Hi guys,
                                  Currently i work for wipro and i have purchased a parental policy from mediassist.
                                  One sudden day my dad was admitted to hospital for a emergency case. He was throwing up blood so we admitted him to hospital. Previously my dad was not having any other disease other than hypertension and diabetes. The treatment which was availed at the hospital was for upper gi bleed and had nothing to do with diabetes and hypertension. The endoscopy and sonography said he is suffering from liver cirosis. We dint made any consultation before for these issue because we were not aware of this. Now these guys are asking for previous consultaion paper for liver cirosis. As we were not aware of this disease no previous conversation were made for this issue.
                                  And now they have rejected this claim saying that we have not submitted the previous consultaion paper. If i have not consulted before so how can i have previous consultaion paper..
                                  Request you to kindly look into this.
