My claim required me to submit a cancelled cheque with my name printed on it. As i did not posses one i was asked to send a bank statement via email and via currier which was acknowledged by them. Despite this they still are asking for a canceled cheque. If a bank statement was not valid i should have been informed prior. Their customer care executives "tejas, vinod and linda" asked me to repeatedly to wait for 48 hours since may 27, 2019 which i duly did without any response. I was informed by tejas that it was intimated yesterday, may 31, 2019 even when i have been raising a ticket since monday. Inspite of my queries if i have to submit some other document or cheque they do not respond.

I'm a TCS employee and I'm covered by default Gold plan health insurance. I'm eligible for "Twin Sharing AC" ward and if a network hospital does not have a sharing ward facility, what should be my option in choosing rooms under an emergency situation? A General ward would not be a best option depending on the medical situation.!!

Policy no.310600/48/15/[protected]. My claim of Rs. 24000/= approved but till date I have note received the amount with my s b account.

    Dear sir/madam,

    This is very sad to note that, query is not raised in one go. Each and every time we got something new which need to fulfill.

    Now it seems like we intentionally getting the claim declined. I have resent the all original document and all original bills now there is only one document which is ecg shared in xerox copy as advised by doctor.

    This is not possible to arrange the bill of breakup, the hospital distance from delhi to approx 500 km. Kindly co ordinate with hospital is any issues. Hospital details already there.

    We have tried to contact to hospital over phone to understand the breakup of bill but they denied stating that "we have standard process to charge the consolidated amount including doctor fee, bed charge, medicine charge and other fee".

    Kindly consider the same for the reimbursement.

      I have sent all the required documents as you have requested on 29/04/19 i got a reply that you will proceed,
      On 01/05/19 again you have requested for policy details, hence i have provided and attached the policy copy (Really it's a silly query, though its basic details u could have in your database). I have also sent a clarification letter form maax super speciality hospital shimoga regarding credit bill receipts instead of cash bill and cash paid receipt also. My transactions regarding reimbursement is since march 23rd,
      You have paid the partial amount and remaining rs.5490/- not yet paid for reimbursement claim no.98078675

      Neither not responding for mail or call nor closing the ticket.. It might b small amount, money is valuable.

          Sir i m an frustrating about medi assist cautomer care service. I have an insurance in your company. While i admited in a private hospital through claiming my insurance. Hospital authority request an initial letter with single ward category but at final claim bill your insurance company mentioned general ward category. So we faced an issue with hospital authority. While i contacted 5 times to your customers around 6 hours continuosly but none of one responded. Literally i requested, begged. Every one told work had been done in 30 min. But finally everyone lying. All trying to far away. Sir i am really dissatisfied and disappointed with your customer care service. Infact i don't have director number while i had that much of anger towards you to complaint against caustmor care service and i lost my patience, time too. So please respond quickly.

              We moved out of the first hospital fearing loss of our first baby.

              We were not provided any information reg the treatment give to my wife.
              Bills - we paid all in cash as they don't have paytm/phonepay/pos machine
              We had to a lot of followups for bills to submit the insurer. But the doctor insisted to give the bills citing the time frame.
              Reality is we need to submit the bills to the insurer within a certain time.

              We were fed up with the hospital in all ways.

              Now when we submitted the bills to the medissist, we were being asked additional documents and i have sent a detailed email with an explanation.

                Ir,
                I attended a call from one assist regarding their insurance plans, i told them i dont want this service but they charged me 1299 for its subscription for one year. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my icici credit card ending with 3000. Other wise cancel my credit card, i don't like to spend money on all these things.

                  This is with reference to claim no[protected]Patient : hemlata ramesh patil), kindly clarify the reason for deduction of below charges while sanctioning cashless amount

                  1) consultation charges : rs 4400
                  2) physiotherapy charges : rs 1087
                  3) troponin i blood test : rs 2302

                  Yesterday we were following up with your cashless team for almost the entire day, however could not get satisfactory reply on the same.

                  Hence we approached your grievance team and spoke to divesh (Spoke twice), nelson, pooja and then neha. They were unable to give me satisfactory reply and i was told that they are unbale to get in touch with kolkatta team of doctors and asked me to speak to them on numbers :[protected] and [protected]. However no one was picking up the phone calls and was unbale to get any reply.

                  However again i called up grievance team and spoke to pooja and she told me to speak to ashwini (M : [protected]) who she informed me is your client relationship person. However the lday did not pick up my phone call even after calling her multiple times nor did she called back. Later on my calling mulitple times, she switched off her cell.

                  I had no option but tp pay the bill yesterday as further delay would have resulted in further occupancy chargs being charged by the hospital

                  I tried calling ashwini even today, however she did not pick up my calls even today nor had the courtesy to call back

                  Is this the kind of service we can expect from your team?

                  Pls confirm on priority the above clarification and refund the amount

                        My name is justin jacob (Emp:id 366321) working in wipro technologies. My mother's cashless claim was rejected by mediassist by mentioning pre-existing disease. My doctor confirmed that the disease is not pre - existed. I consulted medi assist cochin office and they are saying only to reimburse. But since my cashless hospitalization was not accepted, i am forced to legally move against mediassist by raising complaint to insurance ombuds. Expecting reply on this.

                          I took insurance on 27th feb 2019... On 25th mar 2019 i was admitted in hospital... Due to some health issue... I have submitted all bills to claim the amount which i had paid in hospital. But claim was rejected by medi assist... When i contacted them they said with in 30 days you have hospitalized hence you will not entitled to get claimed amount. When policy was taking they did not mentioned any time period...

                          Please help me in this regard...

                            L jyotsna vishnu modale staff bank of baroda ec no. 46011 along with my spouse vishnu laxman modale under went health checkup on 17/04/2019 at our network hospital wockhardt hospital mira road 401107. On submission of bill of rs. 8000 i was told to have invoice from medi assist for the amount. However since i went directly to the hospital since it is our nerwork hospital i could not subm the same. I therefore request you to issue invoice for the amt. Thank you.

                              I have raised one cashless claim for my child, i have submitted original document after discussion with executive of medi assist. Then they raised their query please do attested the original copy of lab report then few mail conversion happens and after that i took photo copy and did attested from doctor and submitted. After one week again they come up with another issue and they ask me to submitted the original discharge summary report which has been already submitted again mail conversion happend and i have sent soft copy of discharge summary but now they are asking to submit again.

                              Previous-ally same thing happend last year they have not given the amount to hospital because i knew the hospital person the are keep calling me for clearing the bills.

                              Please take the need full step to correct the worst process what they are giving.

                                I have sended reimbursement claim on 13th october month of 2018.

                                That query raised on 19th october 2018 for that kindly submit all original documents from the star health insurance company.
                                I have talked with customer care people for that they are simply to submit required documents from star health insurance company.
                                After i have talked with that query i am not having any star health insurance policy and also full reimbursement claim.
                                They told me to draft a mail for sameto [protected]@mediassistindia.com.
                                I have replied on november 17th for the same and my ticket number is 5074712
                                And informed with the ticket number to customer care also
                                I have tracked my claim in web portal for next week"your claim is currently in proces"
                                I have checked after five days in portal submit original discharge summary and lab reports for your claim process on nov 26th.

                                I have sended all pending reports on next day. I have informed with customer care same day itself. And also draft a mail for the same through above mentioned ticket number 5074712
                                After one week again that same query raised for kindly submit all original documents from star health insurance company in web portal.
                                Again i have talk with customer care they told me reply via mail on december 3rd 2018 i have replied i am not having any star health insurance policy and also this is an full reimbursement claim. Through ticket number 5355892 also informed my replied ticket number to the customer care.
                                I have checked in web portal for next week stats that your claim currently in process.
                                After a week i checked in december 23rd in web portal confirmation required from the treatment doctor for that patient having any drugs and alcohol at that time of accident.
                                I have requested the hospital for the same and i have sended an required query document on 27th december itself.

                                On the next day evening i have talk with customer care i have sended an pending doctor confirmation letter on yesterday it will reach you tomorrow by blue dart pod [protected].
                                On december 29 i have received a message from medi assist "
                                Your claim no 18076067 has been refered to oriental insurance co for review"
                                I have talk with customer care regarding that messages received from medi assist company.
                                On that time they are telling that first query raised on october 19th till date the query reply not submitted
                                I told that previous month itself that query reply submitted by me via ticket number 5074712 in november 17th itself.
                                And also december 3rd i have replied for the same query via ticket number 5355892
                                I am telling that they are not considered my words
                                They simply told as per policy query reply not submitted for the till date your claim has been denied.

                                  Hi team, this is regarding policy no.261000/50/17/10002250 holder name is pradnya gurani had laproscopic surgery on date 18 july 2018 at gupte hospital pune and the bill of rs 41223 was approved by you for settlement but medi assist have only settled the amount of 27481 to the hospital and rest amount is not at all settled after so many follow up with your team by hospital and us. Also u send the settlement mail of full amount 41223 to us...

                                  I provided original hard copies of my medical records to the mediassist agent. He uploaded the documents and but still the team kept asking for indoor case papers.

                                  Everytime i call their support they said indoor case papers are missing and due to which the claim is awaiting.

                                  They kept my application on hold for 40 plus days and is still on hold.

                                  I had to explain to them that they need to scroll down a pdf file on their portal till page 5 from where the indorr case papers documentation starts. The telecaller did so and found the details and apologized for inconvenience. He asked to wait for 48 hours.

                                  Guys, medi assist is not trustworthy and they are technically (-10), they are so dumb that they dont scroll option to look into the attachments.in short they judge a book by its cover.

                                  If i rate this insurance i will give about (-50)

                                    I am monica dahiya corporate customer of medibuddy.

                                    Mr manu raj gupta visited my branch on 7th march 2019 to fix my appointment for health check up provided by my company and informed me that i will be eligible for health check up in fy 2019-20 as i have already gone through medical on 26.08.2017. I told him that i am fine to wait for few days as i have to get it reimbursed from my company otherwise i won't get reimbursement.

                                    I also told him to apply for health check up for my mother so that i can claim it for my tax rebate in fy 2019-20.

                                    I paid rs 8000/- to mr manu as per the invoice he confirmed that i will get reimbursement from my company as he has fixed my appointment on 01.04.2019 (For my reimbursement purpose) and my mother's appointment on 30.03.2019 just to complete his targets.

                                    Later on he shifted both the appointments on 09.03.2019. When we were done with our medicals, i called him for details to apply for tax rebate and then only he told me that i can apply for tax rebate in fy 2018-19 only. Later on, on several calls made by me i was informed that i won't even get my reimbursement from office because the date on invoice is 07.03.2019 and he was not aware of the fact that reimbursement will be based on the invoice date.

                                    Now, it's been 52 days that i am following up with mr manu and getting unreasonable excuses that what he can do for the loss and how he is unable to do it.

                                    Medibuddy has given a lot of trouble for it's own mistakes and i would not bear the loss of rs. 8000/-. It's been long 52 days that i am facing problems by mr manu and he still doesn't seem to be bothered at all. I am the one calling him everytime and requesting to help.

                                    Now i want my complete amount back and let me know how can this be taken ahead. After all these issues, i hope to get a speedy response and resolution from you.

                                      I have applied for domicilery claim in october 2018 through my organisation i. E. Bank of baroda my employee code is 78439.
                                      On 19 march 2019 i have received a mail from mediassistindia regarding they received my claim documents,
                                      But still the date i didn't get any response regarding my claim,
                                      Please let me know about my query.
