cancellation of medical policy

I am Tech Mahindra Employee. I accidentally/ mistakenly selected parental issurance while submitting and which I tried cancelling immediately, but it didn't the cancel request.
I do not want to add my parents for this insurance because which I already have made from outside and now it is waste of money here. For one month the insurance company is deducting nearly up to 4000 RS of amount from my salary account.

Escalation number : 7101537.spoke to Mr. A Harsha 9:10 PM of www.mediassistindia.com.
This is regarding insurance claim number : 98464316.
Mediassist India is not respong even after 12 complaints after submitting originals through Wipro office claim box. I have submitted all originals and received acknowledgement from them. Several times called for clarification never answer. Looks like they are cheating customer.

    I am employees of Bank of India having PF / employees No.192038. It was reported by company that some documents are not submitted along_with the claim. Hence I have submitted the missing documents on[protected] via e-mail. I request you to look into the matter and arrange to settle my claim and credit to my account at the earliest as over 6 months period has been lapsed.

      I have submitted the above claim on[protected]. The said claim was approved and credit was sent on[protected] for Rs.47197/- to my old Bank account which was closed subsequent to my retirement from Bank's service despite new and running account number was duly provided in the claim form. I was thereafter compelled to follow up vigorously with you directly as well as through my earstwhile employer and advocate also. Since there was no response from you I was compelled to approach Prime Minister's Grievances Cell and ultimately got the claim settled on[protected], almost after lapse of 20 months and 17 days. I therefore earnestly request you to pay interest on claim settled amount for 20 months and 17 days @ 12% p, a. plus legal expenses of Rs.2000/- incurred by me.

          My policy is in tha orientel insurance compny limited and my son name is i have enrolment and oriental insurance is added my son name is in my policy but medi assists india tpa company is not update my son name is in your portal. This metter regurding i have send mail date:-18/05/2019 04:21pm [protected]@mediassist.in and his reply me re:[#7083765] but many days passed but my son name is not update in tpa portal and this tpa company is very poor service provide by customer so please help me...

            I have submitted the claim for reimbursement of the charges for the health check up against policy no. 310605/50/18/10000778 of national insurance for myself and my wife on 03.05.2019 for the amount of rs. 3000/- each. On enquiry from your surat office, where the claim papers are submitted, i understand that the claim is not processed yet.

            It is regret to inform that the claim is taking so much time. Please look into the matter and reimburse the amount at the earliest.

              They have all the cash paid receipts for which i have proofs and their customer care accepts the same still in claim history they are saying receipt not available and that is why processing for less amount.

              I have raised many tickets i am not getting any reply.
              Customer care puts on hold and then it disconnects from last 2- 3 times.

              They never came back saying that receipt is not available once i called them but still in claim history they are saying this

              There customer care says that the receipt is available with them and this has been escalated but i don't see any resolution.

                Today 18th July 2019 at around 8.59pm I called call center, I was able to get connected to a person after 15 minutes of waiting period. the representative was not having patience to listen and respond to my query instead he disconnected my call without completing the conversation.

                We are not provided with right mail to communicate in return.

                Updating of documents through portal is adviced, after login I am not able to trace from where to upload the documents.

                Mails bounce back.
                Its a very bad experience to claim after getting treated in a hospital with insurance. I will sure write this to our management to review about your services.

                  I had put a claim for my right ear operation which was done on 19/04/2019.The cashless claim was settled with hospital by media Daisy tha.After thah I claimed for reimbursement for pre and post hospitalisation expenses of Rs.12576 through claim no.19570673.It was settled for Rs.9376/- on 17/06/2019.Mediassist Toa has not informed us about the deduction of Rs.3200/-in which regards and what to do about the deduction amount to reclaim?.

                    Said documents was submitted in the Tata Power, Trombay on 14th March 2019. After which we have received call on 21st may where Mr Nilesh said, "we want death summary, Adhaar card and cancel cheque. You can also email these documents as well".

                    It took almost 2 months to get the death certificate from Pune Munciple post which we called Tejashree on 28th May before sending these documents. She took the employee ID number and confirmed the above mentioned documents are pending. soon after that we emailed the pending documents. She gave us 15 days for reimbursement.

                    Today, Tajeshree is completely ignoring this case by saying there were NO DOCUMENTS were submitted and everyday we have to call her but NO positive response from her.

                    Mr. G S Bhingare, is the retired employee of Tata Power he has served the company with dedication and hard-work for 30+ years. He lost his wife Late Mrs. Asha G Bhingare within the 2 years after retirement and the way he is getting treatment has NO words to describe.

                    I would request you to please take this as an official complaint against Ms Tejashree for not doing her work appropriately and poor co-ordination to close this case.

                      I am been paying health premium for almost 20 years through group insurance through my office (ActionAid India) till January 2019 when i retired but i continued this as an individual policy without any break.

                      I was detected with cancer December 2017, and my medical bills were duly being cleared, from intravenous Chemo my doctor recommended oral chemo tabs and so there was no need for hospitalisation.

                      My claims for my medication Erlocip 150 mg which is my life saving drug was being reimbursed by Vidal and very recently Medi Assist which took over as third party.

                      Now after i moved into individual policy without a break from the group policy, the same Medi Assist which was paying my reimbursements forwarded my claim to National Insurance which just rejected the case with no valid explanation.

                      Erlocip is a life saving drug which i have to consume on a daily basis and it is expensive. It does not require hospitalisation and it does come under payable by the Insurance this i can validate as both Vidal as well as Medi Assist were reimbursing.

                      I find it strange that now as i am an individual policyholder my claim is rejected. I find this is inhuman given the fact that i have been holding the policy for over 20 years and have got my reimbursement.

                      I would like an explanation why this has happened and need to get my reimbursements. My life depends on this.

                        Hi team,
                        I have followed up with media assist team for more than 10 days for my father's cashless claim approval.
                        On reaching mediassist team via toll free contact number, they just put the call on hold stating, "Mam, please be on hold for a while as we are extracting your details".
                        This "while" has no ending and the call gets disconnected by its own.
                        Such a pathetic service.

                            According to the details provided in the mail and the attachment from your team, it is understandable that the maternity benefit capping is 50000/- .
                            But, according to our company policy details, it is actually 60000/-.
                            I have also attached the screen shot of the same for your reference. Please do the needful and make the corrections accordingly and update me with the new Approved breakup.
                            Please quickly close this as this might end up in delaying the discharge process from the Hospital.

                            Enough is enough I need the claim settled and the original copy by today.

                              I am submitting my above mentioned claim no from past one month but didnt receive any resolution, i am calling there call center every day to enquire about my claim but i am getting the same answer from all the team members that the back end team is working on it ...

                              I am fed up of following this case. Today i have called again and asked the executive to provide me their manager no.to call and speak but whatever contact no. I was given was switched off...

                              Really a pathetic service i received from medi assist team.

                              These people are asking me the signature of MD Pathalogist from the hospital where i was submitted on emergency basis but i have informed them multiple times that tge MD Pathalogist is not available and i asked them to exclude the amount of 2220/- for which they need the signature from MD pathalogist and refund the remaining amount but these people are not doing that also.

                              Now i am going to take this issue to IRDA team.

                              My ticket no. Is 7232473, i need quick resolution otherwise i will move further as stated above.

                                I had already provided all the necessary documents related to claim but again and again they are sending the same mail that additional document required, I am fed up with follow up from last 25 days, there is no document pending from myside, please resolve my issue and processed my claim asap.Even they cross checked with hospital too and even hospital also confirmed regarding the genuinity of the document and regarding all the necessary bills.

                                  TPA is not considering doctor prescribed PET scan and deducting the money(21403) saying it as advanced receipt though It is done only after doctor presumed TB as cancer and reffered for the scan. In the discharged summery from Shakti hospital Odisha, down the paper doctor has written/reffered to do scan to diagnose cancer. Also deduction happened for hospital discount(34377)though in my policy no where it is mentioned.

I have visited the lawyer and he is telling that there will be formate to be enter on bond paper I have droped the mail for the formate there I no responce for yours end and more over over you people are asking for 500 rs affidavit but our lawyer is telling that no need of 500. Please suggest on this and resolve as soon as possible.

                                      We express our inability to extend cashless facility for claim 19733353 under policy issued by the new india assurance co. Ltd on 03 jun 2019 18:52:59.

                                      I was shattered to see the above msg. I was admitted in hospital and opted for cashless treatment. At the time of discharge, i was stranded in the hospital for 8 hours as approval was not given for my claim by the insurer. I had no money to pay and faced embarrasment in the hospital.

                                      There was no proper justification why the claim was rejected. Hospiral admin staff were co-ordinating to help me obtain claim approval, inspite this the claim was rejected.

                                      I have a long term ailment which requires proper observation and frequent medical check ups, this is all a part of miliary tb treatment. Hospital had provided adequate details supporting the same.

                                      I was extremely dejected and feel that my claim was not properly reviewed. I would like to receive a proper response from the insurance company so i can take this matter to court for justice.
