Said documents was submitted in the Tata Power, Trombay on 14th March 2019. After which we have received call on 21st may where Mr Nilesh said, "we want death summary, Adhaar card and cancel cheque. You can also email these documents as well".
It took almost 2 months to get the death certificate from Pune Munciple post which we called Tejashree on 28th May before sending these documents. She took the employee ID number and confirmed the above mentioned documents are pending. soon after that we emailed the pending documents. She gave us 15 days for reimbursement.
Today, Tajeshree is completely ignoring this case by saying there were NO DOCUMENTS were submitted and everyday we have to call her but NO positive response from her.
Mr. G S Bhingare, is the retired employee of Tata Power he has served the company with dedication and hard-work for 30+ years. He lost his wife Late Mrs. Asha G Bhingare within the 2 years after retirement and the way he is getting treatment has NO words to describe.
I would request you to please take this as an official complaint against Ms Tejashree for not doing her work appropriately and poor co-ordination to close this case.
