The telecallers are calling using multiple numbers even after requesting to put my number in DND list. Request your intervention to get rid of Medlife callers. Have literally got over 50 calls in a day. Because of you guys, I have switched off all my promotional calls and have put my number DND then too I’m getting calls. It’s so unprofessional

Stop sending promotional message to my numbers [protected], [protected]. I am no more interested in purchasing medicine from you and don't want to go for medical tests with you.

I purchased medicine from them and undergone tests last year. They send promotional messages 2-3 daily which is irritating. Though I activated DND, they don't mind. Tired calling their CUSTOMER service numbers. They will listen what we say and tell us to wait 48 hours to resolve the issue but it wont happen. I straight away ask them one question. If you keep on irritating your clients this way, how can you expect them to patronise you ? Stop this ### and concentrate on your regular CUSTOMERs and don't disturb all.

I placed one order on Medlife in September 2020, ONE ORDER, and I started receiving spam messages on daily basis. I was in touch with their team constantly from September 2020 to December 2020, and finally after 4 months, their team was able to unsubscribe me and they said they have deleted my details.

Today, I received another spam message. In between these 6 months, I have not contacted them a single time, haven't placed any order on their website, and haven't even opened their website. And somehow after 6 months, my number has magically reappeared in their promotional database.

I have ordered medicine in Feb 21 and return one of the medicine MGD3. Order id OR1776QAB-009A. Still i didnt get refund even after return of medicine. I have escalated this matter 15 to 20 times on call but still didnt get refund. This is my last communication to your team. If i didnt get refund then next week i am going to consumer forum and warn your team to defame your brand medlife/pharmacy on social media.

I get 15 - 20 calls and messages a day, asking me to purchase their medicine or product. Even after been told not to repeat, they continue to do the same and it's been VERY disturbing, and not having a peace of the state. Hourly calls and messages and they don't even talk. There is no such time that they won't call. I want to delete my account but they have'nt given the option to.

Literally hell number of messages come from medlife.I want to delete my medlife account.Just frustrated a lot.🤬

Once i ordered from medlife for which i had to share my mobile number, however, since then i have been getting spam calls for like every single day and i have got tired thinking it will be a work call and thereafter getting myself distracted from work

please do the needful of no further spam calls

I ordered medicine from med life on 24th may of RS.2348.55 but did not receive the invoice copy of the product. Raised email through [protected]@medlife.in around 10 times but not getting any response, and when ever i will call customer care they are giving false commitment saying they will be send it in an hour but still not got it which has been 18 days till the product got deliver.

I’m receiving unnecessary calls from Medlife around 6-7 times a day, sometimes there’s a person on the other side promoting their brand or sometimes it’s just some music playing on the other side and eventually the call ends.

I want to delete my medlife account permanently but there's no any option of deleting account in medlife page or app. I receive 5-10 promotional and ads text messages from medlife and it irritating.

Please do something needful as early aa possible.

I am daily receiving lots of spam messages and calls from medlife. I have already activated dnd service. Still problem is persisting

I have placed the order on 4th December 2020 for 1 Glucometer Kit which amount approximately Rs. 1000 I have been paid for the same. when i received the product i saw the glucometer strips will be experied within 4 month and this was the oldest product more than 2 year on manufacture because of this i filed a complaint helpline customer care and return the complete kit within the 7 days. I placed the second order without refunding my first amount of RS. 5000 and i Paid again Rs. 1000 for second order as per the policy of medilife and advised by customer care official on and also i requested second order the expiry date of strip must be more than one year but unfortunately the same kit has been delivered to me again and after i placed the complaint the medilife has picked the second kit also without refunding the amount of first and second kit of Rs. 2000 and after several reminder from last 7 month to the register the complaint from customer care yet not to refund my amount also not adjusted my several order in last 6 month. every time your officials giving false assurance to me so my final request is refund my total amount Rs. 2000 as soon as possible in my bank account.

I am ordered a some medicines with the order number OR6471NZA-012A on 24th of april.

There is a medicine called "Rapilif D new 8 MG", I have ordered for 40 capsules i.e 4strips. Some day ago on 30th April I got my delivered at my home. When I checked the parcel, all medicines are fine but that Rapilif medicine is only 20 capsules i.e 2 strips.
Immediately I called customer care and assured me that I will got my refund after checking what went wrong.

But from that day neither any refund I got nor any customer care executive picked up my call. This is frustrating situation for me as a long time medlife customer.

Please look into this as soon as possible.

This app is not at all usefull for me. Hence, want to delete this account.

Unfortunately I had to check medicines on their site and thats when i did stupidity of giving my number. And from then I have been getting multiple calls and messages everyday. I have called them and requested many times to remove my number from their database but in vain. I need help to get rid of these useless calls and messages.

I had returned the wrong product delivered by them, they have confirmed that the product has been received by them and they have refunded rs 1611.68.
But no money has been refunded by them.
They are giving false informationotag

Have kept on complaining through TRAI for DND violation however medlife is continuously spamming by sending promotional messages as attached screenshot.

Kindly help me getting my number completely removed from their messaging list.

Complaining many times to stop sending SMS on my mobile number, tried twice in a month from last 4 months but still irrelevant SMS coming. Totally frustrated

I had tests done for my sister. I didn't receive the reports. I called customer care multiple times, didn't help. Neither reports nor refund received. Should post reviews on all social media platforms so that people don't get fooled.
