I have placed order on 23rd March, till date I have not received the delivery. I am chasing from last 12 days for my refund but not getting any positive or satisfactory response. Please arrange my refund if possible. My email id is Talreja.[protected]@gmail.com

    I have ordered a medicine from medlife with order id OR7448KEC-011A with payment by amazon pay of ₹578 but when a delivery boy came he told the product is cash on delivery and i was shocked when i saw in the product that it was written cod of ₹700, that was different amount and by the way i have done payment by amazon pay, and i called medlife and they have not taken any action regarding this only they always tell to wait for 72 hours i have waited for nearly 7 days but i did not receive any product after even 7 days i again called medlife they told to wait for another 2days, they are always wasting customer time after 7 days delivery boy called me they are returning the product because it was cod and they are demanding payment but i declined the product because i have paid by amazon pay so why i should pay again so they returned the product but medlife is not issuing my refund. please check the issue so that medlife should refund my payment, please help me in providing my refund

      Order gor Rs.2147.02was dt.12.03.2021 was delivered on 13.03.21 was cancelled, collected and deposited with their warehouse on 15.03.2021, for which more than 27 days passed, refund is not received..called customer care more than 10 times and sent 3 mails, but only apologies consolation given but refund not received yet.

        Your delivery boy had not made the delivery at the provided address. Instead he called me and made me to come to him and get the courier. Address was given clearly on the courier then to he called me to come and collect the courier, he said that "I will not come, if you want the courier you have to come and collect". He called me to come over 5km from the address place. I request you to if you cannot give delivery at the address. Please don't make fake talks.

              I had ordered medicine from the site and now i am getting 10-20 calls everyday on daily basis. I have asked them to unsubscriber or put my number on DND, i have send 15-20 mails but status is still the same.
              I have many numbers on my block list but they are calling from different numbers.

                Below is the order to me. I have ordered normoz tables and I have been delivered a wrong order containing eyedrops. I called team 4-5 times, everytime saying issue will be resolved but can't see any help from your team. This is the worst service provided by medlife. Please arrange a return for wrong product delivered asap. It's cost me rs 1806, that really matters to me.

                  OR4674HSA-005A सर मेने 19 फरवरी को दवाई ऑर्डर की थी जो मुझे 23 फरवरी को कुरियर वाला लेकर आया था उसने मुझ से otp मांगा और ऑर्डर डिलीवर ओके कर दिया फिर उसने मुझसे पैसे मांगे क्योंकि उसके सिस्टम में ऑर्डर कैश ऑन डिलीवरी दिखा रहा था तो मेने ऑर्डर उसे वापस ले जाने को बोल दिया क्योंकि मेरा ऑर्डर का पेमेंट में कर चुका था जिसका कैश बैक भी मुझे मिला था । अब वह पार्सल भी लेकर चला गया मेरा पेमेंट जो की मेडलाइफ वाले वापस नहीं दे रहे है । कुरियर वाले से बात करने पर उसने ऑर्डर वापस भेजने के लिए कहा ताकि उसने जो पैसे यानी कैश ऑन डिलीवरी ऑर्डर को ओके करने पर उसने अपनी जेब से उस ऑर्डर का पेमेंट किया था वो उसे वापस मिल जाए और मुझे मेरा पेमेंट मिल जाए ताकि में वापस ऑर्डर कर सकू इस लिए मेने ऑर्डर रिटर्न करने की रिक्वेस्ट की थी पर वो पार्सल शायद उन्होंने वापस भेजा ही नही वो मुझे कॉल करते और कुछ भी बात किए बगैर कॉल कट कर देते ताकि सिस्टम में यह दिखे की मेने बात नही की और वो लोग जगह ना मिली ऐसा लिख कर अपलोड करते रहे जिसका संदेश मेरे फोन में आता रहा ।अब इतना सब हो गया जिसकी शिकायत में लगातार मैडलाइफ से कर रहा हु फिर भी न ही मुझे मेरी दवाई मिली ना ही पैसे वापस मिले। मैनें इस बाबत ekart एक्सप्रेस वाले जो की कुरियर पार्टनर है मैडलाइफ के उनसे भी कहा तो उन्होंने पार्सल जयपुर शिपर को वापस भेजने का कहा। मैडलाइफ की तरफ से मेरी इस शिकायत की 23 फरवरी से लगातार शिकयत दर्ज करवाने के बावजूद भी अब तक कोई समाधान नहीं हुवा है । अब इस संबंध में अगर आप कोई उचित जवाब दे तो ठीक है नहीं तो में न्यायालय से कार्यवाही करने की अपील करूंगा ताकि मुझे मेरा पार्सल मिले या फिर उचित मुवावजे सहित मेरा पैसा मुझे वापस मिले।

                            I have 5 times complained but I m constantly getting messages and calls from medlife.
                            Today I.e.2.4.2021 I called up the customer service telling them not to send anymore messages. I was assured that I will not receive anymore messages from medlife.this was around 1.30pm. Again around 7pm I am receiving messages from medlife
                            Plz stop harassing people by sending messages when they are totally not interested

                              Even after requesting many many many times for unsubscribing my number from receiving their SMS, via whatsapp number ([protected]) and email ids ([protected]@medlife.com | [protected]@medlife.com), am still getting spammed daily with their promotional SMS till date. Never ever join their service. Their team is very incapable of taking care of this simple matter. I can’t even imagine what would happen if it was regarding any refund or so. Good GOD!!

                                I opted for full body checkup, the samples were collected from home on (27th March 2021, 8AM). I asked the person who collected the samples if I could pay him directly, for which he told that I would be getting a payment link. I got the payment link at 4: 30 pm same day. I made the payment by 5:15 pm.

                                The ETA of the reports is 18 hours. So when on the next day (28th march) I didn't receive my reports, I contacted the customer support and was informed that due to late payment my reports are not generated and I would be getting a call by lab/backend team soon. I didn't receive any calls nor did I get the reports. I followed up with the customer support team once again for which I was told that I would get the reports by end of the day (28th march). I didn't get the reports by next day (29th march) afternoon, followed up with customer support, same response. Since I had got an appointment with the doctor today (30th march) I once again called the customer support, now they are telling me that the samples are discarded because I made a late payment(45 min after they sent me the payment link).

                                This is completely unacceptable to collect the blood samples and not provide the report.

                                    I placed order in medlife in month of feb for accu-check active strip (50 qty) but I received accu-check active strip (25qty) so I returned the product but refund amount hasn't been credited to my wallet or account but they updated status in their app as refund complete even after dropping mail n talking to customer care executive no proper response hasn't been given. please kindly check into this issue.
