Ordered a medicine from medlife 2 years back.
Everyday they send me 5-6 messages which also I cannot block.
There is no option to unsubscribe from their sms.

I have Placed the Order on January 11, 2021.

Its been 3 Months still I haven't received my My hard earned money.
Item was picked on January 12th and reached ware house on January 20th.

But still I haven't received My money -Rs3623, when I called to customer care they are least bothered, they will tell there is technical issue, Accounts team will refund, they are telling we have informed Accounts Team and logged complaint, but accounts team is not updating, simply there are telling please wait we don't have any update. I am fed up of hearing from 3 months, Please help to get My Money there MEDLIFE Response is Worst.

My senior citizen parents are getting calls and sms from sales team and we have requested them multiple times, not to call us. We are highly frustrated and are not interested in any of their products. We are suffering and are in mental stress and they keep calling from various number even if we block them in phone.

I have ordered medicine on march 16 # order id #or7751zlc-002a. They couriered through delivery. I made payment online but the delivery man on march 19 said it as cod order so i refused to get it. Then i complained medlife care through call. They said it will get updated the next day. The next day i mailed delivery courier and they said they didn't get any updates regarding payment. So on march 20 i again asked medlife. They said it will delivered next day. But it has not been done. Same way they are pushing for 4 days till now march 22. It is not delivered. It is really pathetic and depressing

Medlife is not refunding back the money for a transaction which was done on Jan-11
Every time when I call, Medlife is giving some lame excuses and no proper answer.

Hope someone interferes and solve this issue at the earliest.

I have been getting 2-3 calls a day for the last three months. it's getting ridiculous now, I have politely asked countless agents to please put my number in DND, everyone says yes and no does it. I am done with these calls, I don't want your medicines or your discounts, there is no option to delete your medlife account, and if there is it is not easy enough to access.
Can you please delete my frigging account from your database and stop calling me. I can provide my account details if you can delete it.

I have been contacting your customer care to unsubscribe me from your SMS service but nobody responds.
I even approached your WhatsApp customer care service but nobody replied.

I want to unsubscribe from all your services, especially SMS service. If it's not processed you'll be forcing me to approach consumer court to investigate into how the phone numbers are being misused.

I had order for medicines on the 21st of January with the prepaid mode of payment. The order never got delivered. The company cancelled the order amounting to INR 1935 and since then I am still awaiting for refund.
Have been following up with Medlife frequently, as organization doesn't take up any responsibility to keep it's customer updated, and everytime there are a set of prepared sentences which I have to hear everytime without any resolution.

This is regarding a wrong medicine Medlife had delivered. They had increased the quantity of medicine ordered without my consent. I was assured by their customer executive that refund will be issued against the same once the item is returned. It has been more than 40 days since the item was picked up but they are not issuing my refund despite multiple reminders.

I placed an order with medlife on 1st of March 2021. My order I'd is ML-OR2773BLC-003A[protected]. I payed full amount of Rs.1072.82 for the order. My order got confirmed on 1st March. Later on 3rd of March before dispatch they informed one of the medicine (Droxyl clav 500/125) is out of stock. They refunded the amount Rs.575.40 for the unavailable medicine. On 5th of March, they came for delivering the remaining available medicine and asked me to pay the money. As I have payed the amount already, I refused to pay again and get the order. Till today I didn't get the remaining amount refund. I am following up with them through customer care and they say it will refunded in 24 hours and it is delayed because of technical issues. Every executives says the same answer. Please help me to get the refund back

I had given order for medicine as per the List ( Attachment -1 ) but after checking the courier received I found that instead of medicine GINKGO BILOVAS your Vendor : Jadhav Chemist, B-18 Shree Krishna Woollen Mills P Ltd, Sonapur Lane, LBS Marg, Bhandup (West), Mumbai 400 078 has sent me GINKGO BILOBA. Invoice No: C[protected]Attachment - 2).

Request you to look into the matter and take back wrong medicine and refund me the amount.

Secondly, I also want to inform you that your Call Center number and whatsup number which you have provided are totally unresponsive.
