I had requested for return of medicines, They retuned my money in cash wallet. I did a transfer to Bank Account from cash wallet but still I haven't received the money in my account.
This is the transaction of Sept 2019, we have been following up with customer care every alternate day, every time I get different response.
as per their request we have even sent them my bank account statement as a proof of not receiving the refund...

I have placed an return request for the product and they transferred the cashback to my medlife cash wallet. Now I want to transfer it to bank but the eligible amount to transfer is showing zero. Its been 15 days whenever I call their customer service every time they gave different reasons or different time period for process but still no action taken. Customer service is horrible here. They do not have any responsibility. I want immediate action.

    I emailed them thrice to stop sending me promotional text messages.
    But this company sends me around 5 SMS/day.
    They send me autogenerated replies stating they will send my complaint to seniors, but they don't.
    I'm a doctor, having a very busy schedule and this is very annoying to receive so many text messages everyday.

    But that will never happen. I had contacted medlife to stop promotional sms through email, whatsapp and call since last 2months..and every time the same promise but it has become a never ending story.. it's so irritating..

      mene medlife se medicine order ki jiska order no- #or83590rb-006a hejiska total amount 502.42 he. Jo ki 01/02/2021 ko order pickup kiya gya he.         Medlife keeps sending SMS, in last 16-17 months I have complained about the same for more than 20 times. @medlifecare replied to my tweet and acknowledged that SMS services for my number is blocked but till today I am receiving SMS.
        I want to take legal action against Medlife please guide what can be done?

          On 24 02 21 got a SMS to say that they would arrange to take it
          back on 19 02 21 Immediately phoned the company re this.Was
          assured that this would be done in two or three days. So far no action
          or message from the company. Whenever I phone, I am told that
          I have wrongly phoned Medlife...

          There is not update till today 11/3/21..
          I placed an order no. OR9911GT-010A on 10th March and made payment via netbanking on the same day. On 13th March (in the morning), I got a message stating that delivery and payment was due. Immediately, I called the Medlife's Customer Care and they assured me that they would resolve the issue.

          The delivery person came in the afternoon and he didn't deliver the medicines as he hadn't received any update from Medlife.
          Since then, I have been continuously calling Medlife. All I'm getting is assurance but even after three days, there has been no delivery/refund.

          I have been ordering medicines from Medlife since the past 4 years and have never had any bad experiences but this time I am very disappointed by the service.
          They are big time fraudsters. They are just surviving in India due weak judicial system. If they have done the same in other countries, their license would have been cancelled. Big time fraudsters, ###.

            I placed an order in medlife and my order number is OR9455RIC-001A.
            Medicines were delivered on[protected].Payment was made via cash on delivery. One medicine was wrong so I requested for return and the return was picked up on[protected]. Till now I have not received the refund of Rs 598. The Medlife application shows that the amount has been refunded but I have not received it.

            I want to delete my medlife account permanently but there's no any option of deleting account in medlife page or app. I receive 5-10 promotional and ads text messages from medlife and it irritating.

            Please do something needful as early aa possible.
            I can give my mobile number where i get messages from medlife.

              I had made an order against Order No : #OR9522QZA-002A on 22nd Feb.
              On the same day I had made full payment against this Order.
              Next morning I came to know that my order can not be fulfilled hence some items got cancelled directly and the refund amount Rs. ₹386.68 transferred on my account. This amount I already have credited in my account.

              But due to non proper timing delivery rest order I had cancelled on 25th Feb (before order dispatch) which payment still not credited to my account Rs. 1157/-

              please arrange my Order Cancellation payment.

                Medlife has not refunded the money on return of medicines in 2019, despite constant calls to their customer care number, the reply is finance department is not facilitating details as to what is the status, why should I leave my hard earned money with them...

                They supplied wrong medicine and not picked in full. Even after 10 days some wrong medicine are lying with us. They are also not refunding for the partly medicine they have received

                      I ordered some medical products from this company once. Then the marketing spam started via SMS with upto 4 messages a day. They do not stop. I did send them email ([protected]@medlife.com) and Whatsapp[protected] message to stop this nonsense, but they just keep send.

                      The response is that they have passed on the information to the concerned team and it has been seven days now and no change. I keep getting the message over and...

                      I am receiving atleast 10-12calls daily from medlife customer service asking me if I have any medicine order. Even after telling if I have order will call or do it online the calls persist.
                      Even though I have shared my concern to stop calling...and activate "Do Not Disturb" on my mobile number several times. They don't listen and keep disturbing and irritating me. Kindly stop this.

                        For the order OR6393RZA-012A, i have ordered medicines on jan 9th 2021 in that order CTD 6.25 i have ordered 7 sheets for which i have received 4 sheets only, so i have placed return for the missing sheets, and the return was pickedup for 3 sheets and i suppose to receive 204 receive i have received only 136 rs only per sheet cost 68 rs, now complaint is that for 68 rs i have mailed and called and tried all the possibilities but no use, and...
