I have repeatedly complained to Medlife support team to take my number off their sms list and stop spamming

Inspire of multiple follows ups with their support team and getting assurances of confirmation for number removal I keep getting text

This is annoying and medlife aren’t bothered to work on the issues

    Everyday I am receiving about 10 calls and messages from Medlife without subscribing any such services. Want to unsubscribe and delete my account but there is no option available. These calls are so irritating and frustrating.
    Want to stop these calls and messages.

      I have ordered a couple of packet of Melcovit gold capsules on 27th April, 2021. On 28th april, it shows Out for delivery status in application . But after 5 days, it still not delivered to my place. I have called many times to customer care for status update but they said we have put your request on processing and at the end of the day your medicines will be delivered. But after 5-6 days, its still not delivered yet.

            Order Id: OR3863GD-008A

            It has been more than 7 days since I returned the medicines to the delivery person, but I've not received the refund in my cash wallet against the promise of 4-5 days by the company.

            I'm continuously writing messages and making phone calls for the last 3-4 days, but unfortunately they are unanswered or not picked up or diconnected. This is very unfortunate and unprofessional attitude. In spite of repetitive persuasion, there is no positive outcome from the company's end. There should be a limit of somebody's tolerance and patience. I'd urge you not to force me to take any legal action against the company.

            Now, company's credibility is in question. I will think twice next time onwards to place any order.

            Attaching photo ID of person collected the medicines from my house on 23/04/2021 at around 9:30 a.m.

              I ordered medicines for my father later I returned few of them my refund amount is of around 1100 my order no is OR1023CSB-001A whenever I call to customer care they say that they will initiate the refund but it never happened, I am very much mentally harassed.

                I have never ordered from this ### of a company and never will. I tried to search for my medicines on their website and had to log in for that. Since that day it has been 3 months and they have been daily spam calling me. Sometimes 3 times a day. If this a way to get CUSTOMERs, well then i am never gonna use this site ever again, stupid ###.

                  It's Really Pathetic & a Joke made by Medlife.
                  They are useless piece of s**t. They just want your money & don't care about you.

                  I receive 5-10 promotional & intentional messages from them. If i mail them they send me canned replies. If you call them they'll say mail is different & it's IT's problem. Why do I suffer for you'r stupid IT's Problem?

                  This needs to stop, I'm not alone there are many irritated people out there. Delete my account & stop your irritating spams.

                    OR9047CWA-017A- Missing medicines

                    The issue that I have experienced was: They will lure you with high discounts and when you order the medicines they take out couple of strips and send you the packet. When you open the packet and realise that it’s missing and complain they come and inform that it’s not missing and it’s checked.                           Medicine order I'd OR4410EVA-012A This is the worst medicine platform ever they don't care about people health or anything they just fool people by advertising and brainwashing CUSTOMERs that they are best in the medicine business with quality and delivery not even a single msg I received from this ### app regarding my medicine order update without informing they have cancelled the order saying silly reason idiotic pathetic staff and app used to buy medicine from this app from long time and this is wat a regular CUSTOMER get from this people and now the medicine is not there and iam not able to get it from shop too u ppl are responsible for this u just playing a game with people's life will not leave here will see wat I can do if I didn't get my medicine onn time worst app for a reason

                            I had placed an order #OR6214IKC-002A for certain medicines on 17th March 2021 and made a payment of Rs. 866.94. On the same day Medlife cancelled some of the items worth Rs. 476/- and refunded Rs. 476/- to me. The remaining medicines were delivered to me on 21st March 2021, but the delivery guy claimed that it was a cash on delivery order, and made me to pay Rs. 436/-, which I complied. thus, there was a double payment of Rs. 436/- to Medlife. I have called up and written Medlife several times during the last one month, but every time they are saying they are looking into the matter, but I have not received any refund till this day

                              My order return pick up done on 1 march and then they say we have send to escalated team then after few days we have send concerned team then after few days say we have send to financial department but not giving me resolution

                                Order OR2464VFA-010A was placed on 31-mar-2021 and payment of Rs. 1584 for the order was made via Amazon Pay wallet on 01-Apr-2021. Placed a return request and order was picked up on the same day (1-Apr). Refund was initiated on 2-Apr but till date, the amount has NOT been refunded to my Amazon Pay wallet with which the payment was made.

                                I've been calling up Medlife's customer care number for the past one week. Each time I'm given some lousy excuse and told that my refund would be processed in 24-48 hours. I even e-mailed But nothing has happened so far.

                                I'm now contemplating filing FIR for fraud against Medlife or a case in consumer court.

                                  I Have Ordered A Medicine From Medlife With Order Id OR7448KEC-011A With Payment By Amazon Pay Of ₹578 But When A Delivery Boy Came He Told The Product Is Cash On Delivery And I Was Shocked When I Saw In The Product That It Was Written Cod Of ₹700, That Was Different Amount And By The Way I Have Done Payment By Amazon Pay, And I Called Medlife And They Have Not Taken Any Action Regarding This Only They Always Tell To Wait For 72 Hours I Have Waited For Nearly 7 Days But I Did Not Receive Any Product After Even 7 Days I Again Called Medlife They Told To Wait For Another 2days, They Are Always Wasting Customer Time After 7 Days Delivery Boy Called Me They Are Returning The Product Because It Was Cod And They Are Demanding Payment But I Declined The Product Because I Have Paid By Amazon Pay So Why I Should Pay Again So They Returned The Product But Medlife Is Not Issuing My Refund. Please Check The Issue So That Medlife Should Refund My Payment, i called medlife on 15 april they are just misbehaving told they cant do anything

                                    I placed my order on 5th of April 2021, my order number was OR2247SHC-003A.They delivered medicine on 9th of APRIL 2021 .I ordered UDILIV 300 but they delivered UDINOL300.I requested for return order that time only.                                       My order ID is OR3643PUA-009A. I have returned medicine in November but till date didn't get refund. I have called customer care so many times and also email to customer care but everytime I get reply that it will be done but even after five months I didn't get refund.
