Order or7576ok-007a was placed on 27th june and expected to be delivered on 29th july but it is not getting delivered yet. From last 3 days i am just calling customer service and each time they are telling "you will get your order by end of the day" but nothing gonna happen.
Now i am trying to cancel this order but its not getting cancelled also and no customer support.
Request you cancel this order & refund me as soon as possible.
Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My delivery date is today but not reach my order i want urgent my medicine help me

    Ordered heart related medicines vide order no. Or5493ina-003a dated 31st may 2019 and payment was made online.
    Instead i was supplied wrong medicines and complaint was raised on same date about return and return of the medicines.
    Despite almost every day follow up and sending mails on their app link, after 36 days neither wrong medicines are collected back from me nor the refund has been given.

    Medlife is a cheater company.
    They have delivered wrong medicine and after return they are not refunding my money.
    Noone should buy any medicine from them.
    Their customer care also is not taking care my problem and also not replying my complain mail.

      I have order medicine through medlife app on 5th july and same by 12 pm i got call from doctor for confirmation but i am shocked after her behavior, she is not aware what i ordered and she is cancelled my order without my confirmation.
      I am worried how medlife hiring doctors where they doesn't to know to speak with customer i will take this to next level and medlife people need to realize value of the customers and they are giving free medicine we are paying for it.

        Why is below request marked resolved? I haven't received money or medicine yet. They are saying they have sent medicine and gave video of it but we haven't received medicine at our place

        I had ordered jardian medicine from medlife online and received very less medicines, initially when i called they took down bank account number and told that they will refund amount but no luck, now i'm calling them from around more than continuously and they are repeatedly saying that they will escalate and i will receive call but i'm not getting any solution nor call from them.
        I had faced same issue before also but at that time by luck o had opened the medicine box in front of delivery boy only and he then took medicines and later gave correct amount of medicines
        Please look into this on priority
        Nor they are providing money nor any solution

          I have ordered two medicines on 16 th june which was to be delivered on 19 th june but even when the order was not delivered within the promised time i contacted medlife for the order then they stated that one medicine is not available but the other one is available and they are ready to deliver that single medicine so i requested them you for do but till date i. E. After passage of approximately 17 days i have neither received my refund nor the medicine was delivered... I contacted them several times but haven't received my order and now are not answering the calls... It's very unfortunate that such an essential product of human's life is being played with by the company... They just bluf[censored]s with fake promises... If the order or refund is not provided within 48 hrs i think i need to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum against them...

            With reference to the subjected order, i would like to raise my complain on rescheduling.

            This is the second time i am raising the same issue of thier order rescheduling without any prior information.

            It simply harassment where you are relying to them and then suddenly on the delivery date they reschedule, it's medicine not garments.

            Moreover, If it is subjected to the stock or inventory then how come order being placed or confirmed, there must be system integration or internal coordination.

            It was supposed to be delivered by today
            itself but they rescheduled at the last moment.

            Please refer the enclosed screenshots for your perusal.

            Kindly take necessary action to avoid recurrence in future.

            They haven't responded yet kindly suggest me if i should raise my concern to INGRAM official portal for further action.
            I believe this case is relevant to the medical negligence and harassment.

            Kindly advice.

              Medicine is always an emergency product. But I guess Medlife Pharmacy can only make promises of delivering it within 24-48hrs.
              I ordered for some medicines (Order no.OR7152GQA-001A) on 30th june. Which was expected to be delivered by #48hrs.But my order is still not processed and from past two days m only getting msgs(more than 30) saying our doctors are heavily loaded and we are rescheduling ur consultation time i called the customer care 5-6times.Each took 10-15min understanding wat m trying to say n then putting my call on hold and finally disconnecting my call.
              N now when I called them recently they said to call the doc so dat the order can be confirmed and gave me a number #[protected]..I was like fine I will..I cut the call n made a call to the doc by my registered number only to know that they have not found any pending medicine on my order..WOW
              N today I got a msg saying that my order is being modified.gr8
              N yes there is a suggestion from ur customer #if_ur_doc_are_so_heavily_loaded_kindly_dont_take_orders
              #ur dealing with medicine kindly b serious.for u it's business but for us it's dangerous believing in site like u

                Medicine is always an emergency product. But it is taking so much time to deliver my ordered medicine to me.
                I ordered for some medicines (Order no. OR9471HQA-001A) on 29th june 1.00 a. M. Which were expected to be reached to me in between 2nd Jul . But as i did not get the same within that time, i, myself, called the customer care at about 10 p. M. On 2nd July and then i got to know that some of my ordered items are not available, that's why they couldn't release the whole order for delivery. I like to ask that, should it not their responsibility to intimate me earlier about the unavailability...

                  Medicine is always an emergency product. But it is taking so much time to deliver my ordered medicine to me.
                  I ordered for some medicines (Order no. Or9232ypa-001a) on 23rd june 1.00 a. M. Which were expected to be reached to me in between 25th-27th june. But as i did not get the same within that time, i, myself, called the customer care at about 10 p. M. On 27th and then i got to know that some of my ordered items are not available, that's why they couldn't release the whole order for delivery. I like to ask that, should it not their responsibility to intimate me earlier about the unavailability of items before i call them, so that modification of order could be done earlier and the items could be released for delivery at its earliest likewise??
                  Even after modification of order, it was confirmed that i would get the items within 48 hours. I. E. 29th june. But i finally received that on 30th june at afternoon.
                  I think i should make them remember that these items are medicines, much more emergency items than anything in other e-commerce sites...
                  *otherwise, no problem with the delivered items.

                    I order medicine from medilife order no:- or5439xv-004a date 16/6/2019

                    I make full payment online and order delivered on 19/6/2019 but the delivery boy (Delvery boy phone no :- [protected]) ho delivered my order again collect cash (Rs. 873/-) from my home so that medilife charge payment for two time from me.

                    When i call medilife costumer care he assured that your cash refund within 48 hour, after 2-3 day i again write on medilife for such issue and also call and today 29/06/2019 i again call customer care bur again she say that give me 24 hour, i write medilife about four time and call 6-8 time but every time he just want 48 hour but not refund my payment

                    And customer care people behavior is very rudely and not give proper answer

                    This is very poor and bad service from medilife and i also think that i suggest my friend and relative for medilife is my mistake and i also call my friend and relative that they never order any medicine from medilife

                    I think i go to consumer form for that issue and take legal action for medilife this is pure harassment of customers

                      It is very damaged and dangerous app med life I ordered 2 Huminsulin bottles -R
                      I got 2 HUMInsulin bottles I used 2 bottles
                      1- is on current date of 2019
                      1- more is on 2012

                      So I used on current month huminsulin-R
                      It was damaged I used regularly my sugar levels are not decreased even 10 mg if I not eat also these types medicines if we use we get paralaysis

                        Wrong quantity of products.Pickup of the return has not happened yet.
                        I already spent ₹15 to complain at your call centre.
                        They replied product will be collected today but they didn't collect till now, it has been 3 days.
                        The experience has been really frustrating.

                          We the customer when place order on midlife pharmacy directly they only given only 20% even first order or apply any coupon code given by them.But when place order through agent they given 25%.what is the cause behind it.Is there any solution?

                            I have ordered medicine on 13/06/2019 on your mobile app. But on the day of delivery i. E. 16/06/2019, when i called your customer care to know when the medicine will deliver, i got to know the order was not processed due to some technical error in your end.
                            The person suggested me to cancel the order, so that i have cancelled it. Your customer care person assured me that the amount will be refunded to my account with in 5-7 days.
                            After that i have several time follow up with your customer care every time got assured that by next 24hrs it will be refunded. When i again called your customer care today, got to know the refund request is not processed till now and it will be processed today.
                            I am seriously fed up of your pathetic service. As a new strat up you should take care of your customers. And in retail word of mouth is very important to retain your customers also.
                            Its not only unprofessional service i got from your end its also about your response time which is really pain full. As you are doing business in medical sector you should be more cautious about your service.

                              I ordered for 20 tablets of eliquis 5 mg (Available in a box considered as one unit of 2 strips of tablets having ten tablets in each strip). The cost of box is 1450/-and after discount i paid online 1160/-

                              I got delevery of medicine on 17/5/2019. It didn’t contain box. Rather it had one strip of ten tablets against two stops of ten tablets each.

                              I lodged complaint and after checking they informed me that correct medicine has been delivered. When i confronted them, they said they will check cctv. After my continuous follow up they finally told me that there was no cctv footage but my medicine was correctly delivered.

                              I am a sr citizen, having retired as gm from a reputed mnc. I not only lost 580/- but also got certificate from medlife that i am a lier..

                                My name is monika dilip chhatpar. Sunday 23 june 2019 i test my thyroid test through medlife. Today in report there was free t3 total t4 and tsh. I want freet3, freet4 and tsh when i contact 7.50 pm on 25 th june to your call center person he told me that you should tell before. I want to know why didn't you ask me that which one i want freet4 or total t4. I. Am very disappoint with your service.

                                  Order ord647ho_003a 29may still undelivered despite advance online payment and umpteen complaints online & cc, but no progress. Status on site static"under process". Unprofessional and unethical approach of concerned. Staffers is highly deplorable and against consumer act. The date of delivery shown was 4th june but inordinate delay in delivery has shaken the reputation of the company that it had earlier.

                                    This is regarding order no or7748qpa-001a.
                                    I have order hepkart 400mg 180 quantity and ciplar la 40mg 90 qauntity. But what i have not even received the half of the order.
                                    Quantity i received : hepkart 40 quantity and ciplar la 40mg 90.
                                    When i contacted the customer care, i was suggested to return the order and i did the same. But i have got the refund only for the returned quantity.

                                    I paid 7583 inr for the order but as a refund i received only 1947.

                                    Can you please help me to get the full refund. How can i return the complete quantity when i haven't received any.

                                      I have placed order to medlife on 14/06 for medicine Antoxid capsule 30 tablet, MRP shown in their mobile application at the time of placing order was Rs 178/- (before 20% discount) but when i received the medicine amt charged to me was Rs 214/-(before 20% discount).They have also not inform me abt increase in MRP, also when i tried to contact them there care center are just responding that MRP has changed but same changes are not shown in their mobile application. So this seems that they are fooling their customers by showing less MRP in their mobile app then the actual MRP printed on medicine packet and when medicine is delivered to customer are charged on actual MRP..

                                      If they are not showing actual MRP, then they shuld charge their customer on the basis of MRP shown on their mobile app while placing the order..
