Medicine is always an emergency product. But it is taking so much time to deliver my ordered medicine to me.
I ordered for some medicines (Order no. Or9232ypa-001a) on 23rd june 1.00 a. M. Which were expected to be reached to me in between 25th-27th june. But as i did not get the same within that time, i, myself, called the customer care at about 10 p. M. On 27th and then i got to know that some of my ordered items are not available, that's why they couldn't release the whole order for delivery. I like to ask that, should it not their responsibility to intimate me earlier about the unavailability of items before i call them, so that modification of order could be done earlier and the items could be released for delivery at its earliest likewise??
Even after modification of order, it was confirmed that i would get the items within 48 hours. I. E. 29th june. But i finally received that on 30th june at afternoon.
I think i should make them remember that these items are medicines, much more emergency items than anything in other e-commerce sites...
*otherwise, no problem with the delivered items.
