I was ordered the herbal product of orthoprotect midlife essential as we the midlife call centre girl she suggested me to use this product and she said if it is not adjustable to your body we will take back our product return. After using that medicine my mother she faces some health issues so now she has been refused to use that product. Regarding this i was talk to your customers support team they are not ready to take back that product.

    I ordered three medicines on 02-may around 8:00pm and i paid rs 256.78 via netbanking and were deducted from my bank account st 8:17 pm (Ref no. [protected]). Also, same is confirmed by razorpay - the online payment merchant that payment was successful (Pay_cqhbwd9wmmj4xz). However, my order is not processed yet and it is still reflecting on the website that i have not made the payment yet. I have called ten times but the executives transfer my call from one another. None of the staff is courteous or professional. They don’t have any knowledge and keep the customer on long hold. Now these guys are saying that my order can’t be processed due to technical issues. Nobody knows anything and and i’m getting fooled by a bunch of #. I want my order (Order no. Or5859dz-004a) to be cancelled and my amount be refunded as soon as possible.

      This complaint is in regards to your booking in the name of mr. Rammohan nayyar scheduled for 3rd may 2019 for time slot 8- 8.30 am.
      Firstly the kind of service you provide is horrible. I called your customer care at 8am and i was informed that the lab technician is on the way. Than a second call was made at 8.19am and i was said the same. When a call was given at 8.30 am againg, awaiting for half an hour i was said that the slots are booked and the appointment will be rescheduled for tomorrow i. E 4th may 2019. I have my father who has diabetes for whom the test for scheduled. He fainted because he was fasting for 12 long hours and this nonsense service you medlife people provide. I'm going to raise a complaint against police and also aware the social media for the type of service you'l give to your customers.

        I have placed an order no - or5201wja-001a dt 01.04.2019 and prescription of doctor dr anupam maity & dr a k sarkar were enclosed. Medicin delivered on 07.04.2019 and in invoice doctor name was changed dr mohammed inshan ali. Now insurance co rejected my claim as doctor name in prescription and invoice are different. On 01.05.2019 i placed a repeat order no - or5201wja-002a and catagorically i requested to your executive to mention the doctor name as per prescription but after receiving medicin i have notice doctor name was dr meeru saharan. So this time also my claim will be rejected. I never expected such negligency from medlife. I have mention the same to feedback of above order and requested for new invoice after correction but nobody contacted from medlife.

        Ref my complain dt 03.05.2019, Medlife representative contacted with me on 2.35 pm on 04.05.2019 and I have that my complain related with Invoice no - CCU[protected] dt 07.04.2019 & CCU[protected] dt 02.05.2019 (Medicin bill for Smt Basanti Pramanik), where doctor name was changed to Dr Mohammed inshan and Dr Meenu Saharan. Kindly note that as per Doctor prescription send during placing order on 01.04.2019 are Dr Anupam Maity and Dr A K Sarkar of Peerless Hospital. Now I have claimed to insurance but they have rejected my claim as doctor name in prescription and Invoice are different. During placing my repeat order on 01.05.2019 again I reminded to your executive again to correct the above but after receiving the Invoice no -CCU[protected] again same mistake has been done. So this time also my claim will be rejected by insurance.
        After hearing my complain, your representative confirmed that he will revert back within 20 min after going through prescription and Invoice but after 3 hours nobody telephoned/ contacted with me. Kindly note that we have submit the corrected both invoice within 06.05.2019 otherwise claim will not be settled. So arrange to send corrected invoice witinin today.

        Even after several reminder neither revised invoices has been send nor anybody contacted from Medlife. I hope that Medlife don't want to understand the requirement of customer. They want to work in their own style without seeing the requirement of customer.

          Netmeds is better, avoid using medlife.

            I ordered two medicine (OR7809UIA-003A) on 25/04/19, and full amount paid through online. but one medicine (Name Tonikem Gold) cancelled by medlife on the next day. Other one medicine delivered on 30/04/19 which was cost Rs.518.32. My remaining balance (Rs. 165.30) not refund yet today. Why??? When i have got a confirmation from Medlife of extra payment why is the refund not being done.

            I ordered two mukti gold hair wash shampoos but they charged me for 4. At home my mother gave them money and when i returned i found only 2 instead of 4 bottles. Their customer service isnt helpful. They are cheating their customers like this by charging extra. Please dont order from them ever.

              I ordered medicine on 26th april midnight, it supposed to be delivered on 30th april, although they claim they will deliver within 24/48 hrs.in the morning some medlife rep called and told some of the medicine not available. So they took the consent from me that they will be sending alternate medicine. They added 25 rs as delivery charges as that was below 200rs. They send an sms mentioning they will deliver on 5th of may, almost 10 days! Now my point is they are forcing the customer to take alternate medicine with additional delivery charges. I don't understand whether they were sleeping till the delivery date. Why they don't keep their promise on delivery. I did not experience such a worst service. What to do?

                Iplaced order no. Or9056na-029a which was delivered to me on 25.4.19. But the respules are required to be stored below 25 degree celsius and hence should have been supplied with ice pack. Regret to point out that though foacort respules were with ice pack (Though poorly packed) but nebzamet respules were not supplied with ice pack and were delivered in box without caring for hot temperature. I want to state that while placing order the pharmacist of medlife assured that all respules will be supplied with ice packs to ensure proper quality of medicines but it was not so. Thus the claim of medlife for genuine medicines is not correct. And open delivery of medicines is not supplied by your delivery boy.

                  This is a poor experience caused by you due to your service quality regarding online medicine order id #or6109sla-001a (Reference-id : 239212)

                  I have already paid the amount online on the very next day after placing the order as on 23rd april 2019 but its still showing unpaid on your order status page.

                  I tried to contact you via[protected]Which cost me a lot, due to heavy charges) but no one picked up the call. Even the delivery boy whose mobile number come via sms from your end is also not reachable after many attempt. Everyday i am getting same sms stating that -"dear customer, our delivery agent attempted to deliver your order but could not reach you. Please use this link http://tinyurl.com/y4sj7eoh to let us know a suitable time to deliver."

                  Medicine is a emergency product, how you people can play with consumer in this way? It is not only monetary loss for me, mental harassment too.

                  Kindly clarify the matter and solve the issue as soon as possible.

I ordered 90 tablets of Gerijoint medicine on 24.12.19 but only 80 medicines was delivered on 25.12.19. 10 medicines were missing from the medlife box. I want the refund for rest of the medicines. I called the customer care thousand of times but everytime they say that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours. Its been 19 days the issue is still not resolved

                        Order placed on medilife on 17 april 2019, committed delivery was 18 april 2019.
                        Even after 10 days, today (26 april 2019) there is no sign of the medicines. And this is for medicine supply, imagine if the medicine was life saving, patient would be dead by now.
                        Best are the customer service remarks:
                        Agent 1 on 19-20 april 2019 - oh. Sorry, there was a escalation issue. I have noted your request you will get the products by sunday or latest by monday (22 april)
                        Agent 2 (Ashish) on 23 april 2019 - sir, there is a technical issue, i have noted it down and you will get it delivered by 24 april. No i cannot give it to the team leader and cuts off.
                        Then i had to call again and the lady agent was kind enough to put me across to nidhi sharma, who committed that she would sort out and call me back next day morning.
                        Alas no calls, no medicines...
                        Agent 3 - pratiksha - kindly informed that she could not connect to nidhi sharma and informed me medicines have reached damaged and i should cancel the order and again order, after 25 minutes i was able to speak to aditya mashelkar from escalation desk who heard me patiently and then asked for my registered mobile no. And repeated the same suggestion.
                        My only request was ok you had issues now deliver by tomorrow, that also they are refusing. And want to cancel and reorder at new price levels.
                        If they cannot deliver, why do they commit.

                            On 20.04.19 I tried to make a payment to MEDLIFE India Ltd through their app and as it was showing the due amount again and again, I attempted to make the payment again and again, almost four times, using my SBI credit card twice and Indian Bank net banking twice and then finally gave up.

                            But, when I verified from my SBI credit card statement and Indian bank statement, I found that above amounts were debited and the details of the same are given below:

                            When I enquired with my SBI credit card division for reversal of amount, they have clarified that they did not receive merchant confirmation from Medlife for non-receipt of payment, hence the debit is not reversed and they confirmed this by mail. For Indian bank also, I lodged a complain through app, but there was no response.

                            In the meanwhile, I paid the payment to Medlift by cash and settled as they confirmed non receipt of payment.

                            In these circumstances, I request you to instruct Medlife India Ltd. to give confirmation for non-receipt of payment, so that my bankers give necessary credit to my account, for which I shall very much be obliged.

                              Medlife has delivered fake lipvas 20 against order id OR 2028BQ-009 A. They promised to refund my money after taking away the medicine on 23 feb 2019 but nobody turned up. First they deliver fake medicines then stop answering your calls. Fraud cheats

                                I had paid for this order online.

                                However, when the order was delivered to my senior parents - mom, the delivery boy charged for the payment again before handing over the package. The delivery boy's name is amol.

                                I cam to know about this couple of days later

                                The money should be refunded immediately or else it seems to be a case of cheating seniors and i will follow this up.
                                The delivery boy did not call as is practice to confirm the address. His name is amol gurav

                                Would request some one from medlife to call me to get further details.

                                But refund for another order is still pending even after having received calls for it from Medlife and the delivery boy.
                                That order is order or6679kv-030a (another complaint has been posted for it). The amount due is 289.
                                Above order was rec'd without my request.if it is a reg replenishment .I should get more discount.last month also i brought to the notice ifmedlufe staff but I was given only 20 per enru.arrange to pay excess I request you to confirm the medicine qty as sometimes with will be changed as dr advice.now i have 3 months stock of some medicines
                                We ordered 40 Tablets and paid for the same in the order no. OR1730YT-006A . We received only 20 Tablets in the box.
                                Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                  I have ordered two medicines 1) belzole 2) canditral and on 17th i got only belzole delivered and not the canditral so i though they will deliver the another in a different shipment however when i checked my account on 19th it's showing both the medicine delivered so i raise a query in the app on 19th that i got only delivered one but they haven't responded and on 22nd when i called them they said that they can not take my complaints because this has to be raised within 24 hours. So medilife this way you are cheating the people. So for this i loose more than 300 rs. I will advise no people should place order in medilife. They will take no responsibility for this.

                                    It's been 3 weeks i had placed an order you accepted the payment and i made an online payment but next day onwards i started getting messages from your end stating that few medicines are not available so i called you all and requested to send whatever medicines are available and generate a refund for the remaining. I have still not a refund from your end i have been chasing you guys for a refund. Its ridiculous why the hell i have to suffer after making the advance payment i didn't get my all medicines nor my money. I have never experienced such a a bad customer service instead of apologising you guys are not releasing my money, i am going to take this further and i will never buy any medicines from you in future i will also request others not to buy from you. You guys are cheat and your associates are worst. I want my money back asap

                                      I ordered 7th item of medicine among of them i ordered amlosafe 3d 10 pages means quantity 70ty tablets but i was delivered only 7 pages quantity 49th tablet. Though i complained about this to your customer care they told i will get refund rest amount within 48 hours but 2days already overed i did not get any refund. Please resolve it as soon as possible. I feels irritation with your bad services. So look into the matter...

                                        I had ordered for lab tests of my parents on 19th april for the time slot of 8-9am, but the assigned agent didn't turn up for the blood sample collection and my parents had to miserably wait fasting for almost 14hours before knowing that there won't be any collection happening.
