I placed an medicine order on may 16th from mmedlife india and called support for more than 15 times. Since i have received defected product and complained before 24 hour after delivery as per the company policy and it has already crossed 17 working day no response or solution over a call, whatsapp and escalation department. I got false promisses from supervisor 3 times saying. I will call you and sort your problem and all very frustrating behavior and i have not received the cash back also from phonepe for making this purchase from phonepe app for purchasing medicine on midlife india.

I have not used the product still.

Since this is medicine and it is about people life. Please consider this as priority.

Order for Medicine given on 22.05.2019 and online payment made of Rs. 1967.62 on 23.05.2019. Sorry to mention that no medicine is delivered till 5.45 PM today i.e 29.05.2019. Talk on helpline number also and assurance was given that medicine will be delivered to me latest by 29.05.2019.
For your kind information I have attached the order payment date along with the traction details. What you have mentioned in the comment is wrong. I have all the history of conversation I had with Medlife India from the date of purchase. Till now I have not received the call from your support supervisor as they promised me that they will return the product. The last time I spoke to a person called LEVI he called him self as supervisor.

I had ordered myfortic 360mg 80 tablets, due to change in Rx I had to return 60 tablets. My request was taken manually. And medicines were picked up on 23rd May. I have been following since 23rd and I am not getting any proper solution. Every other day new executive will say give us 24hrs.

      I had ordered some medicines few days back and they people committed to deliver it in 2 days but haven't received and order. Tried to contact on their customer care executives... But received new date and time of delivery every time i called them. Even one executive shared the no. Of delivery boy also and when i tried to reach him... His no. Was also not valid... What the hell these people are doing with their customers... Highly unsatisfied... Never gonna used there services in life... Pathetic services with pathetic coordinators of medlife... Wasted my money with these waste services... Pathetic.

        Medlife has sent short expiry medicines 2 times continuously & its already 15 days they have not taken return pick up inspite of numerous complaints & follow ups. Worst service of medlife. Ref. Order no. Or8438yn-011a & or8438yn-014a.
        Also received 2 times sms from ecom (Courier service provider) that the shipment will get picked up today, but no one came for return pick up. Have given complain in medlife mobile app as well as customer care, but till date no resolution provided by the company.

        Since its already one month gone, but the company has not bothered to provide the resolution. The company has neither arranged pick up of short expiry stock, nor processed the refund. Numerous complaints has also been given to the customer care also after this but no response. I urge to take strict action to take against the company as the company is sending short expiry stock to the patients & no taking returns inspite of numerous complaints.

          Status events
          1. Website is showing estimated delivery date of[protected].

          3. Fact is as on[protected] there is no delivery.
          4. No response from medlife call center or complaint emails

          Currently i am out of medicines. I already paid medlife for full one month requirements. Purchasing from local market will cost me double for the month.

          The problem is i have no forum to escalate my issue with medlife.

            Hi,
            I had ordered Blood Sugar checking Glucometer (Accu-check Aviva and 50 test stipes box) from Netmeds on 30 Nov 2019 from Pune for my sister in Goa - as a health kit.

            The product delivered was wrong product (Accu Check Active - cheaper version) . The 50 test stips box and invoice in delivery was correct. While I contacted through

            phone call and email Netmeds / PinHealth for replacement in Dec 2018 they asked me to return the product as company doesnt have policy of replacement.

            I was specifically asked to return the complete delivery since the invoice was common. However, while collecting the parcel the delivery boy generated the invoice with

            mention of correct order Id but only mention of Kit in pickup receipt even though my sister had given the complete package return as mentioned over call per above said

            complete order return conversation. Unfortunately my sister could not highlight the mistake of pickup boy. All these details are recorded over the mail, including my

            question to NetMeds/Pinhealth

            Now the NetMeds/Pinhealth customer care has NOT returned my money. They keep repeating same statement of only Glucometer is returned (Rs 1, 397) and not 50 Test Stips

            Kit (Rs 999). I had requested them to refer their calls/mails to return complete order, mails asking full money if they dont trust me. Also they can share the video

            footage of person opening the return delivery i had given back. However nothing of this is confirmed.

            More critically they keep on repeating same "We will check internally and call you back" and till date THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED THE MONEY OF ACKNOWLEDGED RECEIPT OF KIT

            i.e. Rs 1, 399. This has been a very long process and too muc delay where i was trusting NetMeds/PinHealth to return my fulll money. But it seems they being a big

            brand company they just do not care one small customer like me.

            Herewith request your assistance and legal help to penalize such organizations legally to make sure they dont take small customers for granted and loot our hard earned

            money like this.

            Attaching the necessary documents, invoice and receipts for your rederence.

              Order for medicine given on 22.05.2019 and online payment made of rs. 1967.62 on 23.05.2019. Sorry to mention that no medicine is delivered till 4.45 pm today i. E 30.05.2019. Talk on helpline number[protected] also and on 28.05.2019 & 30.05.2019, assurance was given that medicine will be delivered to me shortly. Every time when i call on helpline number[protected] got the answer that your order is stuck due to some technical problem but now it is under packing and will be delivered to you very soon and feel sorry for the delay. These are life saving medicine and how a person can wait 10 or more days with taking medicines.
              A line of action and reply will be highly appreciated on my mail id [protected]@rediffmail.com or answer me on my mobile no. [protected]. You are very prompt for order but not take any initiative when order is delayed.

                I am a victim.
                The worst decision that i have ever taken in my lifetime is to place an order with these people.
                Medicine delivery was promised within 48 hours. It's been more than 10 days now.
                I have never ever experienced this pathetic service from any brand in my lifetime.
                I have followed up with their call centre representatives more than 10 times. Every time a new representative and a new time for medicines getting scheduled. I have all the call recordings available and would drag these people in the consumer court now.
                They just try and test the patience of a customer.

                  In reference to order id or6998koa-001a
                  The order was cancelled, but the delivery still happened and payment was made against it. And the medicine that was delivered was wrong. I have a few issues:
                  1. The cancelled order was delivered and i was asked to pay for it (Which i did online)
                  2. The medicine delivered was wrong (And i personally think medicines should be checked before being delivered, since they are not, for example, shoes)
                  3. I was put on hold for a really long time before a customer exec could respond to me, so you can imagine why i am sending a message instead of calling
                  4. The customer exec seemed to understand what was being spoken of, and said she will arrange for a return and refund, and no confirmation has come in yet. I explained all of this on the whatsapp number provided, with no feedback.
                  I need to know if the multiple errors caused by you are going to be worked out, and if so, by when can i expect a confirmation of the same.

                    Let me narrate my experiences with medlife

                    You may in turn go and check the history of track record.
                    I order medicines for my mother asha doger – 62 year old on 23 may 2019.
                    She is suffering from diabetes, got operated for hernia on 8th may only and have lesser bone density

                    I placed the order which was promised to be delivered in 24 to 48 hours, i gave call to your customer services for priority delivery of medicines they categorically told me to pay online for fast processing and i have made the payment instantly.



                    On 25 may after this whenever i gave a call to your call centre i used to get fall assurance on next delivery date which was never committed. I really got frustrated and trued calling your helpline number i asked front desk team to transferred my call to supervisor then i spoke to ms. Nidhi. She also confirmed the same that she ll check and get the medicines delivered by monday i. E 27th may. On 27th when i won’t get any update on portal again i called customer services for least 3 -4 times and they assured me the nidhi will call me back in 30 mins. Unfortunately i have not received any call back then again called customer serviced and asked to transfer the call to the nidhi so that i can check the details of my order.

                    He kept me waiting for more than 25 minutes without informing me in between or letting me know if i should wait or logoff. Finally after the hold of 30 mins my call got transferred to nidhi and as usual she apologised and gave me new assurance for priority delivery. Nothing has happened on whole day next day i again chase customer care team to speak with nidhi. As nidhi has no answer about the delay he transferred the call to waseem (So called tl). But again same issue he is also helpless and assured me a call back after getting it checked.



                    Then yesterday after noon i received callback from nidhi that she got my issue settled and get the medicines delivered by today morning. But as i mentioned earlier complete staff of medlife is useless.





                    Today also nothing has happened, however again i did the same act of chasing cc team for nidhi and they keeping me waiting for almost 20+ minutes hold on phone i spoke nidhi and now she transferred my call to sheetal but she is also not sure about anything.

                    My simple question if you are not interested in doing the business why to trouble the consumers by calling and harassing them.

                    You are mentally torturing them with all the above acts, i have placed the complaint formally in consumer forum and all other channels to expose your real face

                      I had ordered medicine and instantly made payment for the same after receiving confirmation from them soon after two days they cancelled my order showing non-availability of medicine which previously they confirmed on telephonic conversation that they have the medicine in stock. Well leaving that part its been more than 15 days and till now i have not received even a message from their side regarding my refund. The toll free no. Provided them is always not reachable, i even placed order second time just to get a call from their side so i can ask them regarding my refund they said that its in process but since then no information regrading my refund is provided. Till now its my worst experience for a brand who's advertisement is done with a great player like m. S dhoni.

                      The app is not having any tab to check status of cancelled order or payment.
                      I have raised query too around 3-4 times but as usual no response.

                          I placed an order with medlife on 19th of may and immediately received the msg from app of promising it to be delivered on 21st of may. I did not receive any of the ordered medicines by 24thmay. Untrained call centre.

                            I am registered with dnd and i have never interacted with this company earlier.in spite of this my mobile is littered with sms from this company. There is no option to opt-out in the sms.
                            This company has no ethics, decency, values or virtues.
                            On one hand rogue telecom operators sell customer data to such third-rate company and trai is an organisation which encourages such nuisance. It is irritating to be bombarded by such nonsense from different mobile numbers.

                              I ordered medicine from medlife but they cancelled frim their end. I already paid the amount online by debit card.
                              They are now not refunding the money.
                              I called customer care many times but almost 90% keeping me in hold to get connected. And when it connected i was just feeling to slap the girl and the server down boy with excuses and ignorance. Pathetic service ever in my life..

                                I ordered medicine online and paid online. But they modified my order and cancelled one of the product. But i didnot got any refund regards that. I called customer care but they are only throwing excuses like server down etc... Very poor service by medlife.
                                Very worst service by medlife and Pathetic customer care service. Till date no refund of my orders.
                                Refund of 758.48 charged in excess for Order OR7635ENA-004A will be credited based on the payment mode chosen by you.
                                Where is the refund..??

                                I place order two times 15th&18th May 2019.But till now does not .order no-OR2015NIA-003A&OR2015NIA-002A.

                                  I'm a regular customer of medlife and every time., my complete order is not getting delivered properly... They say it as delay in procurement which hardly takes more than 48hrs., which additionally includes the period of 48hrs from ordering... My question here is., if you people can't afford to get simple medicines in 48hrs., then why do say that as a note to people that it is as fast delivery within 48hours...                                   I have ordered medicine on 17th May. Also paid whole amount. Pending amount it was showing 0.0 Rs. from 17 th may to till date i got more than 30 sms for rescheduling doctors appointment for consultation. No body called me. Most pf the time helplines are not reachable. Now help line person is saying you need to cancel the order and try again.

                                    I had ordered medicine worth ₹1161.88 on 19.05.19 order no OR73030S-006A and was informed through msg that will be delivered by 21.5.19, today at 8.35 pm I called medilife coustmer care for status of delivery, they replied me that the my order is not processed due to no reason, they asked me to cancel the order I am heart patient and expected quick delivery as my medicine has finished .I uploaded all my prescription .
                                    Please look into this on war footing basis and deliver my medicine

                                      Dear concern we have received blood test report from medlife on 06th may but shared report were wrong after my complain again medlife team has collected blood sample on 09th may but again they have shared wrong and same report with us. Now on daily basis we are coordinating with medlife customer care but after assurance still we are waiting for correct details. Please help to provide correct report on priority basis.

                                        I was ordered medicine vide order no. #or537osha-001a and payment rs.575.00 was made accordingly through net banking. But due to non availability of medicine same could not be supplied. After getting my view medicines has cancelled.
                                        But till date the said amount has not been refunded to my account.
                                        So i am requesting you do the needful action from your end at the earliest for refunding the same.

                                        My regd mob no[protected]. Buy one vial on recommendations of co's pharmacist. Tablets get cracked when kept in a box sunday monday box and de -colourised. I tried to make complaint over customer care bu failed even my e mail in detailed remained unattended.
                                        I want full return because of manufacturing defective in product.
