Serial no. Of invoice m[protected]
Amount was debited from hdfc account twice.
First time it showed payment failed and amount was debited from account.
So on delivery boys request another payment was made and payment was received at medlife account.
I don't see any information to get back my money on medlife application.
I kindly request you to credit the remaining amount in my account.

    Are you people serious to give us the service, i had ordered medicine from your app on 05/09/19 bearing the order id # darft40487blc, but till now i am not aware if i will receive my order or not. I am receiving msg & mail that they are trying to reach me but they are not getting me, which is totally false. I tried your customer care # which is not tollfree and even after holding the call for 7-8mins no one responded. Don't you people value our time, this was my first order and its the worst experience.

      As per your mail dated Sep 2, 2019, 3:11 PM, you told me that, you have received my payment for the above order, and the order will be delivered within 24 hours as already paid payment for the same. But already three days passed but nothing delivered till date. The delivery bot came to my house several times for delivery as Cash on delivery of Rs. 312/- and claim cash of Rs 312/-. so, I refused to pay again for the order, which i already paid and refused to accept. Please note that, if you will not able to delivery within 3 days, return my amount already paid of Rs. 312/- immediately. Otherwise i have to complain to consumer court.

Or7548qta-002a on 24.08.2019 and paid amount of rs 312/- through on line payment vide transaction description : stubp[protected] of boi on 26.08.2019. But sorry to say that, delivery shows as cash on delivery and claiming rs. 312/- again for the same order.
            Please connect the payment with order and re-send the order.

                Had placed order for 6 pkts of foracort 0.5 respules. I have been delivered only three pkts n charged for 6 pkts. Informed delivery boy who asked to call customer care. Yr customer care is dead. Since 28.8.19 i have been calling cc everyday n holding for 45 minutes to 1 hour thereby incurring heavy telephone bill. Have called yr pharmacists like ram nitin manoj jadhav etc. Who hv transferred calls but had to disconnect after holding for one hour. They said i would b called by cc on my mobile but nobody has called. Is this the treatment given to sr citizens. Who r just placing order for the 20 percent discount.
                Please arrange my refund immdtly.

                    I return my product the refund money in my e cash wallet if I order some medicine means it notifies me that's the product is not eligible to use the e cash
                    I don't know why you guys don't deliver to my pin code, even Amazon delivers here.
                    Please make pin code 171211 available for delivery. It will be so amazing to get my medicines delivered here .

                    Placed order on 25th August and was told that the delivery of medicines would be reaching by 27th August by 9PM, on 28th having not received the order placed called up the customer service and have been told that they don't have stock, on what grounds was the commitment made, terrible service, not even informing of the delay, pathetic.

                      I want to cancel my order no.
                      OR5291BUA-001A, but the app is not showing anything . I have called several times to medlife customer care but they are not picking up my phone . I haven't pay for the medicine, and hasn't confirmed it. But still they are sending me messages regarding the order placed. The link that they send regarding confirmation or not is not opening . Please cancel this order.

                        Ordered crocin advance 500mg
                        In both above orders & 45 tablets each ie 3 strips of crocin 500mg

                        Order was not modified

                        Compaints:
                        1) delivered only 2 strips in both orders.
                        2) instead of crocin 500, crocin 650 is delivered
                        3) in both orders, charged for 45 tablets, but received only 30 tablets.
                        4) delivery boy collects payment first
                        & then we spend time in resolving complaint afterwards.

No proper revert on mail or calls. Mr. Malik was supposed to call me in 2 hours on 21.8.19 and till date no call back arranged.

                            I ordered few insulin injections through Medlife those are very much my daily . Medilfe suggested delivery date was 27 Aug 19. They took whole payment but still there is no information from their end for delivery while I called nos of time to medlife for delivery but they people don't know the urgency of medicines. I request please cancel their e commerce licence. In Medical line timeline is important but they people don't understand this they took payment and harassed the customer.

                            Totally disgusting... people from customer care just wasting my time...they took more than 45 mins. for call waiting... still my medicines are not delivered, these are life saving drugs. I will appeal in court to cancel their e- commerce licence.
                            No positive answer I received yet. Totally Pathetic ...

                            After numerous follow ups with Medlife team, They delivered my order on 28 Aug 19 but items was wrongly delivered to me.
                            For said order Id #OR8537RTA-002A, on 1 Sep 19 they took my return request but still they made incomplete and wrong return request...till 15 Sep 19, No one came to me to pick my return item... after numerous follow ups with Medlife customer care team, finally one pick up boy came and took my return items on 16 Sep 19 (16 days after from request date) but still he was carrying wrong items acknowledgment summery ...I returned my items and mark my item summery by hand on that acknowledgement note (Refer attached pic).
                            Till now they did not initiate my amount back to my account...I am still awaiting.
                            Now enough is enough ...for this harassment I am going to file my legal court case om Medlife ...will circulate this case nad my pathetic experience on social media platform.
                            Being a lawyer by profession, I will appeal in court to cancel their e commerce licence in India. Also will appeal to all Indian never ever purchase any Medicine from Medlife.

                              I have ordered the medicine. I have made the payment online. The delivery boy came to deliver the medicine but he asked for payment which we have already done. I made the payment 2 days before. But the courier service did not get any update yet. Please update them as well asap so i can get my medicine. My order no is or1139lta-001a. Please do it asap. I need it urgent. I am stuck. I also tried to contact customer care no but it was not working.

                              I have not received my order yet when I saw a status on the website it is showing "customer refused to accept" but the truth is no one has come to deliver the product again. How can you mark as resolved without getting the update?

                                I have placed on order no draft1109yjc on 27.08.2019 in the name of basanti pramanik appling promo code df22, received vide sms from bt-medlife on sameday on 27.08.2019. As per code i should get discount 22%. But till date neither i have received any confirmation nor doctor verification call from medlife. So i telephone to your customer care no at 10.39 am but according to your executive, code df22 is not valid. So pl tell me in above why you have send the code and on same day how it expired. Kindly note that i am purchasing medicin for same patient around rs 2000 per month from you. I have requested your executive to cancell my above order if discount is not provided but cancellation was not done.

                                  On 14th of august, i placed some high priority medicines (My father takes those every month) on medlife (www.medlife.com). i paid the total amount of rs 4292.80 in online mode.
                                  On 18th of aug the delivery person (From ecom express courier service) came to my home to deliver the order but he informed it was a cash on delivery order. I told them i paid already thorough online mode but he denied to deliver as it was mentioned as cod order to him and he took the product back with him.

                                  I launched a complaint to medlife on 18th of aug saying i paid the entire amount but the ecom delivery person is claiming it to be a cod. Medlife accepted that the payment has already been done from my end and launched the complaint with expected solution as re-delivery of the product with in 'pre-paid' mode.

                                  Today is 26th of aug but i have not received the medicines still now. Everyday i call medlife and they say it will be delivered today. But it never happened.

                                  For last 10 days everyday i follow-up with medlife but the end result is still a zero.

                                  Its a high priority medicines and my father requires those every month. But these people are simply playing around. Please help me.

I seen medicines next day but at the date of delivery k-ion medicines are not issued for me. Immediately next day i msg. Forwarded to delivery boy. But he was not replied me, so i call medlife customer care but lines are almost busy.

                                      I ordered medicine on 18th august. Their estimated delivery date was 21st august. But my medicines not delivered within estimated time. After calling customer care on 21st august, i got reply that due to shortage of one medicine, order was not been shipped. So they modified order and cancelled the medicine not available with them.
                                      On 23rd august, again i call medlife customer care to know the updated status and got the same reply that another two medicines are not in stock.
                                      The medicine i ordered are for skin infection which is getting spread due to such bad service of medlife.
                                      Pathetic. Playing with someone's life is the business key for medlife india.

                                      Twice I ordered products from them and I had to cancel due to unavailability of stock. In this digital era, they are insanely slow in every transaction except for the refund that was surprisingly swift. I will never ever try them again. Thanks for the awful service extended

                                        I ordered one medicne first time on medlife few days before. For two days nothing happened. Then I paid Rs. 450/- through my Phonepe account. After 2-3 hours they confirmed my order (Id OR2434SIA-001A). Again after 1 hour they called me and told that " due to shortage, medicine is not in stock and we have to cancel your order". I agreed and asked to refund the amount. She said within 1 week refund will be done. Now it is more than two weeks. Either Customer Care officer only assure me or call does not connect. I am sure this company is a fraud company.
