I order the medicine via order no your order - or3508ura-003a, and paid amount for it, delivery boy ask for payment again as show cod. I complaints
Same to medlife company several times they only assure, till now medician has not been delivered kindly return back my money.

3 days has ben passed itotal amount rs 861 hence one of the cheated company.

    On 3rd july i ordered some medicines.5th july i got it which was totally wrong medicines, they delivered. On 6th july i returned those medicines to delivery agent. Medicines amount was 1500/-. After few days my return has completed which was shown in medlife app. After 2 months till now i didn't get my refunded amount. Everyday i call to customer care, they say within 48 hours it will be credited to my account. But it really not happen. Why are you cheating to every customer? Please refund my amount as on immediately basis.

    Amount wad debited from my account . But till today no amount is refunded. EVERYTIME THEY SAY YOUR COMPLAINT IS FORWARDED.BUT NO ONE RESPONDS.

    I have booked an order and made payment in medlife on 02december. But the order got cancelled automatically on 08th december. When i contacted your customer service, they said the order bottles were broken and they asked me to create a new order. I created a new order, paid the amount again and my second order was delivered .

    But my first order amount was not refunded yet. Could you please check and update me.

    Below is the message I got on 8th december.
    "Medlife has initiated refund of your order OR5622GZA-001A. Refund will be credited based on payment mode chosen by you".

      I had ordered medicines on 2nd July, 2019. OR2687DF-005A. The medecines did not get delivered but I got a message saying that it was delivered. I have been following up since then, its about 45 days now. I wanted proof of that delivery - it should have the signature of the receiver and the date. But Customer Care only says that they would be following up with the concerned department who would get in touch with me. I said that if they cannot provide me with the proof of that delivery, they should refund my amount of Rs. 1811.98. to date neither have they been able to provide any proof, nor have refunded my money. I am exasperated with this behaviour. The worst thing they have not bothered to call me even once in this matter, I have to keep calling them each time. They even took my email ID and said they would be sending me the details of my refund, which has not seen the light of day till now. I will have to take up this matter with a consumer court, if I am not given my refund immediately.

          I placed an order with medlife, after 3 days i got a message saying one of the medicine is not available. I said okay in this case process other medicines. As i have already paid all of payable amount (Rs 776/-) as invoice was generated for the same. At later stage i have received a refund of only rs 15/ whereas the refunded amount should be approx 75 rs. I tried calling customer care, very rude behaviour the customer care executive was having, he said amount got changed that's why i am getting only 15 rs. Question is if the invoice was already generated then why this changed again. Even i tried requesting executive to give phone to any senior person he denied. Requested for having complain on same he said no complain can be taken or medlife does not have this facility. Anything cannot be done. Order number - or9333co-005a

            I have been contacting your customer care number[protected] to unsubscribe me from your SMS service but nobody responds. Who the hell leaked you my number?
            I even approached your WhatsApp customer care service but nobody replied.

            I want to unsubscribe from all your services, especially SMS service. If it's not processed you'll be forcing me to approach consumer court to investigate into how the phone numbers are being misused.

            Same thing happened with ME, thousands of SMS sending, just misuse of SMS also most disturbing unnecessary SMS filled with Inbox of my Message box.
            Don't know why you disturbing me, I will never ever order ANY MEDICINE FROM YOUR SITE . I have a very bad exp with your orders, all medicine are present in webs but if you order them you will never get before 15 days.

            I tried by writing [protected]@medlife but RETURN AS ADDRESS NOT FOUND

            I tried to whatsup by given number but not work.

            I again requesting you stop sending bogus SMS . I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOU, else I have to know way go to Consumer court .

              I purchased medicines from medlife on 15th march with order id #or3924sc-015a, and there was 1 wrong medicine in that and i requested to return and refund for the same (Gabanueron 300 mg - 1 strip). Till date it has not been picked up and refunded.

              Secondly i purchased a order on 30th july with order no #or9693ik-007a and i ordered 2 packets of tasiron (1 packet contains 10 sachets of 3 gm each). So, in total 20 sachets should have come. But i was given only 2 sachets (Lose) in that order. Moreover it is clearly mentioned that the lose sachet cannot be sold individually.
              When i raised the request to either provide me the rest quantity of tasiron or refund my money back, a delivery boy came in and handed over me an open box with wrong medicine. When i claimed that it is wrong, he asked to raise a request to return and refund. And i raised the request to return and refund, but till date no one came in to pick the medicines and return.

              I have been following up them but all in vein. They are thieves and should be jailed for such activities.

              A customer of Medlife ordered on 18th of July 2019 and on the same day I made a payment of 1039.69 paise. Which they said it has bounced. For the same order I made a payment on 19th of July again of the same amount. But the bank said it has been cleared both times. Sending my Bank statement with underlined with red pen.

                Received medicine on 14/07, (@1700/-) which was returned by some other customer, with broken seal, broken tablets and invoice of old customer stuffed inside the box. After regular follow up, return was picked up on 27/07/19 — received sms for the same. But not reached warehouse after 15+ days, so no refund initiated yet. Following up with call ceter and email but no luck. Now i neither have medicine not have refund... Very bad experience, always hear 48 hours deadline from call center.. Hope problem gets resolved.

                Billed for full amount but received 3 bottles of Amlopres AT and 1 strip of Allegra 120.

                Have been cheated and will not order from you again.

                  I have placed order on 5th of august 2019 and delivery was promised next day.
                  I had already made the payment online.
                  My order number is or3838ksa-001a

                  On the day of delivery i got a message saying out of stock. We are trying to get your medicines from all over india.

                  The next day customer care calls and informs me that my order is cancelled as stock is nt available and asked me to reorder. I have asked them to initiate my refund.

                  My refund was initiated on 6th of august. It’s been a week and never received any amount.

                  Customer care never responds.

                  I have checked the other complaints as well. They follow the same pattern for every one.

                  Why does products availability is shown on websites when they are out of stock.
                  This is big scam and i am gonna sue this company if i don’t get my refund in a day or two

                    I ordered medicine on 6 july. Their estimated delivery date is 9- 12 july. So my medicine not delivered within estimated time. So i want some money to be refunded back. As i have to bought it from medical store after waiting till date. As same happened with me when i bought it on net meds. They not delivered medicine on estimated date. So they refunded me 50 rs back.

                    Never believe in their service. Just to save couple of rupees you will end up losing your precious time and life. Have any of you tried calling theirs customer care no. and selected the option of existing order?? You will end up starving to death...

                    But then you try option for new order..you will be attended to in less than the time that you have chosen that option...companies of such kind of service will disappear in no time...

Recool d and sent recool plain see matter this medicine not in use so kindly collect and refund amt this type of work should not do by medlife as patient is suffering and you are sending wrong medicine i am regular customer of med life and order medicine so many time but if you send wrong medicine then we will think not further order

                        I ordered ensure plus from medlife and got delivered ensure as the order was prepaid i spoke to the customer care team and asked for replacement and was advised to cancel and rebook as they did not have option of replacement since it a mistake i tried booking a single box of ensure plus and again got ensure delivered when spoke to the customer service team she was not able to figure out or give resolution and when asked to be escalated the escalation rep was horrible and and rude and did not provide any resolution and when asked to transfer to manager was advised to call back in afternoon and speak to the manager. And as i had to get a refund from medlife for the return order upon checking she rudely told that she have to get a confirmation from back end which will take 5 days and post that they will confirm if the refund will be done or not. It's been more than 5 days and haven't heard any thing from medlife. Horrible service and unprofessional customer service specific "chanda kumari from escalation department".

                            Very bad services by distributers/retailers of medlife.. My order no. Or9385fsa-003a was placed on 06/08/2019 with advance payment, delivered medicine on 09/08/2019 today. Medicine save the lives and also kills. I received medicines having different batch codes/ mrp/ expiry date from the invoice no. Del[protected] dated 08/08/2019. Also not received one medicine in the box, but is mentioned in invoice. How can we trust on med-life, after buying from medlife, will sure be madlife..

                              I have prepaid 2916 INR of above mentioned order on 31st July and total bill amount is 2961 INR. However when Delivery boy (Xpressbees) came to my home and asked for 2961 INR instead of just 45 INR. I have been calling Medlife helpdesk for last 5 days, several complaints logged but still my medicines parcel showing COD on Xpressbees portal and not Prepaid,

                              I came to know that despite of my several efforts and complaint logged to Medlife customer care not a single email sent to Xpressbees (as confirmed by Xpressbees agent on phone to me) and on 8 th day it is showing COD on delivery partner portal and Medlife confess that they have my Money received but not reflecting on Xpress bees portal?

                              This is pathetic and unprofessional service from Medlife, please let me know when i can expect my medicines?

                                I HAD INITIALY ORDER THE SAME ITEMS FOR RS.1872.

                                And I had made the payment. But now I'm being charged for RS. 2152 and asked to pay the balance.
                                I tried calling customer 15 times but not once my call was connected.

                                Initial date of delivery was 07 Aug 2019. But now it's postponed to 10 Aug 2019.

                                I need justification and a call from medlife customer care to clarify the changes and also cancel the unwanted extra charge

                                  I ordered one medicine from medlife the order number for same is OR8206HSA-001A. The delivery agent named "RAMU G" phone number [protected] came to deliver the medicine was very impolite and abusive he refused to give me the box of medicine and rudely replied to make the payment and when I told him to be polite he abused. I have logged a police complaint against him as medlife is not bothered to take action against him and canceled my order without my concern

                                    मैने अपने आर्डर का पैमेन्ट बताये अनुसार ऑनलाईन किया. इन्होने आर्डर भेजा तो ई कॉम के डिलेव्हरी बॉय ने कहा कि ये कैश ऑन डिलेव्हरी है मैने कहा और उसे मैसेज भी दिखाया कि मेरा पैसा इस आर्डर का पेड है, इसने देखा और चला गया.उसके बाद मै कस्टमर केयर से लगातार बात किया, और अलग अलग ऐजेंट बात करते रहे और कहते रहे कि अभी, कल, दो घंटे मे आपका दवा पहुच जायेगा, ये कमिटमेन्ट किया उन लोगो ने लेकिन तीन चार दिन निकाल दिया दवा नही आई, आज चार दिन बाद फिर बात किया तो कहते हैं आपका आर्डर कैंसिल कर दिया है,
                                    मैने स्वयं न तो आर्डर कैंसिल किया न करने का कहा, न पैसा रिफंड मांगा, मैने कहा आप डिलेव्हरी कब तक करवा देंगे तो ईनका जवाब है कि आर्डर कैंसिल कर दिया
                                    मै चाहता हू कि ऐसी लापरवाह कंपनी और इसके गैर जिम्म्दार ऐजेंटो ने केवल घुमावदार बातें कर के मुझे जो मानसिक प्रताड़ना दी गई है, और जिस तरह सारी कार्यावाही बिना किसी गंभीरता के की गई है उसके लिये किसी न किसी को जिम्मेदार ठहराया जाये, और दण्डित किया जाये ताकि मुझे न्याय मिले

                                      My order number is #OR4680FP-001A, the delivery agent came to deliver the medicines was very impolite when I asked him to give the box of medicine he refused to give the box in rude manner and he abused me.also he didn't gave the medicines to me and went away, I want serious action taken against such an unprofessional company who doesn't care for the customers, instead of taking action against him they canceled the medicines without my concern

                                        And then today, after 9 days of cancellation i haven't yet received my refund.

                                        Called customer care numerous times, everyday same answer that it will be refunded soon.
                                        Total scam. I recommend everyone not to ever shop from this fraudsters.
