Ordered medicine through their app but as the medicine was delayed for 5 days with no exact delivery date mentioned, cancelled the order.
Status in app shows as "cancelled". Tried the customer care number which never connects to operator, they put it on hold with an advertisement getting played repeatedly.
There is no way to reach them. Please help in getting refund.

    I placed an order for a medicine letoval 2.5 mg with medlife on august 4, 2019. Letoval has to be taken on a particular date at a particular time. I was supposed to start taking the medicine from august 6, 2019. However, yesterday i came to know that the medicine will not delivered before august 9. I tried to cancelling my order but i got a message saying that my order cannot be cancelled since it has already been processed. Its a prepaid order. So essentially my money has gone to waste. I tried calling the customer care on numerous occasions but no one picked up my phone. My money is practically being stolen from me and i have no recourse. The medicine will have no effect on me if i take it on august 9. I am helpless.

    Even if someone is picking up in the customer care department, all they are stating is that they cannot hear my voice and they are disconnecting my call. My phone is working perfectly fine. This is plain con and deceit, pretending that my voice is not audible. My order no. is OR2825JSA-001A. I simply want to cancel my order and want refund of my monies.

      Absolutely unprofessional delivery. Had to order my medicines 4 times and got cancelled all the times for reasons like delivery agent cancelled the order without justification; doctor could not reach to out you when they only call you once and if by chance you are busy they will cancel your order. They dont care about the your issues and inconveniences and never follow up. Extremely incooperative and still haven't got my medicines.

        This is with reference to my order ID: OR3880FSA-001A for which I had made complete payment. But after 2 days I was informed that the medicine which I have ordered is out of stock. While I was ordering, the medicine was showing in the website and I placed the order. Also I have done the payment too. The order was done on 1st August 2019 and it was committed that the medicine will be delivered by 3rd August 2019 by 10 PM. Till date no delivery.

          This is with reference to my order id: or8775lq-00aa for which i had made complete payment. But after 2 days i was informed that the medicine which i have ordered is out of stock. While i was ordering, the medicine was showing in the website and i placed the order. Also i have done the payment too. The order was done on 2nd august 2019 and it was committed that the medicine will be delivered by 4th august 2019 by 10 pm. But suddenly i received an from "im-medlif" informing me the order update as below:

          Order update: dear customer, full stock of amexidil are not readily available. We are trying hard to source the same from anywhere in india. You will receive further communication by 6/8 11:00 am. Inconvenience regretted.

          I don't understand, how it is possible that suddenly the medicine is out of stock after 48 hours of placing the order. Medlife is making fool their customer and displaying wrong information on their website about the stock of medicines. Also they are taking order from customers and later they are informing that the medicine is out of stock. They should display the medicine stock correctly on their website.
          I would like to highlight this to higher management of medlife and escalate to them to intervene so that there is no such bad experience happens further with any other person.

          I have been buying medicine from medlife for last eight months, built these are continously delaying there medicine delivery and haven't given my refund. Attached pictures are the proof that I have paid. But at the time of delivery they are asking for payment again

            This is with reference to my order id: or5443rra-002a for which i had made complete payment. But nearly after 2 hrs i was informed that some of the medicines were out of stock. So medlife is displaying wrong information on their website about the stock of medicines. Like this they are taking order from customers and later they are compromising with customers to take partial orders instead of full orders. They should display the medicine stock correctly on their website.

              Hi,

              Recently i have ordered my medicine bearing order no 'or7206es-004a'. After repeated delayed and failed delivery from the delivery person and lodging 3 incidents, the delivery guy delivered me the parcel on 1st aug, 2019.
              Along with tablet medicine there was syrup medicine which was wrapped and licking. After inspection i found the bottle is broken and the delivery guy fled from the place. Since 1st august i have been calling to medlife customer care several times to lodge a complaint but none of my complaint is being registered by the team. The pathetic customer care team is putting me on hold and not allowing to escalate the call to higher authority.

              HI All,

              I have recorded my conversation with the customer care executive, may i know how and where can i upload the audio discussion. I have been chasing the customer care for last 2 days, and wanted to escalate the complaint to their senior team, but the team is fighting back stating they senior team is busy and bla-bla nonsensical explanations, and every time they are putting call on hold and finally disconnecting from their end.

              HI All,

              After raising the above complaint, the defective- damaged medicine the Medlife team send a pick-up guy. He took the damaged medicine on 8th August (for order no: OR7206ES-004A); but I am still awaiting for the refund.

              For the damaged medicine 'Zandu Pancharishta (Rs 161/-)' I didn't get any refund.

                I have order medicine on 29 july 2019 and delivered date is 31 july 2019 but i have not received the medicine till now they are just giving date by date. We are going to native place on 5 august 2019 now i have check the status again i get the 5 aug 2109 date. Before ordering the medicine is showing in medlife aap and i make the card payment and order all the medicines which i require. As per medlife team they can't able to deliver the medicines on time. I am calling continuously but respond will take the complaint regarding this i am feed up with service. Dear buyer please don't trust on medlife bcz waist of time and money.

                  I am purchased on line medicine from medlife on 31/07/2019 and estimated price is rs. 1580/- and paid immediately through wallet but due system traction not completed and same is reelected in cash on delivery. As per talk with customer care it is on cod but what about wallet payment which id deposited from las2-3 month pending.

                    It is seems that your company is useless for delivery medicine to customer who want to purchase from you & on your duplicate portal.
                    2 times i place one order & the same person call me mr. Amit tomar (Mob. No. [protected]) & told me i am on road with bike & come and received you parcel, i request to him please provide service on door step.
                    He refuse the request & both time he cancelled my order.
                    Is he can cancel the order? And you people do not verify why the medicine did not deliver to customer?
                    Only the customer can complained on[protected] & request again and again...
                    What was your action on my first complained? Again same person come & call me & the same thing do as he want...
                    I request please deliver my order asap otherwise i will go for your complaint that's why i have waste my time on you people...

                        With ref to above order & shipment no., i placed an order on 23/07/2019 with delivery date 28/07/2019 on the name of my wife [censored]al shashikant salke, however the delivery returned from my home due to full amount to be paid for cash on delivery while, i was made a payment to medlife through paypal of rs.433/- & balance amount was has to be paid at the time of delivery. Therefore, this order was rescheduled for next day. But, till date no delivery person has visited to my home with the reason of wrong address. How it is wrong address if their person has been visited previously for this order. I had taken continuous follow-up with medlife & ecom express on phone for this issue. But, no use & till date order is not delivered.
                        This is irresponsible behaviors of medlife and not at all acceptable. I had to go out and purchase medicine for immediate consumption by patient. Truly not satisfied.

                          I am purchased on line medicine from medlife on 26/07/2019 and estimated price is rs 797.86 and paid immediately through credit card order no is or9898vra-001a, and company will say a balance of rs 103.20 and same will be paid through credit card order no is or9898vra-001a.

                          But medicine is not delivered till 31/07/2019 and i am cancelled my order throught call centre on 31/07/2019.

                          And a refund is initiated on 02/08/2019 amounting to rs. 103.2 what about rs, 797.86

                            I have an order in medlife and order no is - or9172tra-001a also made payment for this order by paypal with transition id - 6rk73048el119843v.
                            This is prepaid order but courier company asking for payment for delivery.
                            I have made complaint 8 to 9 times in medlife but still status is same, today[protected] i got call from medlife that your order will deliver with prepaid mode but again delivery boy asking payment from me.

                            Request you please try to understand my pain this medicine which is very precious for any patients, my child is 2 month old and my old stock is finished and i have required this medicine on immediate basis.
                            Dont play with life of some one.

                              With ref to above order, i placed an order on 26/07/2019 with delivery date 28/07/2019, however the delivery date was delayed without any justification and information. We cant delay medicine to the patient even for single day. This is irresponsible behavious of medlife and not at all acceptable. I had to go out and purchase medicine for immediate consumption by patient. Truly no satisfied.

                              After the online payment of medicine, i received a message that i am suppose to pay some additional amount, again without any information and justification. I called medlife and asked about the same and got to know from imran shaikh that these are the charges due to difference in mrp. How come mrp gets changed in 24 hours of time. You should quote final price to customer. After payment customer should not be charged twice. Tuly not satisfied.

                                This is in connection with the order no.
                                #or6902qr-013a. I had purchased medicine on 30 june 2019 and thereafter raised a return request on 7 july 2019 since the doctor had changed the medicine. However, on the same day, i had called your customer care for modification in return schedule. However, i understand that my return was inadvertently cancelled by your team. I have been repeatedly calling the customer care since then - almost once in 2 days, raised this complaint several times and requested them to arrange for pickup of medicine and refund, but i have not received any response from your team.

                                Your team closes my complaint without even updating the customer! Is this professionalism!!! This is not acceptable and neither a fair way of dealing with consumers. I have placed orders several times in the past using my corporate code but this is the first time i have raised a return request and because of a genuine change in medicine by doctor. Don't understand why medlife is behaving like this. Several feedbacks which i have raised on app but no response. Everytime i call customer care to request for return of medicine, i am told that they are escalating issue. Do u expect a customer to have 1 work everyday, i. E, to call 'medlife' customer care and ask if there is any update and explain the same history to a new executive who is on the line, each day! This is really frustrating. Atleast provide a satisfactory resolution and communicate to us.

                                      I was supposed to recieve my medicine at 9:30 am today..!
                                      For which i called him at 12 for the status..
                                      The delivery person is mr. Dheeraj yadav which says on asking for the delay "abhi kaha se aa jayega madam".
                                      No reminder, no request for reschedule nothing..!
                                      I asked him to cancel the order then which was done within a minute..
                                      If you are not capable of delivering the order on time then you should not accept orders..!

                                        Regards this issue, to day delivery date. Yesterday ur customer care executive told that we received the amount and pay remaining balance to the delivery agent. To day again asking your executive told same thing first. I asked for the proof message to show delivery agent, again told we didn't confirm your payment. Please pay full amount. If received amount we will send back. Sir what is going on. It medical emergency tablets. Already waiting from two days. Issue not resolved up to now. I was first time purchased through ur app. My no is [protected]. Because o[censored]r people i want cancel the order. Upto now no feedback from your side
