#or6902qr-013a. I had purchased medicine on 30 june 2019 and thereafter raised a return request on 7 july 2019 since the doctor had changed the medicine. However, on the same day, i had called your customer care for modification in return schedule. However, i understand that my return was inadvertently cancelled by your team. I have been repeatedly calling the customer care since then - almost once in 2 days, raised this complaint several times and requested them to arrange for pickup of medicine and refund, but i have not received any response from your team.
Your team closes my complaint without even updating the customer! Is this professionalism!!! This is not acceptable and neither a fair way of dealing with consumers. I have placed orders several times in the past using my corporate code but this is the first time i have raised a return request and because of a genuine change in medicine by doctor. Don't understand why medlife is behaving like this. Several feedbacks which i have raised on app but no response. Everytime i call customer care to request for return of medicine, i am told that they are escalating issue. Do u expect a customer to have 1 work everyday, i. E, to call 'medlife' customer care and ask if there is any update and explain the same history to a new executive who is on the line, each day! This is really frustrating. Atleast provide a satisfactory resolution and communicate to us.
