I have placed order to medlife through online on 11.03.19 with order id #or3543bga-006a and on 22.03.19 with #or3543bga-006a.
Despite of medicine returned the amount is not yet refunded. Moreover fake medicine was sold and return request is not accepted and medicine is also not picked up.

They got their medicine as well as payment and now ignoring us for any refund. Kindly help.

    I have placed an order on 17th June, and since then the status is under processing. I am calling customer care from last 3 days and I am getting same answer, that items are packed and it will be delivered tomorrow. But that tomorrow has not come. I am in urgent need of the medicine. If it is not delivered by today, I am going raise a refund against it and will cancel the subscription.

      My order number OR4039GIA-002A was out for delivery since 20-June 8.35AM. But the medicine is not yet delivered. I called the delivery boy several time and my address is at prime location and we are at home whole day but he did not deliver it.
      Today when I received message that he could not reach me, then I surprised. Please deliver it by today before 4 PM other wise cancel the order.

        I had booked appointment with m/s Medlife to collect blood sample from home for couple of blood test. As per discussion with Medlife executive i had paid full amount of all require test. After two days i got test report on email and found require report was missing and on same time i had contact with customer care of Medlife, they told me few test is not part of your package so now they are not able to correct the issue
        Medlife Executive is calling me on same issue and mentally harass me, they are asking for extra payment to complete blood test report so help me to get complete blood test.

          I ordered medicine Medlife on 18th April 2019, and delivered on 21st April, 2019. I found 4 damage medicine. So I returned my medicine. The courier company (Ecom Express) pickup my medicine on 07th May, 2019. After that I mailed to Medlife company so many times. But they did not refund my amount yet. Sometimes their representative call me and told me you will get your refund amount within 4 to 5 days in your medlife wallet. Every time they cheat me. So I request you that please take some action that I will refund my amount. Thanks.

            My order ID OR2427GPA-002A and placed on 16th june and paid rs425.69 was paid online through sbi debit card.But still the delivery boy took money from me as it was still showing to pay rs 428 .Why i have to pay twice ? I have recieved msg from bank and checked bank statement also but still they are saying that its not paid . What kind of a online service is this .? I pay online many times but never faced problem like this in medlife .

              My order with order id '#OR 5398 JNA 002 A' was cancelled on 05.06.2019 But myself not received refund amount of rs.399.57/- till 17.06.2019.
              Myself call many times to medlife customer support but they say wait 24-48 hours but there is completed 12 days.
              There is no satisfied answer.
              Please do the needful action.

                I have ordered medicine for my mother on 11th June and not received any call or delivery yet. I only called customercare thrice but they just transfering call from customercare to pharmacy and again back to customercare. Amount also debited and hold by medlife. Its big cheating case and non responsible behavior from medlife in sensitive business field like pharma. I[censored]nable to do business then plz close the operations but dont cheat with customers.

                  I have been a regular customer of medlife since last 1 year. On 4th June I re-ordered the medicines with Order no #OR7661BQ-011A. It was delivered on 6th June. To my surprise, the main medicine was missing. When I contacted customer care, they said they can't deliver the medicine but will refund the amount. And they're going to take 48 hours to resolve this. Today is 13th June and whenever I contact them, they say it's open and will be resolved in 24-48 hours. On 11th June I talked to their senior manager and he said that he wrote an email specifically for this and it'll be resolved within 24 -48 hours anyhow. But nothing is done. They don't have any proper customer grievance redressal procedure. Even you'll not got any intimation regarding your query and complaint.

                  Fraud company, worst customer service.

                    We have ordered Janumet 50mg/500mg tablets (60 tablets ordered) but we have just received 30 and in another pack we have recevived insulin in another pack of lantus 100U/ml. Kindly provide the correct medicine per the order /invoice no. DEL[protected].
                    Also we have ordered medicine ATOCOR 10mg (60 tablets) medicine under order no. OR2675DMA-002A wherein due to non availability there was a refund that had to be initiated, but we have not yet received the amount back for more than 7 days plus we would like to reorder the same if it is available. Please action on it ASAP and keep us posted.

                      This is the very worst service which I found for medicines delivery and it is my mistake for choosing medlife. OR6362WOA-001A is the order ID which has been ordered on 3rd June and I got the delivery date is 5th June. But the order has not been delivered. And I need to call the customer care executives(Rahul Kumar, Florence, Chetan, Ruhi) multiple times and they said that it will be delivered by 7th June which that also not happened. And the same routine I only need to call back the customer care executive and need to know that order has been delayed. And this is hilarious their confidence is like they transferred my call to a senior executive who has asked me to on hold for 90 sec and made it up for nearly 12 min and given the information that it will be delivered by 8Th June EOD or 9th June first half which that also not happened. And again I need to call the customer care and got to know that it will be delivered by 10th June first half. And also given the explanation like due to the negligence of Delivery team and manager it is got delayed.
                      Whnever I called the executives day by day they are cooking UP different stories like one will say the order has been packed on 4th June itself. And Another one will say due to unavailibility of medicines the order has not been packed yet. And again some other one will say today it will be packed.And in all this Whole process Nobody has given the information regarding the delay of order.The Customer only has to call back and need to know the issue.
                      Excellent performance from you guys keeps it up.

                        I had not recieved clavilip and olymprix tablets in my order .i raised a complain with them and called them daily they everytime make excuses that our team is working on ur issue and u will be recieving a callback within 48 hours.Today its 8 june i had niether recieved a call nor they refunded my money

Upon repeated calls, and multiple messages the delivery hadn't taken place. Rude response from the delivery person and bad customer care service. In fact the number listed on their site wouldn't even connect. The app is a waste of time and memory.

                            I had have placed an order on 4th June 2019 & Medlife confirmed order on 5th while medicines are received on 7th June that to not to me. Delivery guy just handed over parcel at the reception.
                            Online payment was done and I don't have medicines.
                            Completely wrong medicines are been sent.

                            How can you play with someone's life. This is serious business.
                            Medlife if you cant handle, please close down.

                            Don't have regional customer service numbers so just to raise query hold time is also 8-10 Mins. wasted almost 30 mins in the morning. It is better to buy medicines in the retail shops rather.

                            Moreover the guy who come to deliver medicine is rude & always in hurry and does have patience till i check medicines.
                            Please change this guy. His name is AQEEL WOW MALIK.
                            Medlife kindly make sure that have delivery people who are educated enough to deliver right medicines & offer good service.

                            There is no identification mark or sticker on the consignment about order. How one can know if the medicines are as per my request.

                            Also customer service refused to give Complaint reference number as there is no such services. How one can be certain after waiting for 30 mins whether complaint is being registered or not.

                            SMS or Out of delivery received 1 hr later the consignment is delivered.

                            Also add slot for delivery so that convenient time & date can be added in the portal so that one can check medicines can be received by condoned people.

                                The delivery against my order or0844woa-001a was to be made on 4 june as confirmed in your order acceptance. Then you extended the date to 5 june. Today i get a message that the delivery will be made on 6 june. This means that if i place the order with you i have no guarantee of the date on which the supplies will be delivered.in fact some of the medicines are over and i have bought them locally since you delayed the supplies. This is highly irresponsible particularly when you are supplying medicines. My experience with you has been very disturbing and disappointing even with the first order.
                                Also 10am to 10pm is a very long window for delivery. The customer will have to keep awake till 10pm waiting for your delivery. This is all ridiculous.
                                Judging from all this, one cannot be confident about the quality of medicines also.

                                    We got blood test on 31 at march, we were promised to send reports on the same day. But today is the fourth day but still didn't get the report even after complaints of more than ten times. One should understand that health issues should take seriously. Kindly take strict action specially against the customer care people who don't respond. Please refund our money.

                                      I ordered my med on 10 may and received on 15 may. But the seal was already broken, so i send them email via app, totally sucks. Didn't get any response. So i called them again. Since that day i've been reporting about this incident to them and every time i hear - *we're escalating the matter to our concerned department* and that's it. It's already been more than 15 days and this issue hasn't been resolved at all. This was not even the first time i ordered but this time i received broken package. I mean even one's patience has its limit. They ain't either taking things seriously or just lack professionalism. How much more time it'll take i'm asking? Do something please. Don't be so ignorant of your customers.

                                        Pathetic return and reversal policy (Pin600744): be careful do not fall prey to the cheaper price. Once you pay the money your money is stuck. I sent multiple emails to their contact center as well as head of the business nalin bansal, no one returns the money. They just say there is a technical issue, neither they send a replacement nor they refund the money. Call center (Return team at least takes 8 to 10 mins to pick the phone (If lucky) otherwise they will not pick the phone at all) then they will make a false promise (Including the supervisor) that the money will be reversed in 30 mins and it will never come. They will keep on moving you from one person to another. Be careful this are open cheaters, qualified people join the team and they start a professional way of cheating.

                                        I brought VC15 vitamin c serum ...last time I bought the pack was totally leaked and product is damaged returned it and ordered again ... delivered the order and again it is the same damaged and leaked...this is not the way you deliver the product which is costly ..worst service ever..will never bring any medicines from this again
