I had requested for online medicine 6 days ago which should be usually delivered in next couple of days but today 6 days have been passed, i have not received required medicine.
Every day i m getting false messages saying that delivery attempt done but i m not available where as i m very much available on phone and physical.
I m very disappointed with such a pathetic service of medlife.
Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    The undersigned placed orders for medicines as per the enclosed prescription. The company took four days for delivery of the medicines. Though the prescription clearly mentioned PRIZIDE MV 80 the company has delivered PRIZINE M 80. When I asked the delivery man for return of the medicines, the delivery man has said that there are no instructions from the Company for taking delivery of the same. I contacted the company for return of the medicines. The company officials have stated that the same will be taken delivery very shortly, but unable to provide the time or date of taking delivery of the unwanted medicines. Further they have informed that as per their policy it takes at least 5 days for refund of the money after taking delivery of the medicines. Though four days lapsed no body has come for taking delivery of the medicines. I do not know whether they come at all

      Just for the shake of money medlife delivered me expired vaccination for my new born baby. They play with new born life this irresponsible behavior has lead to the deterioration of the quality and its use. They are fraud and cheater for the shake of money they can do anything. Be careful while you order vaccination from medlife. They did mistake and executive did cross check with there team and accepted that mistake is done by them and said they will collect the expired vaccination and refund me the same. From last more then 3 months i had talked with 9-10 different executive no one came to collect the same. I need my money back. There team are not experience person in pharmacy department they don't have proper knowledge of medicine.
      I have all the recorded calls.
      Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Made a payment of Rs.1008.00 on 26th January, 2018. Nither order is received nor refund. They grab the money and do not deliver the medicines.

        I place my order on medlife on 12 feb 18 and it was suppose to be delivered by 13 feb but on 13th they cancel again i replace on 13th receive message for deliver on 14th but on 14 th order cancel again i replace on 14th receive message for deliver on 15th but on 15 th order cancel again i replace on 15th receive message for deliver on 16th but on 16 th order cancel again i replace on 16th receive message for deliver on 17th and received my order i[censored] cant deliver in 48 hours why you give surity

          I place my order on medlife on 14 feb 18 and it was suppose to be delivered by 16 feb as it needs 48 hrs as per the company promise but it's 17 feb haven't received my order and being false assurance that tomorrow will be delivered since 15 feb i am a diabetic man who needs my insulin they have just giving me false assurance that will medlife puts me to communicate with their doc but i get call with people talking amongst themselves and then hang up.. How can they be so irresponsible regarding medication... Are they take the responsibility of my health and state which i am..

            Dear team,
            This is to bring to your notice that i ordered the order with order no - or9391ih-002a on 14.02.2018 and from last two days i am getting message that the order is "out for delivery" and by eod again i am getting message that "our delivery agent attempted to deliver your order but could not reach you".
            But the fact is that none of your agents dare to even call or come for delivery and updates all wrong and misleading information. This is a sort of full harassment.
            So kindly check and confirm that if you can deliver my order by 17.02.2018. If not than please cancel my order and process my refund at the earliest.

              Dear Team,
              This is to bring to your kind notice there was an important medicine - Lantus 100IU cartridge missing from my order ID - OR2157WJ-001A which was delivered on 12.02.2018 and the full amount has been paid for the same.
              I raised a complaint with customer care the same day and moment and they assured me that the same will be delivered by next day.
              But till today i didn't receive the medicine even i am calling your customer care daily.As this is an important injection, i was in need of that urgently, but you people don't even care for that.
              I asked for the refund also but it was also not done and kept the same on hold.This is too ridiculous and unbearable.
              Also whatever complaint i am raising, i am not getting and confirmation or reply for the same as if you people are least bothered for the same.
              So kindly check the issue and if the same would not be resolved by 17.02.2018, i would be bound to file a fraud case for the same.

                I ordered one touch ultra (Qty.25 nos.).in invoice also it is specified as one touch ultra 25 and amount payable as rs.537.5. But to my surprise, the product supplied is "one touch select".

                I objected to accept the consignment. Delivery man discussed with his manager and convinced me to accept the product with a condition that
                M/s. Medlife will replace the item with in 2 days.

                Still i have not got the replacement. My wife is a diabetic patient. The stock has come to nil. Please arrange to help me to get the product by 6pm of 15th feb, 2018. With regards,

                  We ordered medicine for my father and wife.

                  At the time of ordering it has been asked that whether you want Diabeta-safe..We denied that saying that without our family doctors opinion we do not want to take any medicine.
                  .
                  During medicine of delivery at home we have taken delivery of medicine by paying COD thinking that it contains the ordered medicine.

                  After opening when we saw the Diabetasafe with following box.As we do not wanted this medicine, we closed the box and contacted the customer care.

                  Being Saturday customer Care of medlife asked to complain the same on Sunday morning.

                  After complaining the boy came to pick up the medicine.He asked for glass of water . When the glass of water is give he shown that the seal of one diabetasafe bottles is broken.We are not aware the same as we have not opened the cap of any bottle.

                  He refused to take back that bottles.

                  Next day we complained again to the Medsfae On app.

                  We have not received any response. Hence we contacted the customer care around 2 to 3 times.. Every time we dot response that your request is under process.

                  Hence in first week of january we requested customer carethat we lioke to talk to some senior person as the matter is pending since long time.. He arranged call back and we are able to speak to customer care.

                  After discussions he said that he will arrange to pickup medicine within 48 hours and the money will be refunded thereafter.

                  We waited for around a week . No one is came for picking up the medicine.

                  Hence agin we contacted customer care.

                  To our susrprise she said that the computer entry shows that the medicine is taken back and refund is already given.

                  when i told her that medicine is lying with me she told that she will update the information and put as complain and problem will get solved within 2 to 3 days .

                  Thereafter we contacted several times but response is it is under process.When asked for talking to senior person they said that you will get call within 2 hours but no call is received till date.

                  Today when i chat with customer care he said that the medicine is returned and refund is given on 12 jan. I told him that medicine is not taken back and no refund is given.

                  It shows that someone from your company is cheating to customer as well as your company itself.

                  I have asked for seniors numbers but it has been told that you send mail.

                  I am very sorry to state that the following facts.
                  The medicine are being delivered even when order is not placed.
                  The batch numbers of medicine does not match with the batch numbers mentioned on the invoice.
                  Customers complains are not being taken seriously.
                  Complain addressed system is very poor . Customer care only give answer that it is under process and reluctant to give seniors number.
                  The medicines are not taken back and refund is not given but your customer care executive told us that record shows that medicines are taken and refund is given
                  After frequent telephonic complains for about month, I have sent the mail on companies id followed by 3 reminders but no one is bother to take action on same.

                  Complete process shows that the company is forcing customer to take the Diabeta-safe and sending the medicine without order.

                  Further when customer complaints regarding the same they don't bother about complaints.

                  It is really unethical practices that company is following.

                    I order medicines regularly and medlife has not returned a refund which they were supposed to 2 months back despite constant effrots from my end to contact them. I have reordered from them thrice after complaining and paid fully, and they still dont have the decency to return the amount close to 500 rupees. I have called and complained innumerable times and everytime they said i will get it within 3 days and refuse to share their personal number. Obviously, i cant contact them again cause its a call centre. The service is atrocious and they pay absolute no heed to comnplaints.

                      This is for order number or7809ki-004a on feb 10th 2018 placed in medlife for medicines. The payment has been done and also confirmation from the bank but the medlife refused to accept and kept saying that transaction is failed. I had shown all the proofs of payment confirmation mail and sms from credit card of bank and paytm mail but still delivery boy refused to deliver the medicines and took it back. There is not even trust by medlife team and in fact when i spoke to call center they asked me to return the medicines. This is cheating by medlife and dont know why medlife is making short cuts by cheating customers. I have attached screenshot as proof of payment

                        I am akshay sheth son of mrs. Kalpana c sheth. I have ordered medicines for my mother and person has taken original medicine prescription but not yet delivered original prescription at the time of delivery of medicines. Order received on 3rd feb but original prescription not received till date. I have complained many time but customer care is not responding. My mother is suffering some kidney problem and doctor wants his prescription were he has written notes for us and now he is not ready to attend without original prescription.

                        Please advise now what action will take.

                          I have ordered medicine on 29th. It got delivered on 8th i. E after 11 days.

                          I have already paid on paytm. But the courier boy asked for cod money because it was also written on his receipt to collect money.

                          I called medlife. They said please pay the amount on cod. We will refund your orginal online paid amount.

                          So i paid.

                          But my refund is not initiated yet.

                          Its not a small amount. Its rs 3855.

                            Even after making several attempts of communication via emails and online chats, money is not yet refunded after more than 2 weeks. I am attaching the doct giving full details.
                            I had ordered for following items on 25th Jan, 2018

                            As per attached copies of prescription and my order was confirmed by one of your executive on phone giving me id noOR0250SI-003A, INVOICING Rs.1552.** and discounted value of Rs.1183.88
                            Next day I recd a msg on my mobile no.[protected] saying that my order has been dispatched and a link was given to me to pay online . https://www.medlife.com/payment.html?orderid=OR0250SI-003A as I have a Mobikwik wallet member.
                            As transaction could not completed on that link I was given a different id no. . https://www.medlife.com/payment.html?orderid= OR0250SI-002A. When this link also failed a different id was given by Mr Dev to me on online chat ie . https://www.medlife.com/payment.html?orderid=OR6645TC-008A. That link worked and I paid Rs. 1008.00 as against Rs.1250.00 thru Mobikwik wallet.( one Miss Nagma also guided to me on chat )
                            In the mean time I received 7-8 sms on my mobile from your VK, DM, VM-MEDLIF regarding order nos 003A and 002A to pay Rs.1137.88 & Rs.989.01 and these 2 orders were sent to me for COD which were refused by me.
                            Now I have not received any msg or e-mail justifying about this mess. Please guide me on this issue. I am a stroke patient of 65 years and my BP is disturbed. Pl revert my money immediatelyor deliver my correct medicines.

                              Ordered medicines vide order id:or6250lj-001a and serial no. Of invoice no:-del[protected] and date of invoice:[protected]. Few medicines were wrongly supplied. Complaint made on 31st itself as my wife received the medicines without checking. Follwing up with medlife since 31st jan'2018, evening onwards with no avail. Personnel of your call center is telling that money would be returned todayor tommorrow but it is not happening. Plz let me know the date by my money will be returned and wrongly supplied medicines will be taken back by your delivery boy. Payment was made cash.

                                I paid online for medlife medicines. On delivery they ask for cash payment again. They say you have to pay cash for the medicines or cancel the order. They acknowledge i have paid online but still refuse it and say we will refund it later. They have the worst customer care, they only sit for taking orders and not resolving problems, they don't even try to resolve the problems and say it's protocol. Worst experience ordering online.

                                  I have placed an order on 2nd feb mainly medicines mainly used for heart patient. With greeat regret and disappointment i would like to inform you that till writing of this lettter i. E. 5th feb.2018 4.30 pm could not deliver the medicines even after several reminder calls through your call service executives.

                                  Due to your negligence the patient had not had the medicines for 4 days and i bought the medicines locally. You are attracting the customers with offering high discount and not keeping up the commitments for delivery. I will be lodging a police complaint against you for delay & compensation which please note.

                                    Total order of medicine 10603 rs. But sealed packed box missing the medicine of major insulin order costing 8423 rs,
                                    Immediate call back to delivery boy kiran but he away from delivery place

                                      Hi sir,

                                      I have ordered for 1 strip of medicine / tablets however they have delivered 19 strips and i was not aware of it while making the payment on my credit card as i was not informed on the amount that was being swiped. Later i noticed that rs 7100+ was swiped by my card and informed that same to medlife on the same day (13th jan 2018) and also medlife accepted their mistake on wrong delivery and assured me refund. However i have been following up with medlife diligently and i have been given false promised every day on my refund and it is not yet processed.

                                      Kindly request you to help me to get my refund back asap. It is more than 20 days now and i dont think they would refund me with the negligence that is being followed.

                                      I am tired of follow up every day and every agent will promise a call back or disconnect rather than providing solution to me.

                                        i have requested to return the below medicines since October 2017 but still no one has come to collect it.
                                        1. unistar 75 x 6 strips
                                        2. inderal 40 x 6 strips
                                        i have made several calls on your helpline number have spoken with your representatives and also supervisors: Avi, Raju, Sayed and others after a long struggle as the representative always says that they are busy in the meeting. please finally let me know by when the medicines will be collected. I had also received call from one Wasim from accounts who also assured me the medicines will be picked up immediately but still not done. I will take strict action against the organization if the issue is not resolved.
