I am a retired, senior citizen with cardiac problem.
My first complainant against Medlife 1)on 18th September 2017 i got phone call from medlife's executive and while confirming earlier order with prescription uploaded on Medlife 's what's app ;the medlife executive introduced and added "medlife's essential cardiaforte capsules" to my bill .In September 2017 We received Medlife's essential cardiaforte capsule bottle and my wife paid Rs.500/- cash to the delivery man but then my cardiologist did not allowed me to take "medlife's essential cardiaforte capsules" hence I called medlife to get the product back and one delivery man from medlife came & collected the sealed bottle with box without giving any return of money .since September 2017 everytime we phone called medlife customer care number "[protected]" they have either just put call on hold & then cut it or never solved our query of refund of Rs.500/- cash, just gave fake assurances that you will get refund within one week but that day "refund" has not arrived till today.
My second complaint2) I am very disappointed with executive responses from medlife, specially when i asked junior executive to transfer my call to her supervisor & she transferred the call to "Ayesha" supervisor .My daughter spoke with her but "Ayesha" is not at all deserving lady to be appointed to this post of "supervisor".Ayesha sound liked local chawl girl, she started the conversation as argument, she abused my daughter in filthy language, she was screaming at my daughter continuously, she had no etiquettes of talking, she has no knowledge of how to talk with customer. "Ayesha's" attitude while talking to my daughter was so bad & rude as now I think medlife will loose more customer, I paid thousands of bill every month but I was amazed to see that medlife kept the product as well as my money of Rs.500/- too.Because of this lady named "Ayesha" supervisor who thinks she is the owner of Medlife company; I am very unhappy with treatment my Surgeon daughter & i got from Ayesha on that she was not even transfer my call to her senior nor was cooperating us to provide any email id.also she forced & threatened my daughter to disconnect phone call from ourside and she did give disrespectful replies to my daughter as "to whoever you want to complain you complain, I have no fear ".such executive "Ayesha " supervisor said "wherever you want to place order you order, we don't need you", she was not solving our query instead was not allowing to speak, she was telling my daughter to keep quiet, she was literally doing time pass on phone to waste our time and forcing my daughter to disconnect phone call. Medlife's cannot grow with employee as "Ayesha". "Ayesha" said to my daughter that "it seems you have lot of spare time!"..so rude. Then a person named "Danish Sagar" continued the call and abused my daughter on phone call and he was taking Ayesha's side though she was wrong. I requested Medlife manager to please look into the matter through email.
There is high possibility Danish Sagar senior supervisor has asked me my email id during conversation hence he can delete my complaint as well.he has no manners to talk with senior citizen customers and ladies too.
**The main complaint is "REFUND" which I have not received nor I got any kind of receipt by Medlife's delivery person/any SMS from medlife in September 2017 about returned medlife's essential cardiaforte capsules bottle nor any refund of my money of Rs.500/- which was paid to medlife till today. my hard earned money is not refunded by medlife till today is my right .
As telephonic conversation with Danish Sagar senior supervisor of medlife, from my side I cooperated and sent screenshot of chats of September 2017 month done with medlife's what's app number [protected] about my request to return my money of Rs.500/- for return of Medlife's essential cardiaforte capsules bottle which was paid in cash on delivery payment mode.
*** Medlife does not keep any records of Returned products of customer and refunded customers records, also does not provide any receipt for same to customers. Medlife's executives on phone did not provide medlife office address or do not tell Medlife's director name or any other relationship manager's name too. All medlife's executives are illiterate and also do not have any manners to talk to customers.No reply from medlife to my complaint email on [protected]@medlife.com shows that it is running unauthorised way.There are already 14000 complaints registered on [protected]@medlife.com.i plad to
***MEDLIFE IS SELLING IT'S OWN "MEDLIFE PRODUCTS " WITHOUT ANY PRESCRIPTION hence The Indian Government should put a ban on "Medlife online pharmacy ", as it is abducting hard earned money of comman man.Medlife is real online Threat for comman man as it is looting everyday & everyone.My request to all please please dont't buy medicine from Medlife.Medlife does cheat on customer.Medlife does not give offer as they say and don't get yourself trapped .Medlife is "THIEF".I hope Necessary action will be taken against "Medlife online pharmacy". Medlife will definitely sink.

    I placed an online order for delivery of one bottle of "cardia forte" (60 capsules) at discount price of rs.489/- only.

    I got my order through courier on 22.03.2018.

    I paid the courier rs.489/- but when i opened the courier packet, i found one carton and when it was opened, i found one bottle of cardia forte (60 capsules).

    Later on, i noticed that on front side of that carton there was a note :- "please do not accept if the seal is broken and the sticker shows"void'.

    I checked the carton and found that there was a sticker in front side with the many remarks of the word - "void".

    However the seal of bottle, found inside, has not been opened by me.

    I have made an online complaint by dialing customer care no.[protected] and their authority admitted their fault and assured to arrange for picking up that packet back from me and to replace the medicine but i don't know when it will be done.

    Meanwhile price of said medicine has again been revised as rs.399/- in place of rs.499/-.

    So i request that the said bottle of cardia fort may be replaced with new one with revised price of rs.399/- at the earliest.

      I had been delivered wrong medicines (order no. OR6109DJ-003A and had requested for a return/refund. The medicines were returned and I've been waiting for over 3 weeks with false promises of my money (Rs. 1680) being in the process of getting refunded into my account.

      My repeated requests to credit the cancelled order amount to my bank account have failed. I am continually given an ARN no. which the bank branch says is meaningless. The bank service manager tells me that my account is fully operational and there is no reason that money shouldn't get credited into it.

      My request to transfer the refund money of into my wallet is also being refused. In that way I would reorder medicines from medlife.

      A mistake made by medlife in the delivery of wrong medicines is leading to me losing more money than that I've made through the discount offered to me. I am at my wits end on why I'm being made to beg for my own money. I wonder whether you'll ever make a full refund for the mistake you made but certainly I'll never make an order/payment you your portal for medicines.

        Worst experience on medlife. They deliver damaged bottles of medicines forcefully and then do not take return and do not give refund.
        We ordered medicine for my father and wife. At the time of ordering it has been asked that whether you want diabetasafe. We denied that saying that without our family doctors opinion we do not want to take any medicine. During medicine of delivery at home on 9/12/2017 we have taken delivery of medicine by paying cod thinking that it contains the ordered medicine.
        After opening when we saw the diabetasafe in a box. As we never ordered this medicine, we closed the box and contacted the customer care regarding forceful deliver of medicine.. Being saturday it has been advised to book a complaint on sunday. We complained on sunday 10/12/2017.
        After complaining the boy came to pick up the medicine. He asked for glass of water. When the glass of water is give he shown that the seal of one diabetasafe bottles is broken. We are not aware the same as we never opened the any bottle. He refused to take back that bottles as one of the has seal damaged. Next day we complained again to the medsfae on app.
        We have not received any response. Hence we contacted the customer care around 2 to 3 times.. Every time we dot response that your request is under process. Hence in first week of january we requested customer care that we like to talk to some senior person as the matter is pending since long time.. He arranged call back and we are able to speak to customer care. After discussions he replied that he will arrange to pickup medicine within 48 hours and the money will be refunded thereafter.
        We waited for around a week. No one is came for picking up the medicine. Hence agin we contacted customer care.
        To our susrprise she said that the computer entry shows that the medicine is taken back and refund is already given. When i told her that medicine is lying with me she told that she will update the information and put as complain and problem will get solved within 2 to 3 days.
        Thereafter we contacted several times but response is it is under process. When asked for talking to senior person they said that you will get call within 2 hours but no call is received till date. Today when i chat with customer care he said that the medicine is returned and refund is given on 12 jan. I told him that medicine is not taken back and no refund is given.
        It shows that someone from company is cheating to customer as well as your company itself.

        I have asked for seniors numbers but it has been told that you send mail. Therafter i send series of mail recent one is reminder 5 with response id [care #129587]. When i talk to customer care reply is that it is company policy we will not take the medicine back and whtever you want to do do it.

        I am very sorry to state that the following facts.
        The medicine is being forcefully delivered even when order is not placed.
        The batch numbers of medicine does not match with the batch numbers mentioned on the invoice.
        Customers complain are not being taken seriously. When asked that we want to talk with higher authorities of the company. They refused to connect me with higher authorities, saying that we have restriction from company.
        Complain addressed system is very poor. Customer care only give answer that it is under process and reluctant to give seniors number.
        The medicines are not taken back and refund is not given but your record shows that medicines are taken and refund is give,
        Being in pharmaceutical industry this is critical.

          Worst experience on medlife. They don’t deliver medicines on time. They have sla of delivering medicine within 48 hours but during delivery day you will receiving sms stating that medicine is out of stock and they won’t deliver the medicine until 1 week.. This type of behaviour will go for 10 days and then after loosing all patience i need to cancel the order. They are playing people’s life as they are dealing with medicines which are life saver for some of the people & they really don’t care about it.

            I ordered medicines in jan 18 and the medicines are not working at all even the expiry date is apr 2019. I called customer care rep mr. Jitendra dhiwar, who refused to raise a complaint in this regard stating that as per refund policy i can return the medicine within 30 days only. I said that i don't want to return the medicine want the opinion of higher authorities of the company. He refused to connect me with higher authorities, he didn't place the complaint neither he told his employee code no. I am having the call recording with the consumer care reps, having the medicines, and screen shot of the order details has been attached as herewith. I also want to make aware everyone that this company is selling expired medicines at discounted rates.

              I have ordered medicine from my wife number on 12th march 2018 and today is 16th march 2018 from medlife and have still not received the delivery every second day they postpone my order.
              Whenever i called they say next day give u delivery. He told me that will give you delivery in 48rhs. Today i called response is you will get 2-3 days after.
              I didn't purchase any medicine from our are because they will give medicine today or tmr.. This is medicine issue this is serious matter. Not joking

                I made a payment on 15/03/2018 from the link that you have sent through Mobikwick for the medicines ordered, I got a failure message and my amount got debited. After consulting with the customer care they told me to make the payment again, the same way I did and second time also I got the same failure message. I got the amount debited from my account twice and I am unable to make even cash payment due to the amount being fully debited twice. Your executive has taken the medicine back.

                Please do the needful to refund the amount 2645.6. (amount debited 1322.8 x2)

                  Yes dear. Medlife is good for nothing they do what they feel convenient for them they don't bother for their customers they cancell orders and convert and make orders at their end without intimating customers it's an worthless pharmacy
                  How and why midlife cancelled my order no.006a and converted into 007a without my permissions.
                  I am an heart pt and suffering from glaucoma.. I brought some medicines from medlife and thought the will deliver my order as usual but
                  They cancelled my order on the day it should be delivered and never intimated me. I am going under treatment of glaucoma and needed simbrinza eye drop but i am now without medicine who will be responsible if something happens wrong with me because of your negligence.

                    My sister Mamta Gupta has ordered the medicine vide order no OR9754VJ-001A . Her registered no is [protected].
                    One medicine which was not required was also ordered by mistake, hence we would like to return it. Our invoice no is BOM[protected], From the total medicine we would like to return the Citimac 500 tablet 24 strip. Batch no is 17LGHT220.

                    My sister is trying from last28 days on your customer care no but unable to get the satisfactory result.
                    Post delivery she got the sms of order cancellation. However your delivery agent has delivered the medicine successfully and collected the payment.

                    We are regularly contacting from last 28 days on your customer care number to return the medicine. Contacting on your care no is bad experience. We have to explain every time story from start to every executive.

                    But still unable to get the satisfactory result.

                    Can you help us getting the medicine.

                      I have ordered medicines for which i have received torned bill on 3 march 2018. I called medlife for new hard copy and soft copy of original bill. I need to claim my medical expense from health insurance. My mediclaim file is pending because of this medical bill. First they said my complain will be resolved in two days. I called after that than they promised to take it on priority, again they demanded two days. I called again and they said they will take it on priority. Third time i called they said they will get back to me in few hrs. Again on next day they said they will take it on priority, i request to please resolve my complaint as i need to claim the medical expenses and my file is stuck because of this bill. Order no.                         I had requested for online medicine 7 or 8 days ago which should be usually delivered in next couple of days but today one week have been passed, i have not received required medicine.
                        Every day i m getting false messages saying that delivery attempt done but i m not available where as i m very much available on phone and physical.
                        I m very disappointed with such a pathetic service of medlife rude behaviour customer care and also floor supervisor naqgraaj n.

                          My no is [protected] i m 75 years old senior citizen and not leave without my medicines.
                          I got your message that medicines will get in 48 hrs. Then i ordered my medicines on 27/2/18 and still today ie 7/3/18 i have not get my medicines. They are very irresponsible staff and very pathetic service. Stay away from those cheaters and not suggesting to co - operate with medlife. Worst people and worst service.

                                But during order processing, only 25% discount is considered

                                  First i tried to place the order for health care product 'ensure chocolate powder 400gm' by clicking on home page screen scrolling ad "upto 35% off on health care products", no coupon code required, i clicked on order now button (See the attachment) though it displayed but bcoz of problm in your app, i am unable to select the product, add to cart and checkout it, for further steps. Instead i placed the order under medicines option. My order number is or7801md-006a, if you are going to give me discount whatever applicable for health care products, i will be accept this order, otherwise either i will cancel the order or won't accept the order. It's not my mistake, it's your app mistake. By tonight please clarify on this for taking further action from my side. I may place order on 1mg. Better you try to place the order under health care products, then you will come to know the problems. Also let me in my account how many e cash points expired, when they exipred, when the existing balance is going to expire, i request you to provide all these details. My suggestion is if you provide the split up of details of e cash points when they credited, when they are going to expire with dates on live/real time basis at a glance, then it will very useful to the customer and by seeing glance picture he/she will place the orders accordingly.

                                    We have ordered through online medical single prescriptions (Front and back written prescriptions) on 26.12.17 and it was delivered on 27.12.2017. Order no is or3227lg-003a and amount of rs.2628.81/-

                                    We have made the payment against order no. Or3227lg-003a through credit card and debit card. But when we made the payment against the order no. Or3227lg-003a thrice entered through credit card machine (Standard chartered bank - your person told us not processed on medlife machines) and thereafter we made the payment through debit card of kalyan janata sahakari bank ltd (Payment process was confirmed). When we have received the credit card statement of standard chartered bank, the amount is showing thrice. - attached statement for your reference. But till date an amount of rs. 2628.81/- three times debited in my credit card statement and not reversed from your end (Total amount to be refunded rs. 7886.43). Now my father is passed away therefore i have not checked credit card statement. Please check against order no. Or3227lg-003a you have got four times payment. Today we have called call centre (Ms. Sarika) explained the status. Therefore please refund the excess amount received against this order an amount of rs. 7886.43/=.

                                    We have sent 7 reminder but since last 2 months no refund will taken place. And every once in a day or two i called in call centre no proper feedback will given.
                                    Please help in this matter.

                                      I shared to my friend and she ordered and got delivered the same but i didn't get any 10% reward point as medlife mentioned. Spoke to cc they are telling to send me the email to [protected]@medlife.com
                                      We do not have time to send emails and calling cc many time.
                                      You should have the system or technology to do the same
                                      I won't buy any medicine from medlife neither recommend to any one

                                        My m-[protected] i order medicians vide' order or7642pc005a. Pharma doctor call could not be attended first time and i callrd back that no[protected] nobody pickup. Complained to[protected], they says they not pharma doctor phone and he cal call againl but do not know time, till upto what time i have to keep my mobile on my ears. Yr way of working is very troublesome for customers. No one at cc care our problems. Pl eply urgently — sender :bharat bhushan pahwa
