Very disappointed with the service as its been one week and had to call daily for medicines, finally order had to be cancelled due to technical issue, is the explanation i got form customer service. Patient has not taken medics from last three days just because of wrong promises from medlife, expecting the same would be delivered as promised. It should be understood that its a medical condition and wrong promises may lead to different scenarios. Even the original prescription has been collected and i may not be able to buy from a store also. Didn't understand the way this organisation works.

    My medicine order no. Is or3165nm-002a - the medicines delivered on 19.05.2018 but till now (21.05.2018, 10.51am) i have not received the same. I have been receiving smss from your end that, the same will be delivered by 19.05.2018, but still i have not received the same; even today (21.05.2018) morning, i have received the same message. Arrange to send the medicines immediately, please.

    My medicine order no. is OR3165NM-002A - the medicines were to be delivered on 19.05.2018 but till now (21.05.2018, 10.51am) I have not received the same. I have been receiving SMSs from your end that, the same will be delivered by 19.05.2018, but still I have not received the same; even today (21.05.2018) morning, I have received the same message.Arrange to send the medicines immediately, please.

        I have been a regular customer of medlife & purchasing products frequently.
        But this time my experience with medlife has been worst. The order id was or5295eh-006a against which i have ordered baby food netsum for 12months + baby with rice n mix fruit flavour, but i recvd. Cerelac 6months + rice flavour, which was of no use for me. When i file the complaint, wrong product was immediately picked up. But its been near about a month & till date i have not got my refund.
        When i called to customer care, they are saying once return would be clarified from their end, their executives would call for account no n other details. But i dont think this simple procedure takes a month... Extremely disappointed with the service..

        On 19th I had ordered some medicines for diabetis as per prescribed by my doctor. The Packate was delivered to me on 23rd May for which I have paid Rs.2260.90 as per instructed to me on my mobile.
        When I opened the packet all wrong medicines for skin disease worth les than 1000.

        Pls i have ordered for medicine for Rs.1144.36, due to techinical reason the payment thr PAYTM on 10.5.2018. On delivery of medicine I had paid cash, so there was double payment which your customer cell promised the amount will be credited to PAYTM. Till date amount is not refunded. order is registered thr [protected]. Hope you do refund earliest.

            I had placed an order with medlife on 11 may 2018 with the commitment that i'll get the medicines within 48 hours and till the time they haven't delivered the medicines.
            I called them many times but noone is giving proper update.
            Pathatic customer care team and all are very annoying, i have a voice log of each conversation.
            So called sr. Supervisor aysha is just responding like she is the had of the company and was talking very rough.
            And told me that - u can cancel the order i[censored] want.
            I don't know when will i get my medicines.

              I have ordered medicines on midlife, they gave 1 day delivery date, then they didn't deliver them next day, when i called they told me that one table is not available and they will get the tablet and deliver me the next day. Again same thing happens and so on for 3/4 days. Yet no medicines delivered to me, and again when i called they said the medicine is no available and they will only deliver the remaining available medicines in 1 day. I am waiting for that remaining medicines from 5 days now, but still i dint get me medicines and now the customer care number is not working and they are not replying to my mails. Finally i could get in touch with them by online chatting, now they are saying they will need 3 more days to deliver. How irresponsible those guys.

                Ref order no. Or8817fh-005a. I made payment of rs 6760.30 through dena bank debitcard on 7th may 2018 to sachin melife's delivery boy. 3 swipes were made and the boy confirmed 1 swipe. After he left i got msg from my bank for debit of the amount 3 times. So medlife received payment 3 times i. E, rs. 20280.90 which has been confirmed by your medlife's call centre executives and floor supervisors. When ever i call they confirm a refund of extra amount rs.13520.60 and tell me to wait for 1or 2 days. Today a floor supervisor tells me 1 week. Why??? When i have got a confirmation from medlife of extra payment why is the refund not being done. Rajan verma

                  It is so upsetting that your agents have been lying n not giving the correct information.its been a week n the medicines have not arrived.i have paid for the medicines which is more than 5k.you people are cheaters.i will warn everyone not to buy medicine from you.no empathy n acting as i[censored] r doing a favour.not even a call to inform the right thing.i have been calling everyday n everyday I have been told something or the other.worst experience ever.plz dnt buy medicines from this company if you r well wishers of your family members.now they r saying it will take some more days.
                  It's a mental n physical torture.they are playing with people's health which is so offensive.

                    This is one of the worst experience i have faced.
                    I have placed order last saturday and it's been 1 week they have not placed order by today will send tomorrow send. On top of it they have not informed me about the medicine they don't have, my mother is a kidney transplant patient and specify them that these 2 med tacrolimus and immunitil is most important and send me them asap. But i have never seen so irresponsible behaviour of such company.

                    It any thing happen who will be the responsible person.

                      I placed order no. Or1014uf-011a for purchasing medicine. I paid twice first by netbanking red no. E-com.494435paytm. Medlifeintlpvt which declined as per msg received but debited from my pnb account and it was confirmed my bank also. Then i paid to the medicine delivery boy by my sbi debit card transaction red no. Othpos[protected]medlife for an amount 7915.53/-. As he said payment not received by medlife. I called your call cetre. Representative who said it will refunded in a week. I have not yet received my refund for the double payment. Request you to do the needful.

                          The company has lost the prescription and has been lying about the delivery of the medicines since the order has been placed. The patient has suffered a cardiac arrest but they don't understand the gravity and only bluffing about the delivery and states that the prescription has not been collected where as it was given to them. Should be compensated for the the loss of time energy in coordinating 100 times in such a situation. I have all the records and proofs to be submitted. First they undercharged the order, i in good faith without any misutilisation of their technical error of pricing informed them, they said they will rectify. I also informed that you are giving me 182 tablets at the cost of 1 tablet. They then cancelled n replaced the order. The order should have reached me by 22nd april but since then it is not reached me and everytime i only coordinate i get a new reason. I have been buying the medicines also offline as and when they are getting over and they have been draining my blood. Everyday i get msg's it's out for delivery and i get no calls and end of the day it never gets delivered to me

Attaching the messages that i keep getting everyday for the delivery but no delivery happens neither i get any call from them for the delivery. the delivery agents have clearly specified that they have lost the prescription and hence delivery is on hold. very unprofessional behaviour especially for someone whose father has suffered a major heart attack but to save money in terms of discount has not only fallen prey to fraudulent business practice but is also grossly inconvenienced

                            Medlife order number OR8928AM-002A, after placing the order online I was forced to put through e-consultation although I had submitted valid prescription of my doctor. They put their own doctor name in the invoice copy although I had repeated few times that we need our doctor's name as per prescription as we would be reimbursing the amount of medicine from insurance company. They asked me to raise complaint through customer care within 24hrs of medicine delivery to correct the doctor name in the invoice. I have called on 20th April same day and today is 30th April, they have not sent me the invoice copy yet. Everyday I am calling them and they are saying "it would be delivered by today or tomorrow. The invoice copy has been generated and handed over to delivery team in Kolkata who are yet to assign delivery guy yet." What I can't understand is while the invoice copy has been handed over to delivery team on 26th April why can't it be delivered till 30th April?

                              Hi all,
                              I ordered diabetasafe 3 bottles combo pack now what happened is one of my aunt got kidney problem when she took herbal product so my aunt told to stop eating as it may damage my organs as she was hospitalized these medlife people are smarter they told they will refund me back but now they willing to pay only 169 for one bottle where i have all the 3 bottles with me. They are not refunding fraud people and even the customer care please avoid buying medicines from medlife. The medicines cost 1000₹ i lost my money worst people and support.

                                I am a regular customer of medlife. While placing quarterly order, i placed order for 2 injections, pneumovax 23 and vaxigrip adult. These were delivered in a simple pouch kept with other regular medicines in a bigger box. These were neither delivered with ice box/pouch nor any instructions were given for keeping them under controlled temperature in a fridge. Doctor refused to inject these medicines as these were not usable. This is total negligence on the part of medlife. I had to buy new injections from market. I even sent photo of the packing. Full refund must be given back to me.

                                This is wrt delivery of 3 months medicines against order bo. OR8088HE-004A invoiced on 1st Jan 2018. Two injections PNEUMOVAX 23 and VAXIGRIP ADULT were delivered in a simple pouch (not given in an ice pouch). There had been no instructions given by Medlife for keeping them under controlled temperature in a refrigerator.

                                This is extremely sad on the part of Medlife for this ignorance and negligence, which may spoil image of Medlife on social network.

                                Doctor refused to inject these injections and I had to buy them afresh from the market.

                                Under the circumstances, these injections be collected from my home and full refund made to me.

                                Injections as delivered by Medlife in a very simple Medlife pouch without any controlled temperature conditions. Also there had been no instructions by Medlife regarding keeping these injections in a fridge. Only after pouch was opened for the doctor to inject, these were rejected. Otherwise these were in sealed Medlife pouch as delivered by Medlife.

Was or3165nm-001a - yesterday i received the pack of medicines delivered by you and paid rs. 768.00 - but when i opened the pack, i found the medicine clopitab 75mg. (30 nos.) tablet was not there inside the pack, but the tax invoice shows that the price of these 30 tablets have been included in my payment - take necessary actions to deliver the said medicines to my address as soon as possible.

                                    I have ordered my medicine via order reference number-or8862ul-002a. The agent upsold me some supplementary medicine, which i was not sure, if were good or not. But he mentioned that they have refund policy and if i don't like the product, i can refund the same.

                                    Even after calling more than 30 times and numerous follow up, they didn't refund my money.

                                    They are the fraud company and even don't share any escalation matrix, if you ask them. They email id [protected]@medlife.com is also fraud, as they don't respond to you regarding refunds.

                                    Very pathetic and poor services. Totally fraud company.

                                      I had raised a request for my routine hormone injection. An order which i have been doing with medlife for about a year now.
                                      I made a similar order yesterday as well as usual. And i received a call from someone who called himself “a doctor”. The person had no issues until he got to know that i am a transgender and this injection is part of my hrt. He labelled me as someone who is not genuine and trying to place a fake order.
                                      To my horror, it seemed like it was okay if i was a body builder trying to take hormones illegally but not okay to be trans person who is taking the hormones because there is no other way.
                                      I tried explaining him about hrt and that i have been under hrt for about 2 years now but all in vain. And then i received an sms immediately saying he order has been cancelled as per my request! Really?
                                      Horrible experience ever!! And i just pray that no trans person has to end up consulting him.

                                        The undersigned placed orders for medicines as per the enclosed prescription. When i asked the delivery man for return of the medicines, the delivery man has said that there are no instructions from the company for taking delivery of the same. I contacted the company for return of the medicines. The company officials have stated that the same will be taken delivery very shortly, but unable to provide the time or date of taking delivery of the unwanted medicines. Further they have informed that as per their policy it takes at least 5 days for refund of the money after taking delivery of the medicines. Though four days lapsed no body has come for taking delivery of the medicines. I do not know whether they come at all
