Hi medlife,

I have order 3 medicine 1 lacoset 100mg,
2 paracetamol 650, 3 trioptal 300mg for the date of 11.04.2018 but today 21.04.2018 4.21 pm recived but i have not receive lacoset 100mg its other tablet name islabetalol. 2nd one your cce told sir estimited delivery time 4 to 6 days. Look into this matter. Other wise i am going for consumer court.

I am order in 7 April 2018 but medlife company is wrong medicine delivered at my home. And this company not replace my order I am already complaint raised in customer care but not any revert me. Very stupidity I am frusted this matter.

    I ordered 20 sachets of zerostiff on 12 apr 2018 and they acknowledged to provide the same after a week on 19th april which is already late. On 19th april, i waited for their delivery to happen and they given a tracking link which i checked today morning saying they are going to deliver on 21apr which is not a working day and i have choose my working place as a delivery address.

    They are selling medicines and not a fashion item. They should deliver medicines on the mentioned time at any cost. Strictly disappointed and will take more actions for the same. I have trusted their delivery time and not able to consume medicine since last two days.

      I made an order medicines from medlife those are very crucial medicine. Medicines are for depression but app/online store doesn't understand because the are only service provider. I was waiting for my medicine but i got a message that "dear customer our agent was try to connect you unfortunately not able to reach plz contact to us on this link http://tinyurl.com/y959vzed". After few second i received another mesg that your order or6876cm-001a has been cancelled. I immediately contacted customer care as confirmed that order is cancelled because you are not ready to handover your prescription.

      My concern is medicine sales online should be stop because these service provider not understand patients cruciality/urgency or what happen if medicine not received or delay who will be responsible only customer.

      In absence of medicine depression patients can harm himself, can suicide or it can be anything. So i would like to request you plz take action against these online medicine store they should understand these are medicines not a mobile or tv.

      Ordered on 13th for medicines. 14th Doctor telephoned for confirmation.
      Not delivered so far. Still receiving SMS that doctor will contact you. If you have any doubt about the order please cancel.

        I had given order to medlife on 14/04/2018 vide order no -or9387dm-001a which was supposed to be delivered on 16/04/2018 since my wife was diabetic patient he need insulin dose daily repeated call to there representative goes to vain talk to mr nagarajan senior executive on 16/04/2018 and again call to miss madhu singh & mrs ashwini on 17th of april regarding my medicine and doing live chat with there people all gone to vain no body had helped me out such a shameless attitude and services is never excepted from there side

          Vide invoice 29.03.2018, 180 zita plus 20 mg tablets were supplied as against 45 tablet ordered. The extra quantity were returned to medlife through their delivery boy mr, vimal, as advised by medlife, when he came to deliver medicines supplied by medlife vide their invoice dated 30.03.2018. The refund towards the returned materials, has not been received.
          Please do the needful.

          Pharmacist will never attend the calls or not even call back also. Simply they will put the call on hold where its an waste of currency for the customer for being on hold for a long time.

            Very poor services. This is the second time in a row that I am facing this issue. I have ordered insulin cartridges(Order ID: OR2123IH-008A) for a Diabetic person on 13th April and the insulin was supposed to be delivered on 15th April. 15th April morning I received msg saying the medicine is out for delivery. When till 5:00 M in he evening I did not receive the medicines I called up the delivery guy (Rajesh) whose number is apparently mentioned in the app who is supposed to deliver. This gu tell me that he is not supposed to deliver the medicine and there is some other guy who is supposed to deliver it. Getting frustrated I called up customer care and the CC guy says that Rajesh would be delivering it on 04/15, while as mentioned above this guy had already denied to deliver in my area. At 7:00 pm I again called customer care and they promised me to have the insulin delivered by 11:00 Pm 04/15 or worst case by 12:00 PM 04/16. When I dint receive the insulin by 4/16 5:30 Pm, i again called up customer care and when I asked the CC lady to connect me to the escalation dept, she said they are busy and cannot attend me. Ans she said she will try to have the medicines delivered today else tomorrow. These guys reschedule the slots without even asking and mention the reson for reschedule that the customer was not reachable hence rescheduled. Not sure if the higher authorities of the company really know what's happening at the ground level and how poor service the company is providing. DO THEY REALLY UNDERSTAND THAT THE COMPANY IS DEALING WITH MEDICINE ON WHICH A PERSON WOULD BE SURVIVING. IT'S NOT ABOUT SOME GROCERY OR ANYTHNG ELSE FOR WHICH A PERSON CAN STILL WAIT FOR ADDITIONAL DAYS AND WOULD NOT HARM THE HEALTH OF A PERSON IF DELIVERED LATE.

            AM STILL AWAITING RESPONSE FROM THE CC WHO PROMISED ME FOR A CALL BACK IN 30 MINUTES.

              I have ordered some medicines on 1st april 2018 through uploading prescription their staff processed the request by inputing wrong medicine from prescription and i received them when i start to eat that medicine i realise i was not the same which i had earlier so i checked and it was found wrong medicine deliver which tab gabapin 100mg
              And in prescription it is cap gabapentin 100mg i order two strip of 15 each when i requested for return they only return one strip as other strip has only 14 because i peal one. There is no mistake of mine as their staff delivered wrong medicine still not returning those 14 tablets and the main ques is what if i consume that wrong medicine

                This refers to my order number or4789mj-002a dated 14/4/18, i regret that medicines ordered were supplied less in quantity. I had ordered 20 tabs of susten sr 300 mg but only 10 tabs were supplied. I request medlife to give me 10 more tabs and not to cheat customers. This is totally unacceptable on medlife and cheating customers supplying lesser quantity of tablets

                  A sum of rs. 200 was debited by citi bank against the credit card ending with xxxx3793 on 30.03.2018 for being paid to medlife through rozor pay. The rozorpay have confirmed the receipt of the same vide payment id: pay_9tcncokvtqlvay and a copy of the mail is attached herewith. It is learnt that, the same has not been received by medlife. When rozor pay was requested to refund the amount, it was informed to contact medlife international. Now that, the order is cancelled suomoto and the debited amount has not been reversed, it is requested to remit back rs. 200 to citi bank credit card account ending with xxxx3793.

                    Hi we have several times faced so much problems form medlife delivery boy and customer care executives they ignore our feedback and complain provide sometimes illegal medicines and automtic cncel our order as we were waiting for the medicines bt they everytime declined without informing us they dnt understnd the neccesity of medicine to patient its totally a crap and fraud portal it should be closed or blacklisited as my order id is or2599yl-001a in the name of nitika and i placed order on 6april 2018 bt they commited to deliver by 9th april but on 10th april they automatically cancelled my order its totally fraud portal

                    Sorry for the delayed response. Our delivery agent tried calling you several times, however, he could not reach. Hence the order was cancelled automatically by the system. Please let us know still if you have the requirement of the medicines. We can resend it to you on a priority basis.
                    I had made a double payment for the order delivered to me and still not got refund of my online payment of my recent OR3188DL-001A order I'd which was delivered by third party courier from Hyderabad so I was said to pay by cash because of technical issues by the customer care executive and for which I had already paid online

                      I ordered for Huminsulin 30/70 40 IU (12 pieces) on 27th March through Medlife app from my mobile.

                      The medicines were delivered on 5 April and collected by my apartment watchman as I was not at home. I paid this through mobile wallet.
                      When I checked the medicine 7 pieces were delivered with 40 IU and the other 5 with 100 IU.I placed the return request for the 5 pieces on the same day.

                      I am calling the medlife customer care daily to check the status and till now (9th April) no one came to pickup the medicines.

                        I am a regular purchaser of Medlife since Jan.18. My account with them is my mobile No.[protected].
                        Anticipating settling bill amount through their My Wallet, I deposited Rs.1000/- as advance on 19 Feb.2018. Since they have no facilities for settling bills through advance payment, they informed me to withdraw the amount. I have requested them on 09 march for refund and as per their reply request provided my bank details. They confirmed they have refunded money to my bank account with ref.No.UTR: N[protected]. I have not received the amount till to-date. My bankers confirmed that such transactions, as stated by Medlife, has not been done.

                        Requesting your action for a proper settlement.

                        If the amount refunded send me details of Melife bank statement with amount debited them to credit my bank account. My bank says that no transactions were carried out as per Medlife notification.

                          I have ordered Medicine through Medlife apps (Order ID OR4556BL-002A on 20-Mar-18) and paid via paytm on 21-Mar-18 (Paytm wallet Txn ID [protected]). Total Amount Rs791.70.
                          At the time of delivery on 28-Mar-18 the delivery man informed me that he came from courier company to delivery Medlife product and they will not deliver my medicine without cash Transaction.
                          After consulting with Medlife customer care I paid cash again INR Rs792.00 to get my medicine and Customer care informed me that amount will be refund in Paytm within next 3 days.
                          Today is 6-Apr-18 and since last 10days I am calling to Medlife customer care and still not got my money refund back even that not getting any proper response from customer care.
                          This is very very unprofessional approach from Medlife...more they are cheating customer like are continuing with me.

                            Very poor services. In case of purchasing the medicine medlife company is to much casual approach to delivery the medicine also the medicine stock is very uncertain.
                            Another think is very unfortunate that the company's employees or representitive don't contact the customers when there medicines are not in stock.
                            My age is near about 79yrs. I'm very much disappointed there services. Now I fill that I'm wrong because I trust the "MEDLIFE" company.

                              Hello, I m upset with medlife discounts I m talking about the OTC product as I order every month but since last month I mm facing discounts issues so now. While placing order it showed me 11% discount on MRP n after sometime I received msg that I can pay amount online also... So I checked that link to pay online while paying online I came to know that amount has changed so I rechecked my placed order... That I came to know how they r cheating... It's better to purchased medicine by medical store i[censored] ask them they also provide discount... This happened with me so many times n coz of that I has to cancel my orders. I will just suggest u all that before placing order reconfirm how much they r giving discount n take screen shorts also. To keep as proof.

                                  Its been more than a yr that same meds are ordered with uploading the valid prescription but still the procedure is so tedious every time prescriptions are collected n than nd to wait for the order confirmation, above all the meds delivered are also not as per the requirement in terms of the quantity.
                                  Its a harrasement when u take patients prescription as they cannot buy the meds from anyehere else also when we hv uploaded a valid prescription with the date prescribed.
                                  Here only the consumer(buyer)is punished from all propects.
                                  Medlife takes the prescrition so d patient cant buy the meds from anywhr else plus they are not sure till when the meds which reach home and in this cycle patient is pinalised as he/she is been told to start the meds from the same day of prescription.

                                  Its rediculous n worst to gothrough such unethical process, cos medlife does not think of the patient once also what he or she might have to gothrough.

                                  Worst experience happened ever.u guys nd to wrk on ur process or u might really loose out ur loyal customers thats all i can say...

                                    I have ordered medicines because i wanted to use my mobikwik balance and the credit / cash back facility by paying via mobikwik.

                                    But yesterday i had to pay cash amount rs. 416.

                                    Please give me my cash back. Its not my concern that whether it is delivered by third party or medlife itself.

                                    Please give me additional credit of rs. 111 which must have been there of i had pad via. Mobikwik, but they have not given me that option.

                                      Greetings for the day.
                                      I am writing to you with immense pain that I am completely fed up & pissed off with Medlife pathetic Medlife customer care executive/floor managers as I have been requesting them to pass my feedback/message to senior management in Medlife but looks like there is no feedback management process to improvisation at all.

                                      My mother is a diabetic person, suffering from high blood pressure and nerves problem and take insulin & medicine on a daily basis and orders it using Medlife from than an year i believe to order the medicine, every month I have to go through lot of pain of getting 10-20 calls for verifying my order and confirming medicine to doctor which is wasting lot of my time & energy and I believe it wasting valuable resource of Medlife company as well.

                                      If a person is taking same medicine on a daily basis and does a re-order every month to refill it why he/she has to go with all the pain o[censored]nwanted process of getting 10-20 calls day & night, I can understand if the confirmation/review by doctor is done once in 3 months or 6 months to fulfill the Government rules.

                                      Also, the app is not at all user friendly & customer has to make multiple orders as the app will not allow to order more than 1 quantity of insulin/medicine or executives will split the orders from different doctors like diabetologist, neurologist, etc. which results in 10-20 calls.

                                      This was my last attempt to give my candid feedback and bring this to your notice, if i don't see any improvement or resolution for the issue will stop using Medlife and look for other service provider.

                                      Hope you understand the pain. Thank you for the understanding.

                                        My order no or 9818uj-002a was cancelled stating multiply prescriptions were uploaded.

                                        Just wanted to check same why same medicines were delivered in past, this company wants to delay orders as after cancelling my order there representatives calls me next day and say we can now process the same order however instead of previous discount you will get the less discount, i denied taking any medicine from them as they just want to rob the customers
