First time order on medlife with the hope of getting the medicine on time but it was not happened. I ordered the medicine on 21st june and that time the delivery date was 23rd june i was ok with the date. Then without notifying me they changes the date to 24th june. I talked to customer care with this issue but they are really helpless guys sitting and not working. Then on 24th june the medicine still not delivered i asked then the reason for not delivering. They told me might be staff if not available (What a # reason). I was really frustrated and cancelled the order after so much delay as i have to start the medicine can't delay much because of these # people.

I would never recommend anyone to buy from medlife such a poor / worst customer experience.

    I had placed order 1 wk back... Customer service ppl (Rahul) called through phone for confirmation of tablets... I confirmed all the tablets name with spelling and they had taken... But again and again they keep on calling and taking same confirmation and also customer ppl where very rud.. It's very irritating... Finally i had cacanlled my order... Very bad service from medlife...
    Pls give proper training to your customer service care people instead of irritating us..

      My order number is OR4129ME-008A.
      I ordered 13 medicines and received one empty packet of brilinta 90 mg with broken seal inside a box. I immediately called to customer care and the number which i received with out for delivery message but they didn't ensured anything about this.
      Please check on this or either provide my refund or provide a proper medicine packet.

      The agent have taken back the returned product but still i have not received refund in my bank account. Its been 1 month. When contacted chat, call, whatsapp they give excuse. I am taking this matter to the court.

        No one is receiving call, i am waiting more them 30
        Min but the transfered call is not picked by any executive further the prescription os uploaded 2 days ago but the medlife team not resonding and taking action about this.

        Medlife is not care about their customer, medicine is neccasary product its not a luxury but they dont have resources to do this.
        Govt. Should cancel their license
        They dont have the potantial to do this
        So wrost services 😡

          Wrong info given by team-Pharmacist as Control D glucose strips are universal and can use on any glucometer. Another staff gave info as we can't use o another machine so requested to cancel entry but not cancelled by medlife. when I received msg as medicines r out 4 delivery, I cancelled order again but still it reached at home and delivery person force to accept that. after calling so many times it is taken back from Medlife but didnt got refund whr payment was done in cash. Provided bank details as/request. I am calling again and again but still no refund done by Medlife. Fraud done with Customers. Very bad service given.

            I had placed a vaccination order online to medlife.com (Online pharmacy store) for new born which they had delivered me expired/wrong packing. Later on i had complained to customer care they said they will collect it back and refund me the same. After 15-20 days no one came to collect. Again i tried to contact them but there senior neglect me n always busy whenever i called they replied they will call me back once they get free but never call me back. Later on i had complain on social platform they called me back n said it won't refund or replace this are very expensive vaccines. They are cheater and fraud i have recording proof of them. Even they don't have proper pharmacy knowledge team just for the sake of money they delivered me expired vaccinations. It’s my son good luck that we didn't give him this vaccination and we come to know it’s expired. They play with new born life and india's future. Always be careful before you place medicine on any website. They are not pharmacy store they are just doing business. They have role till they take money from us after that they don't have any responsibility. I would like to share my worst experience with medlife.com & i had lost money & received expired vaccinations. They don't have heart they are only money maker. Pls spread this msg to maximum people so no one will be fool like me by medlife.com

              Stupid customer care and delivery service with absolutely no sense of handling customer issues and moreover big liers and fake promises.
              Order gets delayed every day rescheduling by it self and a call comes up for confirming the same every day. Never ever delivers the product on promised date. Damaged packets were delivered and i've raised replacement for the same.

              Suprisingly the packets which i've returned came back to me.

              Worst and idiotic service is what i can say. Never purchase from medlife.

                Order placed for budamate 400mcg capsules and tiate -9 mcg capsules 1 unit each along with other medicines like urimax, lumia, fabutaz etc. But instead of budamate and tiate capsules, i received transhaler for both which i don't require as i possess lupihaler which is meant for inhalation from capsules. Pl arrange to return both inhalers and supply capsules of budamate and tiate. For adjustment of amount you pl send diator - 2 units and dimax - 2 units. As i don't have any capsule of budamate and tiate, an early action at your end is highly appreciated.

                As per order medicines should reach by 16 this not happened and above on this your customer care person is asking me to pay money for which I already paid online.
                You are playing with others health please remember it by not and asking to two times.

                  The worst app ever! Worst customer care and delivery service with absolutely no sense of handling customer issues and big liers!
                  Your system is faulty and shows different orders, price to be paid and quantity orders to customers and executives. Order gets delayed every day rescheduling by it self and a call comes up for confirming the same every evening. None of the delivery boy picks our calls and all customer executives are useless with no sense of providing proper solution while continously repeating their cassette of “sorry for the inconvinience caused to you!”
                  Keep your worthless “sorrys” to your self and stop this stupid, inconvenient app if you can’t fix your app and educate your executives.

                    I want to get contacted and an explanation for such negligence which can cost a person's life. I want my money back.

                      This is an online shop where we can buy medicines but this is the worst app and online services for buying medicines in my opinion.

                      I want to share my experience which is more than worst.
                      I've ordered medicines on 31/05/2018 (Order No. OR7084XM-003A) and then they supposed call me for the confirmation on 01/06/2018 but the haven't done that, so I called up on the customer care at[protected] and confirmed the order, also I've made the payment online.
                      Everything done and that ordered medicines should be delivered by 02/06/2018. I was waiting for the order to be delivered on the same day as Medlife supposed to do that but the didn't. They'd rescheduled my delivery without my concern for 03/06/2018. But I was still waiting for the delivery and they didn't bothered about it. Then I've called up again to check what happened and CC executive said that there is one medicine is not available as of now, can we send rest of the order to you? I said that's Okay!, send the rest but you should've inform me at least. He said, we called you but I had not received any calls from you.

                      Finally they've sent me the delivery on 05/06/2018 but they sent me wrong medicine. Then again I've to called up and told about the mistake. CC executive agreed for the mistake but he was unable to replace the medicine. He said, we can take the return request for the particulate medicine and give you the money refund to your payment mode. If you want the correct medicine then you've to place a new order for that and pay the price. This time also I've said Okay! and placed the order on the same call. He said your order (Order No. OR7084XM-004A) will be delivered within next 24hrs. to 48hrs. The same delivery agent will pick up the wrong product delivered to you.

                      On 07/06/2018 I received a message from Medlife that your order is out for delivery by Dinesh Bhagat ([protected]). I was waiting for the delivery but the delivery agent did not come for the delivery. I've called up on the number provided by Medlife to Dinesh Bhagat. He said I'll not deliver your order today, I'll do it tomorrow. After this I screamed at him and he disconnected the call. Then he did not picked up my call. Next day, again I've called up the same guy, this time he said I don't have any order to delivery for you and disconnected the call and did not picked up after that. I've raised a complaint about this incident immediately.

                      I've called up today (09/06/2018) as well and asked to transfer the call to senior person. I've explained everything and she said that she'll close this or update this before my shift but she did not reply yet. I've called up at 7pm to check for the update but there is no update and the whole thing I had explain again to the customer care executive. She was also said the same thing that I'll take a complaint and get back to you also make sure that your order will be deliver by tomorrow (10/06/2018).

                      Every time I've called up and explain everything from start to end and they're taking a complaint. After this no action till the next call. Same thing goes on and on...

                      Now, I'm still following up for the same since past 5 days but no conclusion yet and order is still undelivered. They're just wasting my time & energy to followup. They're just procrastination since 5 days and nothing happened yet. The people are working here are so illiterate that they doesn't understand the medicine name indeed.

                        I have given several complaints on the order or1413lk-002a, every time the agent is saying we will inform to third party to collect it, please wait for two days, almost one month is over and i have raised 6 times till now, every time same communication.No one has turned up to collect nor my money is returned back, The Customer service agents are fooling the customers by giving wrong info, if possible plz listen to my all conversation with your team, how many times they are giving wrong info, mainly with Mohini agent whom I remember.

                          In line with the subject undersign Chanda [protected] ordered medicine fm last 3day .and have been trying to get my medicine from last 4days but still not getting from your team. U can check how mANY TIMEs I have on 5th they had delivered wrong medicine and getting correct medicine they cancelled my order again I asked them to open on 6th and again paid the bill 2nd time I got a message they will deliver on 6th 7pm but they didn't. Continuesly I following with ur customer support and as usual they said it's on the way. but couldn't deliver . I have asked medicine for dibetic patient and from last 3days my patient is not getting injection which I have been ordered from from last 3days. Such a ### staff and execution from ur team after payment and everything patient is not getting medicine. If anything does wrong I will sue your company if the today we are getting the medicine.

                            I have placed one order bearing number or875ga-010a and the same is delivered in time. The payment of rs 2413.39 was made on line as well as by cash to the delivery boy, as i was not available at home and there was no intimation of online payment either at my home or to the delivery boy.
                            Thus double payment was made for the above order. I complained to the customer care and they confirmed that one payment will be returned within a weeks time in my account. Unfortunately the same is not credited till date in my account. Kindly confirm the refund.

                            I had a chat with Midlife staff and they confirmed that my case has been resolved and the payment will be sent to my credit card account within a weeks time. For this more than month a month has passed but through mail also their reply is same that they are working on this and soon my payment will be credited. The medicin was delivered on 8-5-18 and since then four month has passed and nothing is being done. I am old person of 69 yrs age and due to this I have gone into depression. I don't know whether these On line medicine company will refund my Rs 2413.39 or not.
                            I ordered medicines to my mother and made online payment. While it came for delivery. The courier guy was asking for payment again. Delivery courier Co and Medlife don't have proper communication among themselves. It is very humiliating one.

                              You have verified the order by calling two times one from your agent and other from your doctor very good
                              Then stock verified
                              Got payment link (Means i have to do payment)
                              Ok payment done from mobiwik got 250*2 times super cash
                              Now from 3 june it is saying out for delivery, courier boy came said you pay the amount i will give the parcel of the order

                              Called up customer care they said payment received but this courier boy will not deliver medlife care people said you pay cash and take medicine and said after paying cash they will refund the amount,
                              Now the problem is i have got 500 super cash from the orders are you going to bear the loss, is i said to send with this courier, you send with your registered people, is i have to choose the and waste my time on this, if you want to refund send me my loss of 500 + actual amount i paid i will pay u the cod

                              Or deliver the medicine and solve this

                              I Prepaid my order with mobikwik but at time of delivery delivery boy told me that your order is cod. Then i rejected my order.
                              I contact to mobikwik they said as per the conversation between you and them transaction is successful at your end. and they ask me to contact you.
                              so tell me where is my money????

                                As i have ordered few medicines but the medicine was of someones else in the name of anup kesh but i have complained many times for the medicines to pick it up and also given complaint in the medlife app with order id for the pick up of the medicine more than 4-5 times and mny times in the call also as i have not recieved my medicine as it is very important now but there is no response from the medlife care so pls see to it

                                  I have the following complaints against the company.

                                  1. Medlife over charged me for purchasing a medicine from them.
                                  2. I raised a complaint but no response from them.
                                  3. I stopped purchasing medicine from them and then they started to call me everday when i am going to make next purchase. As of today they have called me more than 15 times and torturing me with the same question.

A lot of verbal requests have been made on customer care in last 20 days but nothing has been done so far. This leading harassment to me from your side. Kindly arrange to refund me against excess charged at the earliest.

                                      I ordered emergency medicines on 29th april and without my information medlife changed the delivery date to 5th june instead of 31st may.
                                      Who gave them the right to do that and upon talking to the supervisors are so rude and don't know how to talk to a customer from who's money they are taking the salary.

                                      Who gave them the permission to change the delivery date which their executives itself promised??

                                        As per attached copies of prescription and my order was confirmed by one of your executive on phone giving me id noOR6879BI-001A, .
                                        Next day it was modified saying insufficient stock of item no.6-Covance D . Still I OKeyed it then again on 19th it was again remodified it for shortage of item no. 7- Unister
                                        When I confirmed it due to urgency, the order was delivered to me on 23rd May on cash payment of Rs.2260.90.
                                        However when I opened it on 25th due to my illness on 23rd & 24th I was surprised that some skin care products were delivered to me.
                                        Please look into the matter and return my money by taking back the wrong parcel. Or deliver my medicines urgently.
