This is an online shop where we can buy medicines but this is the worst app and online services for buying medicines in my opinion.
I want to share my experience which is more than worst.
I've ordered medicines on 31/05/2018 (Order No. OR7084XM-003A) and then they supposed call me for the confirmation on 01/06/2018 but the haven't done that, so I called up on the customer care at[protected] and confirmed the order, also I've made the payment online.
Everything done and that ordered medicines should be delivered by 02/06/2018. I was waiting for the order to be delivered on the same day as Medlife supposed to do that but the didn't. They'd rescheduled my delivery without my concern for 03/06/2018. But I was still waiting for the delivery and they didn't bothered about it. Then I've called up again to check what happened and CC executive said that there is one medicine is not available as of now, can we send rest of the order to you? I said that's Okay!, send the rest but you should've inform me at least. He said, we called you but I had not received any calls from you.
Finally they've sent me the delivery on 05/06/2018 but they sent me wrong medicine. Then again I've to called up and told about the mistake. CC executive agreed for the mistake but he was unable to replace the medicine. He said, we can take the return request for the particulate medicine and give you the money refund to your payment mode. If you want the correct medicine then you've to place a new order for that and pay the price. This time also I've said Okay! and placed the order on the same call. He said your order (Order No. OR7084XM-004A) will be delivered within next 24hrs. to 48hrs. The same delivery agent will pick up the wrong product delivered to you.
On 07/06/2018 I received a message from Medlife that your order is out for delivery by Dinesh Bhagat ([protected]). I was waiting for the delivery but the delivery agent did not come for the delivery. I've called up on the number provided by Medlife to Dinesh Bhagat. He said I'll not deliver your order today, I'll do it tomorrow. After this I screamed at him and he disconnected the call. Then he did not picked up my call. Next day, again I've called up the same guy, this time he said I don't have any order to delivery for you and disconnected the call and did not picked up after that. I've raised a complaint about this incident immediately.
I've called up today (09/06/2018) as well and asked to transfer the call to senior person. I've explained everything and she said that she'll close this or update this before my shift but she did not reply yet. I've called up at 7pm to check for the update but there is no update and the whole thing I had explain again to the customer care executive. She was also said the same thing that I'll take a complaint and get back to you also make sure that your order will be deliver by tomorrow (10/06/2018).
Every time I've called up and explain everything from start to end and they're taking a complaint. After this no action till the next call. Same thing goes on and on...
Now, I'm still following up for the same since past 5 days but no conclusion yet and order is still undelivered. They're just wasting my time & energy to followup. They're just procrastination since 5 days and nothing happened yet. The people are working here are so illiterate that they doesn't understand the medicine name indeed.
Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
