I booked medicine Novastat 10=30nos. On 8th Dec. I registered complain to return the medicine. But sales ex. Come an collected on 18th Dec. Still now I'm not received my amount.
I called customer care nearly 20times. No one give response so I stopped to book new orders.
Please reply and refund the money to me.

    An order was placed on 25th january, 2018 vide prescriptions attached bellow and was confirmed vide order id or0250si-003a. However i received a sms thru vk medlif that order has been dispatched and a link was given if i want to make online payment. When i repeatedly tried on that link some error started comming and transaction could not completed. On omline chat a different order id was given to me ie or0250si-002a and i was told to try on this link. That also did not worked. Then finally a different order or6645tc-008a was given to me and i paid an amount rs.1008.00 thru my mobikwik wallet. Today 2 orders came togather and i was asked to pay 1137.88 & 989.08 for 0250si-003a and 0250si-002a. I have sent an e-mail to there customer care but no reply has been given. I have been given a complaint no. Care #108101 & care #108136. I am worried of my money.

      Have ordered one medicine through order id: or5280ui-00a on 16jan 2018. The delivery date was keep changing from 16th 17th, 18th jan, the delivery dates are keep changing everyday.

      Even after 2-3 complaints the delivery was not done. The delivery boy updated false status on 16jan saying customer unavailable, which is not true and he even didn't call me once.

      Funniest part is medlife don't have delivery boys contact no in there database, the name is updated with false contact no.
      customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Medlife fool the customer and not providing the service when i call on customer care the agent says medicine is not available get it for outside agent name (Rajni) please do take some action
        Because of medlife i going delay of medicine ther is no response from the company no reply from mr tushar kumar ceo of the farm and also sandip singh careless about company couse
        After getting order time was given till 10th January but still no schedule it seems no customer care response

          Dear sir/ madam,
          I have ordered medicine from medlife customer care on november 22, 2017 for tuboclosis n some after a month doctor realised that the medicines are not suiting to me. As per medlife they have return of medicine policy provided it is given in 30 days. I have not been informed about the same while taking the order. Now i have medicines almost for a month wort r. S. 500 odd as is in medlife box but they are not ready to take it stating it can be returned in 30 days. I tried asking for supervisor on call but he was busy. Kindly assist. The order was given on nov 22 from [protected] number.

          I wish to need cancel my order.I need ur help in this.I came to know about medlyf through Loyalty Facebook Program.Hence i ordered medicines by believing that.But, then i came to know that they are actually making us fool just because for making us to order something in theirs.Making someone fool inorder to sell their product was really a fraudulent one.I'm really unsatisfied with their act and blackmark abt medlyf in my mind.So, please cancel my order and ask them not to cheat anyone again lyk tis.

            I ordered myson tabelet which is used for pcod and was delivered myosone tabelet which is used for nerve fluctuation even though when i uploaded my prescription. I trusted medlife thinking that they have highly qualified pharmacist with them and took 2 dosage of that but later just surfing net i came to know that both tablet are entirely different. I called up medlife customer service numerous time to but no action was taken neither they were ready to take used strips. Here the matter is all about my health as wrong medicine was taken and they people should know that what can be the impact of wrong medications. I am trying my level best to log a consumer complaint against medlife and aim h ere to write is to make people aware that always use google to know best about medication which you are taking and why are you taking. People do say that dont be a doctor on your own but little awareness can save you.

              All person to whom i spoke they are not up to the mark. They are not understanding what customer speaks or want to convey. I found mr. Rohit who takes the order, miss aishary to whom i complain and complain senior miss sheetal to whom i have spoken. The pharmacy people who deliver wrong product. The delivery boy who deliver the medicine without ice pack. I have come across with the people all are not upto mark at all.

              My concern is that how such type of company survive for long???

                Dear team,

                I have ordered one medicine through order id: or5907ci-001a on 30th dec 2017. The delivery date was keep changing from 1st jan, 2nd jan, 3rd jan, 4th jan and now 5th jan the delivery dates are keep changing everyday. They said that some medicines don't have so i told them to delivery remaining medicines..

                Even after 2-3 complaints the delivery was not done. The delivery boy number which is given in the app i tried to call him from morning to till now but number is not reachable..
                I made payment also through mobikwik.. Please take strict action on them and remove permanently this medlife service.

                  I placed an online order for 5 packets of flaxseeds on medlife.com on 15.12.2017. There was a payment option for the order and i made the payment online for rs.270/- through the agency, razorpay. There was no acknowledgement of the order or the payment made by medlife.com. But, the order was shown at medlife.com website after i logged in (Then, not now). The order no. Was or4386pe-001a. However, the payment agency (Razorpay) emailed an acknowledgement to me.

                  On 18.12.2017, i received an sms which prompted me to pay for the ordered item again.

                  Frustrated, i called their customer care on 19.12.2017 and their representative virtually admonished me for having made the payment online and told me that i would have to make cash payment at the time of delivery and the payment made online would be refunded within 7 days. Then, i realised that the company would be either a fraud company or a highly amateurish one. I angrily told the customer care representative to cancel the order and refund the amount immediately.

                  I emailed a complaint to medlife on 19.12.2017 and the complaint was also forwarded to the payment agency (Razorpay).

                  Razorpay again confirmed the payment but said that they cannot refund the amount as they are only an agency.

                  Medlife said in reply that the email id to which i sent the complaint was no longer valid and i would have to log in to their website and then register the feedback. I logged in to their website and did what they told me to, but again there was no acknowledgement. I repeated the procedure and this time captured a screenshot before submitting the feedback.

                  Now, it has been more than two weeks since i cancelled the order but they have not refunded the amount yet. Neither have they made any acknowledgement whatsoever of the complaints. What is more glaring is that they have deleted any reference to the order in their website. However, the sms received from them on 18.12.2017 clearly shows that the order was there in the first place.

                    I have ordered one medicine through order id: or1212yh-0001a on 26th dec 2017. The delivery date was keep changing from 28th dec, 29th dec, 30th dec, 1 jan, 2nd jan, 3rd jan, the delivery dates are keep changing everyday.

                    Even after 2-3 complaints the delivery was not done. The delivery boy updated false status on 1jan saying customer unavailable, which is not true and he even didn't call me once.

                    Funniest part is medlife don't have delivery boys contact no in there database, the name is updated with false contact no.

                    I had requested them to arrange a call back from the senior, which never happen and i had to call back them twice to had talk with the senior of customer care team.

                    I had a very bad experience with my previous order too where i had ordered two medicine and they send only one and didn't even inform me that they don't have medicine in stack.

                    I have decided to never ever purchase any thing from medlife and i will also recommend others to not purchase anything.

                      I ordered medicines in medlife on29th. They gave sms that they would be delivered on 30th. But till this minute nothing has come to my door. The delivery agent by name jjayaraj ([protected]) doesnot respond to my calls. Playing with medicines is playing eith lives of customer.. The officers eho attend my phones also acceptthat i am continuously complaining that medicines hhave not reachef me. That doesnot solve the problem. We poor patients plan things as per the words ecpressed in their sms. Further delivery agent report that we were not there when he cntacted us. This is an utter lie to conceal his sluggishness. Because of the foul play by medlife and its delivery agent, my daughter and i had tough time without medicine. Medlife should compensate for the mental torture and the physical pain we suffered for the past three days. We are attracted by20% discount. But that doesnot mean we can be put to hardships like ths.in a way, it is midleading and cheating by giving false promises

                      They have delayed the delivery of medicines They have to take action on delivery agent.we suffer.for believing their sms.no rexponse ftom the agent. Carelesness by medlife. High pressure medicines and psychiatric medicines should be given proper and prompt attention for lapseofwhich Medlife should be warnned and treated.

                        My complained number is or5908wc-007a - delivery person name rajesh mushtaque vide ccontract number [protected]. The said person has contact us 4 times and said earlier that i will delivered till 5.00 pm. He has not visited till 20.11, after that i have call him, then he said i am not coming now as my wish and going to ghatkopar.

                        Initially the medicine has to delivered to me on 30/12/2017 which had already reschedule by medlife on 31/12/2017. The order was placed on thursday i. E.28/12/2017. I am your privileged customer, you can check from my previous record, but this is first time i have got bad impression about med-life, due to mischief of your delivery person. This is the harassment and for which med-life has to compensate 5% additional discount and to be recovered from the delivery guy.

                        Another request don't send this guy again for delivery, if you want to maintain the relation for your privileged customer like me.

                        Appreciate to look forward for your prompt action and feedback with the delivery of medicine at revised priced.

                          I have never come across such a horrible service of any online med app.My order ID OR6305JF-002A I had ordered 4 quantity out of which I had returned 1.The delivery boy had collected the same from my place.I had confirmed the same from the customer care team if they have received the returned product.I had made the payment through my paytm wallet and I am yet to receive any refund for the same.Its been almost 45 days and still counting. Everytime I call up the customer care team they ensure me it would be refunded within 3 working days and again after waiting for 3 working days when I ask for the same they say they lost purchase receipts and lack of communication between procurement dept and sales dept and actually they are clueless about the entire thing and say they have raised a complaint.Whenever I ask for my complaint request number they fail to provide me any.I feel they only try to pacify and exactly do nothing to resolve the issue.Really pathetic service of medlife app.
                          I had placed an order of 660 rupees but got medicines of RS 115 only order number OR1687JIB-001A it was informed that my balance amount will be credited in my bank account.. but after delivery on 2 April 2020..yet I have not received my balance amount in my bank.. please refund it immediately so as to rely on medlife next time as it was my first order.

                            I purchased medicines via medlife and made the payment online, however the product was delivered as cod (Cash on delivery). Hence cancelled the order and requested for a refund, the refund is now pending for over 1 month and i called the customer care to get false promises and was always asked to wait for 7 working days to get the refund. Not getting any support and no hope of getting the money back. Worst service by medlife, dear consumers please be cautious as to who you are dealing with.

                              Medlife customer care called me and asked if i need repeat order of medicines. and then i needed some medicines urgently and thought i will order with them . I was promised the medicine in 24 hours but that did not happen. today 21st dec i got a message saying i will get the medicine by 9 pm. The agent called me and said he cant deliver the medicine to my home as it is not in coverage area. how can this be for a repeat order which was delivered earlier to the same address. these guys are very rude and act busy always. You have to call multiple times to reach the supervisor and they avoid picking up calls. finally when i got the supervisor aved he says i have to go and pick up medicine at their convenient location. are they delivering medicines to patient or are they delivering food stuff. they just dont understand the seriousness.. Beware of these guys they dont keep up time and commitment.

                                I received a message of discount (30% for first order and extra 15% using mobikwik) so we ordered our medicine. But order is delayed by 3 days and also we have not received more than half what we ordered. Kindly let me know whether this half order is due to discount provided for the 1st customer...???.
                                Another issue is mobikwik was unable to generate otp number. So i suggest kindly not to provide offer using all this nonsense application.

                                  I had order vaccine's on 06-11-17 for my 3 months old son which is delivered to me without cold storage. (Without cold storage its means vaccines end no use).
                                  I had confirmed from outside medical store n dr that i had received this with out storage dr advise me to do not use n destroyed it. Then called to customer care on 13-11-17 talked with there medical team n pharmacy in which even they are not sure and don't have knowledge about this. After they had confirmed with some one finally accepted there mistake. They said they will give my money back to me n collect it back. I don't want this because they will collect it from me and same will deliver to others. It's fraud and cheating with us. If you don't get my point then in clear words they are directly making dangerous life of our children's. Bcz vaccine's will not affect on body then in future children's can suffered from any desies.
                                  Cost of vaccine's in thousands (1000-10'000 each). Again i called them on 21-11-17 to talk with there seniors regarding this serious issue but all was busy i was on hold after 5 min they said they arrange a call back of there seniors. Which is not yet i had received after 20 days. Too much careless service's. I request every one pls never order vaccines online bcz we don't have knowledge about this n even there pharmacy people don't have knowledge about this. This is the best platform to share so i had shared here. I want my money back n your person have to distroy infront of me..

                                  Do you play with baby's life?? You had given me the medicine with out proper packaging. I had raised a complaint on 13-11-17 n again called customer care on 21-11-17 n tried to talk wid senior executive but they said they arranged a call back for me. Which i have not yet received till today after 22 days. Very much careless service. This irresponsible behaviour has lead to the deterioration of the quality and it's use. Who the responibale for this mistake??

Suddenly a message dropped from paytm into my mobile number showing that "paid rs 279.30 to medlife."after when i open the paytm app i found that i have deducted the said money. But i did't make that payment. After when i called paytm customer care, they said that u had registered medlife before so they deduct the money. Then i called medlife but they did't answered. How can they withdraw money without my permission? I did't need the medlife now. I want my money back.

                                      So, this is their motto to harassing customers like me. Thank god my medicines were ordered cod. I don't think i should write here i am stunned to notice that so many customers suffered the same way i am now i too ordered some vital medicines for me a senior citizen suffering from cancer and my mother 86 yrs of age and awaiting since last 8/9 days for delivery assured by them from last 3 days.

                                        I'd placed an order for medicines on 16th nov '17 but still not yet got the delivery. I've been calling several times daily but of no avail. All i'm getting is just assurances that it would be delivered by end of the day. A week back i'd made the payment.

                                        I condemn this lethargic behaviour on the part of medlife in the stongest terms possible.

                                        I've been telling them its not pizza or kfc that is ordered. But whatever i'm telling them its like falling into deaf ears.

                                        They have the least regard for the customers or their distress. I advise all whom are ordereing medicines online never to go for medlife.com. Its a pathetic and a ridiculous organization.
