I have paid the delivery boy rs 1253/-via my hdfc credit card, but the bill provided by delivery boy does not have 1) name of the pharmacist.. 2) does not have any stamp.

The bill looks fake which puts a doubt that even medicines might be fake..
I do not want to escalate the frauds do e by medlife to customer across facebook, twitter and also to govt of india.

So i request medlife to send me stamped and signed bill with name of pharmacy.

Bill shud be authentic.

      Inspite of repeating that i want the 50 strips within a day and customer care agreeing to it. I had specifically told that i would not make the payment for 25 strips wrongly delivered to me. This is the case of harassing a pregnant lady having diabetes. This has increased my stress levels n inturn my sugar. I being on bed rest couldn't have reached a local pharmacy n so had warned for this earlier. If patient are harassed in such a way what's the use of online facilities.

        I orderered a medicine namly kerasol-f on 2nd september, 17 the medicine supposed to be deliver on 7th september17 from medilife.com but they r not delivering medicine and telling that the product is not with them. Every time they are harrasing me giving fake commitment. I want to take legal action against medilife.com and compensate the losses as i get from them. Order id: or3440ge-001a

          This company is cheating customers by false advertisements and worst commitments. They change their prices after every couples of hours even after placing the order.

          The committed discount is also changed in final net value of the order. Commit to deliver medicine with 24-48 hours but do not deliver on time.

          Competent authorities should look into this and take strict actions against them legally so that the fraud business is stopped.

            Medlife is the worst online app i have come across. They give a commitment of 20% discount and delivery within 48 hours max however it's been more than 3 days now and i have got no information about the delivery of medicines. Also we were given the phone number of the delivery agent which actually happens to be the number of construction worker in bellary. Also for no reason they have been cancelling our order and the message we get is that the order has been cancelled as per customer's instructions which is ridiculous.in spite of confirming the order to the pharmacist multiple times, we get numerous calls asking for prescriptions again and again. This is sheer harassment and am of the opinion that medlife app and company should be shutdown and their license to sell medicines should be cancelled.

              I placed an order for medicines from medlife on 30/08/2018. I received almost 4 calls for verification, price check, delivery and later simply saying out of stock after 1 day. Why are you maintqining the website without stock in hyderabad. These medicines will be available in any appollo pharmacy. Worst service from medlife. I will never order medicines from medlife again. My friends referred 1 mg app but i ordered medicines from you because of the trust i have on you and now you lost that trust. I am sure you guys cancelled it just because of the discount amount. If i order medicines from any other website again i will loose 1 more day. Worst service.

                I ordered my medicines (Name = ferrofit) first time on the month of july. I got a call from doctor, pharmacist, local vendor and so many calls
                For verification purpose. I was waiting for the medicines and then lastly got the message that medicine is out of stock.

                After few days, i again called to medlife and ask for the medicine. Customer care person replied me that you can get the
                "ferrofit" medicine now. It is available. I again ordered it. I again pass through multiple calls. Doctor, pharmacist. Passed
                Through messages and lastly same worst message "medicine is out of stock".

                So, i called to customer care and asked that he replied me that due to gst, we are facing this problem. You can get the
                Medicine after 24th july. So, again i ordered ferrofit medicine on 7th august. This time also i got so many calls. I answered
                All the calls and finally my order is cancelled due to out of stock

                I again called to customer care of medlife and they created my new order and i supposed to get my ferrofit medicine but
                They told that they don't have the stock.

                Hell... Hell hell...

                If you cannot able to arrange the stock within 45 days.. As i fist ordered on 3rd july and you cancelled my orders
                4 to 5 times... Then why are you running the company. Close and shut down your company immediately.

                What the hell.. Your stock is not available??? Hell. I must need my ferrofit medicine or shut down your company right now.

                HELL... hell hell...

                    I ordered for refresh liquigel and they supplied me refresh tears which i refused to accept from their rep. Who requested me to accept and call and give the complaint for wrong product supplied to replace the same. I was shocked they billed me new with the product what i wanted, but refused to take back the wrong product. They started telling their terms and conditions which no customer is aware before buying. This is easy making money free of cost for their use. I was told they will collect the product and make the refund after 10 days plus, how can we trust that they will return back. And it is unfair deal they should make new bill minus the product wrongly sent and balance to collect. They refused, and they are not scared when i told them i will be forced to complaint for wrong deal. Their web site is www.medlife.com / contact[protected],. The product received ordered no.                       I was involve in a car accident, the other party was at fault. They got a ticket and they were insure with metlife. It is now three weeks later they haven't given us an answer of what they will do with my car. I am left at home with no cars for three weeks, i have to ask friends and family to lend me a car and give me a ride. I don't know if they will treat us the same way if we were insure with them but it has been really inconvenience.

                        Medlife has not been delivering my medicines for the last 3 weeks now and despite calling them everyday they are also not giving back my prescription list due to which i am not able to buy medicines elsewhere. Spoke to numerous customer service agent and also with one supervisor nagaraj who only promised to help. Everytime i call them they keep using excuses such as your phone was switched off (Have supplied them with 2 mobile nos) and that u will definitely get it this evening.. Etc etc... Can some body please help me or give me an email to the government authority which regulates these kind of online pharmacy company.

                          M/s Med life approach with text message for supply of medicine on 40% in 2nd week of june 17 . I place the order for medicne worth rs 2500/-but after waiting two days i have enquired on whatsap but showing non coperative attitute. and finaly phone recd on 17.6.17 that order cancel
                          Again in July 17 firm approach and again try but result same after 3re days order cancel.

                          I could not understand medicine which is required immediately and the firm is making fool by showing attractive interest but unable to comply the order.Is firm feel patient will wait till their mercy to supply medicine. It s appaear thar firm is misguding patient on attractive interest but no result. I feel its better if some firm cant supply medicine intime in Delhi capital than its better to abandon.

                            I have placed an order on 24th June 2017 for three medicine ran cv 10 mg, astin cv 10 mg, numlo D, i got the confirmation call and massage on 26th june 2017 but medicine not delivered and i call to medlife customer care and i got confirmation of delivery by 27th june 2017 and finally i got the medicines but one medicine was near to expiry expiry date was august 2017 that medicine about to be use in august so i spoke to delivery boy's senior he said tomorrow we will deliver the right medicine but i have not received the medicine on 28th june also then i again call to customer care the speak to mr sandeep and he confirm me to deliver by 28th june evening 6 pm but i have not receive then i again call to customer care but after waiting of 6 days customer support executive said that medicine is not available( In between i receive sms for delivery confirmation on daily basis) now I do not have medicine from yesterday they cheated me.

                              That delivery boy did not get my original bills and said will submit me very next day.
                              What kind of service is this.
                              I called customer care also and requested that my original bills are very urgent.
                              If by tommorrow i dont receive my original bills i will complain to high levels.

                                I order some medicines on 14th june but till on 19th june i didn't received my order, in between these days i called there customer care 100 times for my order. They even dont have courtesy to inform me that my order is delayed. There service is bad they dont even have all medicines which we get easily in local medical shop.

                                They should understand that these are medicines and should deliver on time.

                                  Sir this is against manikesh nath tiwary who has pharma company by the name of medlife genetics in delhi and he is from bagaha bihar.in bagaha he dont have any firm so he make all billing from medlife by the name of vaishno pharma bagaha and dispatch material through train. He never filed any return by the income from that firm and never even show this. He is not owner of vaishno pharma. He make maximum income from there only and that through tax free. He dint pay any vat from last 10 years on sale of vaishno pharma bagaha. Please look into the matter. Quality and storage is not appropriate.

                                    Hi - have purchased medicines for my dad in april however post 40 days doctor suggested to change the medicines so i called back customer care asking them for exchange. They said i can only return or exchange within 30 days however there was no disclose while you order this over phone, they have their 30 day policy itseems. I spoke to supervisor and asked a call back from a manager but they haven't called me. Today i spoke to a representative asking her to transfer to a manager or head there, she put me on hold for 20 mins and disconnected the call. Cost of medicines is about 900, no local medical shop is ready to take them back m don't want to throw them in dustbin
                                    I have placed an order on dated 01.06.2017 & today it is 05.06.2017.

                                    Still I have not received any medicine for the same
                                    While placing order Product Unit cost is showing 290 INR and with 25% discount, it is showing 217.50 INR. But while doing payment basic amount is showing 319 INR and 25% discount is applied but amount I not matching with the actual calculation

                                      I had placed a order of 5 products among which i didnt recieve 1 product that was Basalog 100IU of 5ml and it was said to me that it would be delievered next day as it is short of order but on next day when i called on call center regarding the missing item i had spoken to Ayesha she confirmed that the product will be delievered to you with same 25% and new order was placed and as today i recieved the product with a 20% discount when i called in call center i was talking to Raunak as he said, u return the order and place a new order to recieve 25% discount who will be responsible for the late intake of medicine as from yesterday my Insulin has been finshed i am waiting for u ppl to deliever it.I have accepted the order and want a refund of 5% as it was not given on tht bill or make ur senior call me personally and speak about the matter.

                                      1. Fools are working in your call center as they don’t even understand the simple English language as the start of my order is with a wrong address and I had made a complain to correct it but it’s the same till date.

                                      The person while collecting the prescription calls and correct the address for his convinence and says that the address is mentioned wrong by our site instead of the call center mistake.

                                      This states I am staying on wrong address from last 50yrs

                                      The complain regarding the address was done and conformation was asked by your execute but no action is taken till date and no feed back is received

                                      2. The prescription is collected but the name of the Doctor is also mentioned wrongly not as per prescription

                                      3. My first order was twice returned due to short supply of medicines and discount structure
                                      It took nearly 10days to complete my first order with lot of harassment and waste of time

                                      Also they doesn't fullfill their promises made in messages as 25% discount & 15% cash back if payment done by Freecharge, Mobikiwik, Ola Money but the cash back is never recieved from these sites.

                                      4. My last order was booked on 29th of may with 5products among which i didnt recieve 1 product that was Basalog 100IU of 5ml and it was said to me that it would be delievered next day as it is short of order but on next day I received a calling stating that repentative coming to collect the prescription so I made a call in ur center regarding short supply item so I was informed by Ayesha on 1st June 2017 @ 3:00pm tht provide the prescription u will receive the same 25% discount and new order was placed and as today i recieved the product with a 20% discount when i called in call center i was talking to Raunak as he said, u return the order and place a new order to recieve 25% discount who will be responsible for the late intake of medicine as from yesterday my Insulin has been finshed it mns again customer has to be suffered for the mediciens which is one of the important thing tht should be taken on time and the mistake done by the excuitve is free from any hassle with no inquiry done on tht person

                                      5. Abhishek is also one of the executive who has promised to arrange a call back with his senior team member but till now no call has been received.

                                        I placed order of medicin from medlife on 20th jan, 2017. At that time by mistake l pay online 2time for one order.
                                        Today its 5month still refund is pending, they say we refund you on 26 january. When i asked for refund related proff or document then they refused to give that.

                                        So now what i do please suggest
