Address: Opp.Aparna Sarovar, Nallagandla

Medplus located in Aparna Sarovar, Sister is waiting me ( patient) purposefully for 15mins to avail a injection service. For a injection service, no customer is thr; purposefully she kept us waiting and charging unreasonably. What I had a tiff is 80/- if she charges for injection services, why Medplus can't provide bill for this?

Earlier Nurse use to charge me 50/- (till last month), now she demanded 80/- for one injection service; if it's the mandatory charges I have asked for a bill for the same; Where am I wrong, without billing Medplus is doing this illegal services at Medplus diagnostics branch located opp.to Aparna Sarovar, nallagandla, Hyderabad, telangana? I want to know whether nurse is cheating us on charges?

    Address: MedPlus, Krishna chowk, New Sangvi, Pune.

    The pharmacist at the MedPlus named Mr. Arvind Pawar is very arrogant and rude to the customers. He mistreats and insults the customers a lot. He never speaks properly to any of the customers at all.

      I 73 yr old and order medicines for home delivery. Though ordered for home delivery may due to tech issue it is being shown as pickup. When contacted customer service of Medplus the person who received call was arrogant and instead of solving the problem advised me to cancel the order.

          Dear sir,

          I cancelled medicines on MedPlus on 21 March 2022. I contacted them and they initiated refund voucher on the same day. But still I didn't receive my refund. 6 days back I emailed them. Still now no response. The total amount is Rs.214. Please do needful.

            Dear Sir/ Madam,
            I am Mrs. Satabdwi Sarkar, a permanent customer of MedPlus, NewBarrackur went to the store tonight for purchasing medicines for my old father of age around 70. I waited in a queue for around 45 minutes, but the pharmacist named Mr. Swapan Kumar Kundu suddenly gave chance to his another well known customer, without following the queue. I complained to him but he missbehaved . I waited for my turn till 10 pm. After my turn arrived I ordered and paid for the medicines. After making the payment of Rs 4886/-. I waited for the process of the medicine handover. At that moment that same person again gave medicine to two consecutive people who have ordered after me. As those persons were known to Mr. Swapan Kundu. Other sale staffs kept on informing Mr. Kundu several times that we had came first and were waiting for more than half an hour. But the pharmacist Mr. Swapan Kumar Kundu keep us on hold, and behaved badly. We ultimately got my father's medicine at around 10:30 pm.
            I went there from another railway station beside New Barrackpur. I told them several times that I have two kids at my home. I went there from doctors chamber directly and I was getting very late. But Mr. Kundu didn't response to my request, he was providing services to his own-known customers.

            Now, I am requesting you to take necessary action against that sales person Mr. Swapan Kumar Kundu and transfer him to another place so, that he takes all his customers equally. He should know how to behave with old senior citizens and especially with women.

              I purchased Medicine today Morning from MED PLUS Pharmacy, BHARANIPUTHUR Branch, Chennai for Rs.254, and this amount is debited from my account, But the sales representative charged me again the same amount stating that due to network issue their card swiping machine is not working properly.

              Due to which i paid the amount again in Cash and also the first transaction which was done with my Debit card was also credited to Med Plus .
              How will a customer Pay twice the amount one by debit card and another time by cash. SO irresponsible Owner and sales person always complaining about the Network? Cant they verify their email and return back the amount to the loyal customers. i have all the proofs for this transaction. If this amount is not refunded i would definitely willing to launch a complaint against this pharmacy.

                Iam a regular customer of MedPlus.
                Rude Pharmacist behaviour in Madhavaram High road branch near Perambur Don Bosco school chennai.
                I went to purchase a pamper for a child I found the rat bite on it, while i questioned he started humalated and he answered irrelevantly stating I can't do anything for the rat u should talk to owner.
                The next day i went to purchase ors but he refused to give and treated irrespectively.kindly take immediate action on him. My contact [protected]

                  I bought cough syrup and it costed 88.65 and said no change. I asked him how to claim but he thrown 5 rupees on my fave while I asked for change. This going to be my last buy in medplus. When I asked him employee details, he gave in worse behavior as if medplus and Myself can't do anything. Is this how an organization have people behavior? I have so many place to buy and medplus alone is not place to buy on this chennai. Good buy.

                        Padur MedPlus located in OMR: His attitude towards customer is really worst.. Actually I asked a free syringe coming with basalog 5 mL.. First he said that syringe will not come.. it will come for 10 mL only.. then I showed a wordings regarding free syringe in that pack..then he was furious to search.. while searching I said y every medical shop forget to give this syringe.. then he came and shout that u r not patience.. like the mannerism he showed concluded me not to buy.. I just said him u wanna to buy or not.. he said u don't buy as if MedPlus is his own shop.. he is just a sales representative to give the medicine.. right he should have the patience attitude right.. if the shop is filled with customer means I can accept he is in stress so he shouted but the shop is empty.. no one is there.. was this is a right attitude to shout at customer.. I haven't said I won't wait and I haven't rushed him to give.. just said the word y every medical is forgetting the syringe.. I haven't said that MedPlus alone forgetting.. seriously the worst behaviour of him concluded not to buy any medicine from MedPlus.. .. seriously u should avoid those kind of sales representative.. then I buy those things from Apollo.. they also forgot the syringe but while asking they searched and gave.. the same question I asked them.. they replied in a good manner... The thing y asked the free syringe was since it's not available in loose packets in local area.. I should order and wait for that... Otherwise I will buy as a whole.. for an emergency.. MedPlus worst

                          I ordered Dapaone 10mg of 3 stripes had a price range of 150rs per each stripe from Medplus. But Medplus issued Dapavel 10 ( 119rs per each stripe) instead of Dapaone 10mg. The Medplus agent didn't inform to the buyer regarding the change of brand instead of mentioning in the marker. The same issue I communicated to the Medplus customer care but they didn't respond properly. Also they mentioned Dapaone batch number in the invoice and bill instead of Dapavel 10 batch number. Here I am attaching a detailed photos for your reference.

                            Few days before I bought medicine and swiped with first card, machine was time out and continously time out and then swiped with another card, bot the payment has debited, when i checked they said go to Bank who can only provide the resolution,

                            Next on today Have given the list to Mr. Bharath he has taken the order from the slip I gave, there were crowd people moving around here and there hence I cross checked if he has done for all the medicine which I wrote on the list, he too confirmed everything was as per the list, then the Glycomet GP 0.5 was missing on the bill, Bill No: [protected] Store ID:INTNMAS00233 when I called back the person called Syed, said it was not on the list and shouted at me come to the store in person, when I went to stores both Mr, Bharath & Mr, Syed were not even checked was mentioning medicine is not available.

                            Then I went to another 2 kms and bought the medicine Invoice no:[protected] with store ID: INTNMAS00265 got the medicine and checked if there is medicine which I requested is available in the previous store he mentioned there were 150tablets available, then while returning came to store ID: INTNMAS00233 and informed there were 150 tablets in the stock then both were looking each other and finding the tablet is in stock, when I said will make a complaint both were laughing and asking me to whatever I can do.

                            This is punishable offence, when there is medicine available and denning to the customer, next the rudeness while on calling on the customer Mr. Syed started shouting come in person to store. I was deeply saddened and got insulted infront of many customer I need the proper settlement on this

                              I purchased the above dry suspension syrup( augwyn dry syrup) on 06.03.2022 around 5:30 pm approx. After returning home I tried to make the suspension, but I dry powder not suspended instead some particles floated and some aggluted, I went and asked the same they replied how do we know instead of the bottle.
                              I replied why u buying such cheap products and selling in the branded stores??/
                              It gives much displeasure that med plus also doing the same business-like that other cheap stores do.

                                On 27/02/2022 i have purchased 4 tablets at Madurai K.pudur branch, Tamilnadu in that for two items the rate mentioned in the invoice is on the higher side ( Cardivas CR20 rate mentioned as Rs.151/- MRP but in the supplied tablet MRP is 142/- like wise for SERTA billed MRP is Rs.91/- but supplied tab MRP is 82.85) visited your branch in morning they accepted it is a mistake but there is no solution.

                                  MedPlus Ambedkar Nagar medical school always tend to denial of sale of medicine. I had virtual free consultation provided by Ministry of Health, govt of India and received tele-prescrption. But to my surprize the ladies available at MedPlus Ambedkar Nagar, Old Alwal, Secunderabad denied seling medicine based on the tele-prescrption received by from doctor for decentry problem whereas Appolo pharmacy available next to MedPlus had considered the same tele-prescrption and given the medicine. My point is s MedPlus is loosing business with such rude people made available( Ms. Aparna+1). Please alert.

                                    Hello, I had purchased medicines worth 1825/- Rs from Medplus Pune Dhankawadi Branch on 24th dec 21. On payment thru their innoviti system card reader using GPAY they told me that the payment is actually not in use and by mistake they used that. I showed proof that money was debited from my account for which they said it has not come to their account and will be refunded in 3 days. I was told to pay again and this time I paid to Mr Dipak of medplus via Gpay and he said he will put cash in the register. Till date no refund has come. I had register complaint online ref no 153807. I was sent a letter addressed to HDFC BAnk requesting them to do the refund dated 6th January 22. Till today 15th Feb 22 no refund recd. I got a call from customer care saying refund has been issued when I replied in negative they asked to me share my bank statement. Obviously they hinted i was lying. They should have shared details of refund instead . I shared bank statement with them from 24th dec onwards till date. no response now. This all tends to show there was a deliberate attempt to fool the consumer by sharing a letter addressed to HDFC Bank which must have not been given to HDFc per se, I was under very strong impression that Medplus was a class company but if they cant refund 1825 Rs even after agreeing shows absolute disregard for their consumer. HOw do I proceed with a case against them,

                                    Refund not received yet. Are you guys still checking with concerned department.

                                        I am one among the genuine customer of medplus and i used to purchase more than rs.3000 per month for the last 6 years.
                                        I used to get medicines by home delivery but last one year they dont deliver at home and never give remainder. This i feel discomfort.
                                        Another point is they put all the medicines in one cover which i found difficult to patiet
                                        I askednfor small covers but they say out of stock.
                                        Kindly resolve the problem to satisfy me and all the customers.
