The sales person in the mediplus I visited yestarday is billing as he likes...I asked him for 16 tablets but when he said he can arrange only 12 by today so I said to bill 12 tablets but he billed 16 tablets and now he is not ready to refund the amount and asking me to visit the shop again after 3 days to collect 4 tablets(16-12)...what do u guys think about us ??? Are we that free to visit every for every 2 to 3 days ...and what's wrong...

On 30/10/21, (morn 8:56 am) I went to the MedPlus (address mentioned), to buy stayfree extra large and the lady (store) showed me MRP Rs.36/-. I asked for 2 units and gave her Rs.100/-. Hi, me and my sis went to the medplus at Adambakkam today night to buy a whisper as our mom got periods. But when I open the door the staff over there turns off all the lights and said it's closed but he have customers inside if he can give them products why not us??? What kind of customer service is this .? If we had emergency what will he do then ...why we should prefer your medical then ..? Worst ever behaviour ..won't you teach your staffs...

Complaint - Does not have card payment or google pay. Only mode of online transaction is PhonePe. Not everyone has PhonePe.
Request - To add card payment and google pay/BHIM as payment options....

I have brought tablets on the 12th invoice #[protected] this month requested 6 tablets but was given 15. As per the communication, they will not able to give the required number for the tablet. Today I went and returned 9 tablets even though they told me not able to given replace another meditation. Hi - Purchased conchol C 10 mg tablets during September. We bought around 3 strips which we wanted to use during Sep/Oct as pr doctors dosage - 1 per day.
However when we opned one strip now after the 1st one was complete, we found the capsules are in terrible state. They are broken and all the pwder inside the capsules have spilled over and in a totally messed up state.
We are now unable to use it as it poses serious risk consuming...

I have taken sheet of 15 calcium tablets from medplus shimoga, for my grand mother but unfortunately that does makes allergy for her. While taking they said it comes in a pack of 15 but now they are not taking medicine back it is loss for me.So I have requested the medplus to take back 13 tablets. But they were saying they do not have option.

My balance got deducted twice. I have swiped my Axis bank debit card to make a payment of ₹2424. The employee said that you have given incorrect pin. Thereafter I have received a message and it is reflecting in my bank statement that the balance deducted twice for one time purchase.

Medplus Gorakshabasi road, Kolkata- 700028, displays leaflets and posters about home delivery of medicines frequently. But actually they don't. It's not the amount of ordered medicine less or more, they just don't provide such service and tell us to complain in head office. So I'm complaining about this. Sometimes persons named Ashis if present, try to arrage positively, but none of other stuff did ever. I'm last faced their denial with rude...

I have given prescription to med plus associate (Muthukumar) and asked them to give the medicine. But they have billed and given Alphadol. 25mg instead of giving. 5mg. I have noticed this only after I reached home. Since I checked and came to medical and changed. Buy many people they are trusting that med plus associates are giving proper medicines but it is not. Because this is not happening at first time for me it happened to many times....

I am regular customer. I have purchased medicine on 25/9/2021 from dighori medplus store and there was a lady working, She is very rude and everytime does mistake, this time also she has given me wrong power of the medicine and on bill she has mentioned proper name and power but given wrong medicine.

Hi I am Prithivi Raj, my father he is senior citizen went to shop today to buy medicine, they made mistake in bill made my father to pay 130Rs extra, this is second time it happened to us after he came home we noticed it and went and asked, they harassed my father in front of all and told not to go to shop again, everything happened without our mistake, it's not fare at all....

People working in the Med Plus are not responding..If we make a calls regarding the medicines which needs to be deliver on time because of emergency..They are telling out of stock and unable to deliver it to home..

Expectations:Please maintain stock and the availability of different companies of medicines which customer regularly uses...

When ever I purchase any medicine in your store your cashier gives choclate every time
Even for one rupee or three rupee
Every time it's embarrassing...

Medplus employees kamarajar salai branch is selling chocolate which are unfit for selling. When being asked about this the staff who refused to reveal his name replied in a rough manner to the customer. Is this the way medplus treat its customer.

In jp Nagar Miyapur your stores seller Mr Hanuma iterated me for not giving medicine which are available in stores and he can't manage a customer and his value. Please check my self and my wife number [protected] purchased in your store and take a decision whether we can't come if he is in the store...

From last six month i continuously purchasing medicine from medplus store . Which located at Nanded Malegaon Road.
Today i wait almost one and half hour in store but still i dont get medicine, they said wait sir you will get medicine withing 15 minutes . Today i get very bad response from medplus .
The guy who have to come with medicine from one store to another name is Mr. Naikwade. Kindly improve service....
