MedPlus Ambedkar Nagar medical school always tend to denial of sale of medicine. I had virtual free consultation provided by Ministry of Health, govt of India and received tele-prescrption. But to my surprize the ladies available at MedPlus Ambedkar Nagar, Old Alwal, Secunderabad denied seling medicine based on the tele-prescrption received by from doctor for decentry problem whereas Appolo pharmacy available next to MedPlus had considered the same tele-prescrption and given the medicine. My point is s MedPlus is loosing business with such rude people made available( Ms. Aparna+1). Please alert.

    Hello, I had purchased medicines worth 1825/- Rs from Medplus Pune Dhankawadi Branch on 24th dec 21. On payment thru their innoviti system card reader using GPAY they told me that the payment is actually not in use and by mistake they used that. I showed proof that money was debited from my account for which they said it has not come to their account and will be refunded in 3 days. I was told to pay again and this time I paid to Mr Dipak of medplus via Gpay and he said he will put cash in the register. Till date no refund has come. I had register complaint online ref no 153807. I was sent a letter addressed to HDFC BAnk requesting them to do the refund dated 6th January 22. Till today 15th Feb 22 no refund recd. I got a call from customer care saying refund has been issued when I replied in negative they asked to me share my bank statement. Obviously they hinted i was lying. They should have shared details of refund instead . I shared bank statement with them from 24th dec onwards till date. no response now. This all tends to show there was a deliberate attempt to fool the consumer by sharing a letter addressed to HDFC Bank which must have not been given to HDFc per se, I was under very strong impression that Medplus was a class company but if they cant refund 1825 Rs even after agreeing shows absolute disregard for their consumer. HOw do I proceed with a case against them,

        I am one among the genuine customer of medplus and i used to purchase more than rs.3000 per month for the last 6 years.
        I used to get medicines by home delivery but last one year they dont deliver at home and never give remainder. This i feel discomfort.
        Another point is they put all the medicines in one cover which i found difficult to patiet
        I askednfor small covers but they say out of stock.
        Kindly resolve the problem to satisfy me and all the customers.

          I want to raised a complaint in Boradiwadi, Pimpri Chanchwad med plus branch. The staff are very worst don’t know how to behave with customer. Yesterday on 5th Feb, 2022 I went their for bye medicines but fortunately I forgot to bring my bank Card with me, So I given them cash but they had change issue for Rs.3 only and they told me to go and bring the change and then take the medicine very bad service given by them. They have not giving the medicine, even I told them to keep my extra Rs.7 with you and give me medicines. But...then also he denied to give medicines to me.

                Sir, I ama hypertensive and diabetic .I buy monthly medicines worth around 5 thousand rupees from Medplus pharmacy Srinagar Colony Hyderabad.As I need insulin now I called Srinagar Colony phone number about details only to go unheeded despite calling on 10 occasions. I expected more responsible courtesy and service for a regular customer.

                  I have purchased Idrofos 150mg 3 tablets purchased medplus store, ramnagar Hyderabad on 27.11.2021. this prescription given by Kims hospital. This medicine purchased for my mother. After using 1 tablets there is a difficulty facing by my mother. Informed to kims doctors, they told please stop the medicine.I went to medplus store, Ramnagar for return the remaining 2 tablets. They didn't taken return.

                    My MedPlus Customer Id is 50212769. I have been a regular customer of Medplus for long and have been purchasing bulk medication for my parents. One such occasion was on 16-Oct-2021 for which I have the bill. However, due to a heart attack and other related complications, the previous medications were changed for my father.

                    When I went to return the medicines and get new ones, I was told that the period for exchange was over and I needed to contact customer care. With regards to the period of exchange, there is not a lot of clarity and I got all numbers from 14 days to 3 months. The customer care personnel informed me that the period now is 2 months for store purchase.

                    I have been to multiple MedPlus stores - there is no display anywhere on the period of exchange nor is the information readily available on the internet. A customer cannot be penalized on something which is not clearly stated anywhere. The medicines I need to exchange are well within the shelf life, so I do not see any reason for refusal.

                    Kindly look into my issue and provide a solution. I would also request you to display exchange period in all stores to avoid such miscommunication to customers.

                      I visited Mediplus store in srinagar colony hyderabad on 16th January 2022 around 12 30pm. I asked for 10 tablets as prescribed by the doctor in the prescription. However the person at the counter pushed me to take 15 tablet strip and refused to accept my request to follow the prescription of 10 tablets. I told her that I need only 10 and will pay for only 10. We had an argument and she started using unpleasant words. I asked her to put me across her supervisor whose phone she claimed to be switched off. On my persistence to talk to the supervisor miraculously got connected and spoke to him and the got the issue resolved. However, I suggest that the employees at the counter needs some good amount of softskill training when handling customers. Pls
                      as a service provider, you should cater to the requirements of the customer and not vice versa as we as customers are paying money to avail your services. I have been a long standing customer of mediplus and now, with this incident, I may have to consider alternatives. This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever come across.

                        Dear Sir,

                        Today night around 9 to 9:15 pm I went to Medavakkam Koot road Medplus to buy ORS for my son. There were around 5 customers in the queue but only one staff was present in the shop and he was taking 15 minutes to complete one customer.

                        I already spent 15 minutes so I asked him very politely that can you give 6 ORS immediately due to urgency. The person in the shop was very rude and replied like I cannot give and if you want come in queue else get out of the shop. Also he used some of bad words on me which was very hurting and painful.

                        The person in the shop was very bold enough and telling me to complain anywhere and no body can do anything on him. This is further worst on Medplus.

                        Please take appropriate action on this shop immediately because he is spoiling Medplus reputation.

                            I purchased Novopen 4 on 18th Dec 2021 from
                            Medplus pharmacy LB Road. But found it defective When it is set at 15ml upon injecting it gets stuck either at 8 or 10. Normally it should come to zero. When I took the defective device to the shop from where I purchased and explained to him the problem. He refused to accept my problem and repeatedly telling me he has been selling many pieces. How can such defect be there from the manufacturer.

                            Please look in to the complaint and arrange for replacement.

                                It is completely irresponsible of you to ask number from the customer to complete an order. I am not comfortable to give my number to 10 other guys standing in the queue at the store. I am definitely not buying anything here after at your store

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I have some questions regarding my visit to your store at Manish Nagar, Nagpur.

                                  Day before yesterday (12-Dec-2021) I went to your above medical store to purchase my daughter's medicine.

                                  Your store pharmacist refused to provide the medicine because I don't want to provide my mobile number, in spite of having a valid prescription.

                                  Then I called[protected] your customer care executive, and asked about the mobile number requirement. He surprisingly told me that a mobile number is compulsory and it's my choice whether I want from Medplus or not.

                                  Again my question is to you, it's my choice whether I should share my mobile number with you or not, and I'm having a valid prescription so I have my rights to purchase it from anywhere.

                                  I request you to intervene, because I need medicine without sharing my mobile number.

                                  Same thing has happened with me as well in two stores in Nagpur.

                                  Apparently I can’t avail for a discount, or pay via UPI etc without sharing my contact number.

                                  I tried reaching out to the customer service and they told me that’s it’s a “company policy”. Who raises a bigger question.

                                  This is a personal information and I need to have a choice to share it or not.

                                  How about you add a star on the board outside when you tell everyone about the discounts you give?

                                  So unethical. And employees have to face the heat from their customers.

                                  Really looking forward to see what happens when such conversations are raised. Or there will be a message writer asking for my contact information or asking to get in touch separately where this does not go anywhere.

                                    Hi sir I would like to raise a complaint against miss sweety with code 023248.
                                    Today mrmg that is 10 Dec at 12.45 pm I had visited the store to return a strip of gabapentine nt mrp was 245 fr that she mentioned 76 rs ll be minused from the discounted price of the strip I asked fr the clarification of y it is reduced. She was very reckless and rough tone she asked me to call customer care and know the rules. I felt very bad fr the tone and statement she gave and there were no other customers also to think she is full busy that she can't explain things, this is really a heart bursting behavior. For small explanations she need to give she created such a mess plz kindly take necessary action
                                    This is nt a good behavior to be dealt with customers.

                                      I bought a N95 mask for kid. At first they said it cost 15 Rs and asked for Phone number during billing but when i didn't give phone number they gave bill for mask as Rs 25. 1. They are forcing customer to give phone number 2. Even though mask rate changed when number not given, the TN government mandated maximum price of N95 mask is 22 Rs but they are selling for 25 Rs.

                                      CusId 5397488 is very clear in image. Violating TamilNadu government rules is a serious issue. Also every Medplus branch forcing customer to give contact number for any purchase is again violation of many laws.
