Non availability of Glinto floor cleaner

Address: No.303N, Innovative Natura Apartment Vinayakalayout Puttenahalli, Doddaballapur road, Ananthapura Gate, Yelahanka

I had consolidated 860 points by purchasing medicines. I wanted to get Glinto floor cleaner redeeming my points. Unfortunately, the Medplus outlet personnel forcing me to take a big BAG, wherein a bunch of products r inside. My requirement is only floor cleaner, other products r of no use. Earlier, when points were adding, supply of individual items of our choices were available. For information the item is not stopped manufacturing permanently....

Yours is a worst service. Even when I exchanged the spects for second time. It's the same problem. What ever goodwill I had on Medplus I totally lost it...I will definitely recommend my acquaintances not to visit your store and don't take your services...your services are worsted, lethargic and pathetic to the core...

    Medicine return

    Address: MedPlus Health Services Pvt. Ltd. GSR Estates, C Block, D.No. 11-6-56, Survey no. 257 & 258/1, Opp: IDPL Railway siding Road, Balanagar, Hyderabad,

    This is regarding medicine order OKAMM[protected] through website medplusmart.com. I placed the order on 30th Oct. 2021 and the invoice was prepared by MedplusMart on 31st Oct. 2021 as in the attached invoice.

    Today on 13th Nov., I called Medplusmart customer care and requested for the return of medicine Shelcal CT. for which I had placed order on 30th Oct. 2021 as per the attached invoice.

    Invoice ID:[protected] was delivered with Plavix instead of Clavix. Store has not rectified this even after 7 days. When we called the store today, representative was rude and asked my 73 year old father if he has car or bike? & why cant he come and pick up the medicine himself. When i called the store back and said i will raise a complaint with Medplus, he was rude again & refused to apologize for this behavior & hang up. He even refused give his name. Is this the service Medplus provides?

    If Medplus fails to take action on this representative, i will file a complaint for harassment of 73 year old heart patient & disrespecting a senior citizen.

      Am a regular customer with medplus oldwashermenpet... today I purchased medicines for Rs 1068 nd requested a carry bag nd the store man informed there is no carry bag nd furnished a paper cover but I informed can't carry this purchased item with the paper bag which u given nd suddenly the store man behaviour became rude nd told because of discount only u coming to medplus orelse u will go to some other medical shops in local so I requested a revised bill for my medicine without discount but he denied since I already paid nd told i[censored] want a carry bag need to pay Rs 8 nd get a carry bag...

      So I paid nd get the bag...the issue is if the store man informed prior when I requested a carry bag if need u have to pay nd get bag I will nd there will be no conversation since I got the medicine for my 4year nd 6months boy baby in urgency...

      I requested a mail id to complaint his behaviour with medplus nd he refused nd Informed he didn't know nd told he will complaint with police nd all my behavior recording in camera but I told there is no issue in that nd I will sue in court but he didn't listen to the meaning of sue nd told what ever u can do nd I will not take care...

      Worst experience with medplus nd I need a reasonable judgement from ur side since I suffered in front of others in public with ur store man rude words nd behaviour...

      I[censored]r side didn't take any action in this regard then I will raise the complaint to consumer court...

        The sales person in the mediplus I visited yestarday is billing as he likes...I asked him for 16 tablets but when he said he can arrange only 12 by today so I said to bill 12 tablets but he billed 16 tablets and now he is not ready to refund the amount and asking me to visit the shop again after 3 days to collect 4 tablets(16-12)...what do u guys think about us ??? Are we that free to visit every for every 2 to 3 days ...and what's wrong with refunding?I don't get it ...now he is blaming me that i asked him to bill 16 tablets... what the hell? This is how you treat customers?

          On 30/10/21, (morn 8:56 am) I went to the MedPlus (address mentioned), to buy stayfree extra large and the lady (store) showed me MRP Rs.36/-. I asked for 2 units and gave her Rs.100/-. To my utter surprise she returned me Rs.16/- and then handed over the bill for Rs.84/-. When i enquired why she told me it was because stayfree was tied up with whisper choice (and the invoice also mentioned Whisper Choice, although i asked for Stayfree large). She told me that the computer billing system will charge Rs.42/- instead of Rs.36/-.Being a male i felt shy to further discuss about this. Now if stayfree is tied up with whisper (or similar issue) why should the customer suffer/bear the inflated price. She gave me a very vague explanation which i found very unjustified and unethical.
          In total I was charged Rs.12/- more. Neither you wrap up the such sensitive products in newspaper nor give a polythene. SO u people should be ashamed of running such a chain of retail outlets. Even smaller companies have the etiquette to give it properly in a wrapped pacakge. On top of that once u prapare the bill then you disclose the inflated price which is as much as Rs 6/- on a Rs.36/- MRP item, and then you dont take it back.
          I find this very unethical, dishonest and unfair trading. I have the invoice with me. Kindly resolve this to the earliest or else i will go to the consumer forum. It is not about Rs.12/- but ethics, and the mental agony that you give to customers. Failure to resolve this complaint will incite me to share this thing on Social Media and recommend everyone not to buy from MedpLUS. And you need not waste paper on billing every small item we purchase, you better go paperless for such items unless customer asks for a bill and contribute towards environmental protection.

            Hi, me and my sis went to the medplus at Adambakkam today night to buy a whisper as our mom got periods. But when I open the door the staff over there turns off all the lights and said it's closed but he have customers inside if he can give them products why not us??? What kind of customer service is this .? If we had emergency what will he do then ...why we should prefer your medical then ..? Worst ever behaviour ..won't you teach your staffs how to treat customers ...? This is the way you behave at medicals ?? Everyone will have emergency purposes..we decided not to go medplus hereafter..

                I have brought tablets on the 12th invoice #[protected] this month requested 6 tablets but was given 15. As per the communication, they will not able to give the required number for the tablet. Today I went and returned 9 tablets even though they told me not able to given replace another meditation. For a regular customer, this kind of service is not excepted from Medplus and I am completely not satisfied. Thanks, Meghanathan

                  Bad quality of capsules purchased during Sep

                  Hi - Purchased conchol C 10 mg tablets during September. We bought around 3 strips which we wanted to use during Sep/Oct as pr doctors dosage - 1 per day.
                  However when we opned one strip now after the 1st one was complete, we found the capsules are in terrible state. They are broken and all the pwder inside the capsules have spilled over and in a totally messed up state.
                  We are now unable to use it as it poses serious risk consuming...

                  Yesterday I went to your outlet in Besant Nagar to buy medicines. Since some of the items were not readily available, the raised an order (OTNMM[protected]) and delivered the medicines by evening. When I checked the items, I found that against my order for UrimaxDx 30s, they have procured
                  UrimaxD 15s. Immediately I reported this. This morning when I went to the shop, they again ordered on line (OTNMM[protected]). 30s monthly pack is economical. For an error occurred at your end, I was forced to order for two packs to avail 20% discount. What was surprising, the store refused adjustment of value against the new order and said it will be done next month. This is ununderstandable. Please ensure that I get immediate credit.

                      I have taken sheet of 15 calcium tablets from medplus shimoga, for my grand mother but unfortunately that does makes allergy for her. While taking they said it comes in a pack of 15 but now they are not taking medicine back it is loss for me.So I have requested the medplus to take back 13 tablets. But they were saying they do not have option.
                      What we should do with that tablets it simply go wasted. Please look forward.

                          Medplus Gorakshabasi road, Kolkata- 700028, displays leaflets and posters about home delivery of medicines frequently. But actually they don't. It's not the amount of ordered medicine less or more, they just don't provide such service and tell us to complain in head office. So I'm complaining about this. Sometimes persons named Ashis if present, try to arrage positively, but none of other stuff did ever. I'm last faced their denial with rude behavior today (1.10.2021) at 8:15 p.m.

                            I have given prescription to med plus associate (Muthukumar) and asked them to give the medicine. But they have billed and given Alphadol. 25mg instead of giving. 5mg. I have noticed this only after I reached home. Since I checked and came to medical and changed. Buy many people they are trusting that med plus associates are giving proper medicines but it is not. Because this is not happening at first time for me it happened to many times. So please ask med plus associate todo quality check before giving to patients.

I have purchased medicine on 25/9/2021 from dighori medplus store and there was a lady working, She is very rude and everytime does mistake, this time also she has given me wrong power of the medicine and on bill she has mentioned proper name and power but given wrong medicine.
                              I am very disappointed because this kind of mistakes happened many times.

                                Hi I am Prithivi Raj, my father he is senior citizen went to shop today to buy medicine, they made mistake in bill made my father to pay 130Rs extra, this is second time it happened to us after he came home we noticed it and went and asked, they harassed my father in front of all and told not to go to shop again, everything happened without our mistake, it's not fare at all.
