Hi - Purchased conchol C 10 mg tablets during September. We bought around 3 strips which we wanted to use during Sep/Oct as pr doctors dosage - 1 per day.
However when we opned one strip now after the 1st one was complete, we found the capsules are in terrible state. They are broken and all the pwder inside the capsules have spilled over and in a totally messed up state.
We are now unable to use it as it poses serious risk consuming...

People working in the Med Plus are not responding..If we make a calls regarding the medicines which needs to be deliver on time because of emergency..They are telling out of stock and unable to deliver it to home..

Expectations:Please maintain stock and the availability of different companies of medicines which customer regularly uses...

After multiple unsuccessful attempts of card swiping, i had to pay cash for my purchase of Rs.891/- But amount already deducted from my Mother's bank account once and received SMS. When approached the store, staff and supervisor suggested to wait for 24 hours for the reversal. The next day staff returned the money through GPay, after verifying our bank statement. I have done test for tsh with these guys. Test results were inaccurate.

I asked to refund my money. Very reluctant support team. Appalling service. I'm gutted.

I m approaching Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as I dint hear back and all my effort went on vain.

I ordered N95 masks and muesli on 24/04/2021. After a couple of hours I got call from delivery executive and confirmed my address over phone. After some the same person called me and asked for the OTP and assured me for the delivery. As soon as I told him the OTP he disconnected the call. He didn't called me back. I got message as my order already got delivered...

This is the 3rd time we have been tricked.
My brother / cousin and my self went to purchase regular medicines for diabetics for mom. For each one o[censored]s they coerced to buy Gluci Pro Powder stating. 20 percent discount. We had to return the item as the doctor does not want the patient to take it.
