Exchange for small Qty medicines

Medicine delivery overdue by 4 days

Online request for home delivery of four medicines was placed on 30 Jan, 2023 Monday at 0:27 am.

Two customer order was generated :OTNMM[protected] & OTNMM[protected] for delivery of medicines on Jan. 30, 2023 and Jan. 31, 2023 by executive [protected] and [protected] respectively. The payment mode was cash on delivery.

To be honest we are not sure on from where we must start the complaint from :
1) Sample Collection was rude and NOT WEARING MASK ! Wasted out time waiting at the doorstep talking rudely

Medicine full/partial refund always a problem

I wanted to complaint about Nanded Pune med plus shop. I purchased near about 5000 rs medicines from the store. next day we came to know one of the medicine of rs 525 need to returned as it was already available at home.

Returned the damaged product but still not get the refund

After a long duration as the backend team can not arrange a new cooker I was instructed to return the product to the nearest medplus store and I will get the refund. Unlawful restraint and bad behaviour with me

Pharmacists in MedPlus don't accept big notes like 500rs, 2000rs saying they don't have change. When tried to transfer through gpay/phone pay/Paytm, even the QR machine doesn't work. Many times the billing machine (the printer) doesn't work. Their CRM doesn't work. Many times they note the customers contact details on note pad. Worst service. Why should the customer who visit your pharmacy return without taking any medicine?...

Unable to use Payback point via online

Hi I am great customer of medplus holding 6000+ payback point every time I visit shop they are adding the point but not opening the mouth for redeeming that point recently I noticed this, in online they don't have option to redeem these points.

Online and offline both the mode you can't provide redemption then wat is the use of saving this payback point. How to use that.

Received used & damaged product & not processing return

Hi Team, ON 9th September 2022 I received seal broken, used & damaged AccuSure Nebulizer-JL so the same day I raised complaint to process return but it is not addressed yet. No update on complaint raised and no proper answer from customer care as well. All they are saying is we are looking into it.
Your policy says within 24 hrs return will be processed but its not happening.

High waiting time for tests

I have taken membership of medplus membership 2days back and booked got an ultrasound I have selected the slot as well however though the slot was booked after arrival at the habsiguda centre they are asking to wait for 1:30hours because of more patients.
