Incorrect lab test report - tsh test

I have done test for tsh with these guys. Test results were inaccurate.

I asked to refund my money. Very reluctant support team. Appalling service. I'm gutted.

I m approaching Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as I dint hear back and all my effort went on vain.

Also, customer support team is so reckless that they ll connect ( cross connection) to another customer and make you have rift...

On 03/07/2021, Saturday, I had bought 15 Amclawyn 625mg from a Medplus store(Store ID: INWBHWH00005; Khaitan No 54038, Dag No 22572, Mouza Bally, J.L. No 14, West Bengal) which the store clerk informed me was a medicine of similar composition to Clavam 625, which was what I had actually demanded. But, when consulted with the doctor after the purchase, he said they were not equivalent and Amclawyn and Clavam could not be...

Staffs are too slow

Hi Team,

The guy staffs in Medplus pharmacy Chennai (Bajanai Koil street, Choolaimedu) are way too slow. It's very disappointing that I had to wait almost 30 mins to get my list of medicine eveb though there was no one in queue. This is very saddening. Please advise your staffs to be swift.

Customer Denied Emergency Medicine

This is the second time MedPlus Staff has done this to me. I had a valid prescription for the medicines I required and the staff ( Premchand and Store in-charge) first told me that the medicine is there, get an updated prescription of today's date and I will give it to you. When I get an updated prescription, they tell we don't have the medicine do whatever u want. We won't sell it to you. Who are they to deney me medicine when I'm showing...

Why do not accept DINERS CLUB CREDIT card?

I cannot understand why do not aIccept DINERS CLUB CREDIT card? I have no other credit card so this is very difficult to me to buy medicine from your co. I hope that you will solve my problem....

Sanitizer not received

In my Order no. OTNMM[protected] dt. 25.05.21 I have not received Sanitizer 50ml bottle. I told the delivery person that I will share the OTP after the item is delivered. But since rhe item value is only rs.25 he requested me to share the OTP and promised that he will bring it the next day. But i have not received till now. Now i have placed orders today. Please arrange to send the sanitizer along with the items ordered today.

Deny to payment bill on my Diners club credit card

Worst Sales desk Response and Wrongly assured statement

Recently i bought a protein powder from medplus store in villupuram on June 11th. Eventually i asked a normal ensure protein powder. while packaging and billed with ensure diabetic care Pack.

While asking for replacement, they said computer internet problem, we cant get replacement now. so come back after some time.so i place the product on store, i will pick up while on pass on some other time through this way.
