At 6.45 pm this evening(19-Jul-2021), I visited medplus Akkayyapalem branch in Visakhapatnam. There were two staff members at the counterpoint of which the lady staff did not wear a mask even after being pointed out of her not wearing a mask. She simply ignored my advise. Further, she has been allowing customers to enter the store without masks. In the prevailing covid situation, this behavior from the counter staff is not appreciated as it is fraught with risk to the concerned staff as well as to the customers visiting the medical store. We request you to kindly initiate disciplinary action against the erring staff member. You can also view from the cctv footage the above. May I look forward for a line in reply as well as the action taken against the staff.

      I have bought medicine in chennai ullagaram shop for Rs. 304/- as per my. HDFC Bank the translation was sucessful. But you person told that transaction is not reflected in their swiping machine and asked me make cash payment. Yhey also told me it will returnedfrom my bankers end with 3 working day. I enquired my bankers the told the payme t is sucessful. I now request you kindly verify and return back my amount Rs. 304 to my bank account. As a valued customer for more than 5 years dont make file legal consiquences.

          Dr has given me a medicine the funeral so I went to the shop medplus ask for that they gave me 1 separate and 2 in one strip.

          So at Night I took one medicine that was separate in morning when I open to take another medicine I was very shocked and surprised because this medicine was different in the shape and size.

          So one was tablet and another four is the capsule so Medplus Personal has given me the wrong medicine.

          Would be a very dangerous and anyone can lose their life.

          I have all evidences like medicines and bill given by them.

          Take some action against them.

            Dear Concerned,
            This is to intimate you Medplus-Raghunathpur from Bhubaneswar, Odisha has taken double payment from me through Card payments both times.
            The worst part is nobody taking responsibility & making any commitment of returning the money.
            On 17th June I went to pick-up my medicines from Medplus & citing invalid transaction they took payments twice on two different cards of (Rs6742) two times against one invoice of Rs6742. After two days when I showed them two statements of different banks, they didn't agreed & asked me to wait for 7 days. Again after 7 days when I followed up with great difficulty they agreed on receiving double payment.
            But the worst part being it's 3 weeks now & there is no-refund.
            If they don't act & return my money asap & apologies, I have no other option than to go with Twitter & Legal.

              Incorrect lab test report - tsh test

              I have done test for tsh with these guys. Test results were inaccurate.

              I asked to refund my money. Very reluctant support team. Appalling service. I'm gutted.

              I m approaching Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as I dint hear back and all my effort went on vain.

              Also, customer support team is so reckless that they ll connect ( cross connection) to another customer and make you have rift...

              Dear Sir,
              On 03/07/2021, Saturday, I had bought 15 Amclawyn 625mg from a Medplus store(Store ID: INWBHWH00005; Khaitan No 54038, Dag No 22572, Mouza Bally, J.L. No 14, West Bengal) which the store clerk informed me was a medicine of similar composition to Clavam 625, which was what I had actually demanded. But, when consulted with the doctor after the purchase, he said they were not equivalent and Amclawyn and Clavam could not be used interchangeably.

              But, when I asked to exchange it on 04/07/2021, Sunday, the salespersons refused, claiming that the machine would not accept its exchange or refund. But, this is not the fault of a customer such as I and I should not have to accept this.

              Please look into this urgently and hence oblige.

                The guy staffs in Medplus pharmacy Chennai (Bajanai Koil street, Choolaimedu) are way too slow. It's very disappointing that I had to wait almost 30 mins to get my list of medicine eveb though there was no one in queue. This is very saddening. Please advise your staffs to be swift.

                  This is the second time MedPlus Staff has done this to me. I had a valid prescription for the medicines I required and the staff ( Premchand and Store in-charge) first told me that the medicine is there, get an updated prescription of today's date and I will give it to you. When I get an updated prescription, they tell we don't have the medicine do whatever u want. We won't sell it to you. Who are they to deney me medicine when I'm showing valid prescription? When I ask him who r you to deny me the medicine- he says I own this store. They don't understand the importance of psychiatric drugs and should be fired.                               In my Order no. OTNMM[protected] dt. 25.05.21 I have not received Sanitizer 50ml bottle. I told the delivery person that I will share the OTP after the item is delivered. But since rhe item value is only rs.25 he requested me to share the OTP and promised that he will bring it the next day. But i have not received till now. Now i have placed orders today. Please arrange to send the sanitizer along with the items ordered today.
                              Also the rate of N95 mask in the product list is rs.22/unit but while proceding to payment the rate changes to rs.49/unit. Please confirm the rate.
