Totally Wrong product
I ordered from meesho app ane they deliver completely different product and now they are saying that they deliver right product..and not taking return or giving refund
I have processed a return request yesterday from the same address it has been delivered but the pick up is not being done indicating that it is a wrong address. i can not cancen the existing request as the valid date limit for return has been crossed. so what to do?
Meesho automatically increases the weight of RTO products. My product weight is grams, but when there is RTO meesho automatically changes it to 504 grams.
I also don't get a refund for the wrong RTO products. I always record videos before unpacking. When I raise a ticket for wrong RTO, they say, 'product has been altrered'...
Meesho automatically increases the price during RTO charges. My product weight is 150grms, when I raise a ticket about why I have been charged high RTO charge, in response they say 'Product weight is 504grms'.
Also when I get RTO products, I always record videos. So many times I get the wrong product in RTO, and when I raise a ticket for this, they say 'product has been altered'...
MEESHO FRAUD - I dont received the complete package and meesho is denying to refund my amount for not received products

Hi how did you get a refund they said they will refund via ipay app or sbi app in which u choose cashless transactions and then authorize transaction from your side. I donot understand why they can give refund via the same way u paid or give u a meesho voucher. It was very confusing. I dont want to risk my money for mere 500rs. Plz tell how was rest o[censored]r experience

Meesho delivered item without invoice. They marked in there online shoping site that item cancelled. As per Meesho customer item without invoice item cannot be returned and to support their story they marked it as cancel in their tool. They have found new way to cheat customer. I have returned 3 curtains as I have ordered 3 quantity .when I called the customer care they didn't give proper response saying that I have selected 1 as return. If they recieve the 3 quantity they should atleast give the amount later once they receive the products. What kind of solution is this by keeping the product and amount as well with them

I need to get a refund of 858 in total for the order of curtains that I have placed . Order was placed on 13th April and returned on 24th April. Refund was given only for 1 quantity

I have ordered a product from meesho but the refund was given for only 1 product though I have returned them 3 products in quantity. When I have called instead of giving me a solution about refund they were saying that I have selected only 1 quantity while returning. They should atleast let me know that they will refund the amount once the recieve the complete quantity. But their customer service was worst. I need my refund amount from them. I have ordered my product on 21st jan 2023 on meesho and on 3rd February night in the app its showing the product was delivered but I didn't got the product. I called the delivery boy and he told me that the product will be delivered tomorrow but it never happened.
I called the meesho helpline number and they told me it was a technical glitch and couldn't resolved my problem and the delivery boys's phone number is currently switched off.
I prepaid my order and it now its stuck.

I ordered a pair of pants for my customer. But they received only one piece and that tooo very worst quality when i return the product the delivery boy asking please give 2 piece then only we will take that product. If we get only then how can we return two piece. I communicate meesho customer care nearly 20 times but no one will solve my problem. What should i do now? We are working for part time if you people are doing like this how?i am earning 500 rs for 10 orders because of this issue now i loss 500 that is equal to 10 orders. Please help in this problem.
