Bad 😕 It seems that Meesho has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.

When I return this tree meesho refund me RS-135 /-. I want more RS-135/- which I paid Meesho.

I received a product which i hasn't ordered, someone may have ordered it through their device and sent it to me on cash on delivery, I received the product thinking it was ordered by some of my family members but no one have ordered it and no one has this order on their phone. Please help.
I have ordered Dji drone from meesho on 27sept 2022 i have reported to meesho that i have received wrong product they initiated the return from meesho but the xpressbess were not ready to pickup the product as there were not having confirmation mail from meesho and after several attempts the pickup was scheduled to different courier service but now the meesho are saying that the product cannot be be picked up as their quality check is not meeting the minimum requirements i have lost 20k
I didn't get the delivery. It's already 7 days over. They told me to wait for 7 days. They didn't provide any solution. They didn't refund me infact they are ignoring my calls and message. Kindly take action against this company. Worst kind of service
I purchased 2 sets of kids tshirts (each set with 3 tshirts) on 3rd May and made online payment. I received a notification from meesho that it will be delivered on 8th May in single package however when I received the product on 8th the package has only one set and the other set was missing.
I raised complaint with customer care and was assured that the refund will be provided for missing item however on 9th May I received the email from meesho mentioning that refund request has been rejected and no refund will be made.
I feel cheated and it is not fair in first place to combine the orders if they can not maintain integrity and provide support for their mistakes.

On 3rd May I orders 2 sets (3 t shirts in each set for 2-3 years old). I made online payment and the seller for both the products was same. On 8th of may I received notification from meesho that there will be only one package containing both sets. I received the product on 8th of may and upon opening the package I found only 1 set of 3 t shirts. I raised complaint to meesho customer care on the same day and I was told that I will receive refund in next 4-5 days. However, on 9th I received an email saying that they won't be refunding any amount and they checked things on their end. Upon calling the meesho customer care today (10th May) the representative told that you cannot do anything now as its already been checked and we rejected your request.
I ordered two products from Meesho if 1702rs. Returned both but received refund of one 851 rs as on they are saying I returned one product. & not listening anything

I have processed a return request yesterday from the same address it has been delivered but the pick up is not being done indicating that it is a wrong address. i can not cancen the existing request as the valid date limit for return has been crossed. so what to do?
Meesho automatically increases the weight of RTO products. My product weight is grams, but when there is RTO meesho automatically changes it to 504 grams.
I also don't get a refund for the wrong RTO products. I always record videos before unpacking. When I raise a ticket for wrong RTO, they say, 'product has been altrered'...
Meesho automatically increases the price during RTO charges. My product weight is 150grms, when I raise a ticket about why I have been charged high RTO charge, in response they say 'Product weight is 504grms'.
Also when I get RTO products, I always record videos. So many times I get the wrong product in RTO, and when I raise a ticket for this, they say 'product has been altered'...
MEESHO FRAUD - I dont received the complete package and meesho is denying to refund my amount for not received products
I order 12 flower planters from meesho with order id[protected]_1 and I received only 6 flower planters and I also raised the concern on time with ticket id[protected] and I am not getting support on this. Hi how did you get a refund they said they will refund via ipay app or sbi app in which u choose cashless transactions and then authorize transaction from your side. I donot understand why they can give refund via the same way u paid or give u a meesho voucher. It was very confusing. I dont want to risk my money for mere 500rs. Plz tell how was rest o[censored]r experience
