Meesho delivered item without invoice. They marked in there online shoping site that item cancelled. As per Meesho customer item without invoice item cannot be returned and to support their story they marked it as cancel in their tool. They have found new way to cheat customer. Refer below details about Meesho delivery person who delivered the item an I had paid him through gpay.

      Respected Sir/Ma'am,
      This is to inform you that there is a great deal of carelessness in your customer return department. As I ordered a case for my smartphone with Sub Order ID[protected]_1
      but I received completely wrong and damaged product then I raise request for return but your Irresponsible executive denied for my return request. How Meesho team can be so irresponsible as they didn't able to provide satisfactory customer support. I'm writing this mail with great hope. The photos of damaged product that I received is attached below, take a note. Please take an action as soon as possible. Do the needful at the earliest.

        Wrong product delivered. Not accepting return.

        I had ordered a blue kurta/pan set from Meesho on 21/04/23 which was delivered in 25/04/23 (order Id: ). But a totally wrong product was delivered. On raising a return request, the pick up boy refused to accept the product citing QC check fail. The calls to customer care was not very fruitful as some said that it is not possible to return the product (!!!) while some said that it’ll be picked up next time.         I have ordered 3 curtains with Meesho order number[protected]. I have returned 3 curtains as I have ordered 3 quantity .when I called the customer care they didn't give proper response saying that I have selected 1 as return. If they recieve the 3 quantity they should atleast give the amount later once they receive the products. What kind of solution is this by keeping the product and amount as well with them
        I need to get a refund of 858 in total for the order of curtains that I have placed . Order was placed on 13th April and returned on 24th April. Refund was given only for 1 quantity

          I have ordered a product from meesho but the refund was given for only 1 product though I have returned them 3 products in quantity. When I have called instead of giving me a solution about refund they were saying that I have selected only 1 quantity while returning. They should atleast let me know that they will refund the amount once the recieve the complete quantity. But their customer service was worst. I need my refund amount from them. I don't mind if gets delayed. But I have returned their products without any damage

            I have ordered my product on 21st jan 2023 on meesho and on 3rd February night in the app its showing the product was delivered but I didn't got the product. I called the delivery boy and he told me that the product will be delivered tomorrow but it never happened.
            I called the meesho helpline number and they told me it was a technical glitch and couldn't resolved my problem and the delivery boys's phone number is currently switched off.
            I prepaid my order and it now its stuck.
            It will be helpful if I get my refund.

              I ordered a pair of pants for my customer. But they received only one piece and that tooo very worst quality when i return the product the delivery boy asking please give 2 piece then only we will take that product. If we get only then how can we return two piece. I communicate meesho customer care nearly 20 times but no one will solve my problem. What should i do now? We are working for part time if you people are doing like this how?i am earning 500 rs for 10 orders because of this issue now i loss 500 that is equal to 10 orders. Please help in this problem. Customer care are saying that client is rejecting we cannot do anything but in app they were showing that we canselled the return request why meesho is blaming us. Please solve our problem.

                  I had ordered a white board from meesho online shopping app firstly the dilivery boy wasn't ready to diliver that kept the product with him for 3-4 days then company emailed me that they are unable to deliver that so they sent it back to the seller you now have to make a fresh order ... And i did that also but this time still they fooled me for 2 days then they finally delivered that but this time they delivered me a damaged product and items were also missing in them ... Now they are delaying my pickup from many days. They are liable to pay me rupees 840

                      We ordered 2 lehenga from Meesho app and that order was delivered on 21/04/23 . we didn't got what we ordered and the service providers delivered wrong parcel by themselves and now denying it to replace it or refund it . hereby it is a case of deficiency in service under consumer protection act . the payment made was of cash on delivery . also the parcel that we got was all damage .
                      now I kindly request you to take action against it and refund our full amount with compensation . it is first time that meesho delivered such kind of things .

                        I am, a regular customer of Meesho online shopping. The product to return was picked up by a delivery partner (order no:[protected] and i haven't got my refund yet.When i checked my order history in meesho app the status was updated as the return was cancelled by the delivery partner. I got the confirmation message regarding refund after the product was picked up. Several times i contacted the help centre, but a working email id or a platform to register the complaint was not available.

                          My order got cancelled on 29 march 2023 and the refund started on 31 St March even though I had waited for 5 8 working days according to their policy they still denies about my refunding

                            I ordered this product on 7th April and received it on 11th April at 12 pm. But the product was wrong. My order was embroidery gathering anarkali kurta but I received only one piece white pants. Then I applied for a return policy on that day at 1 pm and I received notification that they will pick up on the 14th April. 14th to till date they have not picked up the product. The delivery boy came but he didn't pick up because he was unable to match between the original product pic and my received product. The last update as per 18th April is they canceled my request. I contacted the customer care executive but they refused to solve my problem and now I can't contact them.

                              I had ordered 3 dresses of 3 different sizes bearing Sub Order ID[protected]_3, Sub Order ID[protected]_2 and Sub Order ID[protected]_1.Since all 3 orders came together, they were also returned together.

                              While the refund for _3 and _2 have been done, refund for _1 is still pending . Meesho is refusing to refund my money despite of the fact that they already got back 3 products. Delivery partner is their exclusive tie up and does not pertain to customer.
                              Same has been raised many times already. Such a pathetic level o[censored]nderstanding of customer is not good and therefore I am raising complaint in the consumer forum.
                              On 16th April, they agreed to refund vide their mail abut today again they have refused to refund.

                                So I ordered 3 kurta sets for my daughter and 1 dhoti kurta for my nephew on 22 March. Received all the items in 4-5 days. 1 kurta set and dhoti kurta set was from a single seller and both were wrong in size and the kurta set was wrong in color as well.
                                I placed an exchange request on 28th March and they were picked on 29th March. After that, the tracking was only updated once on the Shadowfax site that it has been received at their facility. But even this info wasn't updated on Meesho. My wife said that sometimes it takes time to update so I didn't do anything. After some days it didn't update so I tried mailing and calling Meesho but they have closed their email and Customer care number. The only way to reach them was through the app and even their they show you a message that all representatives are busy and you have to wait 10-15 minutes. No matter what time you do this, you will get the same msg. I tried waiting for 20 minutes but even then, the msg remained and nobody called.

                                I tried reaching shadowfax and same story. No number mentioned on their site and an email for support is also dead.

                                I reached out to them via FB and they said that it has been received by the seller on 4th April and you need to contact Meesho. I then sent a message to Meesho via FB and they said that we can't help you because it has been more than 7 days and that I should have contacted them within 7 days.

                                Now they are not refunding the amount or the clothes.
