First they deliver wrong product and after this i complaint for this on customer care they creat a pick up . pickup boy denied to take pickup because of product is mismatch. jab product hi wrong hai to match kaha se hoga product ka. iske baad customer care waale bolte hai ki company ki policy hai return ni ho payega. please refund my money and return your wrong product...

Please dont buy from this vendor.and from meesho in general for pendrive as all the 128gb pendrive I bought are not original.the chip is changed to china company make and the speed will be very slow and capacity with proper working is only half of the original or sometimes even less than that. instead of buying this buy a genuine one in other sites.

Also don't buy the same item twice or in bulk as they will send all orders...

Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a saree order ID[protected]_1 on 10 Mar 23. Saree delivered on 15 Mar 22 which was a wrong product. I have raised a return request 15, 16, 21 Mar 23 but till to date item not picked up. I have paid my hard earned money Rs 607.So I request you to pick up wrong item and refund my money back. first meesho send me worng product. i raised complaint then they arranged pick many times. Pick up boy comes and reject product and told me that product can't match. then again i raised complaint with meesho they told me that because of QC failure we can not return your product. please refund my money....

Odered two suit for rs 1375 on dates 18th march for which I recieved garbage. Trying to get ordered product or refund but they are not helping any way....

I ordered two suit sets 18th march however instead of that got garbage.tried to complain in customer care and requested for actual ordered product or refund.but they are not ready to help.
I tried to explain multiple times. But they harass their customer. They don’t tracing poking what their business partner packing and delivering to the client.

Product delivered but not showing delivered in the app. hence, unable to return. On calling customer care multiple times, no resolution received from them. Even their seniors are not picking the call. Want my refund asap...

I am writing to report an incident of fraud that I experienced with one of your delivery boys. On 23/03/2023, I placed an order through the Meesho app and received a notification that the delivery would arrive on 23/03/2023. When the delivery boy arrived, I ask to cancel my product and for that he asks me OTP and I give him my OTP, After some time, I see that my UPI Id has changed.

I request that you investigate this matter...

I ordered a dress and 2 red bridal dupattas from Meesho on 19 & 20 Jan, 2023. I received my order on 22 Jan and 23 Jan, 2023. But I received the bad quality products for which I entered the return request and then on 27 Jan, 2023 my parcel was received by the pickup boy from shadow fax but he did not give me any slip nor did he send me an SMS for pickup. And then he took my parcel and cancelled the return. I still haven't received my refund....

I received an old saree of 50rs instead of 673. customer care is not ready to return. not even confirm the return policy. ask her so many times about the return policy but she repeated only she doesn't know the policy.

meesho only support the seller but did not even give a reason for NO RETURN.all are uneducated executives without any knowledge.only repeating RETURN NHI KAR SAKTE again and again.

please provide...

I had ordered one dress of 1800/- in the month of Dec22. I had received the product and cash on delivery also given at the time of purchase. on second day I have returned order on the meesho app. but after wards on their app it is showing order is cancelled. I have done many calls and many emails to meesho but still i dont receive any refund. Now recent as per their mail received they are accepted their mistake and are ready to give my refund...

We ordered "Syon Square lock cap" from Messho on 8th Feb but delivered the wrong, damaged used product on 18th Feb. We have called customer care more than 20 times to replace or refund the money, but they take the request and arrange the Robo call for pickup. The call says do you want to rearrange the pickup or cancel, but no action from Messho team.

I had ordered a combo pack of cotton dress ( 2 pc) for kids which was delivered by Meesho with wrong sizes. I had requested for an exchange and pick up on 14th march vide Ticket No:[protected] but inspite of reported follow ups, no response is received yet.

I had ordered a footwear and it was prepaid one and i was working far the delivery person asked me a otp to deliver the product and till now he didn't delivered it he didn't attend the call...

I have ordered 4 products from Meesho from a seller (Pragati Handicrafts). One was ordered on 11 March, 2023 (order I’d[protected] & other three were ordered on 12 March,[protected]. But I received only 1 product on 15 March IN A SMALL BOX WITH TAG OF ALL FOUR IDS, AND LATER THE STATUS OF DELIVERY OF ALL FOUR PRODUCTS.

I placed a order on Meesho on 14th march Water purifier and on 17th march it was delivered to me when I opened the box there were pieces of wood and thermocol inside then I contacted customer care and they made a complaint on the of 18th march 11:41pm they issued refund .. but now it’s 23rd of march and I haven’t received any refund from Meesho when I call them they put me on long hold they asked me for bank statement I provided them...

I ordered six wallpaper items, but I only received one. I contacted the Meesho support team, and they instructed me to add a bank account to resolve the issue. This seemed suspicious to me because I had paid through a credit card, and they were asking me to add a bank account. Nevertheless, I added a bank account on February 20th, and they sent me an email to wait until March 2nd.

However, I only received a refund for one item...

I ordered 2 kurti set no[protected] &[protected] but received dirty clothes. When we connect to customer care they mentioned there is no return & exchange of the product. & not transfering call to their seniors & we requesting again & again they just put our call on hold for a long period of time then disconnect the call. We shared Photo & video but no response.

Still it's not resolved...
