Country of Origin: India". "And this product is not the same what I ordered and it is also a damaged item.Hence scheduled for return.and a delivery boy came around 10.30 AM on 5/3/2023(sunday). And he behaved as rude with foul language and with abnormal action. Finally he left the product with us and challenged by giving a threat warning. Kindly take necessary action against him and also resolve the product issue.

I bought kurta set but got something else and when i initiate the return courier guy cancelled return everytime and said he can't pickup the parcel until the product image is showing in his phone and he can't pickup otherwise his salary got deducted.i have initiate return so many times but got same result so last i try to exchange it but they cancelled that as well.i talked to customer care so many times but they said that the parcel is not going to return even i message them on instagram and they assure me to help but did nothing and the same pickup guy said same things to me .he ask me otp everytime and cancelled the order return.i loose my money and order both and they ain't help but only give me lots of stress.please make my parcel return and refund my order.

I have ordered a dress and received painting gloves for which I have complained and asked to exchange many times to meesho. The pickup partner came once and said the product problem is not mentioned to them and therefore he cant pick up the wrong product from us. And after that whenever again I complained and placed exchange request the exchange request is cancelled by the pick up partner.
Please help me with the situation as nothing is happening from Meesho.

I had successfully returned electronics item (Hair straightener, dryer and trimmer) as it was of poor quality and had missing accessories. Order worth Rs 728. It was returned on 11-Feb-2023. But despite successful return and processing of refund by Meesho vide ID#M... the amount is not refunded to my source bank account and also my account got flagged by meesho. No refund received. Had talked with Meesho customer care several times like Brijmohan just now but they are not responsive and professional. Hence, please credit my amount to my bank account.

I am a meesho Customer, mu account us suddenly deactivated with any notification, I have around 20 order worth (4000 Rs) already placed which are not yet delivered nor the money refunded for that. Also few items for pick up and few exchanges those are also not yet taken care. Meesho has taken my complains but no action yet.

Please help.

Regarding the order id[protected] where I have ordered a suit and when received order, found a scrap( photo attached).

We haven't expected the same action from meesho which is a trustable app.

Very disappointing services, I will advise to everyone not to purchase from meesho.

Please let me know how to get this issue resolved, don't expect the refund because the supplier who delivered this kind of scrap, can't pay the money back.

Requesting meesho team to take action strictly on this and refund the money.

I ordered a product but delivered totally different product. I initiated return but pickup guy refused to pickup and told me to get customer support. I called customer support, they initiated return and again pickup guy refused as they are not matching with the product to be returned in his phone. I called customer care again and this happens for 3 times after which customer care agent told me that they can’t return this order as they are not matching with the policy of the company. These are the relevant information, date of order 4/02/23 & order ID[protected] and order ID[protected]

Ordered 4 different hair wigs worth 4176/- from the same seller- sm enterprises
but received only 1 worth 1044/- and i have returned and got d refund for d
Sub Order ID[protected]_1 alone.

But the other 3 orders items

mentioned above is missing and marked as delivered in my orders section on meesho app.
Tried contacting customer care for the past 10days, daily getting 4-5 mails from them saying it will be resolved in 48 hrs . Still no resolution.
Couldn't connect with their higher officials too
So refund me for the above 3 orders - 3132/- asap

Hi,

My order was never delivered to me but was marked delivered when I tried contacting Meesho support at the same time I got the message of delivery and they told me they have registered my complaint and will get back to me within 48hours but still it’s been 12 days and still I don’t get any resolution or refund from their side and repeatedly they are saying their systems are not working(when I raise call back request) and on email they are saying they will get back to me in 48 hours, 4-5 days repeatedly

Have ordered one floor lamp and dur to defective item have requested for return.
Meesho cancelled our return multiple times without our consent and asked to reinitiate again. At last item was returned to them but status still showing return initiated and refund not provided yet. Made multiple complaints to their customer care.

This is not resolved yet, I am getting calls from one of the delivery person since morning today who has my phone number and home address. He is threatening me and saying “you are lying, wait, i am coming to your house” (tum jhoot bol rhi ho, ruko, me aata hu tumhare ghar). I have requested many times to him not to call me and if possible have his supervisor on call so that I can explain and escalate situation to him. he clearly denied and said “you can do whatever you want I will see”.
