I Ordered A Product In Meesho On 3rd March And Delivery Was Supposed To Be On 17 March And When I Tracked The Location It’’S Showing In Guwahati, It’s Been More Than 15 Days . I Have Talked With The Customer Service Of Meesho Thrice But It’s Always The Same Result And I Cannot Cancel As It Is Prepaid. I’ll Be Really Thankful If This Situation Can Be Solve By The Earliest.

      Bedsheet was sold through Meesho Supplier by Blossom Exotic, Ahmedabad. Product was dispatched as per order. In transit, product was cancelled by buyer and was supposed to be returned back to us. But, after raising various tickets also. No one is responding on Meesho & they are closing ticked without solution.

        I had ordered a blue and yellow chikankari kurti from Tehzeeb Chikan Handicraft.

        The seller is such a big SCAMMER that instead of 2 kurtis, he sent me ONE kurti, that also a completely different and incorrect kurti. I initiated return of this product four times but the delivery boys refused to pick up the package all four times because of product mismatch.

        I called at Meesho customer care multiple times stating them about the missing product and product mismatch, and asking them to initiate a return from their side under Non Quality Check (QC) so that the item can be returned. None of the customer care executives initiated the return under non QC even after assuring me of the same.

        Now the customer care executive is telling me the item can't be returned. And for the missing item, the refund you had initiated, now you are refusing that as well. What kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is this? Or have you opened Meesho to cheat people by keeping such sellers and non-cooperative customer service.

        Is it my fault that the seller cheated me and sent me one item instead of two and that also a wrong item? Why will I bear the cost of the item which I didn't even order?

        Strict action should be taken against such sellers.

        None of the Meesho customer care executives cooperated with me or helped my case. I have been harrassed by the seller and Meesho executives a number of times when I seeked for a solution. This is day light robbery by Meesho and the seller and the worst part is I have never in my life faced such a customer care service where wrong assurance was given and now finally no action is being taken for this. The customer care is refusing on my face to give a solution.

        What kind of service is this Meesho? How can you go back from your mail when you assured in written about the reimbursement?

        This kind of cheating and harrassment can't go on.

        Please initiate the return of the product under non QC immediately and refund my amount immediately.

        I will have to start writing on social media handles about this cheating business and planned harrassment and raise this case at consumer forum if you don't take action on this immediately.

          Had ordered for kurti- Anarkali Sub Order ID[protected]_2 Pink colour

          I have not received the product, though mentioned as delivered..i was assuming that the product will arrive.To my surprise, the product is marked delivered..Your customer care is not responding to my issue..pls resolve on priority.

          To my dismay, the customer service team refused to take the complaint stating 7 days has crossed.. When i have not received the product, where is the point of 7 days.. absolutely ridiculous.

          The customer care team is not ready to listen..only jumping to confirm..their rules, policies does not allow after expiry of timelines..

          Requesting the consumer forum to take note of this..& arrange to refund my amount paid for the kurti

            On 15th March 2023, at 8.01 AM ordered a Saree I paid the product online. On 20th March 2023 at 1.28 PM they cancelled my product and got a message you will get the payment within 5-6 days. Today it's 3rd week and I not received my payment. I called help centre they told after 48 hrs you will get the payment but not received yet. Today I called them but they are not responding they said they have insisted the payment but I didn't get my payment. I don't know what to do.

              I had ordered mobile back cover from Meesho in March 23 whereas I recieved Empty box .On the same day, I have registered complaint, but irrespective of several mails and phone calls, I am always provided24-48 hours and neither refund nor any action has been taken, It is now going to be one month from 3rd April

                I bought a dress from Meesho and its color was pistachio green but I got a pink color dress. From the day I got it I got it on March 29th.The delivery boy who came to pick it up told them that their application was showing green color and did not take it back.When I called Meesho and complained, they said return one more and they will take it. So I gave returns 5 times but same color issue every time I didn't go with the delivery boy. Every time I complained to Meso, they said that it will be ready for return next time. But I am not getting any help from Meesho and I am begging you to help me

                  I have an kurti in meesho and they have sent a waste material in the package and I raised a complaint and they simply rejected it .Also contacted customer support multiple times. They are just keeping the call on hold for 15min and ending the call. Some people are transferring the call and no one picks the call.
                  I have ordered the product for 708 rupees and they have sent an dirty garbage material.
                  I want proper resolution.please look into this

                    1st week of march had applied to run ad on 8th march had asked to stop by raising ticket on 9th march got reply it has been stopped from that day till 31st march 2023 have been charged with 5000 rs but no solution for same .. get call from customer care saying it will take 24-48 working hours to solve we have raised to higher authority but its all fake kindly help to give solution

                      I ordered 3 similar products but got only one product from the seller and Meesho Customer service said they will raise the complaint in 5 min once it is marked as delivered, but now they are saying to wait 24hrs.
                      Order Number:[protected],[protected],[protected] shipped together with awb [protected]. Courier: Xpress Bees.

                      But they charged and took the whole amount.

                          I am writing to put in a complaint against Meesho Customer service advisors.My name is Nevil Vora.
                          I had ordered shoes against which I had received a body wash.
                          I raised a return request immediately but the pick up agent refused to take the product as it was incorrect.
                          I then called the customer service and they placed a return from their end, which again the delivery agent cancelled as he was aware it was incorrect product.
                          Then i got frustrated and i called the CS team and was advised, not to cancel the pickup request so that the delivery boy doesn't have any other option but to take the product.
                          This time the delivery boy did not come at all and again cancelled the pickup.
                          This pissed me off totally and I decided to take it forward with a manager at Meesho.
                          I called the customer service team 4 times on Thursday out of which all the times I was given different information.
                          Moreover, I was kept on hold for 1 hour every time and the line was disconnected while transferring me to supervisor. It is suprising that there are no supervisors to attend customer, and i became very upset where such a big company does not have customer satisfaction policy, and nor customers have the right to raise a complaint on the call as all the advisor said they cannot raise any type of complaint.
                          Lastly one advisor, tried to help me but I still couldn't get a resolution.
                          I told him to raise a complaint for me which he was not ready to do as well.
                          Now I am completely disappointed with the service as well as the product.
                          I wish I had never installed Meesho in the 1st place.

                            मेरी पुत्री Divya Borana ने date[protected] को Meesho online shopping से 2 girls dress (Pretty Morden Women Dress), 1 medium and 1 small size का order (order no[protected] किया था. order cash on delivery था. हमने dress का packet लेकर 540 रुपये delivery boy को दे दिए, लेकिन मेरी पुत्री ने जब packet को खोला तो केवल एक ही dress (small size ) मिला. हमने अपने पर अजीब तरह कि ठग्गी महसूस कि, जेसे meesho company ने हमारे साथ ठ्ग्गी कि हे. मैने भी कईबार online shopping कि लेकिन इस का बुरा अनुभव नहीं किया. जब हमने return के लिए request डाला तो, return amount only 270 रुपये देने का मेसेज शो हुआ तो हमने pick करने वाले boy को packet नहीं दिया. और comapny customer care पर बात करने कि कोशिश कि लेकिन कोई भी सही ढंग से संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिला. इसलिए मुझे मेरी पुत्री कि तरफ से online compalint डालनी पड़ रही. मेरी आपसे request हे कि आप meesho से एक dress size M दिलवाए या return पर पूरा cash दिलवाए. meesho online shopping ने हमारे साथ cheating कि और मानसिक तौर पर परेशान किया हें. अगर meesho problem solve नहीं करता हे तो में यंहा Pali Rajasthan में local लेवल पर consumer court में एप्लीकेशन submit करूँगा. ताकि लोगो के साथ इस तरह धोकाधड़ी न हो. एवं एक विडियो बनाकर social media पर भी डालूँगा ताकि इस तरह कि online shopping meesho से न करे.

                              I made a purchase of two product from Meesho and for one I receive a wrong product ( instead of 1266 value product I receive 20 rupees product) and for other one I receive 1 quantity instead of 6 and Meesho not resolving my issue. They don't have customer support, they call on their convenient and hold the call.

                                  मेने एक meesho से फुलपेंट ऑर्डर की थी जिसका order I'd:-Sub Order ID[protected]_1 है जो मैने 7मार्च 2023को की थी मुझे 22मार्च को पार्सल Recvied हुई. लेकिन जब हम पार्सल open की तो Wrong Size था . जब हम Retun requst करने गई तो Cancelled दिखा तो Meesho Customer care में कॉल करके उनको सारी बात बताई.तो उनके तरफ से बोला गया आप ईमेल में इमेज सेंड कर दीजिएगा . आपका Problem solve हो जाएगा . लेकिन आज तक मेरा problem solved नही हुआ.

                                  ... आज जब हम Meesho Customer Care में फ़ोन की तो उनके तरफ से बहुत ही अभद्र भाषा में मे बात किए और बोले आपका problem Solve नही होगा . आपको जहा कंप्लेन करना है कर दो . मेरा कोई कुछ नहीं उखाड़ सकता है

                                    Meesho delivered me completely different and wrong product. I raised complaint then they arranged pick up 2 times but pick up boy came and reject the product due to product not matched with pic, how product will matched while they sent the completely different product. then again I raised the complaint with Meesho they told me that because of QC failure we can not return your product. Meesho is now cheating with the customers and become fraud.

                                        I placed an exchange order of 2 quality dated 22 March 2023. The delivery boy picked up 2 quality products. But I got 1 product in March 28, 2023. 1 product is missing. I spoke to your customer service representative they said your pickup is not showing there but they said we can't help you at all. I have exchange service but the product has not reached me and the refund payment has not been done.
