I ordered six wallpaper items, but I only received one. I contacted the Meesho support team, and they instructed me to add a bank account to resolve the issue. This seemed suspicious to me because I had paid through a credit card, and they were asking me to add a bank account. Nevertheless, I added a bank account on February 20th, and they sent me an email to wait until March 2nd.

However, I only received a refund for one item on my credit card, and four item refunds are still missing. I am confused because if they refunded to my credit card, why did Meesho ask me to add my bank account? I suspect they are attempting a scam through bank accounts.

I contacted them again for the four-item refund, and they asked me to wait until March 10th, which is frustrating. However, even after March 10th, I did not receive any refund in my bank account, and they are still claiming that they have refunded me through my bank account.

So, I want to make a complaint against Meesho regarding the refund amount and mental harassment.

    I ordered 2 kurti set no[protected] &[protected] but received dirty clothes. When we connect to customer care they mentioned there is no return & exchange of the product. & not transfering call to their seniors & we requesting again & again they just put our call on hold for a long period of time then disconnect the call. We shared Photo & video but no response.

      I ordered an airpod named tws pro at a price of 340 rupees online via Google pay on 9th March 2023 at 4:10 pm but I cancelled my order at 4:28 pm because the delivery time was too long.But I didn't get my refund of 340 rupees I called the customer care several times but they only say that your money will be credited but it's not credited and it's over 5-8 days now.Please I need my money back!!

        Hello
        I have place an order on 13th march 2023, order id[protected] of lucknowi chikankari women hand work fancy gala buti kurti.The product was delivered on 18th March. I got different colour kurti. I have placed a return request on 18th march itself but the pickup boy cancelled the return because of QC. I called the customer support multiple times regarding this matter but they are saying product cannot be returned due to their policy although the product is returnable and return period is not over yet.they are putting return request again and again and cancelled it multiple times. Now it is showing that I cannot place the return request any more. I want my refund as I have got wrong product. Please check into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

            I ordered Planter stand from Meesho : Order number[protected].
            this was delivered on 28th feb and I placed return on very same day within 1 hour.

            My return has never been picked until now, and Meesho keeps cancelling the request. ( also, on app it states that it is canceled as per our request which is just lie and I am unsure how they can update this, as the cancellation has been happening from their side)

            I have escalated this multiple times and all my complaints have been closed without any solution or consents.

              I have ordered Ganesha statue for 246 on Feb 27, 2023. We don't get any calls or messages from delivery partner but received order has successfully deleivered on March 04, 2023 without OTP anything. I have called to help center and raised the complaint about this. I called them daily and each of the person raised complain for this daily but I don't get any solution yet. One of the employee Ankit told we have initiated refund on March 14, 2023. but I don't get any refund, I have received 228 for another non OTP delivered order. They asked me to share my bank statement. how can I share my bank statements with them? they didn't share any proof for refund. I hope this complaint will resolve my issue

                  I ordered a Bluetooth Earbud (Wireless) from Meesho.com. Meesho email Id - [protected]@meesho.com, [protected]@meesho.com. Meesho Address - 06-105-B, 06-102, (138 WU) VAISHNAVI SIGNATURE, NO. 78/9, OUTER RING ROAD, BELLANDUR, VARTHUR HOBLI, BENGALURU Bangalore KA 560103 IN. Order id[protected] from Meesho.com. The seller was ARJ MART West Delhi, Delhi, 110059 07FEKPR4580D1Z6. Transaction ID is TXN[protected]. I received a completely different Product. Meesho itself cancelled the return 2-3 times and then they said that the number of returns have exceeded and so our policies prevent us from refunding. Now, Meesho is refusing to return or refund saying that due to their policies they can't do anything. They are saying that exact same lame thing over and over again. This is a complete fraudulent behaviour by the seller and Meesho both. As per Meesho's customer care, they can't even contact (mail or phone) their sellers. Now, my money is stuck with them. They are simply refusing to RETURN even though they are the one sending me wrong product. So, then I complained on Consumer helpline [Grievance No 4354088]. But there meesho responded the exact same way. That grievance was then disposed and I was suggested to file a case here on consumer court. But I am giving Meesho a second chance. Settle the issue here or I will take Meesho to consumer court and ask for heavy compensation for the harassment and time wasting I had to go through JUST BECAUSE OF MEESHO. Not only this, meesho customer care misbehaved with me and mistreated me. I had to waste a lot of time for this. I think, Meesho should compensate for this. Resolution I want : Meesho should take the wrong item back and refund me the full amount of 1037.00 rupees along with a 100% compensation money for the harassments and time wastage I had to go through, making the refund amount to be 2074.00 Rupees. This is the last time I am doing this here. If Meesho doesn't resolve my problem this time, I will fill the case at edaakhil.nic.in and there I will get way more claim than this. I have already updated every details there [ Case Reference No A[protected]] and if Meesho doesn't resolve the issue I will go ahead and file it with my lawyer. If Meesho thinks that they want to compensate me more, they can go ahead and give BS resolution here but then i will file the complaint anyway. But if Meesho wants to resolve this peacefully, I have already wrote the resolution I want. This is the final warning.

                      I had ordered 2 of the product mentioned ( kunjalam ) since I needed them for a dance program. They only delivered 1 though took payment for 2, I tried contacting customer care, who suggested raising exchange and then also return, I tried all these, but still only 1 product was delivered and they took away what was initially with me.

                      It was 383 rupees per piece, so I paid 766, but only 1 product was received. Now customer care also saying they cant do anything since it has been 7 days since the initial order ( DUring this period, I have been trying to exchage as per the customer care suggestion, but delivery driver cancelled return

                        Meesho charge 177 rupees per return according to my product weight the return shipping charges is 117 my product weight ois 179 grms but meesho charge according to 504 grms per return this is not fair

                          From meesho, a shopping app I had booked a order[protected]_1), where the payment option was only cash on delivery.
                          But before giving me the product to my address the delivery boy called and asked for amount and I paid too as
                          It was Cash on Delivery and I too have identified his indentification through his adhar and messho ID card.
                          He gave me the QR code and requested the payment of product which was of 480, but mistaken by me I paid 418,
                          to which he replied to pay the full cost 480 again and I have done so as he said the previous 418 will be refundable.
                          He still then asked to pay full sort of 898 for previous transaction linkage so that they can deduct the required product
                          amount i.e 480 and give me the remaining amount as refund.Till then I had paid 1796 for product cost of 480 i.e. almost thrice
                          the price of the product.But it was very very surprising when he again asked me to pay 2500
                          as GST cost of product.When I called him again clarifying the message that I recieved to pay 2500 from meesho he
                          then too asked me to pay 11000 for it.Why should a consumer should pay such a high amount for the product which didnt
                          cost half of it? I complained same thing to customer care of meesho but they too denied to refund the money
                          which was already credited for unreceived product. Filling complain to atleast receive my money which were already deducted on the name and trust of company!!

                            these orders shown empty while i have sign and signature of delivery boy who confirmed that product was full and final and as per the order and fake RTO raised, it was duty of meesho to confirm address not to seller, it is duty of meesho to perfect delivery of product, meesho has cut lot of money from outstanding money payment balance they have no evidence no, proof i demanded many time give me proof that box was empty but they do not have any proof they are continuing, to deduct i mainy time raise the query and complaint that there is suspicious that, fraud is conducting on part of delivery partners but meesho have no satisfactoy details to console it, i requested alot but no one resolved my problem, it is humble request to revert my product and register my complaint against delivery partners who took my product and their delivery boy have stole it,

                              I ordered an oil from meesho and i got a wrong product the product was not as seen in picture and i got that product but now i want to return it but in my meesho app the delivering tracker isn't updated that's why it doesn't showing the product is delivered by this problem i am not able to return my product i ordered which is oil and it's been 10 days and i complaint like 6 to 7 times but the helper in customer care always says wait for 48 hours the your problem will get fixed but my problem isn't fixing and i just want my product to return and i want my money back which was 880 rupees and today i maded a last call they told me we already sent u a link in which you have to sent the picture of recieved product with bill but i tried to search the link and there is no link i told them about this they said we sent u another link after sometime but they haven't sent me and it's been 7 to 8 hours i just want my money back and want to return this product please take action on this as soon as possible

                                      I am a registerd seller on Meesho. One of my RTO package is stuck with the shadowfax courier. Shadowfax has not returned the package for last three months; they are giving false reasons and updates on Meesho panel.

                                      Meesho is closing my ticket every time I raise a ticket, ticket is closed with following comments such as - 1. Warehouse is closed 2. We want open delivery 3. We don't take the call 4. Multiple attempts were made to deliver. All of these comments are fake. We have been requesting to deliver this package for last three months, but no one is taking it seriously.

                                      Now situation is that Shadowfax has market the RTO package as delivered which is of course not true.

                                      When I asked meesho for the Proof of delivery, they denied saying that I should have requested for that within 7 days of delivery date. Again this is not true as I raised the request for POD within 3 days of 'said' delivery date.
