    Product missing - not received refund for a month now

    Address: Bangalore

    10th February 2023: I placed an order for 2 kitchen shelves - prepaid.

    17th Feb 2023: They sent 1 shelf while the packaging and the bill mentioned a quantity of 2.

    17th Feb 2023: I contacted their customer care and informed them. They asked me to place a return request.

    20th Feb 2023: the delivery agent refused to accept the return as the product had missing quantity.

      We Raised a complaint regarding different product delivered
      But no one Responded.
      Delivery boy refused to Take return as product differently delivered.
      We even tried to call meesho's customer call executive but They couldn't solve query as they Face some technical problem.
      (We called at least five or six times)
      I'm not the only one as I face such issue there are many..
      Meesho is such a fraud company
      I hope government/department take strick action against such Fraud company.

          Dear Sir,
          This is to inform you that the Meesho has invalidly bocked my account even without informing or any kind of intimation for the same, further when I contacted the customer care executives from the company they are just saying that you have more returns and due to this your account is now blocked permanently. Further, the company's customer care executives are even more reluctant for assisting customers by neither escalating the issue nor providing customer with a solution they are just wasting time. Further point to note that the return facility is provided by the e-commerce companies for the benefit of the customer to avail return facility in case there is any problem with the product delivered, any defective or different product delivered, and this should not be a reason for blocking of account and if yes it can be so the customer should be given a reasonable opportunity of being heard or at least intimated for the cause and should be given time at least to have its data deleted from the Meesho portal and systems like banking details, its address and other details taken by the company as part of login requirements.

              Dear Consumer Complaints Head

              Meesho is doing fraud delivery. I have ordered 2 product cost is 176 and 187 but didn't get any product when i have complaint to meesho so meesho executive is saying product has been delivered on 26 feb 2023 but when i have checked on mobile 27 feb so i saw product is delivered then i have complaint to meesho on 27 feb 2023 now meesho executive is saying your products have been delivered we can't help you but i said if your delivery company are saying product has been delivered so give me any proof because we didn't get any OTP and calls from the courier side. so they are saying we can't give you any proof and your resolution has been completed. Day by day increasing these type cheating from the ecommerce website hand so please look that issue in serious way because my payment method was prepaid.

                    I have paid the amount 192 for ordering a bottle. Still the order is not placed in the list. Kindly check into give my amount back. Each penny worth for us.                         I bought kurta set but got something else and when i initiate the return courier guy cancelled return everytime and said he can't pickup the parcel until the product image is showing in his phone and he can't pickup otherwise his salary got deducted.i have initiate return so many times but got same result so last i try to exchange it but they cancelled that as well.i talked to customer care so many times but they said that the parcel is not going to return even i message them on instagram and they assure me to help but did nothing and the same pickup guy said same things to me .he ask me otp everytime and cancelled the order return.i loose my money and order both and they ain't help but only give me lots of stress.please make my parcel return and refund my order.

                              I ordered jewellery set from meesho but my order was cancelled by meesho. When I called to customer care, they told me that product is out of stock.

                                I have ordered a dress and received painting gloves for which I have complained and asked to exchange many times to meesho. The pickup partner came once and said the product problem is not mentioned to them and therefore he cant pick up the wrong product from us. And after that whenever again I complained and placed exchange request the exchange request is cancelled by the pick up partner.
                                Please help me with the situation as nothing is happening from Meesho.

But despite successful return and processing of refund by Meesho vide ID#M... the amount is not refunded to my source bank account and also my account got flagged by meesho. No refund received. Had talked with Meesho customer care several times like Brijmohan just now but they are not responsive and professional. Hence, please credit my amount to my bank account.

                                      I am a meesho Customer, mu account us suddenly deactivated with any notification, I have around 20 order worth (4000 Rs) already placed which are not yet delivered nor the money refunded for that. Also few items for pick up and few exchanges those are also not yet taken care. Meesho has taken my complains but no action yet.
