3 ordered were placed separately for sarees on 15.12.2022 but meesho combined all three and shipped it together on 16.12.2022. After receiving it on 20.12.2022, we cancelled 1 order as it was not what we had ordered on 20.12.2022. We received message that return is initiated and will be picked up within 3=4 days. But nothing happened and later we saw a message that the return is cancelled which we did not do. We have not received the refund yet. Meesho order no.[protected]_1.

    I had ordered a blouse from meesho on 9th of jan 2023 and it was a prepaid order and got a message saying ur product is out for delivery along with otp and after 30mins i got a mail confirming that the order has been delivered but i did not receive the product and the delivery person also didn't contact me. So pls don't do any prepaid payments to meesho. And I'm not gonna shop with mesho anymore

      Sir,
      Someone sent a false winnership letter in the name of (Proprietor: meesho) from "online shopping pvt. Ltd. Ph: [+91 [protected]] (Add. 8th fl., sector v rdb building, salt lake kolkata wb 700091. They are saying u got a prize money of rs. 120000/- and a 2nd prize i. E. A car worth 8.2 lakhs from" online shopping pvt. Ltd." in order to get this prize, they are asking to pay 1% of the total amount as govt. Taxes etc.
      Pls take action against such false and fake prize assurances.

        Sir on January 7th i ordered 2 quantity of carpet and I paid for the 2.They send Me only one product and I return the product.Then refund of that one product is received and didn't receive the balance amount.The meesho customer care didn't solve my problem I want my money back please help me..

          I have to return my smart watch but meesho is not returning my smart watch and meesho is not giving me response. And smart watch prince is 721 and I am work it in 18 days and it is gone bad and it's warranty is 2years. Iam belonging in very poor family please help me please read my complain.

            I ordered a shirt from meesho through online payment of Rs. 265 and without being dilivered the product they updated the status of the product as delivered.
            Without any prior message, phone call or without sharing OTP by me how the product can be dilivered and they just updated it as dilivered . When I opened the app after 2 days to saw my product tracking it was showing me that it is dilivered .when I complaint them against this they kept saying to me to wait and 7-8 days they have sent me a email saying that "you should had to register complaint within 48 hrs and now we can't do anything." If they can't do anything then who will be responsible for the money that I have paid for the product (shirt)...
            And without any prior information how did I got to know that meesho has updated the status as dilivered and 48 hrs.

                His is a letter sent to me by the CEO Messo and the Minister of Consumer Affairs of the Ministry of Reserve sir

                I am writing this article based on the unlawful demands raised by a customer care person from the Ecommerce giant Messho and the necessary guidelines for inclusion. The e-commerce industry in consumer protection for law.

                almost 4 month complete but still till date refund amount not received

                I have returned item un consent order to meesho on 02 0ct – 2022 * They promised they will process refund next day that is 11th oct 2022 **. No refund processed. After couple of days we contacted them and they said refund already processed. After an small argument they asked me to send bank statement in PDF format. Upon their request I have sent statement and password for that PDF file. After that I have contacted them almost *-* times and dropped *-* emails. They won't respond properly. Every time they say we will process refund in *- days. It's been almost ** days. Now when I'm contacting them, they are disconnecting my call in the middle of discussion. This is the worst experience from meesho
                They disconnected my call for * times in the middle of the discussion.

                I don't understand why they are not able to process refund for my order **** even after I have sent you them bank statement with password.

                  I had returned the product to the meesho delivery person, but he has not updated the returned item and he is not responding for my call also.(Status showing not picked up)

                  Due to this i am unable to get refund of money.

                    Worst response from the customer care support

                    There was a double deduction of the payment during the delivery. It is already been deducted from my bank account. When i asked for the refund, there is no proper response from the customer support. And also they have blocked me from contacting them....

                    I ordered and paid for clips packet with 2 quantity. I received 1 quantity so I mentioned for exchange and wrote there that I received only 1 quantity. I called the customer care who said to wait until the exchange gets delivered. Again, in the exchange I received 1 quantity. Again I called the customer care but now they say that neither u will get money back for the 2nd quantity which was not delivered nor the complete item which was not delivered previously. This is merely a cheating and fraud with the customer. The company has no value for money of the customer. There is no responsible senior person to respond to the customer. They Say line is busy. The customer care is misguiding the customer. Pls do the needful as early as possible.

                        The company is a fraud, cheater and have no value for money of customer.They take money of 2 quantity and send you 1 quantity.The customer service person misguides to wait.7 days period gets over in this and then they say that the time limit is over and u will not get the money back.There is no responsible senior person to respond.They hide and don't talk to customers after doing cheating.This is a trick they play to take customer money with cheating.not checking the item quantity while sending

                            I have placed a return request of a defective product on 01.01.23 but the courier partner denied to pickup the product stating that his App does not show that the product was defective. I contacted Meesho customer care and was provided complaint number 56823206. But since then none has come to pick the order. After every 2-3 days, I receive a message that the courier partner has cancelled the pickup. I am constrained to call customer care of Meesho but every time they gave false promises that my complaint has been escalated. But they have failed to provide any resolution to my complaint since past 23 days. No refund has been initiated. his modus operandi of Meesho to harass its customers has constrained me to issue a legal notice through my advocate as today its customer care agent merely stated that they have again escalated the issue and that she does not have any resolution to my complaint. Worst shopping website which is only harassing its customers and failed to provide any resolution of complaint despite lapse of 23 days.

                              I have order a product with the name of Jewelry set with product ID[protected]. which was cancelled from the company Meesho and today i.e 23/01/2023 the same product got delivered at my address C/o M Saileja Kumari, Kendriya sadan B Block, Ranchi Basti, Lamba Line Port Blair A&N Island Pin-744103 .Through ECOM EXPRESS - ID[protected], after knowing that I have received wrong product I immediately called upon the customer care with the same query asking for the refund or replacement of product they told me ''Company cannot do anything on this issue neither for refund nor the replacement of my product.
                              Requesting for the refund of my money which I have paid to the E-Com Express.

                                I have my own shopping website. I supplied products to customers from meesho. Meesho didnot supply maximum of products to my customers. They returned back without any reason. They are spoiling my customer

                                  I ordered two products (same top of colours lavender and maroon) from Meesho on 9th January 2023. On 15th January I received one product (the Lavender one) . But the other was never been delivered whereas in app, both the products were marked as "delivered" in order status. Both the products were prepaid.
                                  I want them to refund my money or deliver the product as soon as possible.

                                    I have placed 3 "uniqon premium audio male to female cable" on 14/12/22 . Order ID[protected]

                                    and they delivered a parcel on 20/12/22. But they have sent only one cable instead of 3 . So I have placed a replacement order. Again they have sent only one cable. I have raised a complaint on 28/12/2022 but I didn't receive any communication regarding that.
                                    Again on 29/12/22 again I called and informed the same to customer...

                                    I had booked online product shoes order id[protected] after due to size issue, I have requested return and refund, These all information i informed meesho customer care also and defective product also delivered to seller but still mu refund not received so I request to you kindly look this case and resolve and take action against meesho so they can do this happening with other customer .
