Ordered 4 different hair wigs worth 4176/- from the same seller- sm enterprises
but received only 1 worth 1044/- and i have returned and got d refund for d

But the other 3 orders items

mentioned above is missing and marked as delivered in my orders section on meesho app.
Tried contacting customer care for the past 10days, daily getting 4-5 mails from them saying it will be resolved in 48 hrs . Still no resolution.
Couldn't connect with their higher officials too
So refund me for the above 3 orders - 3132/- asap

I ordered some items in. Meesho. Amount got deducted but order not placed.
Requested a call back in 91 [protected], but after calling, its on hold.

My order was never delivered to me but was marked delivered when I tried contacting Meesho support at the same time I got the message of delivery and they told me they have registered my complaint and will get back to me within 48hours but still it’s been 12 days and still I don’t get any resolution or refund from their side and repeatedly they are saying their systems are not working(when I raise call back request) and on email they are saying they will get back to me in 48 hours, 4-5 days repeatedly

Have ordered one floor lamp and dur to defective item have requested for return.
Meesho cancelled our return multiple times without our consent and asked to reinitiate again. At last item was returned to them but status still showing return initiated and refund not provided yet. Made multiple complaints to their customer care.

Meesho's logistics partner Delhivery picked up my parcel on 24.11.2022 and nether delivered nor returned till date (10.02.2023)
While raising ticket at Meesho (Ticket No. 55468899 Created on 26 Dec'22 | 02:09 PM) initially they responded that they are taking up the matter and need somemore time but now none from 'THE CHEATER MEESHO' is ready to respond my messeages.
They are neither returning back my parcel not releasing my payment which they have shown as pending

Meesho Ticket 55468899, parcel picked by Meesh's Courier Partner Delhivery on 24.11.2022 that is neither delivered nor returned back till date (10.02.2023).

I raised Ticket No.55468899 on 26 Dec'22 | 02:09 PM on Meeso. Initially they responded that the are taking up my matter please give us time but now a days no one from THE CHEATER Meesho is bothered to even respond my concern.

I ordered lehenga and got low class saree instrad and when i am trying to return it, am getting problems and not able to return it! Meesho has return products but its denying and giving lame excuses and wasting our time and money

This is thord time i am facing this issue with meesho i am very disappointed by the service. My order was marked delivered but not yet received. Contact [protected]

On[protected] I ordered 3 shirts from meesho and prepaid them on[protected] they cancelled my order and since then not giving my money back order ID[protected]

On[protected] I ordered 3 shirts from meesho order ID:[protected] I prepaid the money. after 5 days they cancelled the order stating that the seller couldn't ship the product and they will refund me it's been 5 days and i still didn't get my refund yet and when I call them, they keep telling me that i will get the money. Please make them return my money.

I have ordered kurthis from meesho app they delivered wrong products and tried to exchange them I thought they will send original products on exchange and then if not I returned the items now they blocked my account saying delivered orders are lesser than cancelation and returned items. Stating flagged account they are not accepting returns but they are sending the products. Due to these kind of services from meesho lot of customers are unhappy and I am one of those and I wanted to complaint against meesho I have already raised complaint at Cyberabad Police Commissioner Office at gachibowli they have started working on it

Be careful it's Meesho fraud.
[protected]_1 Since how many days people are returning like crazy people are canceling the return again and again I got the wrong item but still it is not getting picked up due to photo mismatch

Bought shirt online.
Shirt delivered.
Shirt fitting was not ok.
Shirt return requested for replacement.
Shirt replacement not delivered.
Courier team and Meesho team response awaited.

I have placed an order of Blouse in the month of Sep and when the product came the quality is very poor. so i returned and cancelled. As m a frequent user of Myntra because of their great quality product and extremely good service, i dint checked whether i received the amount or not in my bank account as from Myntra i received the amount the time i cancel it...
But this time with Meesho i expected the same and i dint checked ... so they also dint refund.
But its showing amount is refund to your bank account and will show in 2-3 days ... which till now dint received.

Now again on Jan i oredred few things but after payment it showing the delivery dates are too far .. so i cancelled all of them on 14th Jan
Till now showing that the amount will reflect on 5-8 working days and its 30th Jan now.
they are such a big cheaters.
I will now lodge a police complain with all the bank statements and transaction ID

Whenever you buy two products of the same colour you get one. This time too this had happened and they had not refunded my money for the second product. If you have paid online we should be behind them for the second product money. Finally they said your claim is unacceptable. This is not only for me. Many of my friends are facing the same problem

Many times I have ordered in Meesho. But when order two products of the same colour, the client sends only one product and other will be missing and we need to be behind the customer care for the refund. This has happened to many of my friends too. It is a cheater app. Now they say my claim for the money which i have paid online is unacceptable. I don't what to do. Please do stop such shopping apps like Meesho which is swindling the money of customers
