I have my own shopping website. I supplied products to customers from meesho. Meesho didnot supply maximum of products to my customers. They returned back without any reason. They are spoiling my customer

    I ordered two products (same top of colours lavender and maroon) from Meesho on 9th January 2023. On 15th January I received one product (the Lavender one) . But the other was never been delivered whereas in app, both the products were marked as "delivered" in order status. Both the products were prepaid.
    I want them to refund my money or deliver the product as soon as possible.

      Refund not credited from meesho

      I have placed 3 "uniqon premium audio male to female cable" on 14/12/22 . Order ID[protected]

      and they delivered a parcel on 20/12/22. But they have sent only one cable instead of 3 . So I have placed a replacement order. Again they have sent only one cable. I have raised a complaint on 28/12/2022 but I didn't receive any communication regarding that.
      Again on 29/12/22 again I called and informed the same to customer...

      I had booked online product shoes order id[protected] after due to size issue, I have requested return and refund, These all information i informed meesho customer care also and defective product also delivered to seller but still mu refund not received so I request to you kindly look this case and resolve and take action against meesho so they can do this happening with other customer .

        I purchased a product (Order Number:[protected] in Meesho and paid 290 INR for the product. It is supposed to be delivered on January 4th but still the product is not delivered but they changed the Order status to Delivered.
        I have been requesting them to deliver my product or refund my money but they are not giving my money back and telling me it's delivered but I never received my product.

          I have done a transaction through credit card for meesho on[protected] at 12:01 AM. The order is not placed but the amount got deducted from my credit card. I have ordered 5 items- saree, earpick, duppatta, necklace set and handbag from meesho. Total amount for the 5 items is 846/- and Transaction ID: [protected]. I have contacted the credit card customer care and they are saying that the amount has been settled to the meesho. I am contacting the meesho customer care but there is no proper response from meesho customer care. Please refund my money as soon as possible. You can also confirm the payment from the below attached images and pdf. Please look into the issue and refund the amount as soon as possible. Kindly give me the update on the same.

              Dear sir,
              Meesho is not giving my money back they already pickup my product and in app they update wrong information i have proof of successfully pickup message now they they saying pickup not done yet they are not giving information properly i have send them to may email with attachment of proof message but they saying they are not recieved any mail and from my send box email was send to them

                        On 02/12/2022 I had placed an order of 5pack each pack containing 2 curtains and Paid Rs 3520 online.
                        Sellar sent 7 curtain pack each containing 1 curtain. Recieved on 06/12/2022. I requested return and return was picked up next day. I returned All what I received.
                        On 08/12/2022 I received a refund of Rs 704.
                        Again on 26/12/2022 another refund of Rs 2112 was sent.
                        Thus total refund till today 17/01/23 Rs 2816 sent by Meesho and received by me.
                        Now the remaining[protected] Rs 704 is not being refunded.
                        I had made more than 20 calls and dozens of Emails but not getting any positive response.

                          Delivery executive is not picking up the product

                          I had placed an ordered for kids red scooter on January 7th. with sub order id:[protected]_1, But Meesho delivered completely a different product. Kids potty pot on January 14th. I raised a return pickup request on Jan 14th. pickup executive came for pickup next day and said Item is large and I cannot pick it up because i have small vehicle. I spoke to customer service, and I was told your query will be sorted out...

                          I have registered complain on 20th December telling the customer care that the product is not delivered to me but it showing delivered on meesho aap. From 21 days I am continously calling meesho but they are just not solving my problem. When I talk to there senior they say give me another 48 hours. Sometimes I get mail that I have registered my complain after 48 hours. I have told 100 times to them that I have registered my complain within 24 hrs . Every time I call them they make excuses.

                            My name is Shekhar. I have ordered saree from Meesho app. What I ordered on 8th Jan, which cost Rs.1188. And on 10th January I canceled that order. But still the supporter of Meesho sent him the order on my address. And in that too wrong product has been sent which is absolutely useless.
                            And there is no order ID on that packet, only bar code on the packet. And the amount is - 1188 and the delivery code. I contacted Meesho helpline many times, talked to me for two days but they clearly made up their mind that we cannot help you in this.

                            I live in Delhi. And I asked for this order at my home address.
                            Village Address Hajauli Babu K Pura Ballia Uttar Pradesh - 221701.
                            My mother is very illiterate, she took this order and gave Rs 1188 to the delivery man. I request sir to refund my money. And I wish that this should not happen to anyone again in the future.

                              Since December 31st every day we are calling meesho about this issue our order is not delivered we have not shared OTP with anyone, they are not trying to understand,
                              Why don't they enquire the so called delivery person who updated,
                              And no one is responding properly and not connecting to greivance officer also.

                              We raised a complaint on 1st January 2023, since then we are getting answer as after 48 hours issue will be resolved, daily we are calling customer service and getting same answer,
                              When will that 48 hours will complete and without providing any OTP how the product will be delivered
                              Now no one is responding to my issue and intentionally disconnecting my call.

                              Please check your inbox (SMS) received on (31 Dec, ) from (Xpress Bees).
                              In light of all of the above, we consider this matter resolved. Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.

                              We have paid money for the product, we are not getting for free, without delivering the product howcome they say product delivered, and you will be having all the call records check them if any courier agent contacted us or not, and we have not shared any OTP with anyone, after 11 days this is the mail we received.
                              Hope you will resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                  Don’t waste my time
                                  Every day I get mail from you guys
                                  Your refund amount will be given within 2 to 3 working days! But I haven’t received the refund yet. 29th Dec 2022 to 12th Jan 2023 date over I am long time waiting I am last time request you send my refund I am coming to your office with the police. I am going to file a case in the consumer court right now. I am returning the 6 quantity and I received one quantity amount of rupees 141/- and not received pending amount 705/- and I have call many times and your executive disconnected the call and I am waiting 48 hours 5 times and not giving the solution.

                                    As I raised ticket 56815739 for the wrong return I received instead of
                                    my product, Your team is not processing my refund request.. I have all
                                    the proofs with me. Without my mistake, I'm not willing to lose my
